Love that the water boats stay running so late, really helps after a tired day of walking at the park.

The boat captains transporting people to the parks were also personable and professional.

We were at the boat about 10 minutes to 7am and were able to get in the first boat.

Facilities wise the boat shuttle service to City Walk was efficient,

Boats to park make using an ECV wonderful.

There is a boat ride to universal city walk which takes 5 minutes, thus being able to quickly access the Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios theme parks.

The restaurants are all good if a little pricy and the boat taxi to Universal was excellent.

I would definitely stay at a hotel with access to the boat.

Overall the hotel is mainly trading on the location which is a short and pleasant boat ride to universal studios.

The boat to the parks is lovely and a great way to go to and from the parks.

Amazing location being able to get the water boats straight from outside to universal parks.

The boats were seamless and such a pleasant way to traverse the parks.

One of the lovely water taxi trips had a fantastic boat ride with everyone singing YMCA on the boat which will forever be a fond memory for my sister and brother in law who got to enjoy that ride.

It is so easy to get to citywalk and parks, we choose to walk on a morning as we always have, especially when going to IOA as it takes 10 minutes from the boat dock and then catch the boat back after the parks.

The boat to City Walk allowed us to bypass the parking and security mess for regular guests and gave us a separate entrance to the event, which was very useful.

Pros:

- new Dutch trading company service quick service till 11pm

- room can feel cramped with a teen and 2 adults as there is no balcony -

If you're a family going to the Universal theme parks, Loews Sapphire Falls is pretty beautiful, clean, modern, and ideal, with lovely, modern rooms, baths, and grounds, including boats directly to the theme park.

but of all the hotels available with boat access to the parks, this was the lowest- end one.

The boat and/or walk to City Walk lovely.

Access to city walk was great if you like shopping and some food.

The water taxi's were ALWAYS there to take us back and forth to City Walk and Universal Parks.

The boat to Universal City Walk was very convenient.

One additional benefit of this resort is that you get the water taxi to Universal City Walk which starts early and runs late.

Quiet, clean, helpful and easy access to the parks and City Walk.

The water taxi to and from Universal's City walk was wonderful and unexpected!

The free water taxi to universal and city walks is fantastic and the boat staff and security are fun too.

They have the convenience of the dedicated walking path, shuttle, and water taxis to city walk.

Beautiful, moderate level resort with a price point beating anything the D offers. The pool area is well-themed, the lobby, restaurants, and lounges are inviting; and the water-taxi to City Walk makes for a very convenient and charming "commute."

The theme parks, city walk and volcano bay are a 10 minute walk away, or you can get the water taxi to city walk and the theme parks.

Super convenient water taxi that will take you directly to the parks and City Walk.

Beautiful walk (or leisurely boat ride) to City Walk or either of the Universal parks.

Very family friendly, clean and access to restaurants on the property and super convenient to have to water taxis to take you to and from City Walk and the parks.

The hotel is pretty, clean, and within walking distance to universal, volcano bay, and city walk.

The only enjoyable experience was the water taxi to the parks and city walk.

We really enjoyed the early park admission and easy, relaxing water taxi transportation to the theme parks and City Walk.

Charged in the hall, our ADA room with 2Q beds was effective for 2.

My only complaint is the extra $50/night charge for one of our sons.

Upon check in I was requested to provide a credit card to check in and have a $700 charge taken, as I do not have credit cards my debit card had to have a charge made to it.

Your hotel, unlike other competitors, charged us $15.98 to have a $6.00 bottle of cream my son needed / delivered from Amazon.

Check your bill as we were charged for the water we hadn't had - quickly rectified by reception.

We did decide that we missed having a balcony though the view over the shuttle boats always had something happening.. Poor in-room internet and even charged for it in the 'business centre'

I'm sure it states somewhere in small print that this charge is required,

Needless to say I was charged more than what was initially quoted and when I called to dispute the charges I was told that due to the fact that I didn’t have a email showing those “quoted charges” I basically didn’t a fight and the charges will remain.

Thrown out with wet clothing due to a Universal employee’s (several employees as a matter of fact) poor communication and then charged full price for another night’s stay at a lesser resort with fewer amenities on our anniversary trip.

but that's probably why I was charged after I left now that I think about it.

We had to use them on the last day as our flight back to the UK was late and the charges for a late check out was extortionate.

I told him that none of the 4 cards were working.

Note there is a separate charge for the parking ($26 per day for self parking).

Again it took threatening to call a locksmith and charge them for the cost before they even asked what the keys looked like and found them.

I was advised once I was checked out, it would just come off the card that we added to our account on check in.

but we maxed out our credit card anyway so we can finally stay at Sapphire Falls!

There is No excuse for incorrect billing 2 stays in a row, this was my go to hotel,

but I missed where it said that you would be charged almost $40 a night for it.

The refreshments are very expensive anyway so with the service charge added it is a shock to the system!

We were also given a $100 hotel credit which was not honored.

It feels opulent, comfortable and is beautifully decorated.

We did like the boat to the park, it felt like you were still at the park and extended your whole park experience.

The grounds are so well kept and beautiful, you feel like you are in a tropical paradise.

And that was the main reason why we felt like prisoners in very comfortable and expensive corporate America.

but you get what you pay for and I have never felt like spent too much when I stay here it's why I return time and time again.

The lifeguard manager was very combative and would tell people things like “the pool is closed for weather, sorry for the *convenience*” which felt like purposeful word choice.

This hotel was in an excellent location and just felt relaxed from the moment we walked through the door.

Hotel itself is lovely and ideally located at the end of the inland water way along which the water taxi's run (or if you feel the need to walk, there is a walkway that gets you there in under 10 minutes).

You feel welcomed by staff and you feel like it’s a dream.

It really felt like we were at a Caribbean resort.

This is something that has changed post Covid, and finally visiting a resort that didn’t feel understaffed was such a welcome surprise.

I feel like now every hotel we will just compare to this one- and it’s probably unbeatable!

The water taxi was one of the best experiences and added to the overall feel of going to Universal Studios.

From the time we walk in the doors it feels so relaxed and like I’m on island time!!

It was a really nice, scenic way of arriving into Citywalk and felt really relaxing after a long day in the parks.

Our server Casey was attentive and made us feel special.

Lifeguards doing excellent jobs at the pool made our kiddos feel very safe.

Jeffery at the luggage department went way out of his way to make our experience fantastic from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we walked out the door he greeted us you offered us water And to watch him work with the other guests.

The first boat was at 7am with the Islands of Adventure park early opening for resort guests at 8am.

LOTS of guests from the Adventura hotel used the service as well

We saw another guest complained about him shouting at his son.

Inconsiderate guests at 12am shouting outside the flimsy doors.

They picked up quick and the guests leave their belongings all day to 'hold' their spots.

We enjoyed the early themepark entry as hotel guests and it was a short trip to the parks.

Chijioke "CJ" at Guest Services is an absolute stud that will quickly resolve any issue that may arise during your stay.

but these dog friendly rooms treat your hotel guest that have a dog like second class citizens.

The food is amazing at their hotel, the guest services and Roxy to name a few, making this stay amazing!

The front desk attendant, Padraic McVeigh, mocked us and laughed about our issues with a guest he was checking in.

As a guest you will inevitably use this cafe for morning fix or pre park grab and go.

After we checked in as repeat guests celebrating a milestone birthday, they gave us a room on the same floor as the lobby with a view of the parking lot.

I would imagine almost every guest at this hotel is there to visit Universal.

Daphne at concierge and David at poolside were so friendly and inviting, making us feel like we were the most important guests there.

Extremely accommodating, even with extra unexpected guests arriving!

However, you’re not paying premier prices either…

Now let me say this, cheaper does not always mean cheap.

I booked the hotel through the website and paid more than I would have if I booked with Expedia.

A family of 4 should be the same price regardless of age.

The cheaper hotels had the best benifits.It should have been some benefit for paying more than the other 3 hotels that occupy that same that entrance.

This unfortunately cost us dearly on our time in the parks as my children were unable to get back to sleep for sometime on each occasion.

however, their policy states you cannot leave your pet in the room unattended ever - you cannot dine out, you cannot go to the pool, you cannot go to Universal Studios - so why travel a long distance and pay big money to sit in a hotel room !?

We paid over a $1,000 for this suite for just one night.

but we would have preferred a king bed option instead but this was not available without a massive increase in price which I didn't feel justified opting for this just for a bigger bed in the room.

I have given 4 stars purely due to the expensive food at this property.

Note you can stay at Adventura right next door cheaper and walk over and use water taxi.

My family loved this hotel especially the food, pool, water slide and the water taxi from the hotel to the universal studios parks.

We took the water taxi every day to and from the parks….very efficient!

Very clean room, loved having the water taxi  take us to the park and not having to battle parking in the morning.

I loved being able to walk or ride the water taxi to the parks!

Transportation to Universal Studios was very comfortable and enjoyable, especially by water taxi.

The after taxi is so fast, you don’t wait long to get to and from.

The only complaint I have is that they don't tell you that receiving packages at the hotel has a charge of $7 USD each.

We should not have been charged full greens fees to play only 17 holes on a course in lousy condition.

The problem at this resort is 8 out of 10 times we ate at any of the property restaurants we we're overcharged on at least one item.

My family and I believe it's ridiculous for people to be charged a large amount of money for a dish we didn't take in the food buffet.

No refund or credit or anything was offered for either of these occurrences.

We’d get the charges fixed only to find out they later billed us for more erroneous charges the day after we had already checked out.

They charged us full price for just the pasta nothing else.

IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE COURTESY OF A REVIEW OF MY CHARGES I WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS UPON CHECKOUT and addressed it then.

In a single room service dinner, we were charged twice for an item, they failed to deliver an item, soup arrived cold, and they made an item with an ingredient we have specifically requested not to be in any of our meals (that they have notes on).

They are still wanting to  charge $14 for Disney movie!

She was charging us a much higher rate & was not willing to rectify the error made by their employee.

This is a very nice touch as so many luxury properties these days just fill the fridge full of mini-bar products and then try to charge you to remove the items so that you can make use of your fridge!

From the broken A/C in our room and the food service (which either didn't arrive at all or arrived incomplete) to the erroneous charges and mishandling of reservations, ours was not the Four Seasons experience we were expecting.

Also, servers tried to charge us for the kids meals in almost every restaurant (they are 3 and 5and the Four Seasons hotels don’t charge meals for kids under 6)
I know this was a busy holiday,

However, they shouldn't charge guests for parking, especially when valet is mandatory.

Our iPad kept dying because the battery wouldn't charge while seated in the charging stand.

A manager, Stephanie nugent would not correct false charges immediately on my folio.

1 star is based on the room charge we paid which was under 5000 USD (!!!)

Jason made us feel welcome when we checked in.

We felt like we were fighting with staff all week.

We stayed here for our 1st anniversary and everyone made it a point to make us feel special.

Your attitude, smile, making us feel welcome, knowing our regular order, your simply the best.

The entire staff from the valet, to the servers, to the kids club staff, really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

They have the team to make adults feel welcomed and appreciated.

We really felt looked after and as if nothing was too much trouble.

So, if you stay on site, you almost feel like to have the entire place to yourself.

She instantly appeased our disgruntled feeling and did everything she could to make amends.

We felt as if we truly were at a resort out of town.

It felt weird, since we are a couple and always together.

but wanted to try the four seasons this time and are so glad we did. The hotel felt like a vacation within our Disney vacation - it was a relaxing place to return to after the parks or spend a day at the pools (which are amazing for kids.)

The staff makes you feel comfortable and special.

From the valets, concierge, pool/recreation staff, spa staff, they all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and respected!

but when makes this resort shine is the staff, they go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay making you feel super welcome.

From the pre-trip communication, to the welcoming service the minute we stepped on property, to the emphasis on getting to know our family, especially our two toddler boys, to making us feel completely comfortable as a two-mom family, we were wishing we never had to leave.

Only 20 minutes into arriving at the Four Seasons and we already felt so relaxed and taken care of.

A shout out to security for really taking care of one of our guest who had a medical emergency.

These lost amenities are at the guests expense.

The food was so good that our guest still comment about how wonderful it tasted!

The transportation systems for the guests to travel to Disneyworld were flawless.

From the moment we stepped out of our car we weee treated like special guest.

Every employee displays a consistent level of service and attention and treats every guest with utmost respect.

Almost 3 weeks later, our guests are still reaching out to say our wedding was the best they’d ever attended and how much they loved the property.

We enjoyed the resort as a whole as well as our guest room and the restaurants.

but be extra attentive/friendly to another resort guest sitting right next to you.

Assistant guest services manager, Sam Gringeri, provided my husband and I with an incredible experience while we were staying at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, he made us feel very special and recognized throughout our stay.

but not great for an Italian client) and you can spend very nice days in the hotel with pools, SPA, etc.

This is just one of the many ways that the staff go above and beyond with guests.

I'm not exaggerating when I say every single employee we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel.

This was 100% about Bobby seeking conflict and not at all about capacity or guest service.

The Four Seasons shines in all areas; the grounds, the cuisine, the guest services, golf course, and the spacious rooms.

I praise the management team at this property for the way they train their employees and for all unique ways they find to make each guest feel special and well treated.

They were accomodating in every sense of the word.. the hotel was beautiful.. and they have taken amazing steps to ensure health & safety is very dominant when taking care of their hotel guests.

however I was very fortunate to have been able to stay as a first-time guest at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

During COVID they are taking amazing precautions all while still creating a fabulous guest experience. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel staff (shout out to assistant manager Sam G!)

The room was spacious and spotless, the bed linens were high-quality cotton, and the bathroom was luxurious and roomy.

Wonderful family oriented resort, a luxurious stay and the service is honestly out of this world.

After two long day with VIP tours we looked forward to coming back to this luxury of service.

My wife and I reserved Park View Room with 500 square feet of luxury, king-sized bed, a private balcony with views of the pool, lakes, golf course, woodlands and fireworks, LED screen TV, complimentary premium wi-fi, 24-hour room service, full marble bathroom with in-mirror TV, separate glassed-in shower and deep soaking tub, sofa, in-room safe, refrigerator and twice daily housekeeping service.

The Four Seasons had gotten so many amazing reviews we thought it would be a good mix of a luxurious break from Disney and yet catering to kids.

but, I wanted to try the Four Seasons for my wife's birthday and see how you compare to other luxury hotels.
