The entire staff truly made our stay pleasant, from Vicky our breakfast host to the gal at the front desk (sorry I cant remember her name) to Michael the GM at check out on 11-16-2023 we will be back.

There’s an amazing free breakfast and I can’t say enough Miss Vicky who works the breakfast shift.

Breakfast and tea provided and really couldn’t complain also received 3 free drinks each per night which the hubby really appreciated.

The breakfast, free snacks, free cocktails & free kid friendly dinner are all great perks!

For a very reasonable price, our king room on the top floor was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and also drinks and snacks in the afternoon.

We decided to try the Drury because of the reviews and the fact they included breakfast and the kickback in the evening.

The staff during breakfast was phenomenal.

Each evening, a buffet dinner was offered, and included salad, chili or soup, and a rotating menu of chicken, meatballs, pasta, and sliders; chips and nacho cheese/salsa, hotdogs, and vegetables were also offered.

The breakfast and the food and drinks at Kickback was great.

The included breakfast and dinner saved us so much time and money, and you even get 3 free alcoholic beverages with dinner!

The meals and drinks alone saved us easily $100 a day.

After an exhausting day in traffic we were under the impression that drinks and food( we thought appetizers) would be a wonderful way to relax before going out for dinner.

Can’t beat the free breakfast and the kickoff plus the free drinks and free alcoholic drinks!

but wow, the evening snacks/dinning is also free and comes with 3 free alcoholic drinks!!!!

The associate said that we had 30 minutes left for the free drinks and meal.

The evening reception was very nice after a long drive the adults were able to get three alcohol drinks, wine, beer, margarita etc… the dinner was good with a wide variety such as hotdogs baked potatoes, salade etc… they had a popcorn machine for kids also.

We enjoyed warm greetings from staff, daily maid service (rare these days), prompt responses to our requests (like extra wash cloths and blanket), hot buffet style breakfast, and afternoon manager’s reception with various food and drinks.

Exceeded expectations, made us feel comfortable, very clean room and staff cleaning lobby all the time at breakfast and evening drinks and food.

Was more than impressed with the food and drink provided at the kick-back dinner and breakfast.

It’s plenty for a meal and they allow multiple alcoholic drinks per adult for free so that was amazing at this hotel price.

Drury offers  free scheduled shuttles to Universal Orlando Resort - and you can visit the Universal Vacation Planning Center at the hotel for reservations and to purchase tickets!

Additionally, they offer free transportation to Universal Orlando (which is also only about $5 Uber/Lyft ride).

They offer free breakfast and 2 free drinks in the evening.

They also offer free cocktails and a light supper in the evening as well.

They offer free dinner (chicken strips, noodles, nachos and three drinks per day per person).

I chose Drury because they offer the free hot breakfast, 5:30 kickback (free hot dinner and drinks), and also free parking and free Wi-Fi.

They give you vouchers for free (and good) drinks!

Surprise #1

Linda also advised me that they offer free food and cocktails from 5:30-7 daily- again my expectations were snacks at best.

Also, I feel like the hotel misleads adults, they offer 3 free alcoholic drinks per night which is super appealing after a whole day out in Universal/Islands of Adventure,

This hotel was in a pretty good location for our trip to Universal Studios AND offers a free shuttle service with decent pick up times!!

They offer free soda and popcorn from 3:00 pm-10:00 pm.

Had popcorn and a beer in the evening,  as well as the Kick-Back with all the good things to eat.

Their kickback dinner is included in the price and it’s really good.

The staff are actually what makes this hotel incredible besides the food.

They even asked if everything was good and if I needed anything else the food and the stuff during dinner were also good the adult alcohol was very poor quality bur 2 free tickets.

Close to Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s  as well as Icon Park and plenty of places to eat/drink for us late night people.

You can only so many meatballs and gravy before you don’t ever want to see another meat ball again in your life.

The “kick backs” we’re more than filling we ate them four nights and enjoyed them.

The last night we stayed they served meatballs with mashed potatoes.

The evening happy hour offers food that is more like a meal in itself and free alcoholic beverages for adults for the happy hour.

They also have fresh popcorn and an open soda machine.

Staff is very pleasant, rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean, public areas inviting, free hot breakfast, free hot dinner, free soda and coffee available pretty much all day, fresh popcorn every evening.

With breakfast, dinner, cocktails and popcorn, soda and coffee available at no additional cost the value is just fantastic.

Amazing hotel with breakfast and snacks, free sodas, popcorn and a lot more.

I love their free soda machine and their breakfast as well.

You can get free sodas all day and night if you want.

The 24/7 complementary sodas, water, coffee, and tea were the icing on the cake.

Soda, juice, and coffee are still available self serve as they have always been.

But, I am surprised how much I've enjoyed the soda fountain for Diet Coke and filtered water.

The blueberry muffins are delicious and the free popcorn and soda at night are both great perks.

Dead cockroach on the floor and just generally dull.

Then we found a cockroach in the bathroom which we had to kill.

but it did nothing, the bugs could still be seen crawling about.

Cockroach crawling around in the bed was an added bonus and the THREE dirty beads from a previous occupants braids that my 10 month old nearly swallowed while crawling around on the floor were very suiting to the place.

We had to be moved rooms because of cockroaches.

But biggest regret was not taking previous reviews seriously on the bugs which are quite poisonous.

The workers were out every day cleaning the walkways, there were no bugs and I was on ground level.

There was a roach in the bathroom area by the sink immediately after we noticed I sent a communication  letting the hotel management know and no response.

Bedrooms dated and grubby bath stained , found 2 roaches in kitchen area ,  called security due to strangers loitering outside our room for hours.beds comfortable breakfast was good , not of the standard we would usually expect disappointed

New room day 3:  get itchy bites on 3 of us, more so my 10yr old who has loads on her bum.

On our final day, we spoke with a few passengers who were returning home with us, who had visible bites caused by bed bugs.

The room smelled bad, it’s outdated, bathroom is really small, I got bit by bed bugs.

My older son and my mother that were in the same room too….were bitten too!!

It smelled so bad, then I found a roach on the floor.

The main issue we had during our stay was with 'No see ums', a very tiny species of biting insect that were in the room.

My only complaints are we found little gnat-like bugs and the bathroom mirror/vanity could use brighter bulbs.

The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable just what you need after a long day at the parks.

The hotel's cleanliness standards are also questionable.

Honest hotel, cleaned daily, perfect for those who focus on theme parks, and are out all day and need a comfortable place to sleep.

The grounds of the hotel were kept immaculate, lovely clean pool area too.

but are comfortable and have everything that you need including microwave and fridge, the house keeping staff are amazing and keep the rooms so clean each and every day if you want it.

but they are clean every day, beds made, new towels, microwave, decent size fridge and coffee machine.

The place is clean, tidy, peaceful and very safe.

If you are planning on spending all your time at universal studios and volcano waterpark then this is ideal, as they offer a free shuttle service to universal multiple times a day.

although the bar offered free drinks during happy hour.

We ate in the hotel restaurant for breakfast twice as we had free vouchers and it was great for a quick snack.

Another great thing about this hotel, was the shuttle service they offer which is free and can take you driectly to Universal Studios (islands of adventure or Volcano Bay), Sea World and the disney parks

Rooms are great, large, really comfortable bed, pool is great, bar nice and relaxing, nice touch to have free shuttle to theme parks.

There were free shuttles to Universal (4 in the morning, 3 in the evening) which was great.

But adequate for the $13 price (15% gratuity is automatically added)

Close enough to walk to Universal Studios, or there was a free shuttle option.

The hotel does offer a free shuttle to Universal, you need to book this 24 hours in advance down at reception.

Staff were great and the free shuttle to Universal was brilliant - book the day before to guarantee a seat on later buses.

Great stay here second time our family has used this hotel as accommodation on holiday.The location can’t be beat right on I-drive next all the restaurants and bus stops for the ride trolley bus.hotel offers guests free shuttle service to universal

Stayed here wed 12/4 to sat 12/7 and it was amazing decorated perfectly for the holidays and as usual for MOST Rosens no resort fee free shuttles through out the day and low to no deposits.

but very close to several eateries and Universal/Islands and in a great location if you want to stay away from Disney hotels.

We have stayed at this hotel 10 times, its a basic hotel with an excellent location on idrive close to lots of restaurants withing walking distance, or if you want to travel further bus stops are just outside.

**A Location that Doesn't Compensate**

The Rosen Inn International boasts a central location near Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions.

What I like about this hotel is Location, staff and rooms.

Hotel is located in a perfect position for public transport into the parks and up and down I-drive.

My advice if you want a good value clean hotel in a brilliant location book Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando!

Great value hotel in an ideal location for the Universal Parks and International Drive.
