All the areas are very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The location, amidst a golf course, atop a hill, overlooking the East China Sea, is beautiful.

The resort is located on top of a hill in the middle of the green, next to a beautiful golf court.

It has great facilities - a golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach down the road, gym, spa, restaurants, and bars.

Spa is located at the other building where buggy ride can be arranged, since this hotel has a golf course!

The room we got is spacious and facing the pool and golf course.

ROOM: The views were breathtaking from the golf course to the ocean and the terrace with the outdoor whirlpool was heavenly.

Hotel is set within a Country Club Golf Resort (separate facility) overlooking the sea from a hilltop.

The room is also luxurious and comfortable - I got a deluxe room overlooking the golf course and the ocean.

This hotel is in the middle of a golf course, if you come here without a rental car I think you regret this as there is Nothing within walking distance of this property!

My review, yoga in the morning, followed by an awesome breakfast, down to the beach or to the golf course.

The rooms are well lighted and clean with a standing shower and bathtub facing the golf course.

On your ride towards the top you pass the pristine kept golf course.

The balcony is immediately above the golf course with good bay views in the distance.

Excellent view of the golf course and the ocean.

Love the view form shower room look out to the outdoor pool, golf course and pacific ocean.

Superb spacious rooms with a king sized bed and great view from the room (including the bathtub) overlooking their own golf course.

The king bed is big and the view is very good toward the golf course.

but had an outdoor patio with a whirlpool tub and direct access to the pool  Our friends' room was larger with an amazing view of the golf course.

A car is needed to get around the island as relying on taxis is expensive and knowing bus routes a little challenging -

It was about $165 USD (a cab would have been $145).

Taxis do not know well the place (at least in our experience) and it will be quite costly (around 15.000 jpy).

You can take the express way and this toll road cost approximately $10.00 USD one way and takes about an hour.

but when you look at the meal, it should be those prices.

From the start, after emailing the concierge about our trip being birthday celebration and wedding anniversary -- The only response I ever got was a price list of over priced cake they could have delivered to our room and no follow-up.

We refused to pay these prices and as a result survived on a diet of cheese burger, French fries and chicken nuggets for lunch and dinner each day during our stay.

They gave us a room at a lowest floor and we did not get a room what we paid for - a bay view room.

While meals are expensive, they are quite comparable to other restaurants throughout Japan; the quality of the food is second-to-none.

Still, the prices suggest you are having dinner in Michelin-star places.

The restaurants are very expensive average price for a small steak and salad over 175 pounds!

The KISE set was okay, seared tuna a little over seared, lobster was only HALF a lobster (i was expecting a whole lobster for a 200 USD set course).

2nd let down is how expensive it is, I know it's the ritz

Very far from airport ( expensive to reach ) biggest disadvantage does not have a beach front.

Peaceful and super relaxing… loved the food so much, so many options!!!!

The personal attention we have been provided from arrival to departure is what made our 4-day stay truly relaxing and memorable.

It's well off the beaten path so you can unwind and relax and appreciate breathtaking views.

however if just to spend a relaxing weekend is worthwhile.

The Afternoon Tea is a must try for a relaxed time at the lobby lounge.

The Ritz-Carlton is a wonderful place to unwind, relax and recharge.

We spent the entire three days that we were there, exploring and relaxing in this beautiful hotel.

They also serve very good tea in the relaxation area.

Excellent spa center to have a relaxed massage service.

View: no matter which floor you stays, the view from window and balcony are tranquil.

The concept of the whole scene is very relaxing and soothing.

The pool provides a serene and relaxing environment.

We stayed here for several nights, with the idea of splashing out on some luxury for a few relaxing days near the end of our 3-week tour across Japan.

As you arrive to the hotel, you immediately feel a sense of calm and relaxation.

We booked a spa package so every night we stayed each of us got a massage.

The massage itself (deep tissue) was done very well also.

Spa: the spa was intimate and provided excellent service.my past visits were acknowledged.

The spa is a must if you want to truly relax and sink into the Okinawa vibe.

We visited the gym and indoor pool at the spa.

There's also a library, and a Spa a short walk through a beautifully curated jungle.

There is a bar (smokey), a nice pool, gym was nice, didn’t go to the spa.

I also loved how everywhere you went, the spa, restaurants, breakfast or even picking up the phone to call guest services because you have a question, everyone knows who you are and addresses you by your name.

Spa: Very good therapists, careful in their approach, polite and tuned into the individual needs of clients – I had three separate days of treatments.

I fell into sleep with a snore (>_<) during the spa.

The spa facilities (steam room, pools etc) and massage was heavenly.

The hospitality, meal, pool outside or inside area, spa, gym area and all type of guest room are perfect.

Great spa, great dining especially the Teppan-Yaki place ( Kise) .

The massage offered at the spa was excellent and we very much enjoyed the heat experience.

The journey to the spa building was also fun, and the furniture that was set there was wonderful, which made me feel a sense of dignity.

Hotel staff were phenomenal the food was delicious and the view we had was breathtaking.

My husband and i gonna stay untill 14/September/2021, we are really delighted about hotel staff services.

The place was amazing and amazing was the service we received from the staff of the hotel.

Swimming pool is nice , the beach club has lot of nice water sports options and the highlight is the ocean park.

The activities were not only huge in variety

Outdoor water sports were fun for the whole family.

A good resort hotel from pool to activity conceive.

Hubby ended up hurting himself on the water park so would recommend you really take care on this activity offered by the hotel.

We chose the Marine Adventure 1 several times which combines two activities at a better price.

If got chance will plan to stay there and they have private beaches can do sea activities.

Activities were fun, we did Jr Submarine and Sun Set cruise, it was unforgettable!!

It has lots of water sport options for all ages.

When I was doing my research, I wanted a hotel with a beach and activities for our kids to do.

Then went outside to other resorts to do the underwater observatory and other activities. 4.

My kids entertained with some water sports, and the price is reasonable, they enjoyed themselves so much  .

The Room was great and beach close by the hotel really convenient for water sport (jet ski).

Especially, I think that the activity on the private beach is the biggest advantage of this hotel.

Great resort with many water sports activities, have souvenir shop and convenient store.

We got here after typhoon Kong-Rey hit okinawa and basically almost no leisure activity even 3 days after typhoon.

The location, size of the property and the number of water activities offered — these are the best features of this resort for me.

Good resort with nice beach, lots of activities including fishing, beautiful stars and great food.

It was also a good size and the staff were very helpful, especially helping me sort out which channel to watch an England world cup game at 03:00am.

I recommend visiting Cape Manzamo and the Hawaiian Pancakes House nearby.

Asian destinations; would recommend snorkeling off the beach;
- Quality 30 min walk around the point to Cape Manzamo;
- Quality local restaurants a short taxi ride away;

We would recommend staying outside of Japanese school holidays.

We stayed in a 'club' room so had all day access to the Club Lounge.

Raul and Atsuko in the club lounge were fantastic.

The staff were very professional and took such good care of me, especially the girls in the club lounge.

As we booked the Club InterContinental Room we had access to the Club Lounge.

The Intercontinental Club Lounge provides a great atmosphere, engaging staff, and good catering.

The club lounge is splendid for its understated elegance, the view is sensational, as with the evening cocktail.

The club lounge looks and smells beautiful.

A special mention to Ms Lee in the club lounge and Mr Takazawa in the bar plus Mr bily jo and many more.

We’d like to thank the staff, with particular mentioning of Pier, Sophia and their entire team at the Club Lounge, for making our stay a memorable one.

Superb service at the Club Lounge was the highlight of our stay.

but particularly from the IHG Club Lounge staff and all the staff at the hotel's Japanese restaurant Unkai;
- Great personal touches (including issue resolution, recommendations) throughout from Pier Luigi Castellano - the Guest Experience Manager;
- Fantastic setting (especially the terraces), quality of food (breakfast, nibbles, cocktails) of the IHG Club Lounge itself;
- Quality of the beach (clean, clear water, abundance of tropical fish) compared to other S.E.

We checked in at IHG club lounge and they had variety of snacks available.

The staff at the club lounge are the best.

but I personally think that the breakfast in the club lounge is good enough unless to want to try some Japanese authentic breakfast.

During this trip.I would like to thank Pier with his team in club lounge, and Shimada San with her team in Italian restaurant ( Salvatore Cuomo ), I almost forgot to say that their Italian restaurant ( Salvatore Cuomo ) is the most recommended restaurant, especially is the world No.1 pizza.

The lounge staff were very friendly, professional and efficient and the lounge was cosy and spacious, it was quiet and not crowded (another welcomed difference from our crowded and noisy breakfast experience in Aquabelle), we had evening cocktails and breakfast there too.

We spent the weekend at this child friendly resort.

The staff was always friendly and greeted us as we approached.

The staff though, Wow, the hotel has become more foreigner friendly as they had people from other countries working in the restaurant area.

The staff were very kind & friendly especially the young Taiwanese gentleman who's English was very good & took the time to explain the boundaries of the bay.

We got 4 4000¥ coupons for the Aquabelle (the mister said it usually costs 5000¥).

I have read reviews that the rooms and common areas could benefit from a refurbishment and whilst that is undoubtedly true, it is a resort on an island rich with history so we didn’t stay much in the room and it wasn’t so expensive anyway.

but would not have paid $50 to stay there, much less $160 as we were.

Note the Island, like all tropical locations, is expensive.

The Spa was a little disappointing - super expensive and not much in the way of treatments (despite it being award winning).

Secondly, when you book on the IHG website, the so called "final price" does not include consumption tax 8%, you only realize when you get a confirmation email.

but once again, it is NOT private and quite pricey.

They tried to sell us a upgrade almost double up the price we already paid.

Beach-related activities are offered at certain prices.

We paid a high price for a room facing the ocean and our overall stay at this resort hotel was just okay, kind of disappointed; not worth the value of the price.

At this price, I was expecting something better.

Restaurants inside hotel are very expensive.

I told her the costs should be there in the first place anyway.

- Local food are expensive at the resort.

And if you want to pay for an activity, don't bother.

This will cost you in excess of £100.00 one way.

First of all when it comes to hospitality nobody does it better than Japan and  Japan can be proud of the Intercontinental staff.

but the place, the people, the service, the attantion to details all of that gave us lifetime memories and that is true luxury😊🥂

First, the staff who are bilingual are the initial  thing that stand out.

We cancelled our reservation immediately and they very kindly gave us a refund, the hotel itself is in a magnificent location and the lobby is dated

but not least, I would like to mention that we met two very friendly employees from Poland: Przemyslaw and Beata.

At arrival, I was greeted with many friendly staff who were very eager to help, and they also bought us a welcome drink where I checked in.

As soon as I approached the front desk I was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who took me to the desk beside and began the check in progress.

They were so friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Our first impression of the hotel itself was pleasant, and found the staff to be very personable, helpful, and friendly.

Hotel rooms are out dated.

The hotel was very baby friendly, not only did they provide the baby crib as requested, they also provided a separate bin with lid for the dirty diapers.

We were greeted with friendly staff when we arrived.

Front desk and concierge staff are very friendly who had helped us with a lot of travel tips.
