The breakfast buffet is delicious no matter what you eat and I am very satisfied with the number of items.

The view, the room, breakfast and the pool are all satisfying.

I enjoyed the club lounge cocktail hour as well as the breakfast (both the lounge and the main restaurant).

The quality of the food and beverages in the Club Lounge in particular, and above all, the all-you-can-drink draft beer 🍺 in the morning was a great gift for an adult summer vacation.

The staff is excellent - not least at the Club Lounge, and the food is excellent.

I chose a plan that included access to the club lounge and was very satisfied.

You can enjoy meals and drinks at your leisure in the club lounge.

Checking in at the club lounge was also very special and wonderful.

Having booked club level rooms check-in at the club lounge was very easy and we got to enjoy the included breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour every day which made the higher room price good value.

The Club lounge was excellent, we spent time here reading our books and enjoying a hot cuppa/ cold beer, most evenings.

But enough about the hotel hardware, its real beauty is the software, at the front desk and particularly at the club lounge on the 3f.

The amenities are excellent in terms of pools and outdoor areas.

I liked the traffic to the training room, indoor pool and outdoor pool.

Relaxing winter get away.. A great stay despite beaches and outdoor pools being closed.

It was not easy to use the outdoor pool in December, and we will visit again when the outdoor pool is available next year.

For a visit from mid-November it is recommended to clarify whether the outdoor pool landscape is open.

I had no complaints about the facilities, such as the entire building, guest rooms, parking lot, outdoor pool, and indoor heated pool, and they were clean and had a certain level of luxury.

There’s an outstanding outdoor pool, private beach indoor pool and indoor hot tube as well.

The building was clean, the outdoor pool was clean and very nice,

but I enjoyed it so much that I'd like to go again in October when I can use the outdoor pool!

We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the beach during our stay, which are worthy of the name of a resort hotel.

This is a lovely newly built hotel with large rooms that easily accommodate a family of 3 or 4 (we took an inflatable camp mattress for our youngest and the hotel provided an additional duvet without question) The facilities are top-notch, including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as a lovely outdoor pool complex and two beaches.

Nice indoor and outdoor pools are great for family who have kids and prefer just to chill at hotel.

but upon arrival, I was told that no rooms were available unless I paid an additional fee for an ocean view room at 1PM.

An overpriced shop with a poor selection.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews before I left because I saw many people saying that the service was not good for the price, and that a certain hotel would be better for the same price.

- Kids club is open at random times and it’s VERY expensive ($50 per kid) to do a basic activity which only lasts 90 minutes.

In the breakfast there is only filter coffee and if you want something better there is an automatic machine in the Shop/Store which you have to pay for which makes average coffee.

The overall food and beverage prices may seem expensive compared to other hotels,

Please note - that will cost you around $150 USD a head - it's not cheap

Worst they not even offer hot water service if you want to bring your own premium tea.

but these thieves simply renamed the resort fee to a service fee, and they stole an extra couple hundred dollars from me. Unacceptable.

Bad beach, rather a dredging hole at low tide , snorkeling allowed only under guidance and at high cost.

The cospa is low, so there are many better hotels for the same price, so the couple won't go there again alone.

Except for two things: the hotel charges a parking fee and the entrance to the parking lot is narrow, everything about this hotel is perfect.

At dinner in the Italian restaurant, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our order to be taken, and at check-out, the front desk staff did not call us in order, and the person who arrived later paid first.

Rates are not cheap, service does not match.

even though I showed them the receipts with the stamps saying that they had been paid, they didn't believe me, so the staff snatched the receipts and ran to the front desk, and after a long wait, they simply apologized and said that they had confirmed that the payment had been paid.

Mine said “27 people ahead.” After a 30-minute wait, another 10 minutes standing while they arranged the bill (breakfast was not included).

I had to wait more than an hour to get into the breakfast venue and the scramble for the laundromat.

but no one clears the table and the guests just wait.

Breakfast buffets are not by appointment, so we waited more than 30 minutes for the first night,

I had to wait more than 20 minutes for breakfast, and

but it was crowded on the day and I was made to wait quite a while before ordering, so I hope this will improve.

The staff doesn't have the speed, the breakfast venue is small, the waiting time is long, it's OK to open a set meal type in another restaurant

However, around 8 a.m. it is very crowded, so if you want to eat on time, you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes early or you may be late.

but I don't know how they managed it, but now I only had to wait about 5 minutes.

I had to wait quite a while to check out,

Around 7:30, it seemed like many people were unable to enter the venue and had to wait in the lobby.

There were too few lockers at the pool, so we had to wait a while for them to be available.

but most questions posed had to be referred to other staff resulting in long waits for simple answers.

Finally, another thing I didn’t understand: why did more than 10 -15 people have to be waiting outside the cafe for breakfast to wait in queue?

The beach staff and Beach House team were incredibly helpful and friendly, making water activity bookings effortless.As a parent of a three- and six-year-old, I was amazed at how engaged and welcomed my children were throughout the stay — no restrictions, only warm hospitality.This was one of our most memorable family vacations, and we are already looking forward to returning!

I special mention should go out to Noda at the art activity near the pool, thank you for making a rainy day colourful for us.The room was bright and sunny, clean and well appointed.

The hotel has unique children-friendly activities and this will always be remembered by our family, from painting small sculptures to meeting the very talented and nice artist in residence, Mrs. Ayaka Isagawa.

Swimming pool is nice , the beach club has lot of nice water sports options and the highlight is the ocean park.

The head chef came out to talk with each group, and the lounge staff helped with planning all our activities.

Outdoor water sports were fun for the whole family.

A good resort hotel from pool to activity conceive.

Hubby ended up hurting himself on the water park so would recommend you really take care on this activity offered by the hotel.

We chose the Marine Adventure 1 several times which combines two activities at a better price.

If got chance will plan to stay there and they have private beaches can do sea activities.

Activities were fun, we did Jr Submarine and Sun Set cruise, it was unforgettable!!

The beach is beautiful and clean with many water activities available (extra cost).

The instructors at the water sport center were nice and spoke good English.

My kids entertained with some water sports, and the price is reasonable, they enjoyed themselves so much  .

but it also offers an incredibly family-friendly environment, making it the perfect destination for parents with young children.We thoroughly enjoyed dining across the resort at PST OKINAWA by the Sea, AQUA BELLE All-Day Dining, OCEAN CAFE, and in the Club Lounge — the food was absolutely delicious, service impeccable, and every space was beautifully clean and welcoming.The concierge team made planning activities and reservations seamless and stress-free.

The breakfast was fantastic, the setting was elegant, and the views over the sea and the resort grounds were breathtaking.

The chef Takazu is very careful and professional, bringing the beauty of the ingredients to the full; the service is Miss Zhou from Taiwan, kind and professional, fully demonstrating the warmth, enthusiasm and kindness of southern Taiwan, while demonstrating the high level of training in Japan; Today is also the birthday of my older daughter, the restaurant also provides cake for free, a great dining experience!

but we enjoyed the pool and beach 🌊 As the beach claims to be the largest, kids were overjoyed on the beach with athleticism 😁 We lost track of time!And most importantly, the breakfast was so delicious!

Our family had Kaiseiki dinner at this japanese restaurant, Unkai and it tasted very fresh with its local ingredients and portion is good as well.

The buffet dining in the hotel was all delicious.

On the second day, we had breakfast at a Western restaurant, and there was a wide variety of food and we liked the taste.

Housekeeping were fantastic.The breakfast buffet was always of a great standard and had a mixture of western/Japanese cuisine.

The hotel has of course been renovated, and the view of Cape Manzamo from the room is amazing.

I recommend visiting Cape Manzamo and the Hawaiian Pancakes House nearby.

I looked down and saw a cafe and restaurant.Our friendly staff showed us around the club lounge as soon as we arrived.

There were several people who were in the club lounge last year, and they took the initiative to guide us to a seat where we could see the sunset beautifully,

even though I checked in early, the staff quickly guided me and I was able to check in comfortably at the club lounge.

The menu for the afternoon tea ,breakfast and cocktail at the club lounge was amazing.

We had a club room and had access to the club lounge.

Raul and Atsuko in the club lounge were fantastic.

The staff were very professional and took such good care of me, especially the girls in the club lounge.

Club Lounge is nicely decorated with great ocean view.

The Intercontinental Club Lounge provides a great atmosphere, engaging staff, and good catering.

The club lounge is splendid for its understated elegance, the view is sensational, as with the evening cocktail.

A special mention to Ms Lee in the club lounge and Mr Takazawa in the bar plus Mr bily jo and many more.

We’d like to thank the staff, with particular mentioning of Pier, Sophia and their entire team at the Club Lounge, for making our stay a memorable one.

We checked in at IHG club lounge and they had variety of snacks available.

The staff at the club lounge are the best.

Breakfast is provided in the club lounge and the view and food were nice.

During this trip.I would like to thank Pier with his team in club lounge, and Shimada San with her team in Italian restaurant ( Salvatore Cuomo ), I almost forgot to say that their Italian restaurant ( Salvatore Cuomo ) is the most recommended restaurant, especially is the world No.1 pizza.

but the renovation stand and the equipment are disproportionate to this price, mold on the air conditioning.

Nice.The final straw was the relaxing massage I just booked and paid for which ended us being in a noisy corridor outside the women’s changing rooms for the onsen bath area with only a room separator to separate the space.

Similarly the ocean park costs alot extra and one to avoid with younger children.

However for the price of this hotel (we paid over £400 a night for a Club room) they really do need a major upgrade of the rooms and think about the pool/beach products for adults given it’s billed as a five star resort.

Note the Island, like all tropical locations, is expensive.

The Spa was a little disappointing - super expensive and not much in the way of treatments (despite it being award winning).

Secondly, when you book on the IHG website, the so called "final price" does not include consumption tax 8%, you only realize when you get a confirmation email.

I do not understand why I have to pay management fee.

But it was a big disappointment given it’s under IHG and the fact that I have paid USD1000 for 3 nights during low season.

I told her the costs should be there in the first place anyway.

- Local food are expensive at the resort.

I would give a word of warning in that on top of the menu price you pay an 8% consumption tax, followed by a 13% service charge and if you settle by credit card another 5% surcharge, making a whopping 26% in additional charges.

Nonetheless, I was particularly disappointed with the lounge that I paid for and spent a lot of time,

I personally felt that the hotel facilities were bit old and was overpriced.

Not for the people looking for cost performances.

Restaurants was not very tempting and was overpriced.

Overall poor value for money, overhyped and way overpriced for what you get.I have noticed another review expressing their booking was sea view only to discover when they arrived it was not and being advised to upgrade.

but I was a little annoyed to hear the sound of dragging chairs from somewhere morning and night.

The entire hour I heard people talking loudly, staff cleaning, children screaming (again) and people using the hairdryers in the changing room.

They said that if it was too noisy, they would prepare a room for me to sleep in, so I took a bath and it was past midnight,

but luckily it was able to be resumed on the day of our stay.We were able to spend a luxurious time relaxing in the large bathtub and receiving a massage.On the first night, there was a problem with a guest on the floor below shouting loudly towards the sea from the balcony from just after 3am, and they didn't quiet down after that, so we called the concierge?

but probably wouldn’t choose it in peak season as it would be too noisy and full for us so we would go for something smaller.

but could still hear what was going on in reception.

Breakfast at Aquabelle: typical of buffet breakfasts, it was noisy and crowded.

but the live musical performance was loud and made it difficult to hear each other.

It took more than an hour without traffic.

however on our first night at 6am we were woken up by loads of kids screaming and playing in the pool.

The views from our room (ocean wing) is terrible, looking at the car park (can hear the noise of cars and tour bus) and barely see the ocean.

My only complaint is that this is not a quiet hotel.

but sometimes it gets packed with a lot of little kids so it can get noisy.

Location-wise it's not close to a lot of things, and it does take a while to get into town (1.5 hours ore more if traffic is bad) if you wanted to do touristy stuff/shopping.

The sound insulation in the room can be improved as I could hear the kid screaming at lobby from our bedroom in the night.

The Chanpuru Izakaya is of course just the noisy drinking place we expected (and we of course dressed down for that).

but uninspiring at best and somewhat austere with mainly white surfaces and noisy.

Except for the Grill which offered decent food with some intimacy, the other restaurants do look like more canteens : furniture is basic, the background is noisy, the food is not tasty and is expensive.

but as all rooms open onto an uncarpeted atrium, the sound of excitable children shouting and being generally noisy meant that on several occasions we felt we had a kindergarten located just outside our room; when the noise starts at 8am in the morning it is very unwelcome.

I stayed one night with breakfast on February 22.It made me feel rich just by strolling through the hall in a fine building.It was also healed by a walk on a private beach.Breakfast buffet has a lot of items, and it was nice not to mix the taste in the style to take it on a small plate.If you are greedy, the fee of 600 yen at the public bath feels somewhat high.Guests can stay for free or half the price.

We used "three consecutive night plan with one dinner to choose full of benefits".There were many coupons, including free coupons for the public bath and free breakfast coupons, so there was a sense of value.The breakfast buffet was available in either Japanese or Western restaurants, both of which were rich and delicious.The rooms are spacious and the sea can be seen from the balcony, so I was able to stay in a relaxed mood.

There are so many children and there are various events to enjoy the resort, and it was very good for children to enjoy.The room was also very beautiful to see the seaside sunset on the eighth floor.It was just disappointing that we were made to wait nearly 40 minutes in a lobby where check-ins were hot.The breakfast menu and restaurants everywhere were pretty much the same, which was disappointing.In total, it was good because you could enjoy the resort of Okinawa at reasonable prices.
