If all Hyatts are like this (I will discover if they are in a few months) they have made a fan for life and I will continue to use them.

We have stayed here twice while visiting Islands of Adventure, and we will continue.

My father has a conference here annually so I decided to stay myself and must say this will be a place I plan on to continue staying at moving forward. I booked a room with club access (well worth it!!!)

Will continue to use in future conventions.

Although helpful the reception desk caused frustrations during our stay and still continue to do so several days after check out.

Will continue to return to Hyatt hotels while I maintain/remain Globalist status.

I’ve stayed here since 2012 and will continue to come back annually.

I continue to always stay at the Hyatt Regency when i visit Orlando.

We use Hyatt for most of our travel and will definitely continue to do so.

Very convenient for transitioning, staff are great, hotel starting to update, easy to get around, drop rental, works smoothly, very nice breakfast upstairs, I will continue to return, well priced for your travel dollar

We hope they continue to use this location for future conferences.

The rooms, restaurants, pool, exercise options, and convention rooms were excellent  with quality, professional service.

I wish all the conventions I attended were here if you have the money its definitely worth it

Amazing Time, Great Experience, No Hassle During Convention Times, All In A Joyful Time.

I stayed at the Hyatt for the Spooky Empire Convention with a group of 6.

The tub is wide and deep and great for a magnesium soak especially after a long day or days of going to conventions.

I was here for a large convention and the location was perfect, with a covered walkway to the convention center.

The convenience of the convention was why we stayed

This is a very large resort with restaurants, spa, multiple pools, convention space, ballrooms.

The convention layout was straightforward and easy to navigate.

It was a great place to stay for the convention.

On a busy convention week, the staff at the front desk (Cinthia & Anthony) went out of their way to accommodate us.

Our convention is there every year and we do stay, I was happy with the offered discount and the convenience.

From the check in desk just for my Convention to the meals at Fiorenzo, my stay was a delight.

This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in while at a  business convention.

We stayed here for a convention so the convenience to the convention center across the street was awesome.

Any time that I am in town for a convention, I am happy to stay at the Hyatt Regency.

The hotel was very busy so i did not even utilize the resort amenities that I was charged for.

Also make sure that they do not over charge you for.

Also we paid for parking & like $30 hotel credit.

It took 4 times to get my card programmed to finally work!

I ended up hot spotting from my cell phone (roaming charges from out of country) and numerous calls with IT did not resolve the issue.

And never got my 2 bottles of water or $10 day resort credit.

She wrote the wrong room number on our card and didn’t apologize.I used to stay at Hyatt properties frequently for work

The hottub was broken, overcharged  by adding 25% extra by adding in a tip and didn't tell everyone,  and food at our conference was subpar at best.

We are airing from 9AM to almost 11PM - he wanted to charge us for the pool and gym usage, and it wasn’t like that other years.

They charge about $40 a day for the so called “resort fees” and trust me, this is NOT a resort.

Digital keys were not working the entire stay, which meant that we had to use key cards.

I am absolutely disgusted you have charged my card for no reason and especially as I cancelled my entire reservation for July 2023 stay (in feb 2023) and September 2023 stay (in March 2023).

but since we had the credit we did not really have any other viable opportunity to use it elsewhere.

Received wrong info so many times and I hate the fact that I had to call them after my stay and billing dept was very rude.

My coworker had issues with internet and key cards not working properly for the shared areas like pool and gym.

Reports of broken ice machine not resolved, phone in room did not work, had small roach on countertop, and I left an item in the room that contained my business cards with contact info,

TV not working, housekeeping not responsive, checkout painfully slow which I needed to do at desk because there was an errant charge on my bill.

They need to fix the glitches when accepting payments from company credit cards.

Drinks are a bit pricey, and everything includes an additional 5% surcharge.

I feel that this was a reasonable rate for a hotel room, which is all I used (aside from their "Market" with Starbucks.

The staff were friendly either it be at the front desk, in the Italian restaurant or in the 24/7 market.

The hotel was lovely and I liked that they had the Market there.

Having the Market with Fresh foods available was a good benefit.

The market and restaurant staff were very friendly and quick.

I’ll also say the 24 hour market is very convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Very large and has all that you need, including a to-go market, restaurant, Starbucks, retail store, bar, large pool and excellent fitness center.

Also loved the food at the 24 hour on-site market.

Great Hyatt hotel next to the convention center with fantastic staff, best valet service (you can finally order your car via text message), great pool, also nice in hotel market, located next to icon park with lots of restaurants.

The hotel is huge, the market is big and service is fast.

The  Market has excellent option for on the go breakfast salads pizza and I loved Korean Beef Bowl .

Market on site, great if you need to grab something quick.

Good location, clean, 24hr market place was a good option for the teenagers.

They have a 24 hour market, which is convenient as well as a really good restaurants near the hotel.

OMG THE HOTEL IS AMAZING  The Service From Check- In with Jazz To The Market With Kier To The Pete & Tiffany Everything Was Just Amazing.

I appreciated the swift coffee service at the Market.

The 24 hour market store was convenient and offers good food and beverages.

We chose to make use of it at the hotel's market for coffee and breakfast.

The dining in the hotel was so convenient, especially the 24 hour market.

Resort fee and parking was a little expensive for not being a fully inclusive resort.

It didnt help that the young man who greeted us upon arrival then told us self parking was 'complimentary' only to find out the complimentary part would cost us $35.00 Again, if I have to drive around and find parking myself I shouldn't have to pay anything.

My only complaint is that the parking garage is a walk away from hotel.

Furthermore, the parking was too expensive.

Had a difficult time getting into the parking garage numerous times!

I would have thought that staying at the hotel and paying the required resort fee would have at least given us a discount on the cost of parking.

Be ready for $35 a day parking and front desk staff thats too busy to help customers.

But the self parking fee (now $35 per night +tax) seems to have greatly inflated since the last time we visited (pre-Covid).

but I still had issues with the keys when trying to leave the parking garage.

Only complaint is self parking is pricey at $35.

Gave overall rating of 4 because parking is expensive and price of the room a little high.

And the parking garage isn't actually attached to the hotel so I hope you don't have to arrive or leave during one of Florida's daily thunderstorms.

The only negative for us, was the location of the parking garage didn't seem very close.

The shuttle to Sea World was not available the day we were going so we had to pay more money for parking.

Only one of four elevators working in the parking garage.

Keep in mind there are resort fees of approximately $40 and self parking is $35 a day which is high

Our problems were with the parking which was expensive and very far and we needed to switch three rooms due to the first two having carpet stains which looked very unsanitary.

though $30/night for self-parking and $40/night for valet, a bit overpriced in my mind.

If you plan on shopping for food to keep costs down, prepare for poor quality refrigerator and freezing of foods, such as salads.

The cost is way too high for what is offered.

$50.00 Plus tax And gratuity on top of that, is a bit much.

The problem I has was that my organization is tax exempt and I completed all the necessary paperwork to take care of this and upon checkout they couldn't find it and were aggravated with me because of their mistake.

.So for first day it is mediocre and overpriced. ..

My only complaints:
Poor bathroom ventilation in the hotel rooms (humidity and stench gets trapped)
Hotel restaurants overpriced and unappetizing.

This was not the case and am highly disappointed in the experience we had especially with the cost associated with room rates and fees.

I am disabled and was told I had to pay $35.00 a day for valet parking

but raise the price or train your staff well so
is not uncomfortable for us to pay here and there, plus we got charge for breakfast that we never ordered- more control - I still haven’t received the refund UPSETTING

There is a Starbucks in the lobby, the food there was expensive and terrible

Overall service was not good and food and drinks were super expensive since.

Only complaint was that the restaurants in the hotel were just ok and very expensive.

It had lots of food choices onsite and nearby.

The food, staff, and rooms are outstanding.

The hotel doesn’t have their own kitchen from room service.

From the seamless check-in to the luxurious room, every aspect met our expectations.

Upon arrival me and my wife were upgraded from a standard room booked with points to the Penthouse suite in tower 2 which was nearly 2000sq ft.

Convenient location, impeccable service, and spacious rooms with modern amenities.

The room was massive, bar area, jacuzzi tub, full table with 8 chairs, 3 TV's, very spacious bathrooms and a walk in closet and changing area.

Rooms were very clean the windows outside were dirty enough to obstruct our view.

He was so patient, knowledgeable of the policies, and very courteous!

I was able to travel to shopping outlet malls easily.

I was traveling for business and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by every hotel staff member I passed in the hallway.

On a side note, if you put your fitness first in your travels, the gym is outstanding!

The hotel is well appointed and perfect for business or leisure travel guests.

The design was so business oriented and the design was modern and lovely along with in hotel facilities that made my life easier

Excellent property, everyone was very helpful and kind when approached, easy access to the convention center, parking, restaurants, etc..  Service and location like this make business travel a much better experience!

I was traveling alone and Jason and his co-workers took the time to make me feel welcome and seen.

This was the cleanest hotel with the most responsive staff we’ve experienced in our many years of travel.

Traveling for the Everything Under the Sun Expo and our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional.

I travel often for business and the Staff and overall experience at this property was wonderful!

No need to travel further than necessary when everything you need is at the Hyatt Regency Orlando - just STEPS from the convention center.

The 24 hours convenient service at the Market is perfect for anyone traveling for business or leisure.

It is also a convenient location for walking to local restaurants or traveling to the theme parks.

Most professional Staff I have encountered in my business travels (even during a hurricane!).

The Hyatt Orlando exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely keep Hyatt hotels in mind for all of my travels (business and personal) moving forward.

I would definitely consider staying in this hotel for personal travel as well.

Love that the water boats stay running so late, really helps after a tired day of walking at the park.

The boat captains transporting people to the parks were also personable and professional.

We were at the boat about 10 minutes to 7am and were able to get in the first boat.

Facilities wise the boat shuttle service to City Walk was efficient,

Boats to park make using an ECV wonderful.

There is a boat ride to universal city walk which takes 5 minutes, thus being able to quickly access the Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios theme parks.

The restaurants are all good if a little pricy and the boat taxi to Universal was excellent.

I would definitely stay at a hotel with access to the boat.

Overall the hotel is mainly trading on the location which is a short and pleasant boat ride to universal studios.

The boat to the parks is lovely and a great way to go to and from the parks.

Amazing location being able to get the water boats straight from outside to universal parks.

The boats were seamless and such a pleasant way to traverse the parks.

One of the lovely water taxi trips had a fantastic boat ride with everyone singing YMCA on the boat which will forever be a fond memory for my sister and brother in law who got to enjoy that ride.

It is so easy to get to citywalk and parks, we choose to walk on a morning as we always have, especially when going to IOA as it takes 10 minutes from the boat dock and then catch the boat back after the parks.

The boat to City Walk allowed us to bypass the parking and security mess for regular guests and gave us a separate entrance to the event, which was very useful.

Pros:
- lovely spacious pool area
- extremely clean rooms and hotel
- boat service to universal
 - easy walk to volcano bay
- access to other universal hotels and pools
- new Dutch trading company service quick service till 11pm
- Alamo car hire desk in lobby
- daily housekeeping 
- friendly staff especially housekeeping who we could not fault

Improvements:
- few more shelves and towel rails needed in bath area
- room can feel cramped with a teen and 2 adults as there is no balcony -

If you're a family going to the Universal theme parks, Loews Sapphire Falls is pretty beautiful, clean, modern, and ideal, with lovely, modern rooms, baths, and grounds, including boats directly to the theme park.

but of all the hotels available with boat access to the parks, this was the lowest- end one.

The boat and/or walk to City Walk lovely.

Access to city walk was great if you like shopping and some food.

The water taxi's were ALWAYS there to take us back and forth to City Walk and Universal Parks.

The boat to Universal City Walk was very convenient.

One additional benefit of this resort is that you get the water taxi to Universal City Walk which starts early and runs late.

Quiet, clean, helpful and easy access to the parks and City Walk.

The water taxi to and from Universal's City walk was wonderful and unexpected!

The free water taxi to universal and city walks is fantastic and the boat staff and security are fun too.
