I played pool with my colleagues,  the pool table is right outside of our rooms so it's convenient.

In few minutes the radiator warmed up and the temperature in the room was again supportable.

Starting with the staff that is so so so helpful, nice and ready to help, with the rooms that are super super clean, tiles in the bathroom are beautifully mounted on the wall, a nice touch with small dolls, flowers arrangements everywhere: in the bathroom, by the bed, on the room door.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a spacious bath.

Very clean, our room was on the ground and I would like to have a little more warm room

I was in room #1 (second floor) which had three twin beds  The lighting was a bit anemic

The service is great, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast was good-it was a good experience.

The rooms are large and have all you need at least for  couple of days and are very clean.

but had the nicest bathroom of the rooms I saw.

The building is almost new, nicely equipped.

I booked this place for the SPA facilities mostly and also because of the way it looked like.

The room was very clean with a balcony and city view.

We spent 2 super relaxing hours at the Spa then had a delicious meal in the restaurant upstairs.

The spa is in another building, the restaurant the same.

It is outside the hotel in a separate building.

Around the hotel and on the way to the city center are just old houses that I did not like.

We paid almost €100 for a room and the expectations are poor.

but the price dose not meet the expectations.

The price for the rooms is too high for what it offers.

Room large and clean, standard breakfast and good food in the restaurant.

There is a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a salt room, severals jacuzzis and 2 "ciubar" jacuzzis with salt water.

A plus for the hand sanitizer found in the room and for the candies found on the bed.

The food is very good and the spa area is worth all the money.

The SPA and pool are clean and very well organized.

Such a great hotel with beautiful SPA center.

After many adventures during the day, it was good to just relax and chill at this hotel spa.

Swimming pool, SPA: Very clean, friendly staff.

Outdoor swimming pool, indoor wellness including swimming pool, steam cabin, saunas, jacussi and another 2 wooden spas filled with salt water.

It would be good if the jacuzzi water was hotter- we are used to higher temperatures in US.

I do not want to get out of the water and go wet by the entrance to the hotel.

Confortable large rooms in quiet street a couple of minutes from the center.

The lock/tilt mechanism was faulty and according to reception could not be fixed so the door had to be either fully open or shut.

All bookings in 2015 and 2017 were done by email, written in Romanian.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, if somewhat basic.

Rooms are nice and clean, and the meeting room -

The courtyard rooms have a nice view to the green hill topped by the catholic church.

As it was so hot we had to sleep with the external door open

This meant some nights where we did not sleep well.

The rooms are highly unsafe, electric cables everywhere, rotten wood, no water pressure in the shower, alterated foods, mold inside "mini bar" no towels, no hair drier, oldest features ever seen, the door it is not locking, and also highly dangerous for young children, the balcony is a common area with the other rooms on the same floor and also with the public area.

On the negative side, I must mention the lack of a shover curtain in the bathroom, of the air conditioning in the room and of a separate room for non smokers in the restaurant.
