I would recommend this property for location to Disney and the extra space/facilities within the apartment .

We went to the Disney Resort with 2 families of 8 and everyone was happy with this hotel.

A great location for touring Orlando and especially the Disney parks.

The location is perfect to all Disney related locations mins away.

The hotel runs two shuttles: one each to Epcot and Hollywood Studios , at 08.20 and 11.20 respectively.

Another huge bonus staying here was the proximity to Disney.

It's perfect if you happen to be running in the runDisney races at Walt Disney World because they have a washer and dryer, separate bedrooms, and a full kitchen.

The Disney resorts offer you free transportation all day which is such a bonus,

Location of this resort is perfect for visiting Disney World and it’s also close to supermarkets and Celebration.

WorldQuest is a quick five - ten minute drive to Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney Springs.

Also there was lot of free parking and only a 10 min drive from Disney resorts and a 5 min drive to Walmart.

This hotel is in great distance for Walt Disney world stays

There is a bus that goes from reception to magic Kingdom and animal kingdom

The location was ideal for us as close to all the parks Disney ones all within a 10 to 20 minute drive, Universal a 20 minute drive.

The I4 is only approx 5 minutes drive which gets you right onto Disney and five minutes more to SeaWorld and 5 extra minutes more to universal.

Pool great, close to Disney, plenty of parking and good sized accommodation.

I also cannot fault it’s location, especially if you are doing Disney.

Also great location for if you plan to visit Disney.

The hotel is really close to Disney world and some of retailers.

For the price and the proximity to the Disney parks, you can't beat that.

So close to Disney and all the fun things to do in Orlando!

It did have a nice balcony, plenty of space, and is close to Magic Kingdom.

Location wise it is very close to Disney World

The resort is also very close to the Disney which is vert convenient after long days at the parks.

World Quest was so close to all the Disney Parks, ESPN where we played and right near the highway to head to any other major attraction in Orlando.

On top of that it is close to Disney so we were there when it opened every day.

Location: the best part about this place is its location close to Disney, Celebration, and the many attractions.

The resort is close to all of the Disney attractions.

I would highly recommend this resort to big families who want to be near the Disney parks.

World Quest is at a great location; close to Disney, major highways, malls and markets.

The resort is close to all the Disney parks and there are restaurants and shopping close by.

The resort is very close to the Disney parks as well as many other area attractions.

but it was closed for cleaning after a little person had a little accident!)

I can imagine the cleaning people brushing their hair and physically removing strands and dropping them on the floors, in the refrigerator, in the showers, within the sheets , and on towels.

I did buy antibacterial wipes to clean it before use. There is no room service and the rooms are not cleaned during your stay (cue the antibacterial wipes mid-stay!)

but could be cleaner (windows, cupboards, corners etc), staff seem a bit disinterested and room decor dated.

I think cleaning is low on their list of priorities.

We had a shower full of mildew, broken and missing tiles in the bathroom, our bedroom wall had spills on them that had never been cleaned and an outdoor patio with broken and missing screens among other items.

They do charge $25 per night for a resort fee plus a deep cleaning fee of $35.

Dirty floors and no sign of an attempt to clean the threshold at the door.

There is no housekeeping services currently.

When we checked in on Sunday, there was a huge bag is stinky dirty towels and also a huge bag of stinky trash that was left by housekeeping in front of our door.

Floors were filthy and to say that we were shocked would be an understatement especially during a pandemic where cleaning is essential .

but there is NO WAY a cleaning crew could've missed that when changing the sheets!

I was aware that housekeeping would cost me u$ 35 a Day, plus resort charge!

You’re already charging me $25 a day resort fee, $36 for cleaning my room at the end of the stay, plus extra cleaning and towel fees during my stay, should I elect these services.

I do not recommend this resort, you’ll pay a cleaning fee and a resort fee

The baseboards need a good cleaning and dusting, they were really not clean at all.

No one came from housekeeping or a followup call when I reported it.

However the drum in the washer machine was disconnected and there is a ridiculous 47 dollar charge for housekeeping (16 for fresh towels).

To this day, I am not sure if they even have a housekeeping service.

The condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer with an ice maker.

The Fridge Freezer was great for us to freeze water bottles and take them to the park for cooling drinks the next day (I bought a backpack coolbag and used frozen water as coolpacks to keep the water and gatorade that wasn't frozen cool).

Very nice hotel in a quiet location,  rooms/apartments were spacious and well equipped with everything you need including toaster,  fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher etc, we stayed in a three bedroom/ 2 bathroom in building 3 with lounge views over the pool/ lake.

The washer dryer was newer and that was a great added bonus.

Welcome pack includes tide and softener for the washer (dryer also available) plus washing liquid for dishwasher, coffee and sweetener too.

The kitchen was updated and stocked with everything you needed to cook your own meals.

I had a great apartment there: two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a massive fridge and freezer, an automatic ice-maker, and an industrial-strength washing machine and tumble dryer.

It had well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, a main bath room and en-suite.

Kitchen had oven with hob, massive fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty cupboard space and kitchen ware.

I like the fact that the kitchens are fully equipped.

The layout was so roomy and made it easy to feel at “home.” 

We enjoyed the AMENITIES  like the washer and dryer and  by having a  kitchen we were able to make our own meals.

Basic stocked grnt top kitchen w/daily trashbag service.

but a private condo with every imaginable amenity - laundry, dishwasher, two bedrooms (other units have 3), ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, 3 tvs, balcony with lake and pool views, gorgeous pool and hot tub decks, tiki- bar restaurant.

The place is loaded with a complete kitchen, they will even shop for groceries for you.

Such a great value for a large room with full kitchen and laundry in the unit.

Spacious living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and multiple SEPARATE bedrooms (the kiddos won’t bother you this trip)!

The pool is amazing and the Tiki bar is well taken care of and Laman behind the the bar is amazing.

the pool area is clean and alit of chairs and tables.

The pool was very quiet and open until 11pm,

Beautifully cleaned spacious rooms, large pool, indoor jacuzzi is gorgeous, and at night you can watch fireworks from the balcony.

The pool was a great size and so clean, always plenty of towels available and even pool toys and floats for the children to play with.

The rooms are a stone throw away from the pool which is perfect for  families.

Fantastic view of the conservation area and pool.

The pool had a tropical vibe, not busy and very clean.

Saw a few raccoons by the pool which, in my opinion, was a great bonus

The pool area is lovely with a little bar there.

Pool area is beautiful, water is a nice temperature, lots of sunbeds and parasols available.

My window was adjacent to the pool and our screen in porch also was.

We were in Block 4 and had a great view of the lake and pool from our balcony.

The pool area was quiet - we had the entire pool to ourselves twice during March break - and the area was clean.

Perhaps the most beautiful pool and hot tub I've ever seen.

There was also a lovely big pool and hot tub in the resort which would be ideal for families.

The price is ok, the pool area is very nice, drinks are good, you can tell the building is old

The pool area was fantastic, very clean looking and very modern, the pool bar was good, although extremely expensive. Beware, the barman takes an automatic 20% tip,

The world quest resort is clean and very friendly staff special mention to Thomas and Suki which texted to see if everything was ok. Great large pool area to relax after being at parks and clean towels provided everyday at pool.

The pool area is really nice and relaxing.

Of course the pool area and public areas were nice and well cared for.

Would not recommend this hotel, rooms are dated and mouldy, the noise levels are high so it’s impossible to get rest and there is a constant smell of weed in the corridors, complain to reception and little is done apart from move you which gets a bit tedious and time consuming when that happens twice!

I guess the staff on the desk must find it difficult to deal with so many customers complaining about the decor so this is a stock answer they give to everyone…..The first room we were given had a damp musty smell and the sofa was filthy.

The entire unit was filthy with hairs stuck to the shower floors and air vents, heavily stained carpets, all original furniture from the 80s, and doors that were literally falling off the hinges and resting on the wall.

Also, when I first entered the apartment, there was a musty smell which you often get in buildings in humid climates.

The beds are horrible uncomfortable, the appliances are filthy.

Water quality in-suite very poor (smells, no cold water).

We booked thru RCI, checked in got room key and  room was disgusting, nasty, dirty, outdated, hair in the beds, the bedding was outdated, soiled furniture.

(We booked a 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite at WorldQuest and this was a 1 bedroom, one bath for 6 guests. We had stained sheets, a dirty toilet, and odor in the room.)

None of the pictures on social media, their website or other marketing materials do justice to the absolute disrepair and filth of the condos.

Both showers looked disgusting, the couch was worn and broken, beds were uncomfortable and appeared old, and the suite looks as if it hadn’t been dusted in years.

Between the disgusting stained couch, the dirty hallways full of trash and our first night greetings by a raccoon (on the 4th floor!)

The rooms are extremely run down and smell old and musty .

But the rooms are old, smelly and repugnantly dirty.

The jacuzzi was unusable the first night because the jets were covered in mold.

But the bedrooms had old carpets with a nasty smell.

There is an odor as if there was mold living in the walls.

Good Luck and hope changes and attitudes can be rearranged.

In the Tiki bar was friendly and helpful.

Each time, I have been impressed with the overall cleanliness , amenities and the friendliness of the staff.

The desk clerks Diego, Emanual, David and Valoria are friendly and helpful.

The staff were  very helpful we had an issue with the toilet

as you see him all week hea always friendly and willing to spend time with you answering all your questions.

but these were quickly sorted by the attentive staff.

The staff on the front desk are very attentive and for younger staff it is rare.

The staff are all lovely with great recommendations made to us regarding the best steaks.. longhorn steak house and the best ribs at Logans.

The staff were most helpful at the front desk.

but overall we had an excellent holiday…

Negative points: 
I noticed that at the reception area there is a sign that states World Quest is a Disney “Good Neighbour” hotel.

Location is perfect, grounds are well presented, staff are polite and friendly.

The bartender at the Tiki bar was always so pleasant and the staff at the WorldQuest are wonderful.

He was so knowledgeable about things in the area and really made our time at world quest great.

Check-in was an absolute breeze - the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and anything you needed  like clean towels, shampoo etc was delivered almost immediately.

Pool bar is decent and well priced, towels are well stocked and private showers are also available.

I was pleasantly surprised considering recent poor reviews - however , we have zero complaints 

Pool is large , clean and spacious - plenty of sun beds and all staff seem happy and helpful  

Shop on site is well stocked with snacks - yes can be bought cheaper in Walmart

The staff is helpful, the location is good, shuttle service to Disney, if you want (sometimes the time factor might not be the best), small stocked "grocery" including frozen foods and wines, etc.

The pool saw very nice and towels are supplied and regularly re stocked.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for food service: stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, full fridge, plates, mugs, wine glasses, colander, pitcher, cups and a colony of ANTS.

The place was clean, lot’s of towels and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed including a wine cork!

Lobby was well stocked with necessities and the front desk even gave us bags of ice for our cooler for the theme parks.

It was stocked with most everything you need to cook and saved us quite a bit as opposed to eating out every meal.

The rooms are clean and spacious, televisions in all bedrooms, sufficient packing space and the resort has great amenities .The kitchen is poorly stocked for people who prefer home-cooking.

Great condo layout (we had a 2 bedroom), clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked kitchen for utensils and basic kitchen tools.

The 24 hour convience store( stocked with anything you could possibly need) located in the lobby was greatly appreciated.

The kitchen was stocked like a Residence Inn.

Very clean 3 room suite with everything you need from washer dryer to huge pool, wifi, tv and bathroom for each room and great stocked kitchen.

The room was also nicely stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The master has the largest bathroom you’ve ever seen with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath , great for soaking in after walking around the theme parks.

Beds in apartment were extremely comfortable, the spa tub bath was great through out our stay especially after long days at the many theme parks.

This resort is perfectly located for the theme parks.

We stayed smat World Quest with the family to visit the theme parks.

We had a great stay in building 4 and the place was very convenient to everything and all the theme parks.

Joseph on reception went over and above to help my family with my husbands disability needs with using a motor scooter and the free hotel transport to the theme parks which is much appreciated (considering the appalling rate Disney charges to park daily) thank you again Joseph you defo made our holiday more enjoyable for everyone.

Outdoor hot tub felt great after long days at the theme parks.

Spacious apartment with modern quality equipment in close driving distance from all the major theme parks - as well as shopping malls and grocery stores.

This resort is minutes away from theme parks, shopping, and restaurants.

Kitchen amenities came in handy after days hanging at the theme parks.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff would get you anything you needed, the little cafe in the cozy lobby area was delicious and affordable.

Each trip we booked an all suites type property with free breakfast, internet and parking.

Breakfast filled up hungry bunch , it was fine , maybe more variety would’ve improved it .

A great breakfast is provided daily as well as a few evening socials where snack like foods and wine and beer are offered.

The breakfast is really good and has many varieties.

A good breakfast was served each morning, consisting of eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, muffins, bagels etc.

Add to that the great breakfast and excellent service.

Without going on too long, this property pays attention to detail - help with luggage, immediate response to requests, beautiful grounds, nice breakfast buffet, impeccable cleanliness in the rooms, breakfast dining rooms, outdoor patios, etc.

The pool is wonderful, breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating.

Breakfast has a ton of options and there is a reception in the evening.

The rest of the place is nice with a great breakfast.

This location was close to Disney and budget friendly.

Great location close to the Disney theme parks and just a kilometre off the I4.

It is right near the Disney Campus and there is a shuttle that runs to all disney parks and Universal a few times each morning.

Close to Disney, and the staff is helpful with buying tickets in advance, so you can skip the line at the parks.

This hotel is a little gem located in Lake Buena Vista, very close to Disney with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Location is close to Disney Spring, Supermarket and fast foods.

Lots of families with kids as you would expect close to Disney.

The Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista has nice rooms and common areas, and is conveniently located near Disney and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and gas stations.

The location was very close to the Magic Kingdom and walking distance to a Winn-Dixie.You also have many areas to eat that are very close as well.

The location is perfect, close to Disney World  / Universal and international drive with the Hotel offering FREE Shuttles to all main attractions.

Very close to I-4 and Disney parks, with a good selection of restaurants and grocery/drug stores in walking distance.

The best if probably their location - close to Disney and with transportation.

The location is very close to Disney and is surrounded by many eating options.
