I have faith and trust this location will improve the accommodations and selected personnel.

Even with 3000+ attendees the traffic moved well and the Hyatt accommodations were very nice and quiet.

I was at the Hyatt for a conference, I was very impressed with the accommodations, the many pools, the gym, breakfast, and the courtesy of the entire staff.

The food was excellent and staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms and accommodations were clean.

Great accommodations food and excellent service, everyone acknowledged whether it was day or night with good morning or good evening very warm and welcome setting!

I was in town for an overnight stay, the accommodations were wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to get me checked in early.

Check In at Tower II was so clean and very modern, love the 65 LG TV and inside the bathroom I was  amaze with mirror  TV, the room space was also comfortable, the pool was huge and with a great food bar.

Clean room the pool is awesome and has a grotto just overall great hotel the check in was smooth as employees very inviting the bathrooms has a built in tv in mirror so you can relax and watch tv at the very same time

The beds were cozy and the bathroom mirror had a TV.

but unless you’re taller than 5’3” you won’t be able to see your face because there’s a large built-in television in the mirror.

The hotel itself was clean, modern and had features I had not seen before (tv in the bathroom mirror, floor lighting in the room at night).

Amazing Time, Great Experience, No Hassle During Convention Times, All In A Joyful Time.

I stayed at the Hyatt for the Spooky Empire Convention with a group of 6.

The tub is wide and deep and great for a magnesium soak especially after a long day or days of going to conventions.

I was here for a large convention and the location was perfect, with a covered walkway to the convention center.

The convenience of the convention was why we stayed

This is a very large resort with restaurants, spa, multiple pools, convention space, ballrooms.

The convention layout was straightforward and easy to navigate.

It was a great place to stay for the convention.

On a busy convention week, the staff at the front desk (Cinthia & Anthony) went out of their way to accommodate us.

You would thing that with it being part of the convention that we were attending they would  want to take chair of the gest so they would return .

Our convention is there every year and we do stay, I was happy with the offered discount and the convenience.

From the check in desk just for my Convention to the meals at Fiorenzo, my stay was a delight.

Although there aren't many choices for staying for a convention, this hotel is very pleasant with a very oomfortable bed as well as amenities.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency  Orlando during Zumba Convention.

Though both hotels billed themselves as 4-star, the different was night and day.

The hotel was very busy so i did not even utilize the resort amenities that I was charged for.

Also make sure that they do not over charge you for.

We were charged for both, so just check receipt.

It took 4 times to get my card programmed to finally work!

I ended up hot spotting from my cell phone (roaming charges from out of country) and numerous calls with IT did not resolve the issue.

We were pretty much without incident the entire stay, and we haven't heard about the card being charged for incidentals yet, so it's a good sign that since we paid up front, we don't have anything else to deal with from our time well spent.

And never got my 2 bottles of water or $10 day resort credit.

She wrote the wrong room number on our card and didn’t apologize.I used to stay at Hyatt properties frequently for work

The hottub was broken, overcharged  by adding 25% extra by adding in a tip and didn't tell everyone,  and food at our conference was subpar at best.

They gave us a “free” rollaway for the trouble and still charged us for it.

We are airing from 9AM to almost 11PM - he wanted to charge us for the pool and gym usage, and it wasn’t like that other years.

service feel down due to packages being rejected and afterward charged as much as $20 per package.

They charge about $40 a day for the so called “resort fees” and trust me, this is NOT a resort.

Digital keys were not working the entire stay, which meant that we had to use key cards.

YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS CHARGING MY CARD the way you do it, without my authorisation.

Pool bar/cafe has an automatic 18% "service charge" which is really annoying and the Market is WAY over priced for the quality of food they serve.

but since we had the credit we did not really have any other viable opportunity to use it elsewhere.

NOT worth the very high prices they are charging at all!! !

I feel that this was a reasonable rate for a hotel room, which is all I used (aside from their "Market" with Starbucks.

The staff were friendly either it be at the front desk, in the Italian restaurant or in the 24/7 market.

The hotel was lovely and I liked that they had the Market there.

Having the Market with Fresh foods available was a good benefit.

The market and restaurant staff were very friendly and quick.

On the property dining options and Starbuck with Market place makes it easy to grab and go in a hurry or easy dining when you are tired after a long day and don't want to venture outside for food.

I’ll also say the 24 hour market is very convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel.

Very large and has all that you need, including a to-go market, restaurant, Starbucks, retail store, bar, large pool and excellent fitness center.

Also loved the food at the 24 hour on-site market.

Of course, they have market if you are hungry.

Great Hyatt hotel next to the convention center with fantastic staff, best valet service (you can finally order your car via text message), great pool, also nice in hotel market, located next to icon park with lots of restaurants.

There are 3 restaurants on site, 1 24-hr market, and 2 bars (no food service).

The hotel is huge, the market is big and service is fast.

The  Market has excellent option for on the go breakfast salads pizza and I loved Korean Beef Bowl .

Market on site, great if you need to grab something quick.

I only went to two of the onsite restaurants - Coconuts and The Market.

Good location, clean, 24hr market place was a good option for the teenagers.

They have a 24 hour market, which is convenient as well as a really good restaurants near the hotel.

The market didn’t have a lot of vegan options

You are charged additional for parking and a resort fee.

Resort fee and parking was a little expensive for not being a fully inclusive resort.

It didnt help that the young man who greeted us upon arrival then told us self parking was 'complimentary' only to find out the complimentary part would cost us $35.00 Again, if I have to drive around and find parking myself I shouldn't have to pay anything.

My only complaint is that the parking garage is a walk away from hotel.

Also, keep in mind you'll be paying for parking during your stay.

Furthermore, the parking was too expensive.

Also we paid for parking & like $30 hotel credit.

Had a difficult time getting into the parking garage numerous times!

I would have thought that staying at the hotel and paying the required resort fee would have at least given us a discount on the cost of parking.

The parking lot is far from the entrance so make sure to drop off your bags (don't forget your tip money)  They have valet too

Be ready for $35 a day parking and front desk staff thats too busy to help customers.

Parking was in the parking garage a long walk, small cover did not help much in the rain, there is a 35 dollar a night parking fee, there are several restaurants on site and store if you needed extra stuff, I was there for a meeting at hotel , rooms clean and hotel very helpful

But the self parking fee (now $35 per night +tax) seems to have greatly inflated since the last time we visited (pre-Covid).

but I still had issues with the keys when trying to leave the parking garage.

Only complaint is self parking is pricey at $35.

Gave overall rating of 4 because parking is expensive and price of the room a little high.

And the parking garage isn't actually attached to the hotel so I hope you don't have to arrive or leave during one of Florida's daily thunderstorms.

The only negative for us, was the location of the parking garage didn't seem very close.

Having paid $1,000 for two nights i felt like I was staying at a motel.

If you plan on shopping for food to keep costs down, prepare for poor quality refrigerator and freezing of foods, such as salads.

In total this room cost 350 for one night.

Ask for an Americano and got 4 different version of it and charge a different price each time.

$50.00 Plus tax And gratuity on top of that, is a bit much.

Our room rate was somewhere around $159 per night.

Italian steakhouse Firenzo food is high priced, low quality.

The problem I has was that my organization is tax exempt and I completed all the necessary paperwork to take care of this and upon checkout they couldn't find it and were aggravated with me because of their mistake.

.So for first day it is mediocre and overpriced. ..

Paid a good amount of money in the economy for a crappy night of sleep from the air conditioning not cooling.

They allow you to bring your dog for a fee; there are plenty of sidewalks & grassy areas nearby for walks.

Same restaurant is used for dinner which is even more overpriced and a la cart for everything.

but expensive, and the staff were top quality.

Excellent hotel, great quality accommodation, fantastic lobby with easy access to the Universal parks via a boat service.

Close to the parks, reasonable price and excellent accommodations.

I was extremely impressed with the condition of the accommodations and the treatment that I was provided while staying at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando.

The accommodations are very nice and found the bed to be very comfortable.

I'll be staying in Sufrside this Sunday so it will be interesting to compare to the more budget friendly accommodation.

All while we were treated with disdain, lied to, and told I was never guaranteed that the room accommodations I was promised, were ever promised!

Top notch accommodations, clean, price is right & love their friendly employees.

If the price was right I would stay again just for the water taxi and clean accomodation.

but with bottles and cribs and never enough space the accommodations were great!

Our family returns annually to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, due to the amazing cutomer service, reliability, cleanliness, quality accommodations, location and onsite dining options.

Accommodations were comfortable, clean and well kept.

Staff was friendly, service was great and accommodations were clean!

Love that the water boats stay running so late, really helps after a tired day of walking at the park.

The boat captains transporting people to the parks were also personable and professional.

We were at the boat about 10 minutes to 7am and were able to get in the first boat.

Facilities wise the boat shuttle service to City Walk was efficient,

Boats to park make using an ECV wonderful.

There is a boat ride to universal city walk which takes 5 minutes, thus being able to quickly access the Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios theme parks.

The restaurants are all good if a little pricy and the boat taxi to Universal was excellent.

I would definitely stay at a hotel with access to the boat.

Overall the hotel is mainly trading on the location which is a short and pleasant boat ride to universal studios.

The boat to the parks is lovely and a great way to go to and from the parks.

Amazing location being able to get the water boats straight from outside to universal parks.

The boats were seamless and such a pleasant way to traverse the parks.

One of the lovely water taxi trips had a fantastic boat ride with everyone singing YMCA on the boat which will forever be a fond memory for my sister and brother in law who got to enjoy that ride.

It is so easy to get to citywalk and parks, we choose to walk on a morning as we always have, especially when going to IOA as it takes 10 minutes from the boat dock and then catch the boat back after the parks.

The boat to City Walk allowed us to bypass the parking and security mess for regular guests and gave us a separate entrance to the event, which was very useful.

Pros:

- new Dutch trading company service quick service till 11pm

- room can feel cramped with a teen and 2 adults as there is no balcony -

If you're a family going to the Universal theme parks, Loews Sapphire Falls is pretty beautiful, clean, modern, and ideal, with lovely, modern rooms, baths, and grounds, including boats directly to the theme park.

but of all the hotels available with boat access to the parks, this was the lowest- end one.

The boat and/or walk to City Walk lovely.

Access to city walk was great if you like shopping and some food.

The water taxi's were ALWAYS there to take us back and forth to City Walk and Universal Parks.

The boat to Universal City Walk was very convenient.

One additional benefit of this resort is that you get the water taxi to Universal City Walk which starts early and runs late.

Quiet, clean, helpful and easy access to the parks and City Walk.

The water taxi to and from Universal's City walk was wonderful and unexpected!

The free water taxi to universal and city walks is fantastic and the boat staff and security are fun too.

They have the convenience of the dedicated walking path, shuttle, and water taxis to city walk.

Beautiful, moderate level resort with a price point beating anything the D offers. The pool area is well-themed, the lobby, restaurants, and lounges are inviting; and the water-taxi to City Walk makes for a very convenient and charming "commute."

The theme parks, city walk and volcano bay are a 10 minute walk away, or you can get the water taxi to city walk and the theme parks.

Super convenient water taxi that will take you directly to the parks and City Walk.

Beautiful walk (or leisurely boat ride) to City Walk or either of the Universal parks.

Very family friendly, clean and access to restaurants on the property and super convenient to have to water taxis to take you to and from City Walk and the parks.

The hotel is pretty, clean, and within walking distance to universal, volcano bay, and city walk.

The only enjoyable experience was the water taxi to the parks and city walk.

We really enjoyed the early park admission and easy, relaxing water taxi transportation to the theme parks and City Walk.

Everything was very clean which is very important to us, & all staff were very friendly and nice.

The halls were quiet, room spotless - almost as if we were the first to ever walk thru the doors, pool was perfect and convenient.

Very high quality, clean, comfortable, and very convenient.

The resort itself is beautiful and our rooms were very clean.

The property itself is spacious and lovely, the rooms bright and clean.

Very clean room, loved having the water taxi  take us to the park and not having to battle parking in the morning.

The hotel is clean upon arrival and has a lovely Christmas tree.

The gym has to be one of the best we've had at any hotel - really big, clean and every bit of kit was functioning.

The hotel was very clean, pet friendly and all the staff were very nice!
