Strolling through the mall that is connected to the Hotel was fun too!

Being connected to the Florida Mall was a huge bonus.

I had a cocktail and dinner in Crickets bar which is connected to the hotel and the service and food/drinks were great.

The hotel is connected to a mall, so there’s a lot to do within short walking distance.

Having the Florida mall connected to it is a bonus.

One of the best thing about The Florida Hotel is that it is right inside and connected to the Florida Mall.

Everytime I come to Orlando I always come here, I love how the staff at the front desk welcomes me, the room amazingly clean, gym very big , Starbucks which is very convenient for a quick coffee & the mall which is connected to the hotel 🏨 & it’s not too far from MCO airport which is very convenient

The hotel was close in proximity and offered many conveniences as it is connected to a vibrant and beautiful shopping mall.

One great feature that this Hotel has is that it connects right to the Florida Mall which is amazing and even with it being connected you would not realize this you would think that they are separate .

The lady just asked us for our ID and credit card and gave us our room key without telling us important information regarding their housekeeping policy, wifi connection, pool hours, etc.

I handed the staff my ID and credit cards and he returned them to my hand and did not put them on the counter, which is a pet peeve of mine.

Most hotels will charge you $3.50 minimum for a bottle of soda out of a vending machine!

your facility is top notch along with your staff,but the reason I only gave your hotel a 3 is because I left a small item behind which if mailed by the post office it probably would have cost at the very most $5.00 with one of their shipping box.instead I was charge almost $30.to have it returned.this is after spending several hundred dollars for three rooms ,beverage and food.Not very hospitable for such an excellent hotel.

In addition, access to the room and services is most secure because you have to use your smart card to access it.

however, I had to ask 3 times before my room charge was billed to the correct card even though (Clarisa) said that it had been done.

We had not realised there would be a resort charge for self-parking, internet etc.

What you thought was hanging a "Do Not Disturb" card on your door is now an electronic

All the staff are a credit to the hotel, the dedication shown by their loyalty to their roles and their enthusiasm shows when speaking to them.

When I came downstairs, Christian was there with the envelope with my key and credit card in it.

but they refused to take it even after it had charged her.

I gave him the tickets and told him he would need to charge me for the child.

Everyone from the doorman, front staff, and restaurant personnel were friendly and professional.

The staff are friendly, the bellmen are the nicest I've ever met, and the pillows and beds are very comfortable.

It was very convenient to have direct access to the mall and restaurants without having to drive anywhere.

But unless you really like malls or mall food, you would certainly not wish to choose this hotel to stay at.

We had lunch in the mall one day and visited the food truck park one night.

The hotel is literally in the mall so you have access to countless stores for shopping as well as the eating areas such as the food court and the restaurants in the mall.

There were dining options in the hotel or you could walk to the connected mall's food court if you wanted something quick.

Pros: Location for a conference, attached to a mall and food court, ( in the event you forgot something or want something to do) does have bar/restaurant and starbucks inside hotel.

It was great to be able to walk into the Mall where we had dinner.

I was here for a conference and was very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the room and the accessibility to restaurants in the mall.

I liked that I could go to the restaurants and the mall through the hotel.

however, and we grew very tired of dining in the mall food court and the one restaurant in the hotel.

The malls has great restaurants as well as stores.

Love that the hotel is attached to the mall and there are so many restaurants in this location to choose from.

The staff is courtesy and very accommodating , this hotel is very close to the office, mall and restaurants.

My room was clean and everything worked properly.

It was very clean, and my room was impeccable and very comfortable.

The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, gym is top notch and the hotel connects to The Florida Mall.

My room is spotlessly clean, it has tea/coffee facilities , the bed is super comfortable, bathroom has all you require.

Once again I only have positive things to say about this hotel, our room was spotless, Crickets Bar is well worth a visit, the food is great and is reasonably price, the hotel foyer has access onto the Florida Mall you can spend hours shopping there, I will definitely be back.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Vineland Premium Outlets.

It’s also within walking distance of the outlet mall and restaurants.

It is also located conveniently close to shops and the outlet mall! Yay!

There are outlets nearby, about 5 min walk.

You’re right across the street from the outlets, 12 minutes from Disney, right next to the brand new White Castles, a target and a chick fil a!

The location is very convenient since it has an Outlet, supermarket, and restaurants quite close by and also the proximity to the Disney parks and Disney Sprints is very good.

The Hotel is nice, good location, near Orlando Premium Outlets, 15 minutes from SeaWorld and from Universal Studios.

It is also right across the street from the Premium Outlets and there is a Publix, target and a few other stores nearby.

There is also an outlet mall very close if shopping is your need in Orando.

The hotel is new, within walking distance to Premium Outlet and to the just opened Cheesecake Factory in Regent Village!

We also expected minimal housekeeping due to Covid

Now if they can also bring back the full housekeeping it would be amazing nothing beats coming back to fresh towels and a hotel made bed after a long day at the park I’ll keep my fingers crossed for that again soon!

He told me that they don’t have cleaning on the weekend…..

They don't even clean the rooms properly after each guest checks out of the rooms.

Needs a good cleaning on upholstery in lobby.

On Wednesday 24 I arrived at the hotel at night receiving room 116 which when I entered the room the bathroom door is broken damaged I proceed to make a claim and they gave another room also with problems dirty walls dirty bathrooms air conditioning not very well apart from That makes a request for service to my room, which the answer was, let's put him on a waiting list, maybe tomorrow we can clean his room, we don't have staff .

It is incredible that the manager, another receptionist and housekeeping have not seen it, one of them stole it.

The downside is there is not enough staff to clean your room.

When I checked in my room, for some reason the cleaning crew decided not to leave toilet paper?

To be honest I don’t think it was even a light cleaning.

Housekeeping on checkout day banged on door early.

How on earth is that more sanitary then house cleaning?!

Your room will not be serviced by housekeeping during the duration of your stay -

During Covid they don't clean your room without a request so you have to ask for new towels at the front desk.

I showed the housekeeping manager the room and explained my concerns and he told me this hotel will not meet your standards find somewhere else to stay.

We saw personnel cleaning common areas several times and front desk adhearing to mask guidelines.

The outdoor patio furniture can use a cleaning.

Great location near parks (SW/AQ) and nice new malls.

The area is safe with lots of restaurants and even a mall nearby.

There isn't much nearby within walking distance except a strip mall with a convenience store and fast food,

Close to shopping at the Orlando Outlet Mall where there are a large number of stores.

It's also close to the Vineland outlets and multiple strip malls with grocery stores and restaurants.

Ita right down the street from the outlet mall and only a 15 min drive from Disney

Great location next to the outlet mall and Disney Springs.

If you want a short walk to the Outlet Mall you can, or it just a couple minutes to drive across the street.

Very close to restaurants, a very large outlet mall and short ride to Disney and Universal Studios.

Close to the outlet mall, close to theme parks, free shuttle service and just a great place to stay if you are looking for clean, large, beautiful rooms.

even though pet friendly, the location is fantastic though on busy shopping days, you need to plan for the fact that your within walking distance to the outlet mall. You can also walk to a Publix (which, since this hotel model has basically a full kitchen, is NICE!)

This is a newer hotel close to the premium outlet mall's food and entertainment it would be a good place to stay if you did not have transportation.

The best part is the location is close to malls and restaurants.

The room smelt like a dog and the room was filthy.

One problem I just say is that the tap water is not the best and you may find an acrid smell coming from the drains in the shower/sink and it may not drain properly.

Room was a little musty and hallways were warm.

Sink wouldn’t drain due to it being clogged by hair and so much gunk, I had to unclog it with a plunger I received form the front desk.

however the extra blankets, sheets, & pillows were dirty & smelled horrible.

Bad smell, dirty rooms zero service lack of interaction and no response from the front desk.

Extremely terrible service and the room was nasty and dirty .

There was so many complaints made about other guests smoking marijuana and running down the halls knocking and running.

My hotel room was filthy, hairs and stains all over the place.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the room stank of damp and the floor full of hair including the sink drain.

If you’re sensitive the mold I would avoid.

The second room had stained carpet, low water pressure, bathroom light burned out, desk light burned out.

The couch was stained the carpets were gross the closet curtain had some nasty stains on it.

This of course makes the hallway stink like nasty towels and trash.

The manager gave us another room, the minute you open the door the smell of urine will make you gag.

Two separate waffle stations were a big plus.

Anything you would want want- cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, a variety of egg based options, and plenty of hot coffee.

The kids were excited to find Mickey waffles for breakfast, and the breakfast was tasty and quick.

Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, juice, coffee, milk, breads, hot chocolate and oatmeal.

She was always pretty helpful, smiling and prepared a tasteful breakfast, waffles, several types of sandwiches,  nutella, omeletes, breads, jelly, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, etc.

They had cereal, oatmeal, juices, apples, English muffins, toast, eggs sandwiches, (on buns or biscuits; with or without cheese and sausage patties,) hard boiled eggs, lots of jams, and fun drizzles for your waffle.

Too many people waiting in line for waffles.

Breakfast was good - make your own Mickey waffles and small Pre-made omelets.

Free limited breakfast: Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, various fruits, breads and beverages.

The breakfast is one of the best we've ever had for "free" breakfast - different sandwiches and omelettes every day, awesome Mickey waffles that were buckwheat.

The breakfast was better than most, with waffle makers and breakfast sandwiches to heat in the microwave.

We enjoyed the Mickey Waffles and free breakfast.

Room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was very good (yes they have Mickey waffles).

There is a good selection of breakfast foods to include sandwiches, Mickey Waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juices and coffee.

The breakfast is awesome, loved the mickey shaped waffles.

Luckily they had nutella to slather all over the Mickey waffle.

The breakfast was numerous options including waffles, omelets and sausage sandwiches.

Room - Shower pressure is poor regardless of floor and room - be prepared to spend 20 to 30 mins a pax to shower.

My only complaint is the water pressure and temp in the shower could be WAY better.

however,  the bathroom sink is dripping and microwave is so noisy.

The only complaint I have was the bathroom door had little space to swing.

Only issue was that the bathroom in the room itself os very very tight, not much space to even close the door without standing on side of toilet.

Bathroom was not clean (hair everywhere), light bulb missing from one of the lamps, missing part of roof in dining/ meeting area and management is rude and didn't seem to care.

but the rooms and especially the washrooms were dirty and small.

Also, we had issues with our toilet not working efficiently.

Bathroom has a terrible design with a ridiculously giant door and crappy shower.

The facet was broken the water in the tub would not drain.

Pros:

Cons: I seriously feel like there are too many 
- Dirty room
-Blackout curtain still let in lots of light
- Bed too soft with dips in the mattress 
- No housekeeping service (for 4 nights)
- Loud, could easily hear traffic and hallway/room noise
- Shower did not work properly nor did the tub drain properly

So we decided to wash ourselves with shampoo instead.

The sink on my room did not drain - I informed staff and they said that they would attend to it.

- room has bugs 
- no space in bathroom to even change clothes 
- bathroom sink was in front of the bed, sounds nasty if another person is sleeping and you are blowing nose or gargle 
- bat tub has hair in it 
- phone was not working and requested everyday

The lighting given off from the refrigerator was very annoying at night , rooms could be cleaned better , room service should NOT be every two days and the sink should not be opposite the bed !

The only “issue” was the bathroom door wouldn’t close easily as it would get stuck on the toilet & there weren’t any hooks to hang your towel on after our showers.

Our experience was terrible, from the shower not working, to the horrible WiFi, unresponsiveness to towel request and garbage bags, hook falling off the wall, panel falling off the wall by the bed.

There is major construction going on across the street if you are a light sleeper.
