The living space was huge and had beautiful furniture!

The screened in patio was lovely with new furniture.

The furniture is recently updated and master has a separate shower/tub with dual vanities.

The villa was clean, spacious and had upgraded furniture and decor.

and we were delighted with the modern decor, quality furniture and fittings.

The beds were comfortable while  the furniture was ok.

Granite kitchen countertops, beautiful modern furniture and comfy/fluffy beds that take you to dreamland after an exhausting day at the parks.

At one point we saw about 10 cats were sitting on the outdoor patio furniture near the fire pit.

The rooms are amazing with beautiful furniture and decorations.

The living room furniture was in great condition and very comfortable.

The pool is tiny, there maybe 16 lounge chairs available for the entire facility., the staff is uneducated about the amenities.

We particularly liked the large lounge & bedroom windows leading onto the screened  balcony overlooking the golf course.

There were some lounges and chairs in the sand area so you could pretend you were at a beach.

The pool outside the check in was heated and very comfortable with plenty of lounges and chairs.

This time we had three rooms at the property as we traveled with another family.

We found the room to be very clean and quiet.

They moved us to a different room, still wasn’t clean and moldy.

Royal Palms- clean room , no housekeeping , small pool , no onsite dining , no walking path , corn hole and shuffle board , pool was cold 
World Center - enormous , felt like a Vegas hotel , lots of conference attendees , large pool , water slides , and restaurants ($$$), poolside service , pool was cold 

All in all properties were immaculate .

Our room was really nice for the most part minus the bathrooms.

Plenty of room in the suite and on the balcony porch.

Was told by front staff (who were very nice) that they were full and there were no other quieter rooms available.

We put in a request for certain rooms, and we were given our first choice.

Front desk Chakilia made my stay more enjoyable with a couple of complimentary perks plus John from valet was so kind and helpful with tips and short cuts from room to front lobby also recommedations on where to eat.

Each suite had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bed/bath, dining and living room.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom/bath villa which was beautifully appointed with a screened in porch, 3 large screen tvs, a large kitchen and separate little laundry room.

It is alway nice to have the kitchen facilities as well as the washer and dryer right in the room.

Room is also great - jacuzzi in master bath is ideal after long days at the park.

Had to run out to CVS and bought a can of lysol deodorizer and used it to neutralize the bad smell.

Having spending $1500 in a suite per night to sleep in a dirty and moldy room, it’s just outrageous.

Babies should not have to breath second hand smoke.

Our favourite spot by the pool was "Smokers only" - we do not smoke

however it is very tight and the shower is extremely small and moldy.

The only annoyance comes from the fact that I'm a smoker.

I could not even go into the fitness room nor go to the pool or the outside places to eat grill etc because each time the lobby doors opened, the sickly smell of the air-freshener escaped and we would have to hold our breath.

I'm not sure there is much the staff can do about the elevator smell.

It is at 8pm and features lights flashing with music and smoke, pretty simple

They were caulking and painting, which smelled terrible, hyroblasting, which was VERY noisy, and moving pipes around (scaffolding).

The jets hadn't been turned on while getting cleaned apparently and once we turned it on it was filthy!

however the Resort Elevator tho was horrifying with the smell of mold.

It you have children or just don't like potentially disease-ridden wild cats hissing at you, blocking entranceways, stalking you at night and adding a smelly dirty element to your vacation, stay away from Marriott's Royal Palms.

PS: The water here did NOT smell like swamp, which is a first for us at any Orlando resort.

not icky like those polyester bed spreads).

however the details in the realm of cleanliness were overlooked: caked on dirt it corners and filthy drains, minor stains on couch and carpeting.

Everything seemed to be going well until we smelled smoke.

We also had a drain that was full of other guests hair that would not drain.

Now our toaster did burn the crap out of everything we put in it

After a whole week, the mildew was still there.

I had to go to CVS to buy soap and then the inflammation to my eye subsided.

We can hear other people in the bathroom through the ventilation.

even thought we had two Queen beds, there was only a single towel hook in the entire bathroom.

Except for my room it had a leak that spread across the whole window sill.

Pool and Hot Tub were dirty and full of bugs and debris which was very irritating because myself and my girlfriend were coming over early to enjoy the amenities and decided we were not getting in the pool or hot tub.

The sink in both rooms were clogged and not draining.

The bathroom was very clean and had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles hanging from the wall with pump handle.

I do not think it should be necessary to check the sink and shower when I check in to make sure that my room (220) has hot water.

Toilet was not working properly and roach found in the bathroom.

Bathroom had molds everywhere on the ceiling, which was been covered with paint and wall paper.

Didn’t even leave more toilet rolls or tissues.

The only problem for getting basic toiletteries like tooth brush, paste, razor, etc.which I expected would be easier to get.

Blocked up sink, broken locks, wet floor.

This hotel is in need of maintenance and the amenities   are not what you would expect.

The baseboards in the bathroom were unfinished with concrete coming out, it looked terrible and dirty.

Huge leak while raining down in the lobby.

The only thing that could improve is the water pressure.

There was no shower bench which made the tub/shower not useable at all.

The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and the proximity to Disney Springs and the parks is great,

With only an 8 minute drive to Epcot, 4 minutes to Disney Springs and full inclusive breakfast; this is a great option to consider when visiting the theme parks.

Everything including Disney Springs are all available in a short 5 - 10 minute drive.

Staff so welcoming, safe interior hallway rooms, spacious, airy, and super clean room, nice pool, great breakfast and bar, walking distance to Disney Springs and shuttles to Disney parks.

Hyatt Place is located really close to Disney parks, Universal Studios and Disney Springs.

Disney Springs - 25 min solid pace walk from hotel.

I found this hotel whilst looking for Disney's Good Neighbour hotels around the Disney Springs area.

It is close to Disney and Disney springs.

You have many options in close vicinity to Disney Springs and I would recommend exploring them.

Very close to entrance of Disney Springs.

Relatively short drive to Disney Springs and all Disney parks.

Close to shopping, restaurants and Disney Springs.

We have stayed on Disney property, right at Disney Springs and at Hyatt Place… by far the best!

Excellent location for Epcot, pricing was good and everything was clean, breakfast and coffee the next morning at Hyatt was great after a day at Epcot, I highly recommend staying at Hyatt because it is close to Disney Springs also

We walked to Disney Springs several times.

but we hardly noticed at all and  yes, the elevator is a little slow when all of the families are up and about.

The pool was closed, the hot tub was closed, the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, the floor in the breakfast area was dirty and sticky, the elevators were dirty, and the breakfast workers were understaffed and did not keep food available.

Allow 20 minutes for the elevator in the morning.

The only thing that was probably annoying was the elevators.

Some days one on the elevators were not working.

One elevator was out and it was difficult to get to your floor.

The lobby and the elevator had a horrible odor.

The wall by the third floor elevator had water damage.

The hotel was hot and humid and the elevators were awfully stuffy with no air circulation along with the hallways to our room.

The two elevators were slow and not enough for the volume of guests.

Kids running around screening in the hallways, families yelling at each othered from the elevator to the room… a hot mess.

Elevators and windows had towels bc they were leaking from the rain.

but the only time we noticed was waiting for the elevator.

Only rough thing was waiting for the elevator.

Signs in elevator say no more than 4 people in at once.

There are only 2 elevators for 6/7 floors of rooms which means it literally takes FOREVER to get to and from your room.

The elevators are slow during busy times and there are no internal stairs to use as an alternative.

The free breakfast buffet in the morning was great and the staff were all so nice.

However if you’re going to offer a free breakfast, at least offer enough to make it a proper breakfast.

A wonderful swimming pool area and a delicious complimentary breakfast  It is very close to all the Disney Parks along with Sea World and many other attractions.

The room was clean which had a separate area with a sectional couch with a pull out bed almost like a mini suite and had a fridge, nice size closet, safe and had free wifi.

The issue I had was the first day I checked in the bed had yellow spots of urine and lots of hair from the inside.

It smells awful from the moment you walk in.

But the mold smell and air was unbearable.

Two weeks of debris on the floor, two weeks with no one having wiped down a surface in the bathroom or sinks.

It was very obvious thay they just paint over the mold to make it look presentable.

Would have rated this hotel 10 if the pool area had been better, debris in the pool, just leaves and silt

Until I opened my wi Dow the first morning to a disgusting green algae or mold covering the glass.

Hotel was filthy, not worth my hard earned money.

As soon as I opened the door there was this horrible smell.

Every time we returned to the room a powerful smell of mildew/mold was present which irritated our sinuses.

My only complaint is that my husband ruined his shoes when he stepped on someone’s dog poop while taking our bags out of the trunk.

And the tub was nasty - so couldn't use it - lots of floaty things.

I had to stop halfway home and wait for two hours to charge

The staff is amazing (only negative is the upsell at check in, when we have AMEX platinum so we are used to amazing upgrades,

The only complaint I have is that they don't tell you that receiving packages at the hotel has a charge of $7 USD each.

We should not have been charged full greens fees to play only 17 holes on a course in lousy condition.

The problem at this resort is 8 out of 10 times we ate at any of the property restaurants we we're overcharged on at least one item.

My family and I believe it's ridiculous for people to be charged a large amount of money for a dish we didn't take in the food buffet.

No refund or credit or anything was offered for either of these occurrences.

We’d get the charges fixed only to find out they later billed us for more erroneous charges the day after we had already checked out.

They charged us full price for just the pasta nothing else.

IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE COURTESY OF A REVIEW OF MY CHARGES I WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THIS UPON CHECKOUT and addressed it then.

In a single room service dinner, we were charged twice for an item, they failed to deliver an item, soup arrived cold, and they made an item with an ingredient we have specifically requested not to be in any of our meals (that they have notes on).

They are still wanting to  charge $14 for Disney movie!

She was charging us a much higher rate & was not willing to rectify the error made by their employee.

This is a very nice touch as so many luxury properties these days just fill the fridge full of mini-bar products and then try to charge you to remove the items so that you can make use of your fridge!

From the broken A/C in our room and the food service (which either didn't arrive at all or arrived incomplete) to the erroneous charges and mishandling of reservations, ours was not the Four Seasons experience we were expecting.

Also, servers tried to charge us for the kids meals in almost every restaurant (they are 3 and 5and the Four Seasons hotels don’t charge meals for kids under 6)
I know this was a busy holiday,

However, they shouldn't charge guests for parking, especially when valet is mandatory.

Our iPad kept dying because the battery wouldn't charge while seated in the charging stand.

A manager, Stephanie nugent would not correct false charges immediately on my folio.

1 star is based on the room charge we paid which was under 5000 USD (!!!)

The room was spacious and spotless, the bed linens were high-quality cotton, and the bathroom was luxurious and roomy.

Wonderful family oriented resort, a luxurious stay and the service is honestly out of this world.

After two long day with VIP tours we looked forward to coming back to this luxury of service.

My wife and I reserved Park View Room with 500 square feet of luxury, king-sized bed, a private balcony with views of the pool, lakes, golf course, woodlands and fireworks, LED screen TV, complimentary premium wi-fi, 24-hour room service, full marble bathroom with in-mirror TV, separate glassed-in shower and deep soaking tub, sofa, in-room safe, refrigerator and twice daily housekeeping service.
