To be fair, most of the other staff were polite and professional and our accommodations were an 8 out of 10.

Eight men on a golf trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the 3 golf courses.

The accommodations are great.. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa.

Accommodations were  first class and I will definitely going back again.

The staff, the conditions and the accommodations meet or exceeded all of my expectations.

We stayed in the on-property villas/houses and we were extremely pleased with the quality, cleanliness, and quality of the accommodations and would definitely recommend this resort!

Great accommodations and they handle our clubs from course to course without any problems.

The choice of staying at The Grande main building in various size accommodations or choose a house of any amount of bedrooms makes this resort the perfect family resort.

The pools were amazing as well as accommodations.

This resort is top notch, great accommodations, great staff with quick response to any issue you may have.

Accommodations were great, with a full kitchen and all of the necessary equipment.

The resort is beautiful, our accommodations were the best we have ever stayed in, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Calling in to pay deposits was difficult ( took days to set up our group in their system) and required multiple calls.

They offer housekeeping at $160 a day - which is exorbitant even post-COVID, and it took multiple phone calls to get trash removed and a smoke detector fixed.

We had to make several phone calls about various issues with the home, we were given the wrong password for the internet (therefore unable to use devices at the home).

We had no hot water, had to call several times and it still didn't get fixed.

The air filter was BLACK (it had not been changed since Dec. 2021 - it was written on there) and we had to call to get it fixed.

I had to continuously call and have a representative pull up our agreement and voucher to prove that the language they kept quoting me wasn't there.

I had to leave my family with the disrespectful woman yelling at them and calling them names to find a manager.

Horrible 
There are security cameras in the pool area & I did call yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!

I wondered, why no one called if they had our phone details, when they saw that it was 11 am and we were still in the apartment, why no one called us??

Many calls to front desk did not get our internet, ice maker or dishwasher fixed.

An hour later, I got a call that our table was ready, so by then it had been an hour and 45 minutes wait.

My son locked himself out of his bedroom in the suite and we had to call the front desk to have someone sent to unlock it.

The implication was that I'd get a call back when hotel security was no longer meeting. Really?

Never received satisfaction from our numerous calls.

When I called, I was told it would be 24 hours before they could guarantee someone would change the code and that we would have to call in each time to be remotely opened by them.

Had to wait over an hour and call multiple times to get security to come let us in.

We realized our fridge was not working and called the front desk, they had our fridge repaired probably within 1-2 hours of us calling.

Mrs. Monique Burks gets upset and calls a lady to translate for me and says there are no managers to figure out for me to come back on Monday.

I paid and extra upgrade for this room because in the past the other resorts were really gross.

After 4 days the pool became cold and the issue was never resolved even though we spoke to several people, very poor service when we had paid £800 for pool heating, the money has now been paid back

but the amenities were poor for the amount we paid.

but some you have to pay for, like the water park and greens fees for golf.

It was very pricey and the experience should have been exceptional; it was not.

but other resorts have the same problem and they aren't this expensive.

When called to complain was told I could stay in that unit as is, pay $200 more per night to upgrade or leave and get my money refunded.

Since only adults need wrist bands for the waterpark, we didn’t need to pay the $30 fee for each of our guests as our room came with eight wrist bands. 8.

They charge a parking fee for parking in the middle of nowhere.

Very expensive for what you get, service workers need training in customer service.

Again, no one was upset, just a little annoyed that we paid for this house anticipating functioning amenities.

If you value any sense of cleanliness please avoid this hotel at all costs.

No reason the resort makes the cost so high to rent a golf cart.

Paid $180 for a cabana for the day & it was in terrible shape.

I would have paid the smidge more to have better accommodations.

The front office manager and director have no consideration despite telling them that I’m expecting all my tax related documents during this time.

Other than that it was a nice stay, the rooms are great very spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Our unit was a 3 bedroom suite and was very spacious and comfortable.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly and location is very safe and close to the Disney parks, Disney Springs , the Outlet Mall and the Airport.

We stayed in the Tower (the main hotel) and the room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony.

We stayed in a spacious three bedroom, 3 bath apartment, with a balcony, overlooking the golf course.

The units are spacious and there are lots of great amenities on the property.

The villa was spacious, clean and well appointed.

Reunion resort is very large with tons of amenities. It has several pools, a water park with a river pool and play place, bike rentals, golf and mini golf, tennis and pickleball as well as several restaurants on site (one on the 11th floor has a pool and a view of Disney fireworks in the distance.)

but the resort has everything one desires for a vacation - tennis, pools, 3 golf courses, mini golf and a lazy river.

Lots of activities around (most are additional fee such as tennis, mini golf, pickle ball) and the main waterpark/lazy river (included) is great. Food on site is fairly expensive (100$ Canadian for a lunch of burgers and orange juice for 4!)

The tennis and golf were reasonably priced and facilities were well maintained.

We love tennis here so much, will definitely be coming back.

The condo was located within walking distance of 3 pools, a tennis court and the main building.

The positives are that the Tennis staff are excellent.

I brought 2 friends with me and Josh Surowski the director of Reunion Tennis creates a great 3 day schedule at an affordable price for us.

All three of us play regularly in Michigan at a tennis club and we ALL agreed that this was the best tennis instruction we have ever experienced.

We had a 3 bedroom unit that had its own bathrooms There are so many activities on site like waterpark, three golf courses, tennis, spa, and more.

Tennis Pro, Josh Surowski, was not only an incredible teacher, he is fun, happy, respectful, adorable, and clearly an asset to Reunion Resorts’ tennis faculty and facilities.

The Tennis Pro, Josh, and his team ensured the courts were ready each day, AND for the afternoon sessions!

We were especially pleased with the service and the pool, water park, and restaurant options.

Beautiful water park on location was a bonus.

The water park was an enjoyable extra included in our booking .

The water park was an added bonus for the grandkids.

The last time we had been there we took advantage of the pool and kids water park, which were lovely.

Me and my family love the villa and the water park.

Restaurants were all great and the Water Park was perfect.

Wonderful location, great water park, and just a beautiful place to spend any amount of time.

I thought the food at water park was great unlike another reviewer.

That being said, the water park was fun for the kids and when the restaurants are open, you will find lovely staff.

Their water park was so fun: a lazy river, perfect water temperature with great food and drinks.

We loved this hotel and enjoyed the water park and the pools.

The water park and other pool were within walking distance.

If you have kids there is an amazing water park inside the resort community.

We got a perk of having these braclets for all adults that allowed us into the water park (on site) for free and also the kids as well.

Great place to stay if you want more quiet and homelike accommodations compared to busy Disney World resorts.

The CLC World accommodation offered here was an amazing, modern and comfortable townhouse setting for a family holiday!

This accommodation was spacious clean and excellent quality.

Excellent accommodation with good facilities.

This apartment hotel is very kid and family friendly; clubhouse staffs are nice; we are very enjoy hot tub and pool; security is good; can’t complain about cleanliness; close to Disneyland,sea world, Disney spring, many restaurants nearby; all about 15-20 min drive; we went to Publix which is nearby for grocery shop; perfect location!

We stayed at the Encantada for 12 nights in mid-July and to say we were impressed by the standard of our accommodation and the facilities on offer would be an understatement!

The accommodation was superb, the rooms and furniture were high quality and the views across the lake from the patio area were stunning.

Well worth the visit, quiet and well positioned, perfect for a home-away-from-home feel to your Orlando accommodation.

The accommodations were beautiful and hands down we would return and highly recommend working with their team :)  Kim went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and responded promptly throughout the entirety of our experience.

Our frinds had several diffent Town Houses diffent roads and everyone was happy about their accommodation and the Resort.

The accommodation is about a 10 minute walk from the Club House where you will find Reception, Activities Desk, Gym, 2 heated pools and a heated Jacuzzi.

Nice neat self catering apartment feels like home away from home.

Lovely and relaxing accommodation that boasts everything you can ask for in amenities.

The accommodation is wonderful, clean and tidy, all the house's either have a hot tub or a pool.

This ranks amongst the very best, the standard of accommodation and service was second to none.

I would highly recommend the accommodation.

Accommodation was clean, kitchen well equipped for our needs, bedrooms comfortable and spacious.

We got lucky with ours I guess, nice clean place reasonably priced.

Cleaning was minimal over our stay- luckily we are happy to keep our surroundings clean and tidy.

but that's literally all I can think of) but overall clean, sanitary and modern - we stayed in 3076 White Orchid and I felt this property had been renovated and updated compared to the previous property we had stayed in at Encantada pre-pandemic.

2 bedroom townhouse could do with a really good deep clean and refurb.

3 yrs ago we where there and it was really good, clean and great resort.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Please  Clean flooring and add new flooring.

but this resort was absolutely beautiful very clean staff was wonderful HOWEVER 2 issues I had was I didn’t rent a car an the club house was a little ways from the actual house staff had to give us a ride to the house 2 my jacuzzi was  broken I complain but know one ever came to fix it overall I would still go back beautiful resort I loved it

Great location lovely house very clean all the things you need for self catering.

We had a lovely stay here, the villa was nice and spacious very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is fantastic for the Magic Kingdom, epcot, the other Disney world sites and shopping 😊

We had to clean the pool ourselves because it was so dirty with wood chip, mosquitoes, leaf’s and other crawling insects.

they eventually came on about day 11 which wasn't ideal as it was near the end of our trip, and again, guests shouldn't have to fight to get housekeeping to come once.

Please be aware that there is approx £130 cleaning fee to be paid on arrival.

We couldn’t even request a change of towels or linen as there was no housekeeping available.

This has also been reported to the lady on reception who is going to send in a cleaning team to attempt to deal with the cleanliness issues.

It was not a property I would never recommend or stay at again because it obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned for who knows how long.

So in 2018 there was no resort fee or cleaning fees.

No hand towels in the bathrooms 
When we requested extra towels we were handed a trash bag of towels and front desk told us to go through it to find what we needed because that was all housekeeping had and it was a mix of hand towels, bath towels and washcloths.

The room was very dirty; you could tell it had not been cleaned to normal housekeeping standards.

They still charged us for 1 night and the full cleaning fee.

See attached photos, the house was dirty, disgusting, the website explain that this place is extra clean, they are charging cleaning fee, so dirty, stay away ! !

One day the cleaners left our door unlocked, which is my only complaint of our stay.

If you are staying less than eight nights, there is no cleaning included.

I would say the only downside to our stay is that we spent 1 week in our accommodation and had no cleaning services while there at all.

from my cell, because the villa line doesn't work, and they came to fix it very quick, there's bubble gum stuck on the carpet you can tell they tried cleaning it..

On close inspection I feel it could have been cleaner, the skirting boards were full of dust and dirt.

During our stay the cleaning service left us extra towels and bathroom robes which had not been there before, making us wonder if the cleaning and prep of our townhouse was incomplete before we arrived also.

The unit we were assigned had issues,the carpets were stained,the jacuzzi at first didn't work and later a second call was required just to get it filled,a bathroom fan needed to be replaced, almost no cooking utensils and not enough pillows.Apparently housekeeping just cleans.

The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review was the fact that you only get a cleaning service included for stays of 14 nights or more - you do have the option of paying for a more frequent clean though.

Also very close to a huge selection of restaurants along the I-192.

The pool area was fine, and the bar did actually open and we had a nice lunch and service was good.

We enjoyed our stay we stayed for 7 days enjoyed the front pool,the kids enjoyed fishing,we went shopping and eating out which was closer to the encatada the house could’ve been cleaned a little better

It's close to Disney and many restaurants.

There’s one pool that’s closed for resurfacing, and the faculties such as the bar and restaurant were a ghost town.

The area is close to many stores and restaurants.

Plenty off restaurant’s nearby also supermarket open 24/7 easy access for all main routes.

The kitchen had dishes for 8 and it was easy to cook meals.

Very convenient location to all sorts of restaurants and, of course, to the Disney parks.

We had one of the closest houses to the pools and reception and restaurants,

I booked this place and it did not disappoint the house was very clean nice kitchen, living room, dining room,bedrooms were big BEDS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE washer and dryer very convenient there was also many items to cook in the pantry which we didnt use.

There is a bar and cafe, which we didn’t use.

Very convenient to the parks, restaurants, shopping.

This was an amazing holiday 2weeks me and my husband and 3 children, the location was great in kissimee old town, walking distance plenty of restaurants on main road as well like, dennys,mcdonalds etc.

The resort is in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby-

Just 5 mins drive along the main highway you have a selection of restaurants and bars.

I would recommend the nearby steakhouse Manny's.

The kitchen offered all that was necessary culinary items to prepare meals for my family.

They had decent happy hour specials and good food at the clubhouse restaurant.

The pool bar and diner were very nice with a good selection of beers.It was a short drive away from the 192 with its restaurants etc.

but when it comes to dealing with waste it stinks in our opinion.

In the kitchen; the mugs were filthy, the slice is in 2 pieces, blender does not work, only 1 baking tray, no cheese greater, no large knives, only 2 dishwasher tablets.

The last time we stayed here they gave us a room that was filthy dirty, even blood and tampons on the floor when you walked in.

Firstly, both pools were absolutely filthy - to the point of them being a health hazard.

This is a disgusting unit we were in and we were paying $267.68 a night for 3 nights.

Upon entering the room smelled musty and as of no one had cleaned it in days or possibly months.

Bathrooms were dirty, mold in shower, sink, etc.

We then went inside and it looked as if someone was living there because things were not picked up and lights and TV's were left on, the place also smelled of POT.

Shower had old soap stains, kitchen silverware was sticky, carpets were disgusting and we even found a fingernail.

Carpet was stained, not vacuumed at all, trash on patio and in hot tub, stains on the sheets, hair still on the sheets of multiple beds, boogers wiped on the lamp, something spilled/stained on fabric headboard, hair floating in hot tub.

The carpet was stained and you could feel the filth in the carpet.

but that doesn’t make up for the lack of sleep from the uncomfortable pillows and waking up from the smoke alarms at 1am, not just once, but 2 nights out of our stay.

It has went down a lot since I stayed here 10 years ago needs updating.it smelled bad was not clean the tube had mold around it.

this property is old and the houses smell like mold they need to be remolded ASAP its not worth the money or time i could have stay at motel 6 if i was looking for something cheap i would recommend you looking for better property people actually live there at the property

The unit smelled like urine and could use new carpet (filthy and gross looking), more kitchen utensils (no cookie sheets, pizza cutter or pot holders) 

Our a/c wasn't working correctly when we checked in.

The townhouse had wet carpets when we arrived, smelled moldy and the air conditioner was permanently set at 72 degrees,

Upon arrival to the house we found out that there were 3 smoke detectors that made loud signal of low battery every 90 seconds.

Dialing guest services to report jacuzzi issues and phone issues looked up and not dust issues black residues over kitchen vents ant alone ceiling leading to TV rom.

The security staff at the gate were always polite and helpful.

One of the most concerning policies of this company is the complete absence of reception or maintenance staff after 7pm.

but might well be better if you got a decent townhouse and one nearer the reception area.

the security staff are also ALWAYS at the gate checking that you're staying there/you know the code.

We love Ms Nily and her helpers and thank them for their kindness.

Keep pressing the reception staff for your needs, some may take more time than others to get things done.The houses are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking.
