We spent a great new year's eve, with great traditional hungarian and romanian food, friendly staff and cool party with many surprises. The rooms are clean and there are lots of things to do in the complex (spa, pools, pool, pizza place, etc.)

My first night in Romania and a very good impression of the country and its most helpful and friendly people.

We paid almost €100 for a room and the expectations are poor.

The dishes where poor, no local food, music was foreign and no folklore.

I went in this hotel in winter time , they have 2 ski slopes nearby (Madarasi 20 km , Harghita Bai - 18 km ) , breakfast is poor , lunch and dinner preaty goog ,

Our window view was a wall ( the backside of another building) and other than the lobby, there was no relaxation space.

When we refused they lied and told us they need the space for 4 adults, this was not the case as we saw the people who moved in.

You pay for a salty bad in a  space extremely full of people, no chance to take a bath.The services are very expensive

but smile and enjoy your time after interacting with the waiters.

Now after 5 years the Hotel is still nice, staff is very helpful and offer you their support/solutions to your request.

Hotel has large, new, renovated rooms, cable TV and free WIFI, The best thing that is located in the city center, and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing I have to warn you is not all rooms have air conditioning.

The rooms are on the small side and the fittings pretty basic.

The reception staff been very nice and helpful especially when my boyfriend asked to iron his shirt at the last minute and they did it in 20 minutes!

There was no air con at all or no fans  and therefore the room was uncomfortably hot.

There is no air conditioning and our room was uncomfortably warm at night.

They should consider air-conditioning for hot summer days.

On the negative side, I must mention the lack of a shover curtain in the bathroom, of the air conditioning in the room and of a separate room for non smokers in the restaurant.

They do not even supply fans for a bit of respite.

The bathroom was very pokey with a poor shower over the bath.

The rooms are highly unsafe, electric cables everywhere, rotten wood, no water pressure in the shower, alterated foods, mold inside "mini bar" no towels, no hair drier, oldest features ever seen, the door it is not locking, and also highly dangerous for young children, the balcony is a common area with the other rooms on the same floor and also with the public area.

Cons:
Lacking basic amenities in the bathroom such as a shower curtain and adequate soap/shampoo.

but no shower curtain so you flood the floor every time you have a shower.

It is a basic hotel with excellent location and friendly management.

Pros:
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

You can find very good food and friendly staff, very well trained.

Staff is friendly, a huge plus for the owner who is always really helpful and professional.

The hotel itself is clean and the staff friendly.

The most serious will only affect you if you come in the summer and that is the lack of air conditioning as the room gets very warm at night.

This place has a horrible owner, called Laura, a woman with no respect for tourists, a person who inspected our fridge and told us that we broke the air conditioning.

I woke up at 23 o'clock because I have been frozed, the heating again did not work and I’ve got sick.

The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is impressive, the food on the maximum.Service was also very professional and friendly.

I'm sure that any good references can be written only by the owners or her relatives.

Starting with the staff that is so so so helpful, nice and ready to help, with the rooms that are super super clean, tiles in the bathroom are beautifully mounted on the wall, a nice touch with small dolls, flowers arrangements everywhere: in the bathroom, by the bed, on the room door.

Anna was our host, she's friendly, helpful, cheerful, speaks English, Romanian and Hungarian.

Only one thing: the steps up to beds are more like a ladder, and are made from slippery wood, so it defenately needs some wrap on it, because its dangerous for kids (and for older ppl).

We spent only 1 night in one of the bungalows,

A big plus of the pension is the young lady who owns the pension, smart, beautiful, warm and who knows how to make you feel very good, through conversation, smile, and attitude!

Sleeping quality is good, breakfast was pretty good, staff is lovely and nice!

The staff is nice, service minded and they are open to help with miscellaneous problems, if any pops up.

#12 was an average size room with twin beds,

I was in room #1 (second floor) which had three twin beds  The lighting was a bit anemic

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was various and delicious.

The hotel has a friendly staff and good wi-fi throughout.

The pension is very clean and welcoming and the staff is quite ok. Last time as a comment the wi-fi was not working well, especially comparing with the Romanian internet standards.

They have pool for small children, steam bath and Swedish sauna.

No cleaning room, no towels changes, no toilets paper, cleaning issues and very poor information regarding taxi and transfers.

The worst was the so called cleaned toilet, it was really dirty.

Some maintenance would be nice on doors and windows, as they do not work properly.

All staff were very friendly and accomodating - I’m vegetarian so the chef adopted the menu for us and oh my goodness, the desserts were divine!

The room smelled staffy, two of the three lights in the room were broken and the door handle of the bathroom door was also broke.

Professional staff, very kind and attentive, constantly concerned with the needs and wishes of customers!

The SPA facilities are ok ish, could be better looked after. The food was delicious, we tried some beef and a veggie meal, both tasted nice, fast service, really nice staff (great job, guys!)

As with all European accommodations there was no counter space for toiletries as we are used to in the US.

The girls from the reception-desk are very helpful and friendly.

And one should not forget the personnel: kind, helpful, friendly.

The owner of the place was extremely nice and friendly.

but perfectly adequate, with computers where you can read your email, a bar in the garden where you can sit when the weather's fine, and friendly, helpful people.

but they should invest in printing out a menu.

but the bathroom was very smelly (room 1).

The host is a very nice lady which is very open and kind.

It's in an old building (you go through an arch) in the main square, on the other side from the taxi rank, just down from an ATM machine.
