Spacious apartment with modern quality equipment in close driving distance from all the major theme parks - as well as shopping malls and grocery stores.

WorldQuest is also a 15-minute drive from Disney World, a 30-minute drive to Universal Studios, and a close drive to other restaurants and stores.

A few minute drive to the parks, and a Publix, gas station, and Wal-Mart are also a close drive.

Rooms and beds were comfortable and walls seemed to do agreat job of almost soundproofing the bedrooms..

We paid for a pool view room to be given the back of the Tiki bar as our view, we were offered a new room 4hrs after check in and we declined to the fact we had already used the facilities in the room and did not see it fair to have staff have to clean it.

but it was closed for cleaning after a little person had a little accident!)

The balcony was filthy with cobwebs and it needed a good cleaning and repainting.

I can imagine the cleaning people brushing their hair and physically removing strands and dropping them on the floors, in the refrigerator, in the showers, within the sheets , and on towels.

I did buy antibacterial wipes to clean it before use. There is no room service and the rooms are not cleaned during your stay (cue the antibacterial wipes mid-stay!)

but could be cleaner (windows, cupboards, corners etc), staff seem a bit disinterested and room decor dated.

We were told they had a housekeeping staffing issue and that we could move to another room if we weren’t satisfied with a cleaning.

I notified the manager, housekeeping returned, and poorly cleaned the suite again.

I think cleaning is low on their list of priorities.

We had a shower full of mildew, broken and missing tiles in the bathroom, our bedroom wall had spills on them that had never been cleaned and an outdoor patio with broken and missing screens among other items.

The place has a lot going for it, they just need to get their cleaning act together and continue with some modernization.

he said he would get housekeeping to remove it immediately.

Floors were filthy and to say that we were shocked would be an understatement especially during a pandemic where cleaning is essential .

I believe, that only normal or good moderates places here, are Diamond Resort hotels, They are in another level specially with the Covid And cleaning guidance, if you are looking for a place like this

but there is NO WAY a cleaning crew could've missed that when changing the sheets!

Wish we had a lounge chair out there to nap - that would have been the cherry on the cake for me.

They have a gorgeous pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in and a bar to the side for drinks and food.

It also had multiple lounge chairs, towels, hot tub, and a bar.

The fire detectors kept beeping and the front desk sent Omar the maintenance guy to fix them.

Pilar was my housekeeper she was awesome the cleaning was really good.The housekeeping supervisors jacky & jovita came in to check we had are beds changed and if we were happy with our housekeeper, The maintenance team freddy & erazmo and was fast and very good i had to call to get a mattress changed and they changed it in less than 10 minutes!!

but the hotel sent the maintenance team straight away and everything was very quickly sorted.

The accommodation is first class and the service from all of the staff on site, from the lovely ladies on reception to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, are all very helpful and extremely friendly.

Hats off to the housekeeping staff and the maintenance department for making this facility 5 stars!

We had an issue with our in room safe, and the front desk had maintenance there within minutes.

Carmelo the maintenance guy always fast and ready to resolve any issue and the ladies on the breakfast area helping all the kids with their needs and wishing us Good luck in our game.

The staff there were very friendly from front desk to maintenance they were always smiling and making you feel at home.

Would not recommend this hotel, rooms are dated and mouldy, the noise levels are high so it’s impossible to get rest and there is a constant smell of weed in the corridors, complain to reception and little is done apart from move you which gets a bit tedious and time consuming when that happens twice!

Called reception and we were moved to block 3 which was ok, there was a lot of mould in my daughters bedroom  and broken doors

I guess the staff on the desk must find it difficult to deal with so many customers complaining about the decor so this is a stock answer they give to everyone…..The first room we were given had a damp musty smell and the sofa was filthy.

The most disgusting experience we've ever had at any hotel/resort ever!

Also, when I first entered the apartment, there was a musty smell which you often get in buildings in humid climates.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted with an overwhelming smell of mold.

Water quality in-suite very poor (smells, no cold water).

We booked thru RCI, checked in got room key and  room was disgusting, nasty, dirty, outdated, hair in the beds, the bedding was outdated, soiled furniture.

(We booked a 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite at WorldQuest and this was a 1 bedroom, one bath for 6 guests. We had stained sheets, a dirty toilet, and odor in the room.)

None of the pictures on social media, their website or other marketing materials do justice to the absolute disrepair and filth of the condos.

Both showers looked disgusting, the couch was worn and broken, beds were uncomfortable and appeared old, and the suite looks as if it hadn’t been dusted in years.

There was literally nasty stuff on all the furniture.

but I find that humid places like Florida or Mexico, hotel rooms smell like that.

Between the disgusting stained couch, the dirty hallways full of trash and our first night greetings by a raccoon (on the 4th floor!)

Left early Wednesday for another Disney park and you guessed it, the bags were still there, and they really stink.

Our freezer smelled like rotten fish and everything just looked grimy.

The three bedrooms all have tvs great for keeping the kids quiet while you relax.

Each bedroom had a television, a great asset if you are travelling with kids.

The living room furniture was comfortable & there are TV’s in every bedroom.

The room was very clean and well equipped with hair dryer , washer and dryer, iron and ironing board , tv’s in each bedroom and free wi-fi.

I called the main desk because I had an issue with one of TV in the bedroom.

The rooms are clean and spacious, televisions in all bedrooms, sufficient packing space and the resort has great amenities .The kitchen is poorly stocked for people who prefer home-cooking.

There was a couch, chair and several TVs.

There is a TV in every bedroom and also in the living room with lots of cable channels.

Old TV in master bedroom and as the whole property is large there is lots of walking or jump in the car like we did.

We wished we had scheduled more time to be spent at the resort-great rooms (3 bedrooms), kitchen, 2 full, 1- 3/4 baths, TV in each bedroom, COMFORTABLE beds, washer/dryer in unit!

It had everything you would expect in a hotel, a tv in each of the bedrooms (although only 1 DVD player), and a well stocked kitchen.

One flat screen & DVD player in the living room and 1 in the second bedroom, close circuit tvs in the other 2 bedrooms.

Each bedroom had a tv as well as the living area and there was an enclosed porch off the back with a table and chairs.

We had a master bedroom with a six foot bed, large flat screen TV and an ensuite with marble countertops, his and hers basins, a large closet with a safe, a huge walk in shower AND a Jacuzzi bath.

The boys get their own room with two single beds and a TV and bathroom, my daughter gets her own double bed with TV and central bathroom and we get an oversized main bedroom for us with TV and en-suite bathroom!

Each bedroom had a TV and the living room had an LCD tv with DVD player, which was fun to come back to after all day on our feet at the parks.

Only things lacking were elevators and a bar, if those things matter to you.

There are no elevators - so getting luggage up the narrow stair cases was daunting,

I would just note the building are 3 stories with no elevator so if you can't do stairs grab a ground floor unit.

As other reviews have mentioned, there are no elevators so if you have mobility concerns make sure to let staff know so that you can have a unit on the ground level!

The only issues were there isn't an elevator and our washer.dryer was not located in our room.

but just be aware that there are no elevators and there are 3 floors on the buildings.

Also, we were housed in a building with no elevator and were placed on the third floor without any warning of no elevator.

The only other issue was that we were placed on the third floor and there are no elevators so a full day at Disney World, a 15 minute drive in a congested area and walking up several flights of stairs was a challenge.

The staff, from the front desk to grounds keepers, housekeeping and maintenance, were phenomenal.

Pools and hot tubs were extremely clean and our kids appreciated being able to swim until 11:00 p.m. - a nice accommodation after returning from the parks.

There were 2 large pools and at least 4 hot tubs (which we enjoyed using several times), as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and a nice seating area that overlooked a small lake.

There are multiple pools and hot tubs that are surrounded by beautiful gardens and sitting areas.

You always get that with all Diamond resorts and they always make you feel like family very nice staff and excellent grounds and rooms clean and it has everything you would ever need I highly recommend staying at a Diamond Resort.

I've stayed at diamond resorts in the area before

Diamond Resorts have spent a lot of money bringing to resort up to a high standard.

The 2 bedroom condos are extremely large and very comfortable to fit a family and they come with everything you need for your stay and you even get a mid-week refresh from housekeeping something I didn't receive when I stayed at a different Diamond Resort in the area.

but staff was always very nice as usual at Diamond properties.

This property is managed by Diamond Resorts and all of their properties are very very good.

My best experience out of all my several stays at Diamond Resort.

Diamond resorts has lost a repeat customer.

I have been a member of DRI for many years and the outfitting of the rooms at this resort should be the gold standard for all Timeshare condos.

This was a great choice and I would definitely re-book at another Diamond Resort after this.

We were immediately assisted by the resort members - all very kind and polite.

Diamond resorts had called us previous to our stay and inquired about us attending a timeshare presentation.

One thing to note, this is a Diamond property (Time share), so be aware they will be keen to hook you in,

This was our 3rd time with Diamond resorts,

Nice, large 1 bedroom/2 bath with a huge 24x30 screened in lanai with lounge chairs and tables and chairs.

The pool area is clean with tables,chairs and lounges.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, kitchen had granite and stainless steel appliances, master bathroom was huge, nice patio off both master bedroom and lounge.

The apartment was on the first floor and there was a balcony accessed from both bedrooms and lounge.

The small points are all there like a flat screen TV in the lounge as well as both bedrooms.

but it was really clean with lots of lounge chairs and a hot tub.

It was very relaxing with lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas, a large hot tub, outdoor showers, restrooms and more.

We enjoyed the pool area, it wasn't crowded and the lounge chairs were comfy.

Master bedroom very spacious - even had a lounge chair in it - so nice that someone actually could have slept on it - bed was comfy.

The king master suite was lovely and had a lounge chair and ceiling fan.

Transport to both theme parks is via the little boat to city walk.

Easy access to Universal City Walk and the Universal parks.

Great Location for all things Universal with the walk, Taxi Boat and Shuttle bus all very convenient to get you to City Walk and all the Parks.

The boat shuttles to and from the parks/ city walk to Loews Royal Pacific made everything so easy and quick.

Both options mean security is a lot easier to do than facing the bustle of City Walk each morning.

It was a 7 min walk to the city walk, self parking was easy, Valet guys were helpful and friendly.

Lot of possibilities to dine in or go to the city walk.

The boat to City Walk is really helpful and we also enjoyed the short walk on occasion.

Excellent location, just a short walk from City Walk and the Parks.

If you are into walking for exercise, there is a nice walking path from the hotel to City Walk and the Parks.

Just take a quick walk to city walk or you can take a boat or bus if there is rain.

We used the garden walkway to get to and from City Walk (and the parks) many times.

This resort is amazing, close to Islands of adventure, City walk and universal studios.

It’s an easy walk to city walk and the parks and the express passes are a MUST!

The location to the theme parks and city walk is a huge plus point of this hotel along with the major benefit of express passes for the attractions.

We loved thecoation as it was ose in proximity to Universal theme parks and city walk.

The location of this hotel allowed the feasibility to walk to Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and City Walk.

However, the cost of  hotel stay was pre paid via Booking.com, when I checked in they take card details for any additional cost, no issues,

Bust my credit limit and gave me a ton of pain with lack of credit and fines while on holiday.

We did not have any billing or check out issues.

We were charged for a rollaway bed we never ordered.

We hired a car for our 9 day stay and in hindsight didn’t need it for the time we were at Universal and probably should have just hired mid stay to save on the daily parking charge of approximately $30 per day.

There's no issue with them charging your credit card ASAP,

but I am taking the time to comment because if you charge that much for a rollaway, the process should not be this poorly executed.
