I have an electric car that I have charged out front there before.

I know have a card with $200 on it that can't bee used.

I was also charged for parking and that was not listed .

He said after we checkout, the $100 hold would be released on the credit card within 3-5 days.

but everything else….credit cards, drivers licence, Nexus card and everyone piece of personal information I own.

Electrical outlet clustered around one bed near the window, the other bed near the bathroom has no outlet, harder to charge iPhones.

I gave her my key card she then changed my room which was no big deal until I got upstairs .

She was unable to explained to me why I was over charged some supervisor.

but with so many issues, and the price diffrence from what I was told to what I was charged.

Arrived 10 pm to find my room sold out They claimed credit card problem

When I  looked at my bill on my phone, I saw the charge.

My confirmed reservation that was to cost $425.56 has now cost me $1893 because they have charged me FOUR times.

Lo and behold we checked our credit card on Monday, again on Tuesday, then again on Wednesday and no refund.

Had some drama at checkout when I learned that despite my presenting another credit card at check in.

Desk Staff could not figure out how to credit my stay with IHG rewards program; said I'd have to call HQ and say there was a problem.

When I returned to the desk later to purchase a snack and aspirin to relieve a headache, I was charged for the snack,

The pool doors were unable to open with our key cards despite numerous attempts by staff to reset the door.

For our troubles, we received an apology note from Stacey and a $5 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts.

Good service, comfortable beds, clean….nice complementary breakfast. Great!

We got the double bed room which was relatively inexpensive, and it came with a free breakfast (which was very satisfying).

We had a really good stay, and enjoyed the excellent choices at the free breakfast buffet.

Great breakfast was included every morning different selections hot and cold.

Great staff, nice health facility, clean rooms, internet, nice complimentary breakfast and comfortable dining area.

Morning coffee was great; breakfast was included and excellent quality.

We appreciate their customer service, room accommodations as well as their complimentary breakfasts.

We even used the pool which was heated everyday of our stay and utilized the complimentary breakfast which was pretty great for being free.

Needed hotel near upper Manhattan when family member was in hospital.

The hotel was a good choice for the purpose of playing at Manhattan College.

Complimentary shuttle to train for easy access into Manhattan.

We did not know what to expect regarding the trip into Manhattan the next day,

The drive to the Manhattan Cruise terminal is eas - essentially one dual carriageway the whole distance, avoiding downtown NY.

If you wanna get out of your room and do something you can watch TV downstairs, you can have your food delivered to you and you can meet them in the lobby or the receptionist will call you in your room to come downstairs and get your food.

The manager was making the girl call me and was telling her what to say on the phone.

even though I’d had to call over and over, they still didn’t have the added day when I arrived.

The Staff allowed some room on our floor BLAST music until it stopped after repeated calls to the front desk to stop the music.

The AGM was able to adjust my rate to the original rate and emailed me an update that was before miss Joanna got upset because she was unable to answer my question so Yelled at me and hanged up the phone on me.

They rejected my reservation, & took 3 hours of my vacation time on the Phone in the Lobby with Price line.

I went to the front desk one night to get something and was told I would have to wait because she was trying to call her manager because her relief didnt show up.

During the call the rep asked for my last name a few times bc I forgot my Rm#.

I have nothing to write, please work on a better internet because it’s was very horrible and it didn’t let me use my phone until I had to take off he WiFi and use my own data plan, also be mindful of others

The front desk was not accurate with my reservation had to pull up my confirmation on the phone because they were not sure of my rate.

however return again and call ahead to see if it is back up.

We had no clean towels, so I had to call the front desk early the next day to ask for them.

Worse, after multiple calls and emails to Hilton, they have so far been unable to fix the problem.

I really hadn't had the time to call that afternoon,

We asked to speak to the manager and the person said they we would leave a message with the manager (who was not there at the time) and that the manager MIGHT call us back.

Only minor complaint (if you can call it that) was the bar seemed to lack inventory of some menu items and certain cocktail paraphernalia.

The rooms are spotless and staff very accommodating.

We both LOVED the bed - seriously the most comfortable mattress ever.

Rooms were extremely clean with comfortable beds.

Rooms big, beds comfortable and a wonderful staff just waiting to help.

Rooms were a decent size, the bed was very comfortable, there was a small refrigerator and I even liked the shampoo/conditioner in the shower.

The floor plan is like many other older courtyards, mostly horizontal, with only a single elevator in a remote corner of the hotel, far from the check-in desk.

Only one elevator for the entire hotel too. .

Then, I was frustrated by the layout, only one elevator, stairs don't go to all floors, etc.

Inexplicably, the elevators are in the rear of the building.

It was easier to walk up the stairs than to find the elevator which was a distance from the check-in in the lobby.

Noise from the hydraulic lift going up and down was constant along with the noise from the transport cart being used.

I asked the FD person where the elevator was..finally found it after quite an extended walk.

The layout is a bit weird as the hotel is set into a hillside with inadequate elevator service.

Ice is only at the elevator so you have to go all the way around for that too.

They need a front lobby elevator for sure.

If you’re going to take the elevator, you might want to park in the rear lot and save yourself some steps!

The elevator is in one corner of the small building so ask for a room nearby if that is an issue for you.

They have only one elevator and it is poorly located in a far corner from the lobby.

Also, I had to lug my bags up flights of stairs as the elevator was at the far end of the hall from the room.

The elevator is not well located, so you could have a hike to your room.

As others pointed out, layout is a bit unusual - lots of walking to get to elevators.

Our only disappointment was that there is only one elevator in the complex - located at the farthest location from the front desk.

Terraced into a hill, which perhaps accounts for its being long and sprawling, with a hard-to-find elevator tucked into a corner far from the reception area--an inconvenience to which the staff is either oblivious or is pretending to be oblivious.

but this is a classic 'square' courtyard, with long hallways and only 1 elevator, so once you know where your room is you might park towards the back and enter through one of the corners.

The hallways needed a good  carpet-cleaning, with a one-inch strip of dirt and grime along each wall.

We noticed no hallway or neighbor noise at all.

The hallway was thick with marijuana smoke, to the extent that the inside of my room smelled like marijuana.

but still) I heard her from down the hall. First time I've ever stayed in the "garden level."

The general building decor like carpets, hallways, etc.

Long walks to the rooms through never-ending corridors.

The second floor is quieter than the first (no one above you), and the rooms towards the back are quieter (fewer people walking through the hallways).

THE OUTDATED
1. long corridors that go on forever, with only one far-away-located elevator in a corner of  the complex, so be prepared for a long walk to your room unless you specify that you want a room close to the one elevator. 2.

I told them that would not be acceptable, so the changed me to a second floor different hall.

The only thing I did not like was the maze of hallways that seemed to be very confusing.

The hallways seemed a bit dated and the hotel was not quite as luxurious as others,

Lots of outside noise coming from the parking lot and the hallways.

We also found that we were disturbed often by noisy late night guests shouting in the halls; this is not the fault of the hotel, of course (and they make it a point to clearly post "quiet hours" expectations and times),

The hallways and stairwells were very cold.

The room we stayed in (129) was on the corner of two hallways and was noisy.

And the sound conditioning between the room and the hallway was not all that great.

And if people can't control their kids running up and down the hall it is not the hotel's fault.

- The room was clean and we had service every day.

the rooms are clean and well-appointed, the staff was gracious.

Very happy with the cleanliness of our room and nicely maintained the gym was.

Absolutely impeccable, I have absolutely no criticism, rooms  so clean and cozy it’s a home away from home , clean , updated , extremely well maintained, Staff was courteous,  kind , knowledgeable,  helpful , neat , clean , professional,  I can’t say enough good things about this particular courtyard Marriott , I highly recommend for couples , family , business, anything .

Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room compared to others.

The room was spotless and the shower in room 231 appeared to be brand new it was so clean.

Our room was clean (especially the bathroom) with great amenities.

Filthy carpets, outdated furniture and overall very bleak.

Most importantly, the room seemed clean, even a faint cleaning solution odor could be smelled at times (probably the carpet).

I find this common where the walls and ductwork have been permeated with age.

but definitely seem to need a little updating, just had that old feel and smell to it.

Moldy bathroom tile, dirty walls, insufficient air conditioning flow, smelly carpets, lumpy bed, and worn bedding will keep me from staying at this property again.

We were sent with all our bags to a room at the farthest end of the hotel and found it to be too smelly (a cooked food smell) to stay in, so they courteously moved us to a room back at the opposite end.

although the room was a little musty upon entry (We put the air conditioner on which seemed to helped to rid the mustiness later on that night).

The carpet is extremely &  visibly dirty & smells, if you have allergies be prepared to sneeze & be uncomfortable all night unless you have allergy medicine.

Not to mention the foul smell that permeates the sink as you brush your teeth.

However, there was a foul odor in the bathroom and the one elliptical in the fitness room needs servicing.

There was a musty smell to the room as well.

I should have brought a bottle of Bleach and cleaning supplies with me.

It is a long walk from the entrance lobby to the elevator, and the elevator smelled like insecticide. As is the case with other Courtyards recently, this one features a "bistro."

Marriott  Corporation will be receiving a formal complaint about this IMO, rip off rotten hotel.

My room this time smelled like a musty sock.

Had to get us a few times in the night to repeat that process after waking in a pool of sweat.

but I could not determine which direction it was coming from; and (2) we needed a rollaway bed that was soiled on one side and felt like coils against my son's skin.

Also, be aware this is a sprawling facility and many rooms are a long hike from the lobby.

though the kitchen was closed, the hotel still offered Starbucks coffee in the lobby and had several food items for sale at the front desk.

The lobby was immaculate and definitely inviting!

The location was great, the hotel was very clean, sanitizing wipes in the room, great snacks in the lobby.

Food at the lobby cafe was excellent too.

The lobby was updated, modern, warm and welcoming.

But they did a nice refurb of the lobby and added a Bistro with good food and great drinks so we've started staying again.

The lobby has been renovated and others look planned

Adequate onsite parking with a covered walking path to the lobby.

I recently spent 2 nights in this off the highway location which is scenic and quiet 
The lobby staff are extremely helpful and the morning breakfast chef excellent and helpful.

They do have a small delicious, well priced  bistro in the lobby.

The lobby and Bistro have a newness and freshness about them that really enhances the ambience of these areas.

Not even coffee in the lobby that even a Motel 6 has set up for free.

The lobby has ample seating area and a coffee stand/bar area that serves light bites that seemed to be enjoyed by several guests.

Lots of family and children running through the lobby and restaurant.

I worked in a courtyard about 10 years ago and found it odd that the lobby has been remodeled

The lobby looks like it had recently been updated and was very nice.

How do you open the door and then get the valet rack through it while keeping it open?

Our bathroom was still had hair from previous guest on bathroom surfaces.

Upon checking into my room, I found a hair all on the bathroom floor.

The spigot on the sink was extremely loose,

From duct tape on the shower head, shelf falling of the wall, no outlet covers on electrical fixtures right next to the bed and the usual grit and grime, it was a pretty awful stay.

Bathroom was filthy, poop was on Tiolet, told staff said, staff stated he will have it address and room cleaned, came back at 8:30 p.m that evening and room was not cleaned.

Our room was old, had a mildew smell, poorly painted over in bathroom, and the toilet was made for an 8 year old.

Mediocre room quality; shower inferior to my base-grade molded home shower; room amenities sparse; staff gave pushback when we needed our room made up (hadn’t been told requests must be in by a certain time).

Shower rod looked like was ready to fall.

Stains on the sheets, a tiny bathroom, hallway lighting that didn’t work, and a cleaning crew that tried to enter my room at 9am while I was in the shower.

The toilet was so low to the ground that it was only the right height for my 6 year old.

The carpeting in one room was wet (probably a leaking fridge) and the other room had no soap.

Did not clean the room not enough soap and shampoo.

Soiled sheets on supposedly “clean bed.” marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout a “NON SMOKING HOTEL” 
Filthy phones, remote control, air vents in bathroom full of dust.

What was worse is when we walked into the bathroom, it was used.

Too many cleanliness issue in the elevator, the bedroom and the bathroom.

With the exception of front desk staff quaity and bed comfort this property does not rmeet Hampton Inn expectations.

We have stayed in many Hamton Inns and they usually have very comfortable beds.

The bed was comfortable, and it has a microwave and fridge.

The breakfast was clean and okay, the room was clean bed was comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was exactly what we needed for this particular trip.

The two good things about the hotel are: 1. the bed was comfortable and 2.

But the room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The good:  comfortable bed, generally quiet HVAC with the option for continuous fan to mask outside noise, average-speed wi-fi, large TV with good digital channel selections.

Will definitely book another stay everything was perfect the staff was great breakfast was wonderful and fresh and hot breakfast staff was excellent bed was comfy pillows was a little flat
