We paid almost €100 for a room and the expectations are poor.

The dishes where poor, no local food, music was foreign and no folklore.

I went in this hotel in winter time , they have 2 ski slopes nearby (Madarasi 20 km , Harghita Bai - 18 km ) , breakfast is poor , lunch and dinner preaty goog ,

While the rooms were clean, they did not stand up to the level of a 4 star hotel.

Big and very clean rooms, lots of possibilities to spent good time: pool (including children area), sauna, salt baths, massage, bowlling, ride horses and poney.

We spent a great new year's eve, with great traditional hungarian and romanian food, friendly staff and cool party with many surprises. The rooms are clean and there are lots of things to do in the complex (spa, pools, pool, pizza place, etc.)

The rooms are clean, the service is 5 stars, minibar at decent prices.

Positive things: Nice and clean room, nice staff, excellent horse riding center .

The room was clean, tidy, the bathroom too.

This hotel deserves 4 stars, with its well-equipped and clean rooms and fabulous indoor swimming pool plus spa.

Our window view was a wall ( the backside of another building) and other than the lobby, there was no relaxation space.

When we refused they lied and told us they need the space for 4 adults, this was not the case as we saw the people who moved in.

You pay for a salty bad in a  space extremely full of people, no chance to take a bath.The services are very expensive

apart this, and the relatively small space inside, I have no other objections.

This place has a horrible owner, called Laura, a woman with no respect for tourists, a person who inspected our fridge and told us that we broke the air conditioning.

I woke up at 23 o'clock because I have been frozed, the heating again did not work and I’ve got sick.

Good amenities,  clean  room , close to the city center.

- Very nice, modern ( especially the business rooms) and clean rooms.

I told this to the reception and the receptionist told me that the boiler thermostat is to blame,

The only thing I have to warn you is not all rooms have air conditioning.

Room was very clean and basic, nice wooden furniture and vanity.

The rooms are on the small side and the fittings pretty basic.

I was in room #1 (second floor) which had three twin beds  The lighting was a bit anemic

The room is very clean, the same as the bathroom.

but the bathroom was very smelly (room 1).

It's in an old building (you go through an arch) in the main square, on the other side from the taxi rank, just down from an ATM machine.

There was no air con at all or no fans  and therefore the room was uncomfortably hot.

There is no air conditioning and our room was uncomfortably warm at night.

They should consider air-conditioning for hot summer days.

On the negative side, I must mention the lack of a shover curtain in the bathroom, of the air conditioning in the room and of a separate room for non smokers in the restaurant.

They do not even supply fans for a bit of respite.

The bathroom was very pokey with a poor shower over the bath.

The rooms are highly unsafe, electric cables everywhere, rotten wood, no water pressure in the shower, alterated foods, mold inside "mini bar" no towels, no hair drier, oldest features ever seen, the door it is not locking, and also highly dangerous for young children, the balcony is a common area with the other rooms on the same floor and also with the public area.

Cons:
Lacking basic amenities in the bathroom such as a shower curtain and adequate soap/shampoo.

but no shower curtain so you flood the floor every time you have a shower.

The most serious will only affect you if you come in the summer and that is the lack of air conditioning as the room gets very warm at night.

The only thing that i reccomend to the owners is to have an air conditioning system for the upper rooms, In the very hot days(over 36 Celsius degrees) you have the only option to sleep with open windows.

In the pension yard there is space for 4 cars on one side and possible other 3 on the other side.

They have pool for small children, steam bath and Swedish sauna.

No cleaning room, no towels changes, no toilets paper, cleaning issues and very poor information regarding taxi and transfers.

The worst was the so called cleaned toilet, it was really dirty.

Some maintenance would be nice on doors and windows, as they do not work properly.

The room smelled staffy, two of the three lights in the room were broken and the door handle of the bathroom door was also broke.

The room was very clean with a balcony and city view.

When we arrived, no temperature scan(failure of termometers)
No accurate information about taxi and amendeties.
