We can’t fault the accommodation at all or the resort.

Our accommodations where a supposed view of a lake…… no way, was a bit of swamp, lots of mosquitoes who where everywhere, we could not sit outside in the evening at all, we got bitten to bits.

It felt like basic student accommodation.

The positives:
- the accommodation itself is great, I have no idea why the recent reviews are all so bad to be honest!

but despite the apartment being lovely, we will have to choose different accommodation, where they don’t hide behind pointless policies.

Great place to stay if you want more quiet and homelike accommodations compared to busy Disney World resorts.

Luxury accommodation which still feels like a home from home.

The CLC World accommodation offered here was an amazing, modern and comfortable townhouse setting for a family holiday!

This accommodation was spacious clean and excellent quality.

One thing to recommend is when you do stay book to stay in the official accommodation as we found to be a higher standard of cleanliness and decor.Maybe just unlucky on that occasion!

Excellent accommodation with good facilities.

This apartment hotel is very kid and family friendly; clubhouse staffs are nice; we are very enjoy hot tub and pool; security is good; can’t complain about cleanliness; close to Disneyland,sea world, Disney spring, many restaurants nearby; all about 15-20 min drive; we went to Publix which is nearby for grocery shop; perfect location!

The house was everything we hoped it would be and then some - absolutely awesome accomodation.

We stayed at the Encantada for 12 nights in mid-July and to say we were impressed by the standard of our accommodation and the facilities on offer would be an understatement!

The accommodation was superb, the rooms and furniture were high quality and the views across the lake from the patio area were stunning.

Well worth the visit, quiet and well positioned, perfect for a home-away-from-home feel to your Orlando accommodation.

The accommodations were beautiful and hands down we would return and highly recommend working with their team :)  Kim went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and responded promptly throughout the entirety of our experience.

We got lucky with ours I guess, nice clean place reasonably priced.

Cleaning was minimal over our stay- luckily we are happy to keep our surroundings clean and tidy.

but that's literally all I can think of) but overall clean, sanitary and modern - we stayed in 3076 White Orchid and I felt this property had been renovated and updated compared to the previous property we had stayed in at Encantada pre-pandemic.

We have a paper in our resort stating if we need anything, wether it be clean towels, toiletries etc to let them know and we have and they refuse to give us anything.

2 bedroom townhouse could do with a really good deep clean and refurb.

3 yrs ago we where there and it was really good, clean and great resort.

We stayed in 2 bedroom townhouse - overall a good base for Disney and houses were spacious for family of four

The townhouse itself was ok, the carpets were badly stained - the fixtures and fittings were cheap and the outdoor space limited.

Day 1 there was a problem, upon first inspection the place could not have been cleaned in the prior years before us moving in.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Please  Clean flooring and add new flooring.

but this resort was absolutely beautiful very clean staff was wonderful HOWEVER 2 issues I had was I didn’t rent a car an the club house was a little ways from the actual house staff had to give us a ride to the house 2 my jacuzzi was  broken I complain but know one ever came to fix it overall I would still go back beautiful resort I loved it

Our place was not clean when we arrived and we went to Walmart to buy supplies to clean the place.

However at least a day before we left the pool was a lot cleaner, so I presume the manager we wrote to took notice.

they eventually came on about day 11 which wasn't ideal as it was near the end of our trip, and again, guests shouldn't have to fight to get housekeeping to come once.

Please be aware that there is approx £130 cleaning fee to be paid on arrival.

We couldn’t even request a change of towels or linen as there was no housekeeping available.

The inside of the condo could have used a good cleaning

Small tables had not been moved to clean under or behind.

There was even gum in the bottom of the pool so right there proves no one cleans that portion, the outside furniture some was molded.

So in 2018 there was no resort fee or cleaning fees.

No hand towels in the bathrooms 
When we requested extra towels we were handed a trash bag of towels and front desk told us to go through it to find what we needed because that was all housekeeping had and it was a mix of hand towels, bath towels and washcloths.

The room was very dirty; you could tell it had not been cleaned to normal housekeeping standards.

We were moved into a cleaner room the next day at 5pm.

They still charged us for 1 night and the full cleaning fee.

See attached photos, the house was dirty, disgusting, the website explain that this place is extra clean, they are charging cleaning fee, so dirty, stay away !!

So should I mention im a former housekeeper of some pretty big name casino/resorts?

We were informed there was no housekeeping during our stay, and that maintenance service was only available until 5pm.

One issue though, roaches and nothing more than an extra cleaning day as a reimbursement.

Patio doors appeared filthy- We requested cleaning twice

The only complaint I have is the patio furniture could use a good cleaning it was unusable for the most part.

Also very close to a huge selection of restaurants along the I-192.

The pool area was fine, and the bar did actually open and we had a nice lunch and service was good.

We enjoyed our stay we stayed for 7 days enjoyed the front pool,the kids enjoyed fishing,we went shopping and eating out which was closer to the encatada the house could’ve been cleaned a little better

It's close to Disney and many restaurants.

There’s one pool that’s closed for resurfacing, and the faculties such as the bar and restaurant were a ghost town.

The area is close to many stores and restaurants.

It is a quiet resort, with limited facilities in the clubhouse for eating.

Plenty off restaurant’s nearby also supermarket open 24/7 easy access for all main routes.

The kitchen had dishes for 8 and it was easy to cook meals.

Very convenient location to all sorts of restaurants and, of course, to the Disney parks.

We had one of the closest houses to the pools and reception and restaurants,

I booked this place and it did not disappoint the house was very clean nice kitchen, living room, dining room,bedrooms were big BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE washer and dryer very convenient there was also many items to cook in the pantry which we didnt use.

There is a bar and cafe, which we didn’t use.

Very convenient to the parks, restaurants, shopping.

This was an amazing holiday 2weeks me and my husband and 3 children, the location was great in kissimee old town, walking distance plenty of restaurants on main road as well like, dennys,mcdonalds etc.

We were beyond impressed with our villa, beautiful and clean, modern, when we walked in we thought we had ended up in paradise ❤️
Reception staff super helpful and the lady who served us on first evening when we were so tired in the cafe area was beyond lovely :)

Only 20 mins from Disney, a range of restaurants nearby and a brand new Aldi down the road.

The resort is in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby-

Just 5 mins drive along the main highway you have a selection of restaurants and bars.

but when it comes to dealing with waste it stinks in our opinion.

In the kitchen; the mugs were filthy, the slice is in 2 pieces, blender does not work, only 1 baking tray, no cheese greater, no large knives, only 2 dishwasher tablets.

The last time we stayed here they gave us a room that was filthy dirty, even blood and tampons on the floor when you walked in.

Firstly, both pools were absolutely filthy - to the point of them being a health hazard.

This is a disgusting unit we were in and we were paying $267.68 a night for 3 nights.

Upon entering the room smelled musty and as of no one had cleaned it in days or possibly months.

Smoke alarm in the master bedroom missing.

Detained water and mold in the patio, mold in the bathroom showers kitchen appliances don’t work.

We then went inside and it looked as if someone was living there because things were not picked up and lights and TV's were left on, the place also smelled of POT.

We know this because when it is this high,  it emits a chemical smell on approach and burns your eyes.

Shower had old soap stains, kitchen silverware was sticky, carpets were disgusting and we even found a fingernail.

Carpet was stained, not vacuumed at all, trash on patio and in hot tub, stains on the sheets, hair still on the sheets of multiple beds, boogers wiped on the lamp, something spilled/stained on fabric headboard, hair floating in hot tub.

Our townhome with its own small heated pool was smelly.

but that doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep from the uncomfortable pillows and waking up from the smoke alarms at 1am, not just once, but 2 nights out of our stay.

It has went down a lot since I stayed here 10 years ago needs updating.it smelled bad was not clean the tube had mold around it.

The only exterior light for the entrance was burned out so we arrived in total darkness every night.

Horrified that the USA are so unconcerned about global warming in general?

The security staff at the gate were always polite and helpful.

There is an older gentleman on the gate security from
Monday -Thursday who was throughly charming and we so wanted to have a proper chat with him

but the answer was it can’t be turned down….. totally rubbish.

One of the most concerning policies of this company is the complete absence of reception or maintenance staff after 7pm.

but might well be better if you got a decent townhouse and one nearer the reception area.

the security staff are also ALWAYS at the gate checking that you're staying there/you know the code.

There’s too much competition of nicer places and nicer staff to be staying somewhere like here.

We tried to use the internal telephone which didn’t work, and as we walked back the reception had closed.

We didn't have good experience with staff and the amenities are non existent.

Again, early in the stay we received a knock at our door one day, with housekeeping asking if we’ll check out today and she rubbed her fingers together with her thumb and said ‘’you go to reception and pay’’ which I am still unsure what this means to this day.

We called the front desk numerous times during our stay.

We explained what happened to us, and they were moved the next day.

They were also responsive to help take care of the issues such as getting us a new bed and trying to get someone to service the pool heat.

Lady who checked us in was kind and professional.

To be fair, most of the other staff were polite and professional and our accommodations were an 8 out of 10.

Eight men on a golf trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the 3 golf courses.

The accommodations and private pool were exceptional

The accommodations are great.. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa.

Any and every accommodation a hotel can offer was on site.

Accommodations were  first class and I will definitely going back again.

By booking in a group let's say Lacrosse, you might have less than normal accommodations compared to their "normal" guest stay.

The are multiple resorts close to Disney with better accommodations and much much cleaner.

The battered and bruised accommodation we have been allocated is indeed a 2BR Estate Villa.

The staff, the conditions and the accommodations meet or exceeded all of my expectations.

Reunion Resort offers its guests a variety of accommodations options.

My boys Jack and Daniel booked into the tennis academy with the professional tennis couch Josh Surowski 
The coaching was absolutely fantastic and it was the highlight of the boys holiday 
I never experienced my boys wanting to get out of bed early for a 7am lesson

I arrived a day early due to a death in the family and I received 3 phone calls asking me about time sharing.

You can call for a shuttle to take you there so you don't have to drive over to it.

We got conflicting information about timing and requirements for second payments that again required multiple calls.

Walking more than a couple times a day is a little tedious, so call for the shuttle if you can.

They offer housekeeping at $160 a day - which is exorbitant even post-COVID, and it took multiple phone calls to get trash removed and a smoke detector fixed.

We had to make several phone calls about various issues with the home, we were given the wrong password for the internet (therefore unable to use devices at the home).

We had no hot water, had to call several times and it still didn't get fixed.

The air filter was BLACK (it had not been changed since Dec. 2021 - it was written on there) and we had to call to get it fixed.

I had to continuously call and have a representative pull up our agreement and voucher to prove that the language they kept quoting me wasn't there.

I had to leave my family with the disrespectful woman yelling at them and calling them names to find a manager.

Horrible 
There are security cameras in the pool area & I did call yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

I wondered, why no one called if they had our phone details, when they saw that it was 11 am and we were still in the apartment, why no one called us??

Many calls to front desk did not get our internet, ice maker or dishwasher fixed.

An hour later, I got a call that our table was ready, so by then it had been an hour and 45 minutes wait.

Many calls to maintenance interrupting our daily plans.

My son locked himself out of his bedroom in the suite and we had to call the front desk to have someone sent to unlock it.

I realize that the whole phone call back schtick was a ruse.

I paid and extra upgrade for this room because in the past the other resorts were really gross.

After 4 days the pool became cold and the issue was never resolved even though we spoke to several people, very poor service when we had paid £800 for pool heating, the money has now been paid back

All of the wyndham properties available came with an "upgrade fee" to use which is the same as purchasing an extra week through another source like RCI extra vacations (literally identical - I checked).

Beware if dining around the resort as prices for the same item will be charged differently.

Calling in to pay deposits was difficult ( took days to set up our group in their system) and required multiple calls.

but the amenities were poor for the amount we paid.

but some you have to pay for, like the water park and greens fees for golf.

It was very pricey and the experience should have been exceptional; it was not.

In fact we found it more relaxing to have breakfast (this was included in our rate with a very generous buffet) and then follow that gathering with 1-1.5hr of warm up and practice.

We've played much nicer courses with much better service for half the cost.

Oh, and if you want to do anything everything has a fee.

Although pool heat was paid for, it did not work the first day and no compensation was given.

The Chophouse restaurant was way overpriced.

Honestly, I was completely displeased with the hotel, I felt super ashamed, because they treated me like a criminal, the way they treated it looked like I hadn't paid the hotel bill, and on the contrary I wanted to close one more night.

Other than that it was a nice stay, the rooms are great very spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Our unit was a 3 bedroom suite and was very spacious and comfortable.

The unit did have everything we needed and was spacious.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly and location is very safe and close to the Disney parks, Disney Springs , the Outlet Mall and the Airport.

Room was spacious, clean and had many items to make for a comfortable stay.

The Grand Towers portion of the property was very nice, clean and spacious,

We stayed in the Tower (the main hotel) and the room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony.

We stayed in a spacious three bedroom, 3 bath apartment, with a balcony, overlooking the golf course.

The units are spacious and there are lots of great amenities on the property.

The villa was spacious, clean and well appointed.

The pool at Centre Ridge location was closest to miniature golf & tennis.

Visited one of the pools which was loaded with unsupervised children and no towels as was the same at the tennis facility which featured showers with no hot water or towels.In short a very pedestrian resort that try’s to be upscale

Reunion resort is very large with tons of amenities. It has several pools, a water park with a river pool and play place, bike rentals, golf and mini golf, tennis and pickleball as well as several restaurants on site (one on the 11th floor has a pool and a view of Disney fireworks in the distance.)

but the resort has everything one desires for a vacation - tennis, pools, 3 golf courses, mini golf and a lazy river.

Lots of activities around (most are additional fee such as tennis, mini golf, pickle ball) and the main waterpark/lazy river (included) is great. Food on site is fairly expensive (100$ Canadian for a lunch of burgers and orange juice for 4!)

Golf, minuture golf, tennis courts, bocci courts, a waterpark, many restaurants and more.

The area where our condo is located had a pool, tennis court, pickleball court and put-put golf.

The tennis pro at Reunion was great, wish that I could remember his name,

The tennis experience at Reunion is great.

The resort had a lot to do, water park, pools, golf, tennis, etc,

My whole family's tennis game got unbelievably better with Josh's instruction.

The tennis and golf were reasonably priced and facilities were well maintained.

I was able to attend an adult tennis clinic.

We love tennis here so much, will definitely be coming back.

The condo was located within walking distance of 3 pools, a tennis court and the main building.

The resort has many pools, tennis courts, and walking areas.

It has hundreds of homes, guest suites, restaurants, water park, tennis courts and three championship caliber golf courses designed by Nicholas, Palmer and Watson.

The positives are that the Tennis staff are excellent.

We were especially pleased with the service and the pool, water park, and restaurant options.

Reunion water park was fantastic with extra smaller pools set all around the resort

During the days we did not venture to the parks we very much enjoyed the water park.

Beautiful water park on location was a bonus.

The water park was an enjoyable extra included in our booking .

Parking for the Water Park is down the street.

The water park was an added bonus for the grandkids.

We looked at  the water park and it seemed a good place for kids

The last time we had been there we took advantage of the pool and kids water park, which were lovely.

Me and my family love the villa and the water park.

Restaurants were all great and the Water Park was perfect.

Two minute walk to water park and 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks.

Wonderful location, great water park, and just a beautiful place to spend any amount of time.

Loved the cart rides, the not so crowded water park, the distance to stores and even having the opportunity to go around the neighborhood to see some beautiful houses was definitely a plus.

I do not want any other family to experience this at the “family friendly” water park.

Not noisy, you can walk to the water park.

That being said, the water park was fun for the kids and when the restaurants are open, you will find lovely staff.
