The quality of the food and beverages in the Club Lounge in particular, and above all, the all-you-can-drink draft beer 🍺 in the morning was a great gift for an adult summer vacation.

The Club lounge was excellent, we spent time here reading our books and enjoying a hot cuppa/ cold beer, most evenings.

But enough about the hotel hardware, its real beauty is the software, at the front desk and particularly at the club lounge on the 3f.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews before I left because I saw many people saying that the service was not good for the price, and that a certain hotel would be better for the same price.

- Kids club is open at random times and it’s VERY expensive ($50 per kid) to do a basic activity which only lasts 90 minutes.

In the breakfast there is only filter coffee and if you want something better there is an automatic machine in the Shop/Store which you have to pay for which makes average coffee.

The overall food and beverage prices may seem expensive compared to other hotels,

Please note - that will cost you around $150 USD a head - it's not cheap

Worst they not even offer hot water service if you want to bring your own premium tea.

but these thieves simply renamed the resort fee to a service fee, and they stole an extra couple hundred dollars from me. Unacceptable.

Bad beach, rather a dredging hole at low tide , snorkeling allowed only under guidance and at high cost.

The cospa is low, so there are many better hotels for the same price, so the couple won't go there again alone.

Except for two things: the hotel charges a parking fee and the entrance to the parking lot is narrow, everything about this hotel is perfect.

At dinner in the Italian restaurant, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our order to be taken, and at check-out, the front desk staff did not call us in order, and the person who arrived later paid first.

Rates are not cheap, service does not match.

even though I showed them the receipts with the stamps saying that they had been paid, they didn't believe me, so the staff snatched the receipts and ran to the front desk, and after a long wait, they simply apologized and said that they had confirmed that the payment had been paid.

The meal ordered as an in-room dining was relatively great.

The Beach house apartments are a short walk to the main hotel (where reception and restaurants are) or there is an electric car that is always available to take you back and forth.

Let’s start with what was good about the hotel: - Excellent steak house and Italian restaurants - Great breakfast buffet - Lots of pools especially for the kids - Good beaches to swim in the ocean Now what wasn’t so good: - It’s an hour’s drive from Naha so if you stay here, you’re not doing the aquarium etc - it’s all too far away - We had a 2 bedroom suite in the Beach House complex.

As a Lifetime Globalist, I have experienced Hyatt services in many regions, and I praise the service at Hyatt Seragaki for being of the highest quality.

Serving young female staff requires education, experience It would be nice to have a shop that sells everyday items like convenience stores with the hotel atmosphere.

Our Stay at Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Was Absolutely Wonderful We had a fantastic time at the Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island and want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Funabashi, the Customer Guest Experience Manager, and all the wonderful staff.

I had a wonderful experience during this stay.

There were two infinity pools that curve toward the sea, and it was impressive to see the sunset directly in front of us.

The swimming pool is well-maintained, and you can experience a variety of sea activities at an affordable price.

I got a king suite with a connecting ocean front twin for my daughters and the space was very serene and peaceful.

From the point of view, one of the best in the world and the facilities were excellent.

With a rental car and the right expectations, it can still be an enjoyable family getaway—especially for those who value peace, personalized service, and beautiful views.

In between, we enjoyed the view at the infinity Gusuku pool and lagoon pool.

The hotel was well located and the view was amazing!

It's such an isolated location on land, surrounded by the sea, and I've been amazed by it so many times during my stay.

The wedding was also wonderfully located, and the Okinawan sea, sky and dress were beautiful!

Mine said “27 people ahead.” After a 30-minute wait, another 10 minutes standing while they arranged the bill (breakfast was not included).

I had to wait more than an hour to get into the breakfast venue and the scramble for the laundromat.

but no one clears the table and the guests just wait.

Breakfast buffets are not by appointment, so we waited more than 30 minutes for the first night,

I had to wait more than 20 minutes for breakfast, and

but it was crowded on the day and I was made to wait quite a while before ordering, so I hope this will improve.

The staff doesn't have the speed, the breakfast venue is small, the waiting time is long, it's OK to open a set meal type in another restaurant

However, around 8 a.m. it is very crowded, so if you want to eat on time, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes early or you may be late.

but I don't know how they managed it, but now I only had to wait about 5 minutes.

I had to wait quite a while to check out,

Around 7:30, it seemed like many people were unable to enter the venue and had to wait in the lobby.

There were too few lockers at the pool, so we had to wait a while for them to be available.

but most questions posed had to be referred to other staff resulting in long waits for simple answers.

Finally, another thing I didn’t understand: why did more than 10 -15 people have to be waiting outside the cafe for breakfast to wait in queue?

The beach staff and Beach House team were incredibly helpful and friendly, making water activity bookings effortless.As a parent of a three- and six-year-old, I was amazed at how engaged and welcomed my children were throughout the stay — no restrictions, only warm hospitality.This was one of our most memorable family vacations, and we are already looking forward to returning!

It made us feel so welcome.Though we didn’t use the large outdoor pool, we loved the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear turquoise water – a true tropical paradise!

but we enjoyed the pool and beach 🌊 As the beach claims to be the largest, kids were overjoyed on the beach with athleticism 😁 We lost track of time!And most importantly, the breakfast was so delicious!

Polite and courteous response to the nameWhile it has the casual feel of a casual hotel, the high status, service and hospitality it offers are impressive.They were very kind to me on the transfer and on the beach.

For some reason, there were fireworks on the beach that day, which was great.

This property was absolutely amazing, from check in to check out we really enjoyed our stay at the InterContinenal ANA Manza Beach Resort.The staff we met throughout our 5 night stay were just so welcoming and friendly, a shout out goes to all the hardworking bar and restaurant staff particularly those at Aqua Belle and Ocean Cafe.

If you're staying overnight, I recommend the beach view.

The views were great even from the fifth floor rooms, both beach and ocean views.

It was delicious.It was about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach,

Sadly no lie down loungers at all at the beach despite it being one of their biggest assets with a decent stretch of sandy beach and warm water.

Swimming pool is nice , the beach club has lot of nice water sports options and the highlight is the ocean park.

By day we snorkelled off the beach (outstanding and with a guide was a game-changer, we saw fish and coral within minutes of entering the water), jetskis for all the kids with a driver so they could enjoy the thrills safely,  wakeboarding for the 14 year old boy, which was his first time, glass bottom boat which was a gentle relaxing activity for all the family, snorkelling off a boat at a local amazing reef and finally the biggest smiles and laughs I saw on the kids faces was the HUGE waterpark obstacle course.

Resort is nice, family friendly, private beach, outdoor pool.

The beach is about a 8 mins walk from the main hotel - just take a shuttle there to the beach if you are lazy to walk.

The main thing for me was to stay near a beach I could swim in and I had that here.

The club lounge is well worth the extra expense.

I looked down and saw a cafe and restaurant.Our friendly staff showed us around the club lounge as soon as we arrived.

There were several people who were in the club lounge last year, and they took the initiative to guide us to a seat where we could see the sunset beautifully,

even though I checked in early, the staff quickly guided me and I was able to check in comfortably at the club lounge.

The menu for the afternoon tea ,breakfast and cocktail at the club lounge was amazing.

We had a club room and had access to the club lounge.

Raul and Atsuko in the club lounge were fantastic.

The staff were very professional and took such good care of me, especially the girls in the club lounge.

Club Lounge is nicely decorated with great ocean view.

The Intercontinental Club Lounge provides a great atmosphere, engaging staff, and good catering.

The club lounge is splendid for its understated elegance, the view is sensational, as with the evening cocktail.

A special mention to Ms Lee in the club lounge and Mr Takazawa in the bar plus Mr bily jo and many more.

It offers great location, seaviews (need special room), well sized room with large comfy bed (Seaview room) very friendly and helpful staff and stunning culinary experiences.

This dinner to the cloudy restaurant, the whole dining experience is good, the food likes, the staff's service is good, just met the Taiwanese service staff Ms. Wu, very friendly and kind ~

but there is also a wide variety of carefully crafted Japanese, Okinawan and Western dishes.Breakfast, afternoon tea and apero are always available.For dinner, we had sushi at the Japanese restaurant Unkai, but I recommend seasoning and course meals that are as good as the sushi eaten on the main island.By the way, Chef Takahashi was trained in Tokyo.After this, I am also looking forward to a kaiseki dinner and exotic food festa.I've stayed at InterContinental overseas, but Manza Beach Resort has so far made the best impression in the domestic hotel group.

Our family had Kaiseiki dinner at this japanese restaurant, Unkai and it tasted very fresh with its local ingredients and portion is good as well.

It was delicious.. We had dinner in Unkai, where Japanese cuisine was hailed.

The sushi in the Japanese restaurant was very deliciousIt was very nice to relax as it was easy to move to the dining hall and pool
