Breakfast is ok and the Bowling Restaurant is great.

Hotel is close to downtown, has a good breakfast and there is a barbecue restaurant and bowling place near the spa.

The inside restaurant now it was used just for breakfast and if outside is raining, which is not so ok.   yes lovely and good food.

We only ate there for breakfast, the food was very good and diverse including some local style food (like special cheese and sausages).

The breakfast was more than we had expected for this location and the dinner party organized for us (as I was part of a larger group) was very good too, and very well 'managed'.

The diffrence is you pay 65 euro / night, including the accomodation, the breakfest and the spa acces, and the guest of spa pay only 2 euro.

The SPA and pool are clean and very well organized.

While the rooms were clean, they did not stand up to the level of a 4 star hotel.

The staff were very accommodating considering we knew very little of the language, the rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were amazing.

You have to open the door with a key, not a key card, haven't seen this in years, old furniture in the room, the door from the cupboard is about to fall down(room 201),no phone in the room, small TV, big prices at the minibar(for 5* hotels), not a 4* hotel in my opinion.

The rooms and doors could use a bit of soundproofing. 2.

however be aware of the fact that the room doors are not at all sound proofed.

We paid almost €100 for a room and the expectations are poor.

The dishes where poor, no local food, music was foreign and no folklore.

I went in this hotel in winter time , they have 2 ski slopes nearby (Madarasi 20 km , Harghita Bai - 18 km ) , breakfast is poor , lunch and dinner preaty goog ,

The hotel is very comfortable, with large apartments and a very nice SPA, where you can find what to do no matter the age: indoor swimming pool, massage, bowling, riding, squash, etc.

We really, really enjoy the dry and wet sauna, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the salty tube.

This hotel deserves 4 stars, with its well-equipped and clean rooms and fabulous indoor swimming pool plus spa.

I was in room #1 (second floor) which had three twin beds  The lighting was a bit anemic

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was various and delicious.

The service is great, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast was good-it was a good experience.

The breakfast is decent and it is available with 7:00 AM if you need it really early

A plus was the multitude of informative materials about the city and its surroundings, brochures, magazines, and guides I found on the generous table in the room - a great help for the traveler who doesn't know much about the area.

The guesthouse is located at suburban hilltop area of Odorhei with nice wiev to mountains

A big plus of the pension is the young lady who owns the pension, smart, beautiful, warm and who knows how to make you feel very good, through conversation, smile, and attitude!

The food offered for breakfast is cooked by the family that holds the pension, is fresh, local, tasty and has a soul.

Sleeping quality is good, breakfast was pretty good, staff is lovely and nice!

And the breakfast was simply the best ever.

The architecture is very modern, airy, bright, warm colors.

Every detail of the apartment was a delight: the space, the colours, the very practical furniture.

My room was cool even in scorching summer weather,

but otherwise the hotel has lots of parking and plenty of comfortable rooms with AC.

They have pool for small children, steam bath and Swedish sauna.

No cleaning room, no towels changes, no toilets paper, cleaning issues and very poor information regarding taxi and transfers.

The worst was the so called cleaned toilet, it was really dirty.

The breakfast was also tasty, fresh and varied.

We spent 2 super relaxing hours at the Spa then had a delicious meal in the restaurant upstairs.

Some maintenance would be nice on doors and windows, as they do not work properly.

I played pool with my colleagues,  the pool table is right outside of our rooms so it's convenient.

In few minutes the radiator warmed up and the temperature in the room was again supportable.

Starting with the staff that is so so so helpful, nice and ready to help, with the rooms that are super super clean, tiles in the bathroom are beautifully mounted on the wall, a nice touch with small dolls, flowers arrangements everywhere: in the bathroom, by the bed, on the room door.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a spacious bath.

Very clean, our room was on the ground and I would like to have a little more warm room

There was no air con at all or no fans  and therefore the room was uncomfortably hot.

There is no air conditioning and our room was uncomfortably warm at night.

They should consider air-conditioning for hot summer days.

On the negative side, I must mention the lack of a shover curtain in the bathroom, of the air conditioning in the room and of a separate room for non smokers in the restaurant.

They do not even supply fans for a bit of respite.

The bathroom was very pokey with a poor shower over the bath.

The rooms are highly unsafe, electric cables everywhere, rotten wood, no water pressure in the shower, alterated foods, mold inside "mini bar" no towels, no hair drier, oldest features ever seen, the door it is not locking, and also highly dangerous for young children, the balcony is a common area with the other rooms on the same floor and also with the public area.

Cons:
Lacking basic amenities in the bathroom such as a shower curtain and adequate soap/shampoo.

but no shower curtain so you flood the floor every time you have a shower.

Breakfast quality went down since our first visit.

The included breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection and was tasty.

Excellent service at the front desk, breakfast is good and also  a la carte menu from restaurant is worth to try- especially some traditional food.

Confortable large rooms in quiet street a couple of minutes from the center.

Nice and quite place located close to the center of the city.

All bookings in 2015 and 2017 were done by email, written in Romanian.

The rooms and public spaces were clean and well-equipped, the stuff super kind and helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, if somewhat basic.

Rooms are nice and clean, and the meeting room -

The courtyard rooms have a nice view to the green hill topped by the catholic church.

The most serious will only affect you if you come in the summer and that is the lack of air conditioning as the room gets very warm at night.
