The main problem is the air conditioning.

but ok for a few nights although Hilton really could do to invest in an upgrade particularly the aircon in the rooms which was horrendously noisy.

Air conditioning failed fixed 1st time then failed again on our last night .

but the fan made it impossible for me to fall asleep.

Not a fan of an early wake up to eat while on vacation.

even though the pool was freezing due to the heater being broken.

Had a problem with the heating and air-conditioning making noise they sent the maintenance man up and it was fixed within 15 minutes.

That made me feel important and was seamless to get something

Even the room AC fan was running continuously so that I could use the White Noise for a good nights sleep.

The airco in the room is a very loud and should be replaced with something you can sleep with.

The room had its own A/C unit which was not too noisy

Breakfast was awful, I’m normally a big fan of the Hampton Breakfast

The A/C lends itself to allowing mold to set in.

The air conditioner makes som noice if you leave in on during nights.

If the rooms could be brightened a bit, this place would be a hidden gem that is much more cost effective than the bigger conference hotels.

A/C units were very noisy and the fan in the bathroom rattled like crazy.

The furniture in the room is dated and the ac is pretty noisy.

There was a strange smell from the A/C and/or the carpet.

The morning breakfast is a nice buffet with many hot and cold choices from 6 to 10 AM.

Included breakfast and coffee is great thanks to chef Miguel and his staff!

Breakfast hours when we were there Sun to Tue mornings were 6a to 10a.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very pleasant.

The room was ok,bed was fine had the coffee maker,microwave & fridge.We was on the 7th floor unfortunately only a view of the car park.The Breakfast was similar to the other Hampton we just found it less warm and it seemed less fresh,Bananas were very bruised & the hot food was luke warm.The biggest disapointment was the Pool area.We like to spend afternoons poolside on the beds or cahirs reading relaxing.But couldnt here as all the Beds were unusable & chairs seemed old & dirty.Location wise was nice right behind Bahana Breeze & a few other nice restaurants

We stayed here 2 nights and thought is was great value given the fact you get breakfast in the rate.

By walking thru the car park you have access to a myriad of restaurants, This hampton inn has great beds and pillows, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, Brian and his staff have greatly improved this hotel, we should know, we have stayed here over 20 times !!!!

A short walk through the car park brings you onto International Drive with plenty of bars and restaurants and Orlando Point on the doorstep.

The hotel was in a great location to get buses to anywhere we wanted to go and just a short walk through the car park to restaurants and bars on international drive and just a little further to point Orlando.

All in all clean, modern and value for money, also easy walking distance to International Drive and all the restaurants, just cut thru the car parks and your there.

Location is perfect, it takes just a minute to walk through the car park to find yourself on I Drive, with the choice of the Red Line or Green Line IRide Trolleys being a huge bonus.

The hotel is very well situated for all the restaurants at Pointe Orlando, it is just a short walk across the car park onto International Drive.

but connected to International drive via connected car parks,loads of nice eating places within 5 minutes walk also it's within easy walk of the new idrive 360 complex ( will be like London eye but with shops and resturants) some of the resturants are open now and should all be open by next year.

I would recommend this hotel to every type of traveler, for exploring the theme parks it was excellent, a walk through the car park got you onto International Drive with it's excellent bars and restaurants, highlights being Bahama Breeze, Maggianos at Pointe, Miller's Ale House and Brick House Tavern.

Hampton Inn is a few minutes walk via the back car park to International Drive and on one corner a fab pub with great atmosphere and beer bucket deals 5 for $8.95.

The I Ride trolley stop is just outside or through the car park to I Drive.

All you need to do is walk through the car park to get to I drive.

Just a short walk through the car park to International Drive and the huge choice of restaurants.

The hotel is ideally located just minutes from the Seaworld Parks and Universal and a short walk through the car parks to Pointe Orlando and the many restaurants of International Drive.

This hotel is a short walk through the car park to the I ride trolley stop.

Walgreens was a 5 minute walk away through a fully lit and safe car park and Bahama Breeze car park.

The hotel is located just off the car park that is international drive on road that provides trouble free access to Disney and Universal.

My friend and I were attending a meeting in Orlando and stayed at Hampton Inn for a night, the room is very comfortable and clean.

The rooms we very clean and modern with no signs of ageing.

Also check bathroom for cleanliness especially the towels.

Hotel was clean, and the digital room key on the phone using the Hilton App is great and beats having to carry a plastic card around.

Not only was the place absolutely clean, they called and text to make sure my stay was awesome.

It was within walking distance to Pointe Orlando so the girls could check out Sugar Factory and eat Dragons Breath.

It is right smack in the middle of The Pointe Orlando and IDrive 360.

In walking distance to Orange County Convention Center, Pointe Orlando, Orlando Eye, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

The desk clerk  also told us Pointe Orlando is where the Orlando eye is.

One of the advantages is the proximity and easy walk to many restaurants including Pointe Orlando, where many receptions were being held at.

Plenty of restaurants & things to do down this end of International Drive, close to the Orlando Eye & Pointe Orlando.

Breakfast center piece was a waffle iron that everyone made a mess of - disgusting.

this response was definitely not considerate of those who may suffer ill health effects from the scent.

But the hotel just has Outdated room and bad odor!

The hotel reeks of Raid insect spray so they obviously have a problem.

We were told that there was no rooms left only to find out there were when they finally gave us another rooms both smelled completely like cigarettes and Marijuana.

The elevators were disgusting & felt like they’re going to stop working any day now.

Coffee was never hot and tasted old and stale; the microwaves have been removed from all rooms, you have to use the one in the lobby.

As soon as I entered lobby I noticed trash in the sitting area, check in was a lil rough didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing elevator was dirty and room smelled and had moisture, spoke to a manager named Vero who was very rude!

Now, Let's talk about disgusting Towels all the time.

If you've stumbled onto any old reviews complaining about dingy, smelly rooms, IGNORE THEM!

The room had a foul smell which made it hard to breath and water wouldn't drain properly in the bathtub.

However, bathroom didn’t seem to be property cleaned and the room had a weird odor.

Paint smell, heavy hammering and noise early am, the elevator has serious noise issues throughout the nite and attention to detail in the renovated rooms needs some work.

My particular example (422) smelled musty.

After all of that corporate inefficiency, when I finally got to the hotel, my room was filthy and disgusting.

A lady stopped me to ask about her Door Dash order.

although other staff were keen to please e.g.

but was welcomed before a long day at the parks/shopping.parking was also available.

Contacted the hotel and Booking website and explained the screw up.

Overheard the desk agent talking to a family about transportation to the parks.

However, more importantly, the staff was superb from check-in to check-out.

Everything was great the staff and hotel were awesome.

It’s a very polite warning for the Maid.

Everything we needed was there and they welcomed us like family!

The staff was super friendly and the front desk staff was amazing.

Can't say much about reception staff apart from Adrian who was very helpful and apologetic not like the others .

We were also able to park our car and the car park felt very secure.

The hotel is like 5 minutes in car to the parks and they have free transportation so you don’t have to go in your car.

There was a gate to international drive or you can also walk through the car park to exit which gives you access to walk down the strip there’s lots of restaurants close by or a short Uber ride.

The room had huge windows overlooking road and covered car park so lovely and bright as it was not motel style we could have the nets open !

On international drive for all the restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment available there, yes a gate would have been more convenient than walking through the car park

Easy to walk down International Drive, if you walk through the multi storey car park there is an entrance at the back that leads directly onto I Drive so avoiding the longer walk from the main entrance.

Didn't use the food court so can't comment, .always space in the car park, felt safe with security riding around all the time.

However parking is sheltered and convenient, and I also noticed that there is security that cycle round the car park keeping a close eye on everything.

Everything was very handy bus to universal and City walk to Starbucks in the lobby!!

Buses to city walk were quick and frequent.

The staff was friendly, café had amazing choices to choose from, buses that take you to City Walk, a warmed pool, the sand bar next to the pool had some fun drinks, speakers underneath the water so you can hear the music as you dive.

Free Shuttle to City Walk and Universal theme parks was fantastic.

Surfside is in close proximity to Universal theme parks and city walk.

The bus came every 10 minutes for city walk.

We did one day at Universal Studios and the shuttle to city walk was very efficient.

Had great time hotel modern clean, no teabags in room and no entertainment at pool only have pool bar buses to parks amazing didnt wait longer than 5mins only 10min ride bus on till 1am if you doi g bars at city walk.

View - tower 2 not pool side - we had an amazing view of the full universal estate from volcano bay to city walk, we loved our view.

Booked this hotel because of price and transportation to Universal parks and City Walk.

The buses for volcano bay and city walk were every 10 mins ish, very efficient!

However, the shuttle will take you to city walk each evening, where there are lots of places to eat.

Shuttle to and from the parks from just outside the lobby every 10 minutes (10 minutes journey to CityWalk) The property is super convenient to everything ….. parks, city walk, I-drive, Walgreens across the road, several breakfast options within 5 minutes walk.

They have a nice shuttle service to take you to the Universal City Walk so at least you can have a fun time there without having to worry about driving and parking.

but keep in mind you can hop on the bus and in minutes be a City Walk where you can find meals of every taste and at every price.

BUT the rooms are spacious, kitchenettes, bedding is clean white and fantastic, location and transportation to city walk is frequent and just awesome to be able to park up the car and take it.

Love the resort, location to idrive and restaurants and the ease of getting to and from city walk and universal studios.

The food was decent and the fact we could take a bus over and not fight traffic to City Walk was awesome.

The pool was a lovely size and not cold, always sunbeds available too, free towels, toilets were by the bar area and the drink refill’s available.
