11/15/2021 - It just sound like they want you to pay for them.

11/13/2021 - Guy at front desk during check out argued with me over the meaning of a “early check out fee.” Fees are in addition to what you expect to pay, not the cost of a night you decided not to stay.

10/28/2021 - My friend and I each put our credit card in each name so we could split the cost and upon check out only my card was charged for both rooms.

10/28/2021 - For two nights at the convention Ray it was supposed to be 3:49 and some change I was sprung on some fees that I had no idea were supposed to be charged to me and I didn't budget for the so it made my trip a lot harder than was necessary.

10/24/2021 - but after checkout, after paying the bill, including parking, the garage will not let you out unless you pay at the garage exit.

11/11/2021 - Was surprised by the TV in bathroom mirror.

10/28/2021 - The bed is amazing, the tub is wide and deep and -effect for a soak , tv inside bathroom mirror is a nice bonus, room is welcoming and roomy, huge wall tv, always pleased to stay here.

11/07/2021 - Due to Covid, we were told housekeeping could only spend 10 min.

10/20/2021 - I just hope they make the few small changes to their cleaning service, then this could be a 5 star.

09/28/2021 - but were woken up early a few times with the cleaning people yelling up and down the halls to each other.. At one point they knocked on our door and then immediately came in the room before I could even stand up.

09/27/2021 - Aventura is next to Volcano Bay and is an easy walk, an easier bus ride, or a lovely boat ride to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and City Walk (which joins the two parks).
