I enjoyed the club lounge cocktail hour as well as the breakfast (both the lounge and the main restaurant).

The quality of the food and beverages in the Club Lounge in particular, and above all, the all-you-can-drink draft beer 🍺 in the morning was a great gift for an adult summer vacation.

The staff is excellent - not least at the Club Lounge, and the food is excellent.

I chose a plan that included access to the club lounge and was very satisfied.

You can enjoy meals and drinks at your leisure in the club lounge.

Checking in at the club lounge was also very special and wonderful.

The club lounge was comfortable, and the breakfast there had excellent French toast.

but the club lounge that was suggested to us when we checked in was the best.

Having booked club level rooms check-in at the club lounge was very easy and we got to enjoy the included breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour every day which made the higher room price good value.

The Club lounge was excellent, we spent time here reading our books and enjoying a hot cuppa/ cold beer, most evenings.

But enough about the hotel hardware, its real beauty is the software, at the front desk and particularly at the club lounge on the 3f.

The staff was very friendly, and four families, including two children, visited us, so we can prepare an extra bed.

It was not easy to use the outdoor pool in December, and we will visit again when the outdoor pool is available next year.

For a visit from mid-November it is recommended to clarify whether the outdoor pool landscape is open.

I had no complaints about the facilities, such as the entire building, guest rooms, parking lot, outdoor pool, and indoor heated pool, and they were clean and had a certain level of luxury.

There’s an outstanding outdoor pool, private beach indoor pool and indoor hot tube as well.

The building was clean, the outdoor pool was clean and very nice,

but I enjoyed it so much that I'd like to go again in October when I can use the outdoor pool!

We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the beach during our stay, which are worthy of the name of a resort hotel.

This is a lovely newly built hotel with large rooms that easily accommodate a family of 3 or 4 (we took an inflatable camp mattress for our youngest and the hotel provided an additional duvet without question) The facilities are top-notch, including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as a lovely outdoor pool complex and two beaches.

Nice indoor and outdoor pools are great for family who have kids and prefer just to chill at hotel.

but upon arrival, I was told that no rooms were available unless I paid an additional fee for an ocean view room at 1PM.

An overpriced shop with a poor selection.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews before I left because I saw many people saying that the service was not good for the price, and that a certain hotel would be better for the same price.

- Kids club is open at random times and it’s VERY expensive ($50 per kid) to do a basic activity which only lasts 90 minutes.

In the breakfast there is only filter coffee and if you want something better there is an automatic machine in the Shop/Store which you have to pay for which makes average coffee.

The overall food and beverage prices may seem expensive compared to other hotels,

Worst they not even offer hot water service if you want to bring your own premium tea.

but these thieves simply renamed the resort fee to a service fee, and they stole an extra couple hundred dollars from me. Unacceptable.

Bad beach, rather a dredging hole at low tide , snorkeling allowed only under guidance and at high cost.

The cospa is low, so there are many better hotels for the same price, so the couple won't go there again alone.

Except for two things: the hotel charges a parking fee and the entrance to the parking lot is narrow, everything about this hotel is perfect.

At dinner in the Italian restaurant, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our order to be taken, and at check-out, the front desk staff did not call us in order, and the person who arrived later paid first.

Rates are not cheap, service does not match.

even though I showed them the receipts with the stamps saying that they had been paid, they didn't believe me, so the staff snatched the receipts and ran to the front desk, and after a long wait, they simply apologized and said that they had confirmed that the payment had been paid.

Great food, reservation beforehand is helpful at odon time:-) .

“Lee,” concierge staff “Z Wang” & “N Ishi,” and chefs “Ali” & “Jotoro” provided truly personal and courteous service—especially toward our children.

I had to wait more than an hour to get into the breakfast venue and the scramble for the laundromat.

but no one clears the table and the guests just wait.

Breakfast buffets are not by appointment, so we waited more than 30 minutes for the first night,

but it was crowded on the day and I was made to wait quite a while before ordering, so I hope this will improve.

The staff doesn't have the speed, the breakfast venue is small, the waiting time is long, it's OK to open a set meal type in another restaurant

However, around 8 a.m. it is very crowded, so if you want to eat on time, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes early or you may be late.

but I don't know how they managed it, but now I only had to wait about 5 minutes.

I had to wait quite a while to check out,

Around 7:30, it seemed like many people were unable to enter the venue and had to wait in the lobby.

There were too few lockers at the pool, so we had to wait a while for them to be available.

but most questions posed had to be referred to other staff resulting in long waits for simple answers.

Finally, another thing I didn’t understand: why did more than 10 -15 people have to be waiting outside the cafe for breakfast to wait in queue?

All the areas are very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Extremely good was the very friendly service of all employees above RC standard.

The location, amidst a golf course, atop a hill, overlooking the East China Sea, is beautiful.

The resort is located on top of a hill in the middle of the green, next to a beautiful golf court.

It has great facilities - a golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach down the road, gym, spa, restaurants, and bars.

Spa is located at the other building where buggy ride can be arranged, since this hotel has a golf course!

The room we got is spacious and facing the pool and golf course.

ROOM: The views were breathtaking from the golf course to the ocean and the terrace with the outdoor whirlpool was heavenly.

Hotel is set within a Country Club Golf Resort (separate facility) overlooking the sea from a hilltop.

The room is also luxurious and comfortable - I got a deluxe room overlooking the golf course and the ocean.

This hotel is in the middle of a golf course, if you come here without a rental car I think you regret this as there is Nothing within walking distance of this property!

My review, yoga in the morning, followed by an awesome breakfast, down to the beach or to the golf course.

The rooms are well lighted and clean with a standing shower and bathtub facing the golf course.

On your ride towards the top you pass the pristine kept golf course.

The balcony is immediately above the golf course with good bay views in the distance.

Love the view form shower room look out to the outdoor pool, golf course and pacific ocean.

Superb spacious rooms with a king sized bed and great view from the room (including the bathtub) overlooking their own golf course.

The king bed is big and the view is very good toward the golf course.

but had an outdoor patio with a whirlpool tub and direct access to the pool  Our friends' room was larger with an amazing view of the golf course.

A car is needed to get around the island as relying on taxis is expensive and knowing bus routes a little challenging -

It was about $165 USD (a cab would have been $145).

Taxis do not know well the place (at least in our experience) and it will be quite costly (around 15.000 jpy).

You can take the express way and this toll road cost approximately $10.00 USD one way and takes about an hour.

but when you look at the meal, it should be those prices.

From the start, after emailing the concierge about our trip being birthday celebration and wedding anniversary -- The only response I ever got was a price list of over priced cake they could have delivered to our room and no follow-up.

We refused to pay these prices and as a result survived on a diet of cheese burger, French fries and chicken nuggets for lunch and dinner each day during our stay.

They gave us a room at a lowest floor and we did not get a room what we paid for - a bay view room.

While meals are expensive, they are quite comparable to other restaurants throughout Japan; the quality of the food is second-to-none.

Still, the prices suggest you are having dinner in Michelin-star places.

The restaurants are very expensive average price for a small steak and salad over 175 pounds!

The KISE set was okay, seared tuna a little over seared, lobster was only HALF a lobster (i was expecting a whole lobster for a 200 USD set course).

2nd let down is how expensive it is, I know it's the ritz

Very far from airport ( expensive to reach ) biggest disadvantage does not have a beach front.

The personal attention we have been provided from arrival to departure is what made our 4-day stay truly relaxing and memorable.

It's well off the beaten path so you can unwind and relax and appreciate breathtaking views.

however if just to spend a relaxing weekend is worthwhile.

The Afternoon Tea is a must try for a relaxed time at the lobby lounge.

The Ritz-Carlton is a wonderful place to unwind, relax and recharge.

Excellent hotel, felt extremely zen and relaxing.

We spent the entire three days that we were there, exploring and relaxing in this beautiful hotel.

They also serve very good tea in the relaxation area.

Excellent spa center to have a relaxed massage service.

View: no matter which floor you stays, the view from window and balcony are tranquil.

The concept of the whole scene is very relaxing and soothing.

The pool provides a serene and relaxing environment.

We stayed here for several nights, with the idea of splashing out on some luxury for a few relaxing days near the end of our 3-week tour across Japan.

As you arrive to the hotel, you immediately feel a sense of calm and relaxation.

We booked a spa package so every night we stayed each of us got a massage.

The massage itself (deep tissue) was done very well also.

Spa: the spa was intimate and provided excellent service.my past visits were acknowledged.

The spa is a must if you want to truly relax and sink into the Okinawa vibe.

We visited the gym and indoor pool at the spa.

There's also a library, and a Spa a short walk through a beautifully curated jungle.

There is a bar (smokey), a nice pool, gym was nice, didn’t go to the spa.

I also loved how everywhere you went, the spa, restaurants, breakfast or even picking up the phone to call guest services because you have a question, everyone knows who you are and addresses you by your name.

Spa: Very good therapists, careful in their approach, polite and tuned into the individual needs of clients – I had three separate days of treatments.

I fell into sleep with a snore (>_<) during the spa.

The spa facilities (steam room, pools etc) and massage was heavenly.

The hospitality, meal, pool outside or inside area, spa, gym area and all type of guest room are perfect.

Great spa, great dining especially the Teppan-Yaki place ( Kise) .

The massage offered at the spa was excellent and we very much enjoyed the heat experience.

The journey to the spa building was also fun, and the furniture that was set there was wonderful, which made me feel a sense of dignity.

Hotel staff were phenomenal the food was delicious and the view we had was breathtaking.

My husband and i gonna stay untill 14/September/2021, we are really delighted about hotel staff services.

The place was amazing and amazing was the service we received from the staff of the hotel.

Outstanding facilities and beautiful atmosphere are what is already expected of all Ritz - what sets this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful and very welcoming.

Numerous staff members called us by name, and Grace An, the Food and Beverage Manager was particularly attentive.

Lots of explanations about what to do and where everything is - enabling the stay to be hassle free.

Room was impeccable, clean, very big with amazing view and with a lot of special touches and amazing staff.

The people of Japan are so gracious, welcoming and humble.

Swimming pool is nice , the beach club has lot of nice water sports options and the highlight is the ocean park.

The activities were not only huge in variety

Outdoor water sports were fun for the whole family.

A good resort hotel from pool to activity conceive.

Hubby ended up hurting himself on the water park so would recommend you really take care on this activity offered by the hotel.

We chose the Marine Adventure 1 several times which combines two activities at a better price.

If got chance will plan to stay there and they have private beaches can do sea activities.

Activities were fun, we did Jr Submarine and Sun Set cruise, it was unforgettable!!

It has lots of water sport options for all ages.

When I was doing my research, I wanted a hotel with a beach and activities for our kids to do.

Then went outside to other resorts to do the underwater observatory and other activities. 4.

My kids entertained with some water sports, and the price is reasonable, they enjoyed themselves so much  .

The Room was great and beach close by the hotel really convenient for water sport (jet ski).

Especially, I think that the activity on the private beach is the biggest advantage of this hotel.
