The room was clean and comfortable, the staff would get you anything you needed, the little cafe in the cozy lobby area was delicious and affordable.

Each trip we booked an all suites type property with free breakfast, internet and parking.

Breakfast filled up hungry bunch , it was fine , maybe more variety would’ve improved it .

A great breakfast is provided daily as well as a few evening socials where snack like foods and wine and beer are offered.

The pool is wonderful, breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating.

Breakfast has a ton of options and there is a reception in the evening.

The rest of the place is nice with a great breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast is served later than most hotels, 7-10:30 am, and offers a good variety of food.

There's ample parking, a complimentary breakfast, outdoor seating and pool area and a nifty social hour Monday to Wednesdays.

It is very well maintained, the staff is pleasant and accessible, and the complimentary breakfast is good as well as helpful if you want to save a few dollars.

We got back from the park on the FREE SHUTTLE in time to enjoy complimentary chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and beer and wine!

Although there is complimentary shuttle service provided, we Uber’d to and from the parks every day which I would definitely recommend if you like to keep to your own schedule.

This hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast every morning until 10:30 AM, and food/beer/wine on Monday -Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

There was a delicious complimentary breakfast available every morning and social evenings with complimentary drinks and snacks 3 times a week.

Well-stocked, clean, the greatest variety I've ever seen with a complimentary breakfast, both hot and cold options.

The pool and spa were very nice and help you to get some relax after an exhausting day, complimentary breakfast was good and you are very close to Disney's theme parks, lots of restaurants ans shoppings.

A special shout out to Marlene who we saw in the mornings for our complimentary breakfasts, she was always making sure everyone had what they needed, greeting us every morning, always making sure tables were clean for the next family.

It is right near the Disney Campus and there is a shuttle that runs to all disney parks and Universal a few times each morning.

Close to Disney, and the staff is helpful with buying tickets in advance, so you can skip the line at the parks.

This hotel is a little gem located in Lake Buena Vista, very close to Disney with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Location is close to Disney Spring, Supermarket and fast foods.

Lots of families with kids as you would expect close to Disney.

The Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista has nice rooms and common areas, and is conveniently located near Disney and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and gas stations.

The location was very close to the Magic Kingdom and walking distance to a Winn-Dixie.You also have many areas to eat that are very close as well.

The location is perfect, close to Disney World  / Universal and international drive with the Hotel offering FREE Shuttles to all main attractions.

Very close to I-4 and Disney parks, with a good selection of restaurants and grocery/drug stores in walking distance.

The best if probably their location - close to Disney and with transportation.

A ticket office of most attractions are found in the hotel reception also the outlet discount books are provided if you order it .

Decor is a little dated and no elevator to floors 2/3 are the only negatives.

We were on the third floor and there is no elevator, so bringing luggage up and down was difficult.

The only bad thing about this hotel is there is no elevators and you have to pay for parking

Upon arrival we were told that they do not have any elevators at all.

There are no elevators, so we chose to only walk up the one flight (wouldnt want to be on the top floor if you have a lot of luggage!).

The only thing that could have made my stay easier was if I had noticed that the property DOES NOT have an elevator.

There are no lifts and pathways are narrow which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues and pushchairs.

As other reviews have pointed out there is no elevator
but this did not affect us as we requested ground floor suite for my parents.

There is no elevator to navigate to floor 2 or 3.

How did I miss seeing that there are no elevators?

It was on the 3rd floor, & the hotel has NO ELEVATORS!!!

There are no elevators so if stairs are an issue for you, you will want to ask for a room on the first floor.

but the pics were deceiving if you are looking for luxury keep looking this is value land and no elevator, dirty people at the hot tub!!!

We stayed on the third floor and as people mentioned there is no elevator so just be mindful if you have heavy luggage.

but there are no elevators which is a little annoying with kids, and I hate how so many Orlando area hotel chains have people in the lobby trying to sell you things.

The free breakfast was amazing and offered a wide variety.

Included breakfast was excellent with something for everyone.

We spent 2 weeks at the Staybridge Suites as a family of 8, occupying 2 x two bedroom suites

The suites are spacious and comfortable, and an ideal location for exploring Disney (10 mins away) or other nearby attractions 

Facilities are excellent, with free breakfast each morning, offering a good selection of hot and cold options.

When you consider the free breakfast (eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, toast, coffee, soft drinks) and the happy hour that they offered (free beer, wine, snacks) it is an incredible value.

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast and social hour.

Breakfast is included and there are plenty of choices

Theres a full kitchen if needed and they serve a lovely breakfast thats included.

Breakfast is free every single morning from 7-10.

Tui didn’t help neither they said even with teh smell it was an “unjustified move” hmm maybe the rep that attended had a ‘unjustified nose too’ because she agreed it was awful.

Not so good points:
The musty damp smell in the rooms.

The room smells like mold, worse than most Florida hotels.

but all the days after that - they must have sprayed something to get rid of the musty smell.

I hate having to walk through the smell just to get to my room every time.

but the moment we got in the room we had itchy throat and heavy breathing problems, to the point we had to use nasal sprays.

The front desk and lobby area is not impressive at all it looks more like a nasty convenience store, with one person serving guests so the wait time at 10 pm was quite long.

But when we got to our first room the sinks were clogged there were fleas on the nightstand and a musty smell .. after complaining we were put in another room with blood stained sheets and roachs be very careful people live in complex and move in with pets ….

but I think the outside access also lent to a slight musty smell from the carpet in our room.

Foyer smelled musty when we checked in and I thought ‘ah no.

I want to first say that the negative reviews that mention out dated, mold, dingy, etc.

There is a smell of a mix of old and dirty that hunt me all night long.

however have a suggestion - move the customer BBQ grill away from the smoking section, I don't want to grill my food whilst people are smoking next to it!!

but the carpet smelled so bad of dog urine I was unable to do so.

We opened the door and were greeted by the smell of cleaning products- not harsh over powering chemicals,

That being said, the furniture needed a major update, cleaning was spotty, and the bathroom had some pretty bad mold.

I don’t know if that ever happened because the smell persisted.

This property was very clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Next morning I talked to a lovely woman at the front desk.

She was very understanding and attentive.

It was great, both bedrooms had an en suite bathroom saved a lot of queueing.

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and we appreciated the extras such as salt, pepper, coffee, bin bags and washing up liquid.

The 2-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable as was the resort.

Great spacious 2 bed suite, the most comfortable bed ever, and great ice making machine in our own freezer!

With roomy suites, a large pool, and a fantastic location, this hotel does not disappoint.

I booked a stay here in a two bedroom for my family as this place was recommended on the travelzoo site.

A lovely family holiday, we rented 3 suites and took full advantage of the shuttle bus service to access the Disney hotels.

The staff also gave us all our requests (quiet, non smoking, no pets) and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom room.

The suites are spacious, clean and plenty of hot water.

I am a big fan of suites for the extra space for my kids and spouse.

The 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean.

It has always met our needs…clean, conveniently located, well appointed as a mini suite with it’s separate living room and spacious kitchenette.

I loved having a suite as opposed to a standard hotel.

Our suite was large with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels.

Staybridge Suites in LBV is in an excellent location.

Spacious apartment plenty big for 7 of us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette .

Good points:
Location is excellent for both Disney and Universal if you are driving or using Uber
Plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

Easy proximity to every park - Disney, Universal, Sea World, Disney Springs, etc.

The rates are reasonable; location is very convenient to Disney and Universal.

It’s a great hotel, located a between Disney and Universal parks.

Shuttle services to all Disney & Universal parks. A variety of restaurants (Hokkaido was our favorite!!)

The Staybridge Suites Hotel is a clean establishment with friendly staff a shuttle-ride away from the Disney and Universal amusement parks.

A nice pool area to relax and free shuttle buses to Disney and Universal each day, which can be a significant saving on parking charges

They have a shuttle service to Disney and Universal.

The staff of the hotel are very very friendly and strive to please, last night our shuttle didn’t show at Universal, we called the hotel and they immediately told us to take a taxicab and they paid our way.

It is a 10-15 minute drive from the Disney parks and 15-20 from Universal.

This hotel is conveniently located for Disney and Universal, always clean and well presented.

There is a dedicated concierge to help with Disney and Universal visits.

The people at the resort are friendly, they help us to purchase tickets for Disney and SeaWorld, from the hotel you can take the shuttle to the parks in Disney, Universal

The boat service was so quick and the captains were friendly.

Great Location for all things Universal with the walk, Taxi Boat and Shuttle bus all very convenient to get you to City Walk and all the Parks.

The boat shuttles to and from the parks/ city walk to Loews Royal Pacific made everything so easy and quick.

Park boat access was very efficient and saves time.

The boat ride to the parks is so much better and shorter than parking at the parks.

In terms of transport to universal, the boat is a lovely way to travel.

The boat to City Walk is really helpful and we also enjoyed the short walk on occasion.

Locations are perfect to universal studio, we can walked or took the boat to go to universal parks, excellent services, staying at the club level very satisfied with the service!

The little boat service into Universal was excellent and fun.

There is also a boat to get to the parks or alternatively a walking route - both are quick

We enjoy the boat taxis that take to the parks and City Walk as well as taking you back to the hotel when you are done having fun.

Immaculate room, extremely friendly staff, good food, beautiful pool area, great boat ride to parks from hotel, plenty of chairs around pool area,   hotel is a GEM.

Just take a quick walk to city walk or you can take a boat or bus if there is rain.

Our fav part was the express pass perk and being able to take a boat to theme parks or city walk.

but, its an easy walk or boat ride int the park.

The resort is only a quick boat trip from the parks, you can also walk there as it's only a 5/10 min walk from the lobby to the security area which is located at the side of Magaritaville.

The boats to the park was amazing though.

The proximity to the parks is one of the things that makes this hotel so perfect, a 7 minute walk to IOA or a very nice boat ride and the advantage of going through security checks before you get on the boat, if you walk the security check is by Margaritaville.

Concierge desk was very helpful and we used their car service to go to Discovery Cove one day.

Easy access to Universal City Walk and the Universal parks.

It was a 7 min walk to the city walk, self parking was easy, Valet guys were helpful and friendly.

Excellent location, just a short walk from City Walk and the Parks.

If you are into walking for exercise, there is a nice walking path from the hotel to City Walk and the Parks.

This resort is amazing, close to Islands of adventure, City walk and universal studios.

It’s an easy walk to city walk and the parks and the express passes are a MUST!

We loved thecoation as it was ose in proximity to Universal theme parks and city walk.

The location of this hotel allowed the feasibility to walk to Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and City Walk.

The availability of the water taxi was great - we took advantage of the water taxi every day which took us from the hotel to City Walk.

I know other luxury hotel brands like Waldorf Astoria, will give you 1 bottle of complimentary champagne because your on a honeymoon.

Wayne then offered me ‘complimentary breakfast, parking & a welcome amenity’ if we ever return (we won’t).

When you factor in the complimentary express passes, the room is actually a bargain.

Complimentary boat taxis were also a quick and easy option as well.

Only stayed one night and was great

We laughed with her and chatted for a minute and she sent us a complimentary bottle of wine!!

Offer a complimentary breakfast if staying for longer than a few days.

The breakfast was also complimentary and had mimosas.

The complimentary fast passes were a godsend and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Nice to have complimentary beach balls and the lounger towels.

The real value of the hotel was the proximity to the Universal Parks and the complimentary Express Passes/early entry, which made doing the parks a breeze - even on a busy holiday weekend.

They also offer complimentary wine and beer.

You get complimentary fast passes to all parks at Universal and It was a game changer!

They also have both complimentary and premium Wi-Fi.

I really enjoyed my visit, and appreciated the complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer as an amenity.

We discovered the value of staying on Universal property our first stay here, including the relaxing boat ride to the parks and City Walk, the easy and efficient transport to Volcano Bay (which we visited for the first time on this trip and thoroughly enjoyed) and the complimentary Universal Express Pass.

The footpath is just a short 10 minute walk to get you to the City Walk or you can sit back and relax on one of the complimentary water taxis.

The alternative travel is via the complimentary boat ride which in itself is a lovely experience.

Complimentary beers and wines are available from 4.30 till 6.30pm and liquor is available for an extra room charge.

The complimentary Express Pass to Universal theme parks is a great value.

The room next too us was noisy and thre their bedding and food boxes into the hall and blocking our door .. no One would come clean it up for days

Our bathroom door was broken and took an hour to ROOM SERVICE water.

A very nasty upsetting letter was placed under my door on Sunday, 8/6 stating my credit card payment had been declined.
