We got lucky with ours I guess, nice clean place reasonably priced.

Cleaning was minimal over our stay- luckily we are happy to keep our surroundings clean and tidy.

but that's literally all I can think of) but overall clean, sanitary and modern - we stayed in 3076 White Orchid and I felt this property had been renovated and updated compared to the previous property we had stayed in at Encantada pre-pandemic.

2 bedroom townhouse could do with a really good deep clean and refurb.

3 yrs ago we where there and it was really good, clean and great resort.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Please  Clean flooring and add new flooring.

but this resort was absolutely beautiful very clean staff was wonderful HOWEVER 2 issues I had was I didn’t rent a car an the club house was a little ways from the actual house staff had to give us a ride to the house 2 my jacuzzi was  broken I complain but know one ever came to fix it overall I would still go back beautiful resort I loved it

Great location lovely house very clean all the things you need for self catering.

We had a lovely stay here, the villa was nice and spacious very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic for the Magic Kingdom, epcot, the other Disney world sites and shopping 😊

Hot tub on patio would be nice “if” it worked when ready to use it.

Booked through BA Holidays we stayed in 3020 Secret Lake Drive, a two bedroom townhouse with hot tub.

Love the jets and the changing colors on the lights of the hot tub.

We stayed in a 2 bed town house with a hot tub on Bird of paradise street.

This is such a lovely resort with beautiful private townhouses with covered porches with private hot tubs .

Fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living area with tv and our own hot tub in the enclosed patio.

It was worth paying extra for our villa to have a lake view from the hot tub.

The hot tub is a great way to relax after a busy day.

The hot tub is a great plus that we enjoyed everyday :).

The convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and the hot tub was amazing and great privacy.

Had a wonderful house with a hot tub that was Ideal to ease my aching back.

The hot tub is a great addition and nice to sit in after a busy day at the parks.

The two story townhouse we stayed in was nice and had a private hot tub.

Our house had a nice spacious yard and hot tub,

We had to clean the pool ourselves because it was so dirty with wood chip, mosquitoes, leaf’s and other crawling insects.

they eventually came on about day 11 which wasn't ideal as it was near the end of our trip, and again, guests shouldn't have to fight to get housekeeping to come once.

Please be aware that there is approx £130 cleaning fee to be paid on arrival.

We couldn’t even request a change of towels or linen as there was no housekeeping available.

This has also been reported to the lady on reception who is going to send in a cleaning team to attempt to deal with the cleanliness issues.

It was not a property I would never recommend or stay at again because it obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned for who knows how long.

So in 2018 there was no resort fee or cleaning fees.

No hand towels in the bathrooms 
When we requested extra towels we were handed a trash bag of towels and front desk told us to go through it to find what we needed because that was all housekeeping had and it was a mix of hand towels, bath towels and washcloths.

The room was very dirty; you could tell it had not been cleaned to normal housekeeping standards.

They still charged us for 1 night and the full cleaning fee.

See attached photos, the house was dirty, disgusting, the website explain that this place is extra clean, they are charging cleaning fee, so dirty, stay away ! !

One day the cleaners left our door unlocked, which is my only complaint of our stay.

If you are staying less than eight nights, there is no cleaning included.

I would say the only downside to our stay is that we spent 1 week in our accommodation and had no cleaning services while there at all.

from my cell, because the villa line doesn't work, and they came to fix it very quick, there's bubble gum stuck on the carpet you can tell they tried cleaning it..

On close inspection I feel it could have been cleaner, the skirting boards were full of dust and dirt.

During our stay the cleaning service left us extra towels and bathroom robes which had not been there before, making us wonder if the cleaning and prep of our townhouse was incomplete before we arrived also.

The unit we were assigned had issues,the carpets were stained,the jacuzzi at first didn't work and later a second call was required just to get it filled,a bathroom fan needed to be replaced, almost no cooking utensils and not enough pillows.Apparently housekeeping just cleans.

The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review was the fact that you only get a cleaning service included for stays of 14 nights or more - you do have the option of paying for a more frequent clean though.

Nice with a big house with several bathrooms and outdoor jacuzzi located in a cozy resort.

The patio is a nice size for outdoor eating.

The kitchen contained a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, stove, ample crockery, glassware (including plastic for the outdoor area), toaster and waste disposal.

All in all, with a bit more focus on cleaning/maintenance, and some investment in new and additional outdoor furniture for the villas and the pool, this place would be perfect.

Very spacious, light, and spotlessly clean, including gourmet kitchen, outdoor hot tub, and top range appliances.

Perfect accommodation with the luxury of a little private outdoor space and private hot tub.

Most of all we love the outdoor area where you can eat out, sunbathe and use the hot tub all in privacy.

It had a large outdoor terrace and private hot tub, and the inside was lovely.

Great view from the reception leading to a massive lake with two outdoor swimming pools.

All very clean.We arrived at night and in the morning got another pleasant surprise with the outdoor space which of course included the hot tub.

The outdoor swimming pools were warm and as it was January were quiet.

Will definitely be staying here again and really made the holiday that little bit more special, a nice clubhouse with 2 nice pools and 2 outdoor Jacuzzi's Thank you Encantada.

The added bonus of a big outdoor space and your own private hot tub.

The townhouses have modern furnishings with a large outdoor space with your own jacuzzi.

There is an adequate splash pool within the outdoor screened area.

The house itself was well set up, very peaceful location with a netted Florida Room on the back with outdoor dining and a hot tub.

The clubhouse was brilliant free wi-fi, bar, pool table, games room with table tennis, and gym and 2 outdoor pools.

The Villa had an outdoor pool which  was fantastic and the Clubhouse had Free Internet access and 2 very good sized outdoor pools.

Also very close to a huge selection of restaurants along the I-192.

The pool area was fine, and the bar did actually open and we had a nice lunch and service was good.

We enjoyed our stay we stayed for 7 days enjoyed the front pool,the kids enjoyed fishing,we went shopping and eating out which was closer to the encatada the house could’ve been cleaned a little better

It's close to Disney and many restaurants.

There’s one pool that’s closed for resurfacing, and the faculties such as the bar and restaurant were a ghost town.

The area is close to many stores and restaurants.

Plenty off restaurant’s nearby also supermarket open 24/7 easy access for all main routes.

The kitchen had dishes for 8 and it was easy to cook meals.

Very convenient location to all sorts of restaurants and, of course, to the Disney parks.

We had one of the closest houses to the pools and reception and restaurants,

I booked this place and it did not disappoint the house was very clean nice kitchen, living room, dining room,bedrooms were big BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE washer and dryer very convenient there was also many items to cook in the pantry which we didnt use.

There is a bar and cafe, which we didn’t use.

Very convenient to the parks, restaurants, shopping.

This was an amazing holiday 2weeks me and my husband and 3 children, the location was great in kissimee old town, walking distance plenty of restaurants on main road as well like, dennys,mcdonalds etc.

The resort is in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby-

Just 5 mins drive along the main highway you have a selection of restaurants and bars.

I would recommend the nearby steakhouse Manny's.

The kitchen offered all that was necessary culinary items to prepare meals for my family.

They had decent happy hour specials and good food at the clubhouse restaurant.

The pool bar and diner were very nice with a good selection of beers.It was a short drive away from the 192 with its restaurants etc.

but when it comes to dealing with waste it stinks in our opinion.

In the kitchen; the mugs were filthy, the slice is in 2 pieces, blender does not work, only 1 baking tray, no cheese greater, no large knives, only 2 dishwasher tablets.

The last time we stayed here they gave us a room that was filthy dirty, even blood and tampons on the floor when you walked in.

Firstly, both pools were absolutely filthy - to the point of them being a health hazard.

This is a disgusting unit we were in and we were paying $267.68 a night for 3 nights.

Upon entering the room smelled musty and as of no one had cleaned it in days or possibly months.

Bathrooms were dirty, mold in shower, sink, etc.

We then went inside and it looked as if someone was living there because things were not picked up and lights and TV's were left on, the place also smelled of POT.

Shower had old soap stains, kitchen silverware was sticky, carpets were disgusting and we even found a fingernail.

Carpet was stained, not vacuumed at all, trash on patio and in hot tub, stains on the sheets, hair still on the sheets of multiple beds, boogers wiped on the lamp, something spilled/stained on fabric headboard, hair floating in hot tub.

The carpet was stained and you could feel the filth in the carpet.

but that doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep from the uncomfortable pillows and waking up from the smoke alarms at 1am, not just once, but 2 nights out of our stay.

It has went down a lot since I stayed here 10 years ago needs updating.it smelled bad was not clean the tube had mold around it.

this property is old and the houses smell like mold they need to be remolded ASAP its not worth the money or time i could have stay at motel 6 if i was looking for something cheap i would recommend you looking for better property people actually live there at the property

The unit smelled like urine and could use new carpet (filthy and gross looking), more kitchen utensils (no cookie sheets, pizza cutter or pot holders) 

Our a/c wasn't working correctly when we checked in.

The townhouse had wet carpets when we arrived, smelled moldy and the air conditioner was permanently set at 72 degrees,

Upon arrival to the house we found out that there were 3 smoke detectors that made loud signal of low battery every 90 seconds.

Dialing guest services to report jacuzzi issues and phone issues looked up and not dust issues black residues over kitchen vents ant alone ceiling leading to TV rom.

The security staff at the gate were always polite and helpful.

One of the most concerning policies of this company is the complete absence of reception or maintenance staff after 7pm.

but might well be better if you got a decent townhouse and one nearer the reception area.

the security staff are also ALWAYS at the gate checking that you're staying there/you know the code.

We love Ms Nily and her helpers and thank them for their kindness.

Keep pressing the reception staff for your needs, some may take more time than others to get things done.The houses are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking.

Large units with kitchens, laundry facilities and jetted tubs located close to Disneyworld and Universal Studios.

This resort is close to Disney World, Sea World, and other Orlando, FL attractions and shopping.

Close to Disney world, excellent restaurants, other attraction, like Old Town fun spot, churches and shopping.

It is in a great location close to Disney World with a commute of only 10 to 15 minutes when you have a rental car.

Nice location - close to all the Disney attractions, 8 miles from Sea World, all the restaurants you could probably want.

Don't go here thinking you are close to Disney and have a free shuttle, daily.

Ease of getting around is easy and is close to Disney and Universal and Sea world.

The fact that we are not too far away from groceries, salons, liquor store is great.

There was a shuttle available to go to the grocery store if you needed it and transportation to the theme parks so you could come here without a car.

Negatives include a $50.00 resort fee per week to use the pools, gyms etc, No mid-week cleaning servicers and it is hard to communicate with much of the staff.

We loved the convenience of the restaurants, stores and groceries in walking distance to the resort.

This place was in a great location in terms of proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants and amusement parks.

We grilled out several times and the hot tub was great.

Heated, lovely pools and hot tubs with plenty of recliner chairs to enjoy.

Vacation village Parkway was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great.

The resort had many pools, hot tubs, and a few walking trails.

Very clean areas, accessible to all Disney shopping, the pool was amazing as well as the hot tub, great rates and amenities.

Overall it is a very nice resort, nice size pool and hot tub and with 7 pools, the one at our building wasn't overly crowded.

It is well maintained with lots of amenities including several pools, hot tubs, work out areas, walking paths etc.

A really nice large pool with plenty of seating available and the hot-tub was GREAT!

There are plenty of pools and hot tubs around the resort.

This is a very large resort with 21 buildings, 7 beautiful pools and hot tubs.

Vacation Village has 7 pool areas, exercise rooms, arcades, an outdoor workout area, nature path, ponds, and activities.

There are outdoor games associated with each one-one per block.

From a passer-by's point of view the outdoor amenities seem amazing as well.

On the property are seven swimming pools, cornhole games, an outdoor fitness area with workout machines, and other amenities.

but especially enjoyed the Old Town area activities (car shows, bands, outdoor shopping, etc. ).

I wish I could have stayed longer to utilize the outdoor amenities.

We also found a super fun area west of the resort with an awesome dine in theater with lots of shops around and outdoor live bands.

I am talking about a permanent building with a nice outdoor bar/tables by the pool where you are served.

We liked the nature trails on site as well as the outdoor grills.

* pools were nice and spacious; little nephew enjoyed the kid pool
* rooms seemed fairly clean when we arrived
* having a kitchen with dishwasher was nice; so was having washer/dryer
* Seemed like security staff went by in their golf carts several times during the night
* Hot tub worked very well/was always hot
* They had plenty of picnic tables/grills if you’re into that
* Small trails were nice
* Outdoor workout area was cool concept 

Areas for improvement:
* Checkin area could use updating.

There is a nice playground, indoor and outdoor gym, outdoor bbq grills, several picnic areas.

We were able to cook in our room, spend time with our family, do outdoor activities (like putt putt golf), and swim in the pools or relax in the hot tubs.

This meant that the beautifully maintained outdoor areas were largely empty, and parking was plentiful.

The outdoor pools were heated to a nice temperature and very nice.

Some of the days were gloomy due to the weather conditions,but the activities at Vacation Village  provided the atmosphere for laughs, movies, swimming, and outdoor grilling.

Plenty of parking around the building and lots of on-site amenities, such as swimming pools, basketball court, outdoor exercise park, etc.

I love the adult outdoor park where I could use the exercise machines.

Outdoor grilles on site and plenty of restaurants close by.

Our assigned room was in Building 15 an had a bad smell like mold.There were 2 sets of sliding patio doors that lead to an outdoor balcony,

- Fabulous pools and splash pads (with warm water) for kids
- Outdoor bbq grill and bbq tools provided with a sign-out
- free shuttle service to Publix and Walt Disney World
- be prepared for a timeshare session

But they do provide you with one laundry detergent pkt & dishwasher powder; & they still have free local phone calls.

At 2:30am, a service man responded to our call and came to our rescue to show us how to operate the TV.

Be sure to call a week before your reservation and ask for a pool or nature view in a newer building.

The original room was very run down and the telephone or the ac was working.

I tried calling the front desk to ask them

I guess when you have a guest complaining about services, the answer according to Vacation Village at Parkway is to not answre the phone rather than to resolve the problem.

Visitors will need to either walk or call the desk for a shuttle to travel between them.

Today, it took several hours and 3 phone calls to get laundry detergent to wash our clothes before we begin packing to keave tomorrow.

It was just a call away to get more blankets and towels.

Had to call 3 times to get a pool attendant so we could sign out the horse shoes and corn hole bags to play the outdoor games.

Before that it took 5 attempts to get someone on the phone for me to ask about the pool weather policy.

I tried to call the front desk several times.

So I called the front desk which took a damn min for them to answer the phone.

Has declined over the years takes several calls to get house keeping or maintenance to come.

The tub had a black ring around and the moved me to a room with a filthy shower
With someone’s used hygiene products in it

In fact, EVERYONE that we passed from housekeeping, was ALWAYS on the phone and had no time to greet you.

The employees at the front desk that answer the phone (when they do) are not very friendly I needed to stay an extra night and the manager on june 10th made it for R$179, for that price i decided to move to a 4 star hotel with wonderful pool and better employees.
