Spacious apartment with modern quality equipment in close driving distance from all the major theme parks - as well as shopping malls and grocery stores.

WorldQuest is also a 15-minute drive from Disney World, a 30-minute drive to Universal Studios, and a close drive to other restaurants and stores.

A few minute drive to the parks, and a Publix, gas station, and Wal-Mart are also a close drive.

but it was closed for cleaning after a little person had a little accident!)

I can imagine the cleaning people brushing their hair and physically removing strands and dropping them on the floors, in the refrigerator, in the showers, within the sheets , and on towels.

I did buy antibacterial wipes to clean it before use. There is no room service and the rooms are not cleaned during your stay (cue the antibacterial wipes mid-stay!)

but could be cleaner (windows, cupboards, corners etc), staff seem a bit disinterested and room decor dated.

I think cleaning is low on their list of priorities.

We had a shower full of mildew, broken and missing tiles in the bathroom, our bedroom wall had spills on them that had never been cleaned and an outdoor patio with broken and missing screens among other items.

They do charge $25 per night for a resort fee plus a deep cleaning fee of $35.

Dirty floors and no sign of an attempt to clean the threshold at the door.

There is no housekeeping services currently.

When we checked in on Sunday, there was a huge bag is stinky dirty towels and also a huge bag of stinky trash that was left by housekeeping in front of our door.

Floors were filthy and to say that we were shocked would be an understatement especially during a pandemic where cleaning is essential .

but there is NO WAY a cleaning crew could've missed that when changing the sheets!

I was aware that housekeeping would cost me u$ 35 a Day, plus resort charge!

You’re already charging me $25 a day resort fee, $36 for cleaning my room at the end of the stay, plus extra cleaning and towel fees during my stay, should I elect these services.

I do not recommend this resort, you’ll pay a cleaning fee and a resort fee

The baseboards need a good cleaning and dusting, they were really not clean at all.

No one came from housekeeping or a followup call when I reported it.

However the drum in the washer machine was disconnected and there is a ridiculous 47 dollar charge for housekeeping (16 for fresh towels).

To this day, I am not sure if they even have a housekeeping service.

The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer with an ice maker.

The Fridge Freezer was great for us to freeze water bottles and take them to the park for cooling drinks the next day (I bought a backpack coolbag and used frozen water as coolpacks to keep the water and gatorade that wasn't frozen cool).

Very nice hotel in a quiet location,  rooms/apartments were spacious and well equipped with everything you need including toaster,  fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher etc, we stayed in a three bedroom/ 2 bathroom in building 3 with lounge views over the pool/ lake.

The washer dryer was newer and that was a great added bonus.

Welcome pack includes tide and softener for the washer (dryer also available) plus washing liquid for dishwasher, coffee and sweetener too.

It's perfect if you happen to be running in the runDisney races at Walt Disney World because they have a washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, and a full kitchen.

The kitchen was updated and stocked with everything you needed to cook your own meals.

I had a great apartment there: two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a massive fridge and freezer, an automatic ice-maker, and an industrial-strength washing machine and tumble dryer.

It had well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, a main bath room and en-suite.

Kitchen had oven with hob, massive fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty cupboard space and kitchen ware.

I like the fact that the kitchens are fully equipped.

The layout was so roomy and made it easy to feel at “home.” 

We enjoyed the AMENITIES  like the washer and dryer and  by having a  kitchen we were able to make our own meals.

but a private condo with every imaginable amenity - laundry, dishwasher, two bedrooms (other units have 3), ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, 3 tvs, balcony with lake and pool views, gorgeous pool and hot tub decks, tiki- bar restaurant.

The place is loaded with a complete kitchen, they will even shop for groceries for you.

Such a great value for a large room with full kitchen and laundry in the unit.

Spacious living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and multiple SEPARATE bedrooms (the kiddos won’t bother you this trip)!

The cleaning and maintenance staff are all very lovely and aware.

On a good note, once I complained, maintenance guys were there quick, pleasant and took care of our issues.

Friendly staff and VERY responsive and helpful maintenance staff (which were frequently needed).

Pilar was my housekeeper she was awesome the cleaning was really good.The housekeeping supervisors jacky & jovita came in to check we had are beds changed and if we were happy with our housekeeper, The maintenance team freddy & erazmo and was fast and very good i had to call to get a mattress changed and they changed it in less than 10 minutes!!

but the hotel sent the maintenance team straight away and everything was very quickly sorted.

The accommodation is first class and the service from all of the staff on site, from the lovely ladies on reception to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, are all very helpful and extremely friendly.

Hats off to the housekeeping staff and the maintenance department for making this facility 5 stars!

We had an issue with our in room safe, and the front desk had maintenance there within minutes.

Carmelo the maintenance guy always fast and ready to resolve any issue and the ladies on the breakfast area helping all the kids with their needs and wishing us Good luck in our game.

The staff there were very friendly from front desk to maintenance they were always smiling and making you feel at home.

Would not recommend this hotel, rooms are dated and mouldy, the noise levels are high so it’s impossible to get rest and there is a constant smell of weed in the corridors, complain to reception and little is done apart from move you which gets a bit tedious and time consuming when that happens twice!

I guess the staff on the desk must find it difficult to deal with so many customers complaining about the decor so this is a stock answer they give to everyone…..The first room we were given had a damp musty smell and the sofa was filthy.

The entire unit was filthy with hairs stuck to the shower floors and air vents, heavily stained carpets, all original furniture from the 80s, and doors that were literally falling off the hinges and resting on the wall.

Also, when I first entered the apartment, there was a musty smell which you often get in buildings in humid climates.

The beds are horrible uncomfortable, the appliances are filthy.

Water quality in-suite very poor (smells, no cold water).

We booked thru RCI, checked in got room key and  room was disgusting, nasty, dirty, outdated, hair in the beds, the bedding was outdated, soiled furniture.

(We booked a 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite at WorldQuest and this was a 1 bedroom, one bath for 6 guests. We had stained sheets, a dirty toilet, and odor in the room.)

None of the pictures on social media, their website or other marketing materials do justice to the absolute disrepair and filth of the condos.

Both showers looked disgusting, the couch was worn and broken, beds were uncomfortable and appeared old, and the suite looks as if it hadn’t been dusted in years.

Between the disgusting stained couch, the dirty hallways full of trash and our first night greetings by a raccoon (on the 4th floor!)

The rooms are extremely run down and smell old and musty .

But the rooms are old, smelly and repugnantly dirty.

The jacuzzi was unusable the first night because the jets were covered in mold.

But the bedrooms had old carpets with a nasty smell.

There is an odor as if there was mold living in the walls.

Pool bar is decent and well priced, towels are well stocked and private showers are also available.

I was pleasantly surprised considering recent poor reviews - however , we have zero complaints 

Pool is large , clean and spacious - plenty of sun beds and all staff seem happy and helpful  

Shop on site is well stocked with snacks - yes can be bought cheaper in Walmart

The staff is helpful, the location is good, shuttle service to Disney, if you want (sometimes the time factor might not be the best), small stocked "grocery" including frozen foods and wines, etc.

The pool saw very nice and towels are supplied and regularly re stocked.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for food service: stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, full fridge, plates, mugs, wine glasses, colander, pitcher, cups and a colony of ANTS.

The place was clean, lot’s of towels and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed including a wine cork!

Lobby was well stocked with necessities and the front desk even gave us bags of ice for our cooler for the theme parks.

It was stocked with most everything you need to cook and saved us quite a bit as opposed to eating out every meal.

The rooms are clean and spacious, televisions in all bedrooms, sufficient packing space and the resort has great amenities .The kitchen is poorly stocked for people who prefer home-cooking.

Great condo layout (we had a 2 bedroom), clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked kitchen for utensils and basic kitchen tools.

The 24 hour convience store( stocked with anything you could possibly need) located in the lobby was greatly appreciated.

The kitchen was stocked like a Residence Inn.

Very clean 3 room suite with everything you need from washer dryer to huge pool, wifi, tv and bathroom for each room and great stocked kitchen.

The room was also nicely stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The three bedrooms all have tvs great for keeping the kids quiet while you relax.

Each bedroom had a television, a great asset if you are travelling with kids.

The living room furniture was comfortable & there are TV’s in every bedroom.

The room was very clean and well equipped with hair dryer , washer and dryer, iron and ironing board , tv’s in each bedroom and free wi-fi.

We wished we had scheduled more time to be spent at the resort-great rooms (3 bedrooms), kitchen, 2 full, 1- 3/4 baths, TV in each bedroom, COMFORTABLE beds, washer/dryer in unit!

It had everything you would expect in a hotel, a tv in each of the bedrooms (although only 1 DVD player), and a well stocked kitchen.

Each bedroom had a tv as well as the living area and there was an enclosed porch off the back with a table and chairs.

We had a master bedroom with a six foot bed, large flat screen TV and an ensuite with marble countertops, his and hers basins, a large closet with a safe, a huge walk in shower AND a Jacuzzi bath.

The boys get their own room with two single beds and a TV and bathroom, my daughter gets her own double bed with TV and central bathroom and we get an oversized main bedroom for us with TV and en-suite bathroom!

Flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms.

Each bedroom had a TV and the living room had an LCD tv with DVD player, which was fun to come back to after all day on our feet at the parks.

The unit was in very good shape and had a nice screened balcony suitable for dining and TVs in every bedroom and the living area.

Decor is a little dated and no elevator to floors 2/3 are the only negatives.

We were on the third floor and there is no elevator, so bringing luggage up and down was difficult.

The only bad thing about this hotel is there is no elevators and you have to pay for parking

Upon arrival we were told that they do not have any elevators at all.

There are no elevators, so we chose to only walk up the one flight (wouldnt want to be on the top floor if you have a lot of luggage!).

The only thing that could have made my stay easier was if I had noticed that the property DOES NOT have an elevator.

There are no lifts and pathways are narrow which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues and pushchairs.

As other reviews have pointed out there is no elevator
but this did not affect us as we requested ground floor suite for my parents.

There is no elevator to navigate to floor 2 or 3.

How did I miss seeing that there are no elevators?

It was on the 3rd floor, & the hotel has NO ELEVATORS!!!

There are no elevators so if stairs are an issue for you, you will want to ask for a room on the first floor.

but the pics were deceiving if you are looking for luxury keep looking this is value land and no elevator, dirty people at the hot tub!!!

We stayed on the third floor and as people mentioned there is no elevator so just be mindful if you have heavy luggage.

but there are no elevators which is a little annoying with kids, and I hate how so many Orlando area hotel chains have people in the lobby trying to sell you things.

Each trip we booked an all suites type property with free breakfast, internet and parking.

The free breakfast was amazing and offered a wide variety.

Included breakfast was excellent with something for everyone.

The complimentary breakfast is served later than most hotels, 7-10:30 am, and offers a good variety of food.

We spent 2 weeks at the Staybridge Suites as a family of 8, occupying 2 x two bedroom suites

The suites are spacious and comfortable, and an ideal location for exploring Disney (10 mins away) or other nearby attractions 

Facilities are excellent, with free breakfast each morning, offering a good selection of hot and cold options.

When you consider the free breakfast (eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, toast, coffee, soft drinks) and the happy hour that they offered (free beer, wine, snacks) it is an incredible value.

There's ample parking, a complimentary breakfast, outdoor seating and pool area and a nifty social hour Monday to Wednesdays.

It is very well maintained, the staff is pleasant and accessible, and the complimentary breakfast is good as well as helpful if you want to save a few dollars.

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast and social hour.

Breakfast is included and there are plenty of choices

Theres a full kitchen if needed and they serve a lovely breakfast thats included.

Breakfast is free every single morning from 7-10.

Within walking distance of grocery store and many restaurants-even a Wawa.

Luckily we had one store nearby where we got Indian groceries.

It’s in a great area with lots of stuff available around, like grocery stores and Tesla chargers.

You are able to walk to several restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store.

Walking distance of a few shops for necessary groceries , a pharmacy and plenty restaurants all within 10 minute walk.

The resort is very close to the entrance of Disney Springs and is in walking distance to eateries, gift shops, and a grocery store.

There are several restaurants that are within walking distance, as well as convenience and grocery stores.

There is a grocery store across the street for anything you would need during your stay.

Convenient to so many restaurants (we love Sweet Tomatoes) and next door to a grocery store, across the street from Walgreen's.

There is also a grocery store and a Walgreens just across the street.

There are plenty of grocery, food and shopping options in the immediate area, and of course, the theme parks are just a short drive away.

There’s a grocery store, WaWa convenience store, and many restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Chinese/Japanese, American).

The location was excellent for us - not too far from any of the parks and close to a number of restaurants and a grocery store.

The location was conveniently located for all of the area theme parks, had two grocery stores within a mile of the property (Winn Dixie has better prices.

The drive to Disney was quick and easy, with lots of nearby restaurants and a grocery store next door.

Lots of places within walking distance such as grocery store, liquor store and  restaurants.

It was close to all the attractions and the grocery store.

We stocked up the kitchen area with groceries from the store down the street and it was just like being at home.

Walmart and Target within 15 minutes, grocery stores even closer, and Walgreens across the street.

Close to grocery stores, fast food and nice restaurants.

There is a grocery store, Walgreens, and restaurants very close by.

24 hour grocery store right across the two-lane, and restaurants and shopping across from the entrance.

It is located in a convenient location to all parks, several restaurants, with a Winn-Dixie grocery store, Papa John's pizza and a liquor store across the street.

We had a lounge and kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, cooker and a dishwasher.

Great spacious 2 bed suite, the most comfortable bed ever, and great ice making machine in our own freezer!

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

It has always met our needs…clean, conveniently located, well appointed as a mini suite with it’s separate living room and spacious kitchenette.

Also, the dishwasher was full of clean dishes and utensils for us to use which was very convenient.

Our suite was large with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels.

Oven coffeemaker, cups, sink,a big bar with 6 bar stools to sit on safe for children can't pull anything down  from up top front door with proper locks for family security and bathroom our one of the best clean i ever seen in a place i stayed no faults in our room and bathroom.

Spacious apartment plenty big for 7 of us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette .

We had a one bedroom/bathroom suite with a living room and full kitchen.

Kitchen was modern, every thing was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The full sized fridge was appreciated, and the kitchenette stocked with cutlery, plates, saucepans etc.

The staff was extremely accommodating with a pre-arrival request. Our two bedroom/two bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)

Plenty of space and the kitchen was a bonus for quick meals and snacks.

I loved having a living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath for less than the cost of a standard hotel room in Disney.

Breakfast is not bad and there is a full kitchen, Wich is very convenient.

but serviceable for a family of 4, with stove, microwave and pots and pans.

Three convenient stores (drinking water, cup noodles, chips, fruits, etc) available at close walking proximity,  WAWA (includes gas station) Walgreens (open 24 hours) and Winnie Dixie.

Tui didn’t help neither they said even with teh smell it was an “unjustified move” hmm maybe the rep that attended had a ‘unjustified nose too’ because she agreed it was awful.

Not so good points:
The musty damp smell in the rooms.

The room smells like mold, worse than most Florida hotels.

but all the days after that - they must have sprayed something to get rid of the musty smell.

I hate having to walk through the smell just to get to my room every time.

but the moment we got in the room we had itchy throat and heavy breathing problems, to the point we had to use nasal sprays.

The front desk and lobby area is not impressive at all it looks more like a nasty convenience store, with one person serving guests so the wait time at 10 pm was quite long.

But when we got to our first room the sinks were clogged there were fleas on the nightstand and a musty smell .. after complaining we were put in another room with blood stained sheets and roachs be very careful people live in complex and move in with pets ….

but I think the outside access also lent to a slight musty smell from the carpet in our room.

Foyer smelled musty when we checked in and I thought ‘ah no.

I want to first say that the negative reviews that mention out dated, mold, dingy, etc.

There is a smell of a mix of old and dirty that hunt me all night long.

however have a suggestion - move the customer BBQ grill away from the smoking section, I don't want to grill my food whilst people are smoking next to it!!

but the carpet smelled so bad of dog urine I was unable to do so.

We opened the door and were greeted by the smell of cleaning products- not harsh over powering chemicals,

That being said, the furniture needed a major update, cleaning was spotty, and the bathroom had some pretty bad mold.

I don’t know if that ever happened because the smell persisted.

There is a nice variety and well-stocked and the attendants there are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel

Well-stocked, clean, the greatest variety I've ever seen with a complimentary breakfast, both hot and cold options.

The housekeeper did a very good job, rooms were always clean and bathroom well stocked with shampoo conditioner etc., The whole complex was always very clean .

Housekeeping really are good, and the room was super clean and well stocked.

There were always plenty of available tables and they did a great job of keeping fresh food stocked and cleaning any messes that guests left.

Plenty of staff keeping everything fresh and stocked and also for clean up.

Pantry is well stocked and it's easy to find - right off of I-4 and 10 minutes or so to Disney.

Location was ok - we used the location to go to Daytona, Outlet shopping, stocked up at Walmart for our upcoming weeks and went to Florida Mall also.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, with the bedrooms ample in space, the kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed.

The kitchen area is well stocked with crockery/cutlery etc and with a Winn Dixie across the way it’s a no-brainer to sort out groceries for the stay. Length of stay 4 nights - Late September 2016 - Family of 4 (3 females/1 male - all adults)- Family of 4 (3 females/1 male - all adults)
