The breakfast lacked fresh fruit of any kind and had lines of people waiting to use the waffle maker because they were half assing it using a temporary table.

My room has always been super clean and the breakfast is also very good!

The breakfast was very good and the gym was great and even had a Peloton bike!

I have an electric car that I have charged out front there before.

I know have a card with $200 on it that can't bee used.

I was also charged for parking and that was not listed .

He said after we checkout, the $100 hold would be released on the credit card within 3-5 days.

but everything else….credit cards, drivers licence, Nexus card and everyone piece of personal information I own.

Electrical outlet clustered around one bed near the window, the other bed near the bathroom has no outlet, harder to charge iPhones.

I gave her my key card she then changed my room which was no big deal until I got upstairs .

She was unable to explained to me why I was over charged some supervisor.

but with so many issues, and the price diffrence from what I was told to what I was charged.

Arrived 10 pm to find my room sold out They claimed credit card problem

When I  looked at my bill on my phone, I saw the charge.

My confirmed reservation that was to cost $425.56 has now cost me $1893 because they have charged me FOUR times.

Lo and behold we checked our credit card on Monday, again on Tuesday, then again on Wednesday and no refund.

Had some drama at checkout when I learned that despite my presenting another credit card at check in.

Desk Staff could not figure out how to credit my stay with IHG rewards program; said I'd have to call HQ and say there was a problem.

When I returned to the desk later to purchase a snack and aspirin to relieve a headache, I was charged for the snack,

The pool doors were unable to open with our key cards despite numerous attempts by staff to reset the door.

For our troubles, we received an apology note from Stacey and a $5 gift card to Dunkin' Donuts.

Great breakfast was included every morning different selections hot and cold.

Morning coffee was great; breakfast was included and excellent quality.

Needed hotel near upper Manhattan when family member was in hospital.

The hotel was a good choice for the purpose of playing at Manhattan College.

Complimentary shuttle to train for easy access into Manhattan.

We did not know what to expect regarding the trip into Manhattan the next day,

The drive to the Manhattan Cruise terminal is eas - essentially one dual carriageway the whole distance, avoiding downtown NY.

If you wanna get out of your room and do something you can watch TV downstairs, you can have your food delivered to you and you can meet them in the lobby or the receptionist will call you in your room to come downstairs and get your food.

The manager was making the girl call me and was telling her what to say on the phone.

even though I’d had to call over and over, they still didn’t have the added day when I arrived.

The Staff allowed some room on our floor BLAST music until it stopped after repeated calls to the front desk to stop the music.

The AGM was able to adjust my rate to the original rate and emailed me an update that was before miss Joanna got upset because she was unable to answer my question so Yelled at me and hanged up the phone on me.

They rejected my reservation, & took 3 hours of my vacation time on the Phone in the Lobby with Price line.

I went to the front desk one night to get something and was told I would have to wait because she was trying to call her manager because her relief didnt show up.

During the call the rep asked for my last name a few times bc I forgot my Rm#.

I have nothing to write, please work on a better internet because it’s was very horrible and it didn’t let me use my phone until I had to take off he WiFi and use my own data plan, also be mindful of others

The front desk was not accurate with my reservation had to pull up my confirmation on the phone because they were not sure of my rate.

however return again and call ahead to see if it is back up.

We had no clean towels, so I had to call the front desk early the next day to ask for them.

Worse, after multiple calls and emails to Hilton, they have so far been unable to fix the problem.

I really hadn't had the time to call that afternoon,

We asked to speak to the manager and the person said they we would leave a message with the manager (who was not there at the time) and that the manager MIGHT call us back.

Only minor complaint (if you can call it that) was the bar seemed to lack inventory of some menu items and certain cocktail paraphernalia.

How do you open the door and then get the valet rack through it while keeping it open?

Our bathroom was still had hair from previous guest on bathroom surfaces.

Upon checking into my room, I found a hair all on the bathroom floor.

The spigot on the sink was extremely loose,

From duct tape on the shower head, shelf falling of the wall, no outlet covers on electrical fixtures right next to the bed and the usual grit and grime, it was a pretty awful stay.

Bathroom was filthy, poop was on Tiolet, told staff said, staff stated he will have it address and room cleaned, came back at 8:30 p.m that evening and room was not cleaned.

Our room was old, had a mildew smell, poorly painted over in bathroom, and the toilet was made for an 8 year old.

Mediocre room quality; shower inferior to my base-grade molded home shower; room amenities sparse; staff gave pushback when we needed our room made up (hadn’t been told requests must be in by a certain time).

Shower rod looked like was ready to fall.

Stains on the sheets, a tiny bathroom, hallway lighting that didn’t work, and a cleaning crew that tried to enter my room at 9am while I was in the shower.

The toilet was so low to the ground that it was only the right height for my 6 year old.

The carpeting in one room was wet (probably a leaking fridge) and the other room had no soap.

Did not clean the room not enough soap and shampoo.

Soiled sheets on supposedly “clean bed.” marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout a “NON SMOKING HOTEL” 
Filthy phones, remote control, air vents in bathroom full of dust.

What was worse is when we walked into the bathroom, it was used.

Too many cleanliness issue in the elevator, the bedroom and the bathroom.

Breakfast was as good as pre-covid hotel breakfasts.

Great free breakfast with lots of options.

I am looking forward to seeing all of the incredible staff from the fabulous front desk personnel, the ladies who do an amazing job in the breakfast area, to the staff who deliver the little tables when my room was missing it.

The breakfast was great and the eating area well decorated and clean.

The complementary breakfast is perfect and the woman Donna that runs the kitchen keeps the place immaculate and orderly.

The complimentary breakfast is a waffle maker covered in community batter and a greasy pan of sausage.

I appreciated the free parking, they did have a hot breakfast, room was clean and the remote control for the TV was wrapped in plastic and sanitized.

And we do so because they are consistent with good front desk, good housekeeping, reasonable breakfast (considering it's free) .

The breakfast was really substandard, which is a big problem; Hampton Inn usually has really good breakfasts—so that was a major disappointment.

With the exception of front desk staff quaity and bed comfort this property does not rmeet Hampton Inn expectations.

We have stayed in many Hamton Inns and they usually have very comfortable beds.

The bed was comfortable, and it has a microwave and fridge.

The breakfast was clean and okay, the room was clean bed was comfortable.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was exactly what we needed for this particular trip.

The two good things about the hotel are: 1. the bed was comfortable and 2.

But the room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The good:  comfortable bed, generally quiet HVAC with the option for continuous fan to mask outside noise, average-speed wi-fi, large TV with good digital channel selections.

Will definitely book another stay everything was perfect the staff was great breakfast was wonderful and fresh and hot breakfast staff was excellent bed was comfy pillows was a little flat

Very comfortable bed, nice shower, and wow, the couch with two terrific foot cubes/stools was awesome.

It had all the amenities I've come to expect with a Hampton Inn property, including a super comfy bed, and Neutrogena products in the bathroom.

The rooms were spacious, updated and beds comfortable.

The rooms very were clean, the beds were comfortable, they have complimentary breakfast, the wifi was good, and the front desk customer service was fantastic.

Comfortable beds and son enjoyed outdoor pool also.

But, all in all, a decent free breakfast.

Having the free breakfast and shuttle saved us a fortune!

Don’t forget to take advantage of their free breakfast also.

The housekeeping is accommodating when you need an extra towel or blanket they are there for you immediately plus they keep the place clean and when you need your room to be serviced, they take care of it in a timely fashion.

secondly the hotel room was extremely damp - you could smell it as soon as you walked into the room - the floor was wet meaning we could not walk bare foot and I have left tye hotel with a chest infection which I will put down to the damp condition of the room.

My room had a very strong odor and I was switched to a different room without a problem.

The room itself had an odd odor, and the air conditioner was very loud.

The carpets were sprayed daily with disinfectant and the hotelq1 smelled like chlorine bleach at all times, except when one of the guests came in after smoking pot which happened frequently.

but rooms are old and smell Smokey and overly fragrant.

And there was an odd smell throughout the property that I couldn’t identify

Smoke smelling hallways and fire alarm pulled multiple times in one night.

The smell of smoke was quite apparent, extremely strong.

I just left the Marquis in Atl, terrible, musty towels , bad internet, ac was barely there.

Front desk nasty especially Brandy…her answer to everything “do you want to check out”.

The issues are:

- room smelled moldy and mildewy - from the ac.

It was hard to figure out the heating system.

Our AC controls didn't work in the middle of the night; the nighttime security guard came promptly and reset the AC really well so that the room immediately cooled off.

The thermostat in the room never worked, it just blew the same temperature air regardless of the settings.

It took two calls to get the towels and we just ignored the air conditioner since we were headed out in the am.

Black mold in the shower; each time daily housekeeping came ALWAYS  missing lots..coffee refresher, towel service..do we have to hide 2towels,..broken curtain rod, we needed to lift the the window bench to access the window AC.

but he would "try" to turn up the ONE water heater in the hotel for me.

She decided not to stay even one night because in addition to the stairs, the room did not have proper AC.

Then, we ventured to the pool area only to find that the people who were in there were asked to leave and maintenance workers informed us that the pool heater broke along with the water pump and the pool had to be shut down.

My husband took off his shoes and his socks became soaked, A/C broken.

Peeling paint, the vent in the bathroom was gross and dusty.

The AC in the separate sitting area was not hooked up, and additionally, the shower rod fell down.

It seems like there is mold in the building which is not safe, that means the ventilation systems or the AC has problems or just the insulation of the building doesn’t work properly.

Several group events were in residence this week, all of them handled professionally, which meant that participants found an effective and pleasing venue for work, and independent guests never felt our privacy and tranquility infringed upon in any way.

* there was a desk but no chair (the other couple had a chair)
* the carpet was dirty
* robes had stains and holes
* final straw - in-room coffee maker BROKEN

And the pool area - filthy!

The rooms are antiquated, our room heating did not work well, the tv barely worked for most of the stay (which is difficult when you have children), and the neighbors were noisy well past 1am making sleep for the family impossible, and the hotel staff didn't care enough to even try to address any issues.

Inside pool was freezing and black mold was on the walls.

You’re in an old building and hence, a window air conditioner adorns one window.

The circuits are strained; the A/C would dim the lamp on its circuit and then cut out momentarily every time it kicked on.

With a wonderful breakfast to start the day.

fresh made omelets ,waffles,fruit,yogurt, rolls scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage.

Yessenia could not have been more attentive at breakfast.

The breakfast staff was also extremely efficient and responsive to all our needs and the breakfast was excellent and included just about anything you would want.

Breakfast was standard Marriott with an omelet station.

The building where breakfast is held is lovely and the breakfast itself stupendous- very fresh diverse fruit selection- freshly made omelette stand - great buffet.

The property is clean, breakfast is exceptional, the Staff at the Winter palace is Great, OMG the waffles are the Best.

Food was innovative and delicious, portions ample, and service was attentive.

The breakfast buffet was excellent (only $20), in the beautiful stone mansion, and we could have a leisurely breakfast,

Had a great breakfast in the Winter Palace and did the walking trail along the river.

Breakfast in Biddle Mansion was delicious with sweeping views….
