The SPA and pool are clean and very well organized.

Room large and clean, standard breakfast and good food in the restaurant.

Everything clean, very tasty food, very friendly staff, decent prices.

While the rooms were clean, they did not stand up to the level of a 4 star hotel.

The staff were very accommodating considering we knew very little of the language, the rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were amazing.

This was part of our first holiday with her so it was important to us that we find child friendly and clean places.

Big and very clean rooms, lots of possibilities to spent good time: pool (including children area), sauna, salt baths, massage, bowlling, ride horses and poney.

We arrived yesterday and we are still here and belive that's the best room for this price, clean, quiet and the people are at superlativ.

When i arrived there, everything was perfect - one big room, clean, comfortable, quiet.

The rooms are normally large, the apartments are bigger and and very confortable, very clean.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are not dated at all, and even in the three star hotel you feel like in a four star.

We spent a great new year's eve, with great traditional hungarian and romanian food, friendly staff and cool party with many surprises. The rooms are clean and there are lots of things to do in the complex (spa, pools, pool, pizza place, etc.)

We’ve booked a 4* room, with half board.The room is big and clean.

You have to open the door with a key, not a key card, haven't seen this in years, old furniture in the room, the door from the cupboard is about to fall down(room 201),no phone in the room, small TV, big prices at the minibar(for 5* hotels), not a 4* hotel in my opinion.

The rooms and doors could use a bit of soundproofing. 2.

however be aware of the fact that the room doors are not at all sound proofed.

We paid almost €100 for a room and the expectations are poor.

The dishes where poor, no local food, music was foreign and no folklore.

I went in this hotel in winter time , they have 2 ski slopes nearby (Madarasi 20 km , Harghita Bai - 18 km ) , breakfast is poor , lunch and dinner preaty goog ,

Top quality bowling facility with a pub and a restaurant with delicious foods.

The food is very good and the spa area is worth all the money.

The spa is in another building, the restaurant the same.

The food is excellent and the personnel professional.

The pork ribs, the pork muscle and the belly soup were extraordinary.

Hotel is close to downtown, has a good breakfast and there is a barbecue restaurant and bowling place near the spa.

but enough for one person to be able to experience various foods during a week.

We enjoyed very much the restaurant and the gaming area (bowling).

The inside restaurant now it was used just for breakfast and if outside is raining, which is not so ok.   yes lovely and good food.

Great pool-indoor and outdoor, bar, bowling and food.

They have bowling and that is definitely a plus when you are travelling with kids.

A bit outside the main town so not so easy to walk in the winter to the few restaurants in the town

The food was excellent, the staff was very kind.

There is also bowling and that make it extra fun for family holidays.

All the bar and restaurant have the food and drink reasonably priced which is good as alternatives are a 5/10 minute walk away.

We only ate there for breakfast, the food was very good and diverse including some local style food (like special cheese and sausages).

The restaurant and the bar are very nice and very good prices.

The hotel's local cuisine was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, tidy, the bathroom too.

This hotel deserves 4 stars, with its well-equipped and clean rooms and fabulous indoor swimming pool plus spa.

There is a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a salt room, severals jacuzzis and 2 "ciubar" jacuzzis with salt water.

Different restaurant for a good buffet breakfast

Has a bowling alley as well as very poor gym with next to nothing and a large indoor swimming pool.

Salt water bubble bath, steam cabin, sauna, bubble pool, kids pool and a swimming pool.

The hotel is very comfortable, with large apartments and a very nice SPA, where you can find what to do no matter the age: indoor swimming pool, massage, bowling, riding, squash, etc.

Nice rooms and great pool facility (indoor and outdoor).

We really, really enjoy the dry and wet sauna, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the salty tube.

I played pool with my colleagues,  the pool table is right outside of our rooms so it's convenient.

In few minutes the radiator warmed up and the temperature in the room was again supportable.

Starting with the staff that is so so so helpful, nice and ready to help, with the rooms that are super super clean, tiles in the bathroom are beautifully mounted on the wall, a nice touch with small dolls, flowers arrangements everywhere: in the bathroom, by the bed, on the room door.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a spacious bath.

Very clean, our room was on the ground and I would like to have a little more warm room

Nice room, very nice seating area in the lobby.

I stayed here for 2 days due to a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.
