Breakfast is very good indeed, coffee tea toast anything you want you just get, fruit cereal.

The coffee and flavoured creams were very nice as were the Mickey waffles fresh fruit and cereals.

Waffles, cereals, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cooked breakfasts, yogurts and fruits juices were just a selection of what I saw.

Buffet breakfast included with excellent range of food, although the later you eat, the less fruit and yogurts available,

Breakfast consists of sausage,eggs ham waffles and toast with yoghurt,fruit and cereal.

Breakfast is included and there is plenty to choose from from fresh fruit and cereal to cooked breakfast and waffles, which we fill up on and keeps us going until dinner.

The breakfast is average, fresh fruit and cereals are supplied as waffles with syrup everyday is not too good for the waist line.

Mickey waffles were a big hit with our kids, and the fact that there was healthy fruit and usually some sausage to go along with it was great for them as well (plus yogurt, applesauce, canned peaches, biscuits and gravy most mornings, etc.).

This included hot meats and freshly made waffles to cereals and fruit.

Breakfast also offers various juices, pastries, cereals and fruit.

!cereals fruit yogurt and of course the Mickey Mouse waffles !

I haven't succeeded at this yet :) Every morning a hot and cold breakfast bar is ready for you (healthy fruit and yogurt/ cereal and toast or bagel/or go for the meat and eggs kind of breakfast.

A very expanded breakfast is included, with breakfast meat, eggs, waffles, muffins, cereals, fruit yogurt, juices.

Complimentary breakfast a nice touch, waffles, cereal, toast, ham or sausage, scrambled egg and fruit.

The breakfast is okay for the first few days then it starts to repeat constantly all we ever ate was scrambled eggs, waffles, toast and fruit loops.

Only one lift working during most of our 15 night stay meaning you always had a long wait and we were on the 5th floor, otherwise would have walked the stairs!

Only 2 elevators for this hotel, not enough and they are insanely slow.

Our only Con would be the speed of the elevators.

The elevator wait can be ridiculously long.

Near elevator on our floor was washing machine available- - $1.50 Dryer also $1.50 set on heavy duty did not dry clothes well.

We loaded our stuff on a cart only to find the room was right next to the elevators.

There are only 2 elevators so can become slow during busy time.

I really only have two minor complaints the beds were very firm and uncomfortable and the elevators were slow.

I was also disappointed that the hotel seemed to need a “face lift”.

Laundry and ice making machine so if you’re a light sleeper avoid rooms near lift and those might hear disturbance.

Only improvement would be for BOTH elevators to have been working

Anyway, in brief, here are the positive and negatives we found:
Firstly the negatives - the slowest lifts in hotel history, then sometimes they are being cleaned at breakfast time which is the busiest time of day!

Oh and I never found out where the stairs were in my entire stay as thr lifts can be very slow!

He gave us our keys and after waiting more than 10 minutes to get into the elevator (beware of the sloooowest elevator in history), got to the room, opened the door, and the room was not cleaned.

There are only 2 elevators for the entire 7 story building.

The only tiny negative was the number of school graduate parties staying here at the same time, they did have a tendancy to hog the lifts and crowd the breakfast areas at the same time hence me not awarding a 5 star rating.

The only negative I can find is that the elevator was very slow; and I think the tiki bar should open at noon or 1pm - not 3pm.

Our room was a king size on the 5th floor looking out over the car park and the Old Town And Funspot.There are 2 lifts which got a little busy at breakfast time or stairs if you want.

The rooms are now only cleaned every 3 days and you have to fill in a form requesting fresh towels, trash removal etc, I have never known this at any other hotel.

Mickey waffles were pre-made to keep the line moving and there was always fresh fruit.

They offered small fresh made cheese omelets, sausage links, fruit, cereals, pastries, mickey waffles, bagels, juice, water, coffee etc.

Rooms are fresh and clean, beds are comfy and firm.

We asked for fresh linens and towels on our third night and was delivered quickly.

The breakfast staff was very friendly and made fresh chocolate chip and plain Mickey waffles!

The breakfast was good, fresh and tinned fruit, 5 cereals, bread for toasting, bagels, pastries and muffins, waffles and mickey waffles.

There was fresh fruit, apples, bananas and oranges, and the usual high sugar pastries.

It included hot items served by attendants and about every item you could think of for breakfast like eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, hot and  cold cereal, Mickey Mouse waffles, grits, pastry, bagels, assorted beverages, and much more.

The food for the complimentary Breakfast was always varied, and fresh, there were a lot to choose from, always a selection of hot food, the Cinnamon Oatmeal was amazing, the Mickey Waffles were yummy, they had a selection of cereals, Yogurts, Breads, also cakes and doughnuts and much more. .

Hot and cold choices with fresh fruit, bagels, yoghurts, bread and cereals.

The beds comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast area is huge and the breakfast options numerous, fresh and really really good even for a paid breakfast (and this is free!)

), variety of donuts, eggs (scrambled and hard), sausage, biscuits and gravy, many variety’s of bagels and bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, applesauce, oatmeal, variety of juices, coffees and teas.

Nice family weekend,  free breakfast from 7am-10pm the usual pancakes, waffles fresh fruit.

The breakfasts were always great and had a great selection right up until 10am they would bring fresh foods out.

Hot breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices please fresh fruited, coffee and tea are available 7/24.

There was also a nice selection of yogurts, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juices and breads.

- room attendants come daily, where they make your bed, provide you with fresh towels and do some general tidying up.

The pool is open 24 hours and the proximity to Old Town is a plus.

Being so close to the Old Town shopping area with the Friday and Saturday Night old car Cruises, as well as a short trip to Walt Disney World really adds icing to the cake!

Close to Old Town which is a fun strip of shops, bars and touristy things like old time photo gallery and spa where fish clean your feet, carnival games, souvenir shops.

It’s close to Old Town too, as well as being close to the Disney parks.

Overall a brilliant hotel in an excellent location close to The Old Town, we could even see the Disney Fireworks.

Reception staff very friendly pool clean and tidy rooms clean towels what can I say other than if you are staying near Old Town on the Hwy 192 Kissimmii then get booked in here 10/10.

Quiet and in close proximity to the Old Town where there was a small shop and bars/restaurants to choose from.

It is walking distance to Old Town and a few eateries.

We love this hotel for the close proximity to Old Town and Disney.

This hotel is just off the US-192 in Kissimmee near Old Town.

It’s also super close to Old Town which has plenty of places to get a drink or something to eat as well as some random shopping or rides for the kids.

Located in the heart of Old Town, Alot to do in walking distance of Old Town, especially if you have kids.

Because it’s so close to Disney and walking distance to old town and fun spot makes it a great place to stay.

It is close to "Old Town" so we did a little shopping the day before we went for our Disney visit.

Pool area still good, nice pool, and hot tub (although the hot tub wasn’t working on some days).

The staff is great, the rooms are great, the breakfast is great, and the pool area is great.

Pool area was clean and not very crowded since everyone is usually at the parks.

It was a really nice pool area and the lounge chairs were decent and didn't have a bar that digs in your low back which was nice.

The breakfast is always good, and the pool area is nice and well-maintained.

Full breakfast and a wonderful pool area.

but they do distract from an otherwise well designed and  idyllic pool area.

Pool area & bar were also nice and relaxing. Overall.

The pool area was very quiet and even had an open bar.

The pool area looked nice, you could eat outside if you wanted.

There is a lovely pool area outside, which we didn’t have time to use, unfortunately, and there was an outside bar area too.

Third visit to Florida having previously stayed in the Lake Buena Vista area we decided on Kissimmee as a great value location and we were not wrong - the hotel has been recently updated and we couldn’t fault it; nice well kept and modern pool area;  inclusive breakfast with a reasonable choice daily; clean rooms; ‘Old Town’ entertainment area with ‘‘Fun Spot’ amusements is a 2 minute walk away which the kids loved; free parking; 5 mins to Disney; 20 mins to Universal area.

Pool area (24 hours) was awesome with a tiki bar!

though it was uncommonly cold in Florida during our stay, we loved the pool area, our rooms were excellent.

The pool area was beautiful woth plenty sun beds and tables and chairs.

4th Floor was wonderful as we looked over pool area.

Just sloppy guests, and not enough staff maybe to keep the pool area clean.

The pool area was clean and well maintained, we were travelling after the school holidays so there were always plenty of sun beds and what seemed like an endless supply of clean pool towels.

although clean had a musty smell, the work unit was dated and crumbling at the edges and it all just felt dated and old- plus I'm sure I spotted a bug or 2 on bedside table and bedding!!

There is a small amusement park across the street and is very noisy making it difficult to sleep.

The only downside was the noise from other rooms at night as the walls were quite thin and the AIRCON unit noisy,

but can cause noise on Friday and Saturday nights when the horrid cars visit.

but absolutely no noise, and we had a front room.

The following morning when we tried to leave,  the battery on the safe was beeping so we were unsure of leaving our belongings.

My only complaint was the loud air conditioning unit below us so I had to stick my earplugs in to sleep.

Although it is overlooking Funspot (and we had one of the rooms directly opposite) we did not hear and noise or have and disturbance from it at all.

although the theme park was viewable from our room, we did not hear any noise.

but Jacuzzi was more of a spa pool as no pressure in jets, however water was always warm.

It is very loud and ours even had another rattle too it when it ran.

The jets did not work just a faint bubble so you were just sitting in warm water and it is surrounded by trees so a lot of leaves and sand were in the hot tub, very disappointed.

We weren’t interested in it and were a bit overwhelmed with all the car and foot traffic getting back to the hotel.

It did get a lot of foot traffic with the amusement park area outside,

The jets in the hot tub didn't work that well.

The only small negative was the check-in, slow and confused, with the only staff member on duty getting distracted with other guests while serving us.

- the lifts can be very slow 
- there’s only one return shuttle bus.

The slow elevators would be our only complaint.

I love :
- The pool area and the the pool bar 
- Early and generous breakfast
- Small game room 
- Spacious suites with comfortable king size bed
- Proximity to restaurants, Publix and the Disney Parks

I did not like:
- The musty smell in the room
- Somewhat loud a/c
- Slow elevators

Location is close from everything 
Food, attractions and shopping area

Reception team is a bit slow in checkin

People mentioning the slow lifts, they arent as bad as you think!

Only negative during our stay would be that the lifts were quite slow and were very busy during breakfast times.

As other people have said the lifts are quite slow so we mostly used the stairs.

The lifts - we were on the 7th floor and never had an issue with the so called "slow" lifts.

The only item less than perfect was the elevators, which were quite slow,

15-20 minutes from I-drive and Universal.

It was a perfect location for our commutes to all of the Disney parks and Universal.

They do offer shuttles to the Disney and Universal Parks.

• Easy driving distance to Disney World parks and Universal.

Disney was a 10 minute drive away and Universal parks were a 20 minute drive away.

(Such a wonderful thing after that the torture of queuing at Disney and universal) 
The room was big enough for four of us with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom.

The location is great and perfect for both Disney and Universal and also has the Fun Spot right across the way.

It’s a great location to Disney, universal, international drive

I really cant recommend this hotel highly enough, we have been looking at prices to return to Florida for yet another disney / universal holiday and have all agreed we would LOVE to stay here again in the future!

but we always found a table

Booked a 19 night stay at comfort suites over Easter, nice hotel for price which includes breakfast,  parking,  park transfers etc, good location to access Disney parks, approximately 15 mins to Disney springs,  longer run to Universal via I4 interstate which seemed busy with traffic.

They provide free shuttles to Disney and Universal.

The hotel is in a great location for disney and universal attractions.

From the buffet breakfasts to the pools, free transport to Disney and Universal, proximity to the very interesting old town, diligent housekeeping and most importantly the comfortable beds and pillows to comeback to after the tiring days at the parks- everything was just perfect for us.

Free shuttle busses will get you to and from universal, sea world and Disney

but it’s expected and reasonably priced (€3 for wash and dry )
-free return shuttle bus to seaworld, aquatica, universal and Busch gardens 
-fresh and tasty breakfast buffet available each Morning from 7-10
- 24 hour pool and jacuzzi 
-fast WiFi

-old town is a very short walk and has lots of things to do and places to eat.

This hotel is also a decent distance to Universal 20-25 min which is our main park when we come for Halloween Horror Nights.

We comfortably did both universal parks and volcano bay In Two days and queued for nothing.

Sausage, eggs, tortillas, yogurt, waffles and fresh fruit were available as well as toast, bagels and English muffins.

I found my stay to be quiet and relaxing and there is a whole foods directly across the street so if you want to stock up on healthy items and fruits and salads it's a great convenience to just walk across the street.

The free breakfast was a bonus and there was a good choice such as cereals, waffles, toast, scrambled egg, sausages, fruit and yogurt along with fruit juices and tea and coffee.

The breakfast and dinner buffet had some fruit and vegetables

Very friendly staff, Good food included (Biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, fruit for breakfast; Dinner had Hot Dogs, Mac & Cheese [Mostaccioli and meat balls one night!] salad, chicken tenders, baked potatoes, etc.)

Three free alcoholic drinks per person (21+) were offered each evening during dinner, as well.

they give out FREE food and drinks each day, the pool was nice and cool and hot tub was steaming hot.

They offer Breakfast and free food and drinks at night ,We are very pleased.

We were surprised to learn about included evening meals and drinks; evening meals were better than expected in that they were labeled snack

Adults are given a free beverage card which allows you to have 3 alcoholic drinks PER NIGHT between 5:30 and 7.

The meals and drinks alone saved us easily $100 a day.

After an exhausting day in traffic we were under the impression that drinks and food( we thought appetizers) would be a wonderful way to relax before going out for dinner.

Can’t beat the free breakfast and the kickoff plus the free drinks and free alcoholic drinks!

but wow, the evening snacks/dinning is also free and comes with 3 free alcoholic drinks!!!!

The associate said that we had 30 minutes left for the free drinks and meal.

The evening reception was very nice after a long drive the adults were able to get three alcohol drinks, wine, beer, margarita etc… the dinner was good with a wide variety such as hotdogs baked potatoes, salade etc… they had a popcorn machine for kids also.

We enjoyed warm greetings from staff, daily maid service (rare these days), prompt responses to our requests (like extra wash cloths and blanket), hot buffet style breakfast, and afternoon manager’s reception with various food and drinks.

Exceeded expectations, made us feel comfortable, very clean room and staff cleaning lobby all the time at breakfast and evening drinks and food.

Was more than impressed with the food and drink provided at the kick-back dinner and breakfast.

It’s plenty for a meal and they allow multiple alcoholic drinks per adult for free so that was amazing at this hotel price.

The free drinks and food are a great way to end your day, as is the pool and hot tub.

Each adult guest was able to receive 3 alcoholic drinks of their choice and there was a hot meal served.

The evening food and drinks is a must ; safety procedures in place due to Covid 19 situation and we feel very safe ,  anytime in Orlando we will book again

There’s an amazing free breakfast and I can’t say enough Miss Vicky who works the breakfast shift.

For a very reasonable price, our king room on the top floor was clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and also drinks and snacks in the afternoon.

We decided to try the Drury because of the reviews and the fact they included breakfast and the kickback in the evening.

Free breakfast, 3 free cocktails in the evening as well as a full meal ( not just snacks) the night we stayed they had grilled chicken strips, salad, potatoes, green beans, not sure if there were desserts,

One night there was Pasta Alfredo, sliced chicken breast, mixed salad, nachos & cheese and more.

After a good nights sleep, free breakfast.

The free buffet breakfast here sets you up for the day, it's great.

The cherry on the cake is the complimentary breakfast and evening ‘snacks’ which can save a packet.

They have a nice free breakfast buffet and an evening buffet for their guests.

Good breakfast and great  evening complimentary snacks/drinks 
5 minutes away from Universal.

Every morning there is a complimentary breakfast with choices like eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and multiple choices of cereals.

They have free breakfast which is good and also a 5:30 meal which they have upgraded since the last time we were there.

The included breakfast was also generous and fresh.

Well it was $$$$$ and we went to La Fiesta the next day.. it’ was fresh hot and delicious!

Room was clean, fresh and large enough for two.

They also have fresh popcorn and an open soda machine.

Comfortable large rooms, fresh linens and towels.

Daily housekeeping supplied fresh towels and made everything look so nice.

Staff is very pleasant, rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean, public areas inviting, free hot breakfast, free hot dinner, free soda and coffee available pretty much all day, fresh popcorn every evening.

The bar has its own kitchen which has regular fresh favourites until it closes and was good value.

Fresh popcorn and a Kickback (happy hour) from 530 to 7pm.

The rooms was fresh and clean and continued that way throughout our week long stay.

Fresh towels were always in abundance in the pool area.

Also, a great indicator when there are clean fresh towels and linens.

but would have liked to see more fresh fruits/berries and some cheese.

The complementary hot breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices from scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy to cereal, oatmeal, pastries muffins and fresh fruit plus more.

There are so many options at both meals and it is fresh and tasty.

Nearby, at walking distance, there is a food market, with fresh salads and takeover buffet.

It has a kitchen and small table and chairs if you’d like to save leftovers or even prepare something fresh.

Complimentary evening drinks including soda and fresh popcorn.

With breakfast, dinner, cocktails and popcorn, soda and coffee available at no additional cost the value is just fantastic.

Amazing hotel with breakfast and snacks, free sodas, popcorn and a lot more.

I love their free soda machine and their breakfast as well.

You can get free sodas all day and night if you want.

The 24/7 complementary sodas, water, coffee, and tea were the icing on the cake.

Soda, juice, and coffee are still available self serve as they have always been.
