Pool needs strains clean out
Rooms need maintenance , shower head, sink drains unplug.!!

No stopper in sink, likely due to rust and no maintenance.

but the bathroom was very bright although kind of grungy and worn looking.

Also, beware of the bar/lounge - apparently the men who go there use the bathroom outside against the wall in the parking lot rather than the restroom inside.

The only thing is maybe one time the housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom properly.

Shower was also dirty around drain and shower head.

The Kleenex dispenser fell out when I pulled out a tissue just missing my foot.

I arrived to find out the shuttle did not run for an hour after my flight and then the room smelled of pee the bathroom floor was sticky and the sink had dried food on it the drunken guest out side where very loud and had there car stereo playing just not a place to relax before a early flight

The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke, there’s some sort of animal nests all along the roof line, there are spaces all around the room doors (they don’t completely close), the a/c vents are filthy with mold and dirt, mold in the bathrooms.

There was used shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower

but the fixtures in the bathroom were extremely dated.

The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the counters weren’t wiped down, the toilet had pee stains on it, and the mirrors had liquid running down them.

Slimy bathroom floors, dirty sinks, hair on the sheets, and food spilt on the common space hallway for days.

We wouldn't take a shower in the bathroom because we were grossed out by it.

The toilet in our room did not flush properly, and the phone did not work.

Clean comfortable rooms, shabby poorly lit hallways; few amenities (restaurants, shopping, entertainment). Confusing roadways (frontage roads, loops, poor signage)

Got charged an extra night because while booking they booked it a day early.

I went to this "place" about 3 weeks ago, asking to be contacted by their person in charge of their conference room rental.

the hotel's policy of photocopying Driver's License (as a Wyndham member with a valid credit card) is troubling in this era of identity theft.

I attempted checked-in with a debit Master card from which the hotel could not get approval for the charges.

The staff which lives on the property was rude and didn't know or care that I was over charged.

I addressed the exit door being unlocked since it's posted that the only entry to the hotel is through card key and it's locked 24 hours a day.

even though I had paid through hotels.com already and then wait several days after my trip for the charge to drop.

Had to go up front 3 times to reactivate my card which was frusterating.

Upon arrival, the entire stay was charged, the check-in employee did not know how the rewards system worked.

I think they are charging  $30 more because of the continental breakfast.

I bring my 4-slot usb plug everywhere so I only have to plug in one thing to charge everything.

First morning at breakfast - the person in charge took a break and the hot food containers were empty.

There was a small surcharge to have our dogs with us,

However, the lady at the desk refused to grant a credit because it was slightly after 6pm.

they charged me to much money and then the lady said she could fix it and didnt.

Room was clean, staff nice,  the only problem I have is that they "thought"  we were staying longer and tried to charge me $911 so watch your account!!! !

but they were able to charge my credit card.

but the hallways were smoky and smelled like weed.

What appeared to be mold was observed on the hallway walls.

but halls and room had a paint/mold/mothballs smell.

though inexpensive for the area, had a very strong odor of garlic and onions in the room, hallways, and lobby.

Hallways smell all of cigarette smoke that’s been masked.

I couldn't even walk down the hall with out feeling uncomfortable.

although the elevator and hallways seem to have been let go.

The pool was not open and the door near our hallway was jammed open until I shut it.

Beeping smoke alarm out in the hall kept me up all night.

However, the hallway reaked of smoking and the smell kept coming in our room all night long.

Only noise was people closing doors up the hall,

while im walking down the hallway  i smell cigarette smoke, this is a NON SMOKING HOTEL.

Hallway smells of smoke, which is terrible for me due to asthma.

people walking in the halls were very loud.

Carpets in hallways were horrible stained.

There were broken and missing tiles in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways.

Was very surprised at this location because I've stated many baymonts in my life and none of them were even close to the quality of this one was it was like staying at a high-end Hilton Holiday inn and got nothing on them bed comfortable room is clean things decor was nice I was actually amazed because of the value you could pay $60 here pay $260 down the street

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting hotel Ive ever had the misfortune to have had to stay in for one night!

Room was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of cigarettes the second I stepped in.

I reported to the staff that The room had a feline urine smell in the carpet and that it was unbearable I think staff and management cleaned the room

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room,

but residents were smoking in the hall way.

AC units don't work, front desk had no clue on how to solve the problem and the rude manager didn't want to give me another room or a refund, on top of that I was over charged.

The A/C unit made a loud noise and wouldn't work all that well.

The carpet was drenched with water from a leaky AC.

A/C, heater, and internet were not working.

The AC unit in the room makes an AWFUL sound.

The heating system was NOT working in our room and while we understand it can take awhile to heat up.

We could not turn off the unit using the remote.

The only downside was the blue light on the a/c in the room.

Had a little trouble getting the A/C remote or unit to work,

My only complaint is the placement of the mini-split aircon directly on the sofa in my room.

However, the AC is a system I have never seen before and no matter how hard we tried to adjust the system according to the directions, we were still freezing to the point that I had a headache both nights -- the boys in the family loved it.

The main issue I had was trying to figure out the remote control for the L/G A/C.

The air con (LG wall one rather than under the window) was one of the quietest we have ever had in a hotel room.

The only complaint I have is the bright blue light from the heater/AC wall unit.

But I was warm and not in a snowbank on the side of the highway freezing to death so I forgive them!

A couple of minor issues; no exhaust fan in the bathroom, or rather, no way of turning it on, so the bathroom got very steamy during showers, we couldn't leave the bathroom door open as it would swing shut, I don't know if that was by design or maybe a gravity effect on a heavy door, finally I shoved my sandal under the door, and that kept it open.

but the ac only seemed to work over the couch area.

It is not the Motels fault that there are guest that   think they have to let the doors to their rooms slam  .

You have to go to the front desk to exchange towles and leave trash out side your door.

One of the most annoying things was the bathroom door that automatically closed, which was a bit ironic since the door to the room didn't.

They said our DO NOT DISTURB SIGN was on the door,

but door to restroom closes automatically on a spring, making it difficult for mobility.

The hotel is around three years old and has special locks on the door to avoid unwanted entry.

In the morning we found a note under the door explaining the situation and giving helpful information.

Did not hear any doors or noise from hall or other rooms.

However, hallway doors slammed all night and people were loud.

He said "Never" and I left to him yelling at me as I walked out the door.

There is laminate flooring near the door and this extends into the bathroom.

The hotel was in a good location and was clean and the room was excellent.

was easy to check in, room was clean, fresh & very cool as apposed to outside was over 100 degrees.

Our room was clean and comfortable beds slept great.

My stay was less than 5 hours long and no kind of credit was offered for another stay no refund .

but they never said that until after I was charged for them.

The hotel couldn’t explain why and agreed it was excessive and beyond their normal incidentals charge.

To be charged $419.00 for a room and it is not up to par is ridiculous!

We ended up staying in Lubbock on Wednesday evening to avoid the triple charge.

but the desk receptionist took charge, located my address and.

When I got home I noticed three mores charges from them that totaled $1144.56.

Ask about upfront debit/credit charges to your bill since they put a "hold" in the amount of $500 on your account.

Three days after we left, I noticed a charge for the full reservation on my amex card, the same card which I had prepaid with.

They charged me $1,029 a week later after I satisfied the bill and all they could say was it was a system glitch.

If you don't cancel 24 hours in advance they will charge you for the room anyway.

The hotel was alright, the woman that checked me in took personal phone calls while she was trying to help me.

I grew upset and offended at this point and explained to her that she didn’t see us come from the elevators because she was in the back eating and talking on her cell phone.

Rooms were not clean, phone did not work.

The Internet connection (complimentary and premium) was awful, and I had to resort to my cell phone's mobile hotspot.

when i went to plug my phone charger, there was a sock between the matress n headboard, also when looking for MY shoe under the bed, there was a bottle cap.

The AC unit was stuck on cold and got the room to 54 degrees and took numerous visits and call to the front desk to finally get this resolved 18 hours after my first complaint.

The hotel will now not even answer our phone calls to get this resolved.

They do not always man or answer their front desk phone because they know they are full and have nothing to offer, so you cannot get through to cancel a reservation.

I would have appreciated a phone call earlier than a 2 hours prior to check-in (considering rooms are hard to find in the area).

I opened the fridge a couple hours after check-in to put my child’s milk in it & was met with one of the most horrendous smells of my life… expired dairy products.I would think of all the things expected if housekeeping checking the fridge would rank fairly high towards the top.

There was an odor in the room like it may have previously been a smoking room -

We did notice that the water from the shower head and faucet had a sulfur smell,

Rest room sink water stinks and doing painting while there!

Decided to to keep one room for one night before we moved on and it smelled so bad we refused to stay.

There was a moron guest that thought it was okay to smoke in a non-smoking hotel and he/she really stunk up the joint.

It smelled AWFUL and it was our only option.

It might be better if they had a smoking floor.

The only thing is that the hallways had a bad odor.

NO breakfast Buffett,  NO 100% guarantee,  NO TV, rooms smell stale manager does not address issues with guests/members.

The sink in the bathroom had an odor to it when you ran the water.

The room smelled like mildew, because the carpet was constantly wet. 2.

Our only complaint was there was a strong mildew odor in the room the following morning of our check in.

Make sure to request a NON-SMOKING room as the hallways upstairs do smell like smoke.

Wind and dust blew in under the door could see light all around door.

we moved them after 3 days because they had no hot water, the room did not have a heater and the desk said that you'll be ok or we can give you a space heater.

The room is old and dirty with chipped paint, tainted bath curtain, falling wall, dusty fans, and broken furnitures.

Room was dirty , rugs were dirty, hole in the wall in the bathroom,,rusty old hanger for the towels, microwave was rusty, hot tub was way too hot and other pool was freezing cold, asked for more face cloths, didn't have any!

The AC unit was loud and the door wouldn't shut unless pulled very hard.

There was no way to redirect the vent and no way to get away from it, it blew down from above at ceiling level.

We asked to be moved from our assigned room as the phone didn't work & the A/C wasn't putting out much cold.

The second room was on the west side of the building which was my last choice for location and the air conditioner just barely worked.

however, carpet and ceiling vents were unspeakable.

The bed spread had a cigarette burn, the chair was ripped and the stuffing showing, the curtain was falling down, the lettering on the thermostat was worn off ( you couldn't tell cool from heat), the room smelled awful, the walls were very dirty, the person cooking the breakfast was wearing an apron that looked gray from a distance

The whirlpool was set at 106 degrees and the swimming pool was about 10 degrees below freezing during our stay.

The pools heater was out the entire time and the pool was inoor so the water was FREEZING.

(1) The air conditioner in the Suite was not functional; (2) The room reeked of a horrific odor; (3) The drains surrounding the swimming pool were backed up with sewage; (4) the staff are very unprofessional.

The tub had hair and debris in it, the sheets felt like tough toliet paper, and the carpet was yucky.

Holes burned in carpet and ashtrays galore.

Internet was slow, water pressure low, and the carpet must've been original; still had cigarette burns in it.

The rooms are gross, the staff speaks no english, the mini fridge leaked all over the carpet.

The hotel itself is being remodeled so there was rolls of carpet everywhere.

The lighting in the interior was extremely dim, there were rolls of carpet in one of the hallways and in the common area, the indoor hot tub that the outdoor marquee advertised was blocked off, the pool wasn't even heated or even lit well, the fitness center had no lighting in it (and also had signs of being in disrepair), and there were still signs throughout the property of the previous hotel chain brand.

I did see some oil spots on the carpet & on the ottoman,

Did I mention my non-smoking room smelled bad and when I took off my shoes the carpet was damp?

The carpet in our rooms was as bad as could be with dirt and stains.
