Had an overnight stay in Laredo at the La Quinta Inn near the airport.

It is close to the airport, which is very important to me.

Good service, great cleanliness, good internet, parking, great location near the airport and little far from 83 (stores on 83 always are crowded).

The property is located near the airport and major highways and streets to take you all around Laredo.

This is a great location with easy access in and out, close to airport, numerous restaurants in the area,great value forour money andgood rewards program

There are a few great restaurants in the area as well, and the proximity to the airport is convenient.

It is close to the airport, two wonderful restaurants, two local entertainment venues.

The hotel is located on the north eastern side of Laredo near the airport.

The reason why I'm explaining this background to you, is that this La Quinta is in the newer part of town, close to the Airport.

No greeting or friendly staff, very blah.

The check-in, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were courteous and friendly.

The desk clerks were friendly and courteous apologizing for the chaos and noise.

The hotel was clean and inviting, staff were friendly and efficient, room was comfortable and the happy hour/ breakfast was amazing.

Checked-in with ease and staff was very courteous and friendly.

The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.

The staff was very pleasant and the other guests were friendly.

Staff at front desk is fast, friendly and efficient.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that arise.

It is very clean and professional staff are very friendly and welcoming!

Also that same night the room next door to mine 133 were playing loud music and singing out loud.

Unfortunately, this otherwise very nice hotel suffers from being across the parking lot from a bar that plays loud music with their doors and patio open until 2 am.

Stayed at this location for a wedding and was woken up with loud banging of the walls with workers yelling “ey guey” across the hall.

The only "downside" to this hotel is that the walls are quite thin, and any door slamming or loud TV, laughter or talk is easily heard.

This time I have to say that they were barking and disturbed staff when I had gone out to a party with friends there.

Early in the morning, two doors down a person bangs on the door so loud it was probably heard down to the second floor.

But a little after 1:00 a.m., I was woken by music blasting from the nightclub behind the hotel.

We requested a room change after the first night, and staff was quick to respond (the adjoining room had some rowdy guests).

A few restaurants very close (walking distance) and less than 5 minutes to airport.

but ice maker did Not work on the 2nd  floor I report it was not fix when i left  ,
breakfast was very good , the area had lots of close by and walking distance restaurant  a cigar room
also that great for me.

The hotel was easy to find and their are store and places to eat near by.

The hotel location was great for us, since we were able to walk to restaurants.

And the rooms were  very nice and clean , one of the things i love the most is how there are many walking distance restaurants and entertainment centers.

The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport and several very good restaurants are within walking distance.

Free shuttle bus to the airport (about 5 minutes away) and in the area near the hotel some really nice restaurants (including an excellent Mexican restaurants only minute walk from front door of the hotel).

It is also close to several restaurants and right next to expressway.

The room was quite clean; the vents were better than most rooms I have stayed in, and the iron (a pet peeve of mine) didn't leave stains on clothes while ironing.

I can't believe that they put us in a room that had just been painted and smelled as such.

Only only thing I can say that wasnt perfect was that the hot tub outside had cigarette buds and alot of leaves.

Aside from having breakfast taco fixing with no tortillas and the room smelling like cheap perfume the stay was adequate to fulfill my need to have a place to sleep.

but fortunately didn't;  what a filthy dump!)

The room didn't smell like cigarette smoke.

but was set straight when I smelled REAL breakfast being cooked.

For example, we want to a brand new HEB grocery store which was awesome, and then on our last day we stopped by another store on the older part of town, and it was disgusting!

hotel needs work the doors are beat up lots of dings every where, if u coming from out of town and are looking to hit up some bars try hals its less than a mile away stay away from suite 21 in the back of the hotel, there is also some good food in the palenque grill in the front and a smoke shop and liquor store walking distance

but room did not smell like pet which has a good thing.

Probably the most noticeable thing about this hotel is the cleanliness of the place and the lack of any off-smelling odors anywhere.

His   Talent in the cooking, his kindness, his attention making us feel like family we can’t wait to have the opportunity to coming back!

Good hotel, great location, great value, good happy hour and breakfast and very service oriented staff.

Just have the maintenance do a deep mildew check for the grout weekly - the room attendants will appreciate it.

Let me say first the staff here are wonderful check-in and out was super easy.

Great overall experience great room great front desk employees really gave me my rewards benefits to check in early and got a really good deal on that room.

I told the girl at the front desk as I handed her a key card with a roach I smashed against my bag, and they offered me a free night later.

The staff was just incredible went out of there way to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

The entire staff is great I would like to give a big thumbs up to chef Ricardo he always greets us with a great smile and is always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our breakfast this hotel location Is great

Embassy Suites is well located, walking distance to the mall, it is a nice hotel, clean and confortable, spacious rooms, free breakfast is very good.

According to the front desk staff smoking cigarettes is welcome regardless of the no smoking policy.

Small bad odor bad service overall really bad the odor was terrible system was down , had to wait two hours to check in , I was overcharged , they accommodated me a suite because of the situation , and ended up charging me full price smh 🤦‍♂️

Hilton Laredo is an extremely run down, dirty and smelly Facility.

When I walked into the restroom it smelled so bad in there.

Room smelled little I paid little over $2400.00 for 7 days  the place needs Improvement.

Rooms smell so much like “old” cigarette.

7)  One morning woke up with a headache and an aweful smell in the room.

Couch had some sort of burn mark (looks liked cigarette burn).

The room smelled strange and the water got cut off the second day right after we all went swimming and were suppose to shower n head to my sisters wedding and water was shut off for 2hours and we missed the church.

The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the room smelled terrible, the manager just told us to wait for the next day.

There was a musty odor when I first walked in

Do they not use bleach when washing them?

Room smell like cigarettes could not get a new room had to walk over to Homewood suites to get a nice clean room.

They charged me for smoking fee and o do not even smoke at this time still disputing charges and it had not been resolved .

Smoke alarm went off in the morning momentarily

The smell was so overwhelming and unpleasant that it is the only thing I associate with this hotel.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and efficient.

The service is very good from the front desk to the cleaning people.

The staff does nothing to facilitate a quite or relaxing environment.

There were ants in the room around the sink and stove top area.

Shower is miserable- low flow shower head with no pressure.

The cracks and crevices in the bathroom were dark, dirty and filled with gunk.

The sink in my bathroom area was clogged and not draining.

The hotel is kind of outdated(mostly the rugs and bathroom)

The restroom does not flush waste down, the AC was not working properly and it just looked bad.

Housekeeping did a very job, no vacuuming the carpets, leaving no shampoo and no toilette paper.

Wall paper is peeling badly in the bathroom, AC was VERY loud and the Iron was broken.

Also didn’t provide any shampoo or soap.

Solid shower pressure and temperature, check!

If your gold or diamond don’t expect additional amenities, you have to request or speak to manager.

The caulking in the bathroom was cracked and separated.

In 5 days the a/c broke, the toilet broke, I had internet problems, the two night shift staffers were great-

Later when I wen to take a shower, the new room shower had a huge dirty stain in the middle.

although the door to the shower and the shower stall door were too close together when open.

Also the tiles in the bathroom were broken and coming up.

The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and it is a disappointing experience.

The breakfast included hot eggs as well as continental breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast had many items to choose from.

The staff is wonderful, the complimentary evening buffet is always good, and the pool is a great way to end my work day.

The hotel is near a mall and dining and provides free breakfast and happy hour.

Great complimentary breakfast options and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We like the breakfast and the complementary snacks and drinks pm are great.

I chose this hotel because: A) Hilton, B) Breakfast included.

This homewood suites is in very good condition, the staff is super friendly and courteous and the complimentary breakfast and social are good.

From the ladies at the front desk, Valerie and Mari to the ladies who take care of the daily free breakfast and light dinner Monday through Thursday, these ladies are masters at customer service.

I only had complimentary breakfast there once.
