Being connected to the Florida Mall was a huge bonus.

I had a cocktail and dinner in Crickets bar which is connected to the hotel and the service and food/drinks were great.

Everytime I come to Orlando I always come here, I love how the staff at the front desk welcomes me, the room amazingly clean, gym very big , Starbucks which is very convenient for a quick coffee & the mall which is connected to the hotel 🏨 & it’s not too far from MCO airport which is very convenient

The hotel was close in proximity and offered many conveniences as it is connected to a vibrant and beautiful shopping mall.

One great feature that this Hotel has is that it connects right to the Florida Mall which is amazing and even with it being connected you would not realize this you would think that they are separate .

The lady just asked us for our ID and credit card and gave us our room key without telling us important information regarding their housekeeping policy, wifi connection, pool hours, etc.

however, I had to ask 3 times before my room charge was billed to the correct card even though (Clarisa) said that it had been done.

We had not realised there would be a resort charge for self-parking, internet etc.

What you thought was hanging a "Do Not Disturb" card on your door is now an electronic

asked me to fill out his cards every time I walked away, after awhile I had to plead him to stop, I can’t do anything without recieving one.

When I came downstairs, Christian was there with the envelope with my key and credit card in it.

but they refused to take it even after it had charged her.

I gave him the tickets and told him he would need to charge me for the child.

but I was lucky enough cash to pay the resort charge as I had to pay this before the key cards were authorised for entry to the room.

but since I had 4 rooms under the same card the others had some issues.

Although I had my card key, I left my ID in my room, since I was not going anywhere.

So basically a room I was told I was being charged $128 for ended up being $164.

but my credit card was charged the correct fee while I was there, and then again a week later another fee was charged.

but as they had my credit card on file they said if I paid the taxes and fees in cash they would let me check in, so I did.

Unfortunately this pool again looks like it belongs at a Best Western or Holiday Inn that of course wouldn't charge you to use it.

The staff are friendly, the bellmen are the nicest I've ever met, and the pillows and beds are very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub are awesome, the hotel and room were awesome, and you can't beat having a mall and food just steps away.

It was very convenient to have direct access to the mall and restaurants without having to drive anywhere.

In the mall there is a food court with some actually pretty good mall food (healthy options) and a sit-down Mexican restaurant (that would be Florida/Mex cuisine) as well as a Buca di Beppo.

The hotel is literally in the mall so you have access to countless stores for shopping as well as the eating areas such as the food court and the restaurants in the mall.

Pros: Location for a conference, attached to a mall and food court, ( in the event you forgot something or want something to do) does have bar/restaurant and starbucks inside hotel.

It was great to be able to walk into the Mall where we had dinner.

I was here for a conference and was very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the room and the accessibility to restaurants in the mall.

It's very helpful to have a hotel next to a mall and restaurants.

Each room provides a microwave, coffee maker a Kettle and a decent sized fridge.

I💓 love this Hotel, The convenience of the Mall, I love the Rooms, Pool Area & Hot Tub.

The rooms are clean and huge and breakfast was hot and the coffee was strong.

As with other Home2’s we have stayed at, the staff was friendly and helpful, the building was attractive and the suite was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean and our room was clean.

Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

but they did not hesitate putting us in a room that was clean and ready.

The room was much more spacious that most Disney resort rooms, and the room was very clean.

The room, whilst "ready" didn't feel particularly clean, especially the bathtub, and the bedding didn't feel fresh.

The pool was clean and the lounging area was fun.

We were there only for a night before heading to our resort, which was clean, easy to find, and in a great location from Disney Springs.

but it’s beautiful, very very clean, comfortable, free parking, free breakfast and great location next to everything.

The room was ok, not the cleanest- we could see dirt in corners.

We stayed here for our first trip to Disney and while it was clean and close to the parks, it did not meet our expectations or needs.

You’re right across the street from the outlets, 12 minutes from Disney, right next to the brand new White Castles, a target and a chick fil a!

The location is very convenient since it has an Outlet, supermarket, and restaurants quite close by and also the proximity to the Disney parks and Disney Sprints is very good.

The Hotel is nice, good location, near Orlando Premium Outlets, 15 minutes from SeaWorld and from Universal Studios.

It is also right across the street from the Premium Outlets and there is a Publix, target and a few other stores nearby.

There is also an outlet mall very close if shopping is your need in Orando.

The hotel is new, within walking distance to Premium Outlet and to the just opened Cheesecake Factory in Regent Village!

Across the street from premium outlets and plenty of eating options.

Close to all the parks and the outlet mall.

There were many food options around and it is walkable to the outlets next door.

Would definitely stay here again, close to Disney, universal, outlets and complimentary breakfast was delicious!

It is conveniently located to the premium outlet mall which is always a major attraction for me!

We also expected minimal housekeeping due to Covid

Now if they can also bring back the full housekeeping it would be amazing nothing beats coming back to fresh towels and a hotel made bed after a long day at the park I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that again soon!

He told me that they don’t have cleaning on the weekend…..

They don't even clean the rooms properly after each guest checks out of the rooms.

Needs a good cleaning on upholstery in lobby.

On Wednesday 24 I arrived at the hotel at night receiving room 116 which when I entered the room the bathroom door is broken damaged I proceed to make a claim and they gave another room also with problems dirty walls dirty bathrooms air conditioning not very well apart from That makes a request for service to my room, which the answer was, let's put him on a waiting list, maybe tomorrow we can clean his room, we don't have staff .

It is incredible that the manager, another receptionist and housekeeping have not seen it, one of them stole it.

The downside is there is not enough staff to clean your room.

When I checked in my room, for some reason the cleaning crew decided not to leave toilet paper?

To be honest I don’t think it was even a light cleaning.

Housekeeping on checkout day banged on door early.

How on earth is that more sanitary then house cleaning?!

Your room will not be serviced by housekeeping during the duration of your stay -

During Covid they don't clean your room without a request so you have to ask for new towels at the front desk.

I showed the housekeeping manager the room and explained my concerns and he told me this hotel will not meet your standards find somewhere else to stay.

We saw personnel cleaning common areas several times and front desk adhearing to mask guidelines.

The outdoor patio furniture can use a cleaning.

Very convenient location to the amusement parks.

Home2 Suites is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

I have always had good experiences with Hilton properties, so I chose this hotel because it was very reasonably price and the location was very close to the Disney parks that we planned to visit.

The Home2Suites at the airport location  is MUCh better.

This hotel could not be in a more prime location!

Walking distance to outlet mall and some restaurants.

Great location near parks (SW/AQ) and nice new malls.

The area is safe with lots of restaurants and even a mall nearby.
