The biggest issue is that if you call Guest Services with a request, expect to be waiting at least TWO AND A HALF HOURS for your request t be filled, if you're lucky.

My husband calls down again and we are told housekeeping is backed up they will be there as soon as they can, we get a knock at the door, we assume they will come in and make the bed.

Like we want to bring are wallet to the pool with ID ⁃ I have attempted to call the management a few times they’re never available and The front desk transfers all over the place and no one ever knows who you are what you want.

We spent two weeks there in a suite, with wonderful experience - Nice location at Universal blvd, with walking distance to I-drive,- Close to restaurants, shops, stores etc.

We had a nice view from the 12th floor of the Universal fireworks at night and the room was quiet and away from most families with smaller children.

The proximity to Universal is almost walking distance it’s so close and not a bad drive to Disney either since I-4 is ridiculously close as well.
