 - Did not like that the bathroom door is a sliding door.
 - From the front door to shuttle to the parks and back.

 - The rooms totally need some maintenance towel racks were hanging off the wall, the sink faucets were leaking, the sink did not drain, and the bathroom door did not close.

 - For us a total of a $1200 hold on my credit card.
 - First, what "premier suite" charges you for a micro-wave? Outrageous.
 - When we booked our follow up reservation they actually tried to charge us more money than the posted rate online.
 - Also beware, we found several erroneous charges on our bill, such as valet parking charges when we didn't even have a car on property.
 - The front desk screwed up and put a $10,000 holed on my credit card and couldn’t figure it out it correct it prior to my leaving so I had no credit card because they maxed it out.

 - The Hard rock hotel, like most all the other area hotels, offers a free water-taxi service to and from the Universal Studios theme parks.
 - First of all, loved staying on the property, since it was just a short 5 minute walk to the Universal theme park.

 - It was well located between the parks meaning no bus journey was ever that long, and the resort is large enough that there’s a steady stream of transport options running, without us feeling lost in the grounds since our room was well located.
 - The grounds are lovely and the 0 entry pool was amazing!
 - The grounds are beautiful as well as the pool area with the cocktail bar which is a lot of fun.
 - The hotel is set in lovely grounds, the rooms are large with two queen size beds and plenty of space.

 - We did this trip with two 13-year-old girls in tow, the resort was very good, plenty of pools to cool off in at the end of a busy day.
 - I had visited Riverside on a previous trip as a child and enjoyed it, so it was an easy choice for a stop on our Honeymoon when we were looking for a moderate resort.
 - I'm hoping to take my grandsons there soon.
 - My 6 year old slept on the Murphy bed and had plenty of room to spare so an older child would be fine as well.
 - but then again my daughter preferred it Love Disney and want to mention our daughter had her birthday during this visit and a few little touches during the day were great

 - We ran out of shower soap in the tub.
 - Fiber optic fireworks on the headboards and genie lamp shaped faucets.
 - So if you have a hot drink in them before hand you need to wash them before and the only place is the toilet we found.

 - Last I have to give a shout out to Boat Wright's Dining Hall, great food and service.
 - One of our favorite things about this resort is the option of taking a boat to and from Disney Springs .
 - The boat access to Downtown Disney was an enjoyable touch as are the carriage rides if you are so inclined.
 - There were little man-made ponds and a river that takes you, via boat, to the French Quarter resort and to Downtown Disney.

 - Just rotting into the ground.
 - Our room smelled VERY strongly of paint when we arrived.
 - Horrible the place smelled and the room where to small as well and all the out to dated things on the resort.
 - Bedding smelled like feet.
 - Unfortunately, the hallways and elevators reek of weed At the hotel staff is only interested in spraying Febreze to solve the problem - Your room will take on that smell and you can’t get rid of it!!

 - Shuttles ran every 15 minutes to Universal / City Walk - we never once waited on a bus.
 - The shuttle to access City Walk and Universal Studios is so convenient.
 - There are free busses that take you to City Walk & the amusement parks and they run every 20 minutes or so.
 - The hotel offered a shuttle back and forth between the resort and city walk.

 - Wanted to celebrate my twins birthday with some extra style and activities and we were very happy with how the hotel was when we would come back to relax from going to Universal and Island theme parks.

 - Wonderful access to Volcano Bay Theme Park, easy walk to entrance.
 - The park shuttles were the best we’ve ever experienced in theme park shuttles.
