Also that same night the room next door to mine 133 were playing loud music and singing out loud.

Unfortunately, this otherwise very nice hotel suffers from being across the parking lot from a bar that plays loud music with their doors and patio open until 2 am.

Stayed at this location for a wedding and was woken up with loud banging of the walls with workers yelling “ey guey” across the hall.

The only "downside" to this hotel is that the walls are quite thin, and any door slamming or loud TV, laughter or talk is easily heard.

This time I have to say that they were barking and disturbed staff when I had gone out to a party with friends there.

Early in the morning, two doors down a person bangs on the door so loud it was probably heard down to the second floor.

But a little after 1:00 a.m., I was woken by music blasting from the nightclub behind the hotel.

We requested a room change after the first night, and staff was quick to respond (the adjoining room had some rowdy guests).

The room was quite clean; the vents were better than most rooms I have stayed in, and the iron (a pet peeve of mine) didn't leave stains on clothes while ironing.

For example, we want to a brand new HEB grocery store which was awesome, and then on our last day we stopped by another store on the older part of town, and it was disgusting!

hotel needs work the doors are beat up lots of dings every where, if u coming from out of town and are looking to hit up some bars try hals its less than a mile away stay away from suite 21 in the back of the hotel, there is also some good food in the palenque grill in the front and a smoke shop and liquor store walking distance

but room did not smell like pet which has a good thing.

Probably the most noticeable thing about this hotel is the cleanliness of the place and the lack of any off-smelling odors anywhere.

The overall set is a bit dated in the rooms and some sloppy paint on the walls,

You have to use extension cords or string together two or three multi-port outlet power strips from the wall socket to have enough outlets available for your various devices.

The rooms have light green walls with red accent walls.

Hilton Laredo is an extremely run down, dirty and smelly Facility.

When I walked into the restroom it smelled so bad in there.

Room smelled little I paid little over $2400.00 for 7 days  the place needs Improvement.

7)  One morning woke up with a headache and an aweful smell in the room.

Couch had some sort of burn mark (looks liked cigarette burn).

The room smelled strange and the water got cut off the second day right after we all went swimming and were suppose to shower n head to my sisters wedding and water was shut off for 2hours and we missed the church.

The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the room smelled terrible, the manager just told us to wait for the next day.

It makes no sense that as Mr. Halket states I “neglected to cancel”. a.

They contacted me by email to let me know that Ecolab was going to do an inspection of the room and if there was an infestation they would refund me, they wouldn't if there isn't.

She then took photos og his license with her personal cell phone, texted them to me, and confirmed I had.receibed them, while inquiring if there was anything else she could do to help.

I am handicapped and after a prepaid prepaid booking they would not assign a ground floor room.

They refunded my money for the next night, no questions asked.

I booked a room at another place, and when I was leaving, I confronted her about it so she lied and said she had told me that there was only wifi in the lobby.

They turned away two people in line without reservations and the phone rang constantly.

After making a human error mistake while making reservations online through a popular web app that most use today to bid on the lowest price on hotel rooms, commercial flights, and so on.

The bath floors were sticky the tub was not clean or disinfected the re was no do not disturb sign for the door, dirty carpet, and no face towels or wash cloths.I checked in @ 3:30 am and the desk did not have my reservation,but had a handicap room on 1st floor.

The contractor booked our rooms.. .and mine was fine, except it didn't have micro,  fridge or coffee maker.

Due to some unforeseen weather conditions my flight to Dallas was cancelled, which was a bummer as I had to make some arrangements for a hotel stay.

They are booked tonight, and the only available rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the A/C usually does the job.

Everything was fine, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean, had many towels, and soup and provided others things that made my experience great.

The rooms were very clean, cool, quiet and comfortable.

Let me go on. The wifi was really the issue and there is a huge sign as you enter that Wifi is Free (and obviously a priority for Red Roof.)

Confusingly the signs on the third floor gave directions to every room except 324.

We checked out a few motel/hotels showing $45.99 on signs

I  had a very bad experience , especially if you try to rest they need to boost security a lot better and make sure that any guest dont disturb any one next to them so latecat night

but a simple sign instructing guests to go to the second floor for ice would have been a simple courtesy.

Our room's carpet also was filthy as well as the one upholstered chair provided.

In the evening the hotel elevator gets a musky smell from the laundry room

there was a slight odor and turned it off!

Room did have a bit of a funky smell when we first entered it (maybe it's a Laredo thing).

We were re-assigned to another room that held a really nasty odor upon opening the door.

My room was so newly renovated, I could still smell the paint.

next time ill pay some 20 more dollars and stay on a holiday inn i found my room with no AC working, the tv was too far from the bed, the toilet seat was burn with a cigarrete apparently it was just like a cheap hotel,

The carpets in the hallways are old and musty.

The ice maker in our floor was dumping to the drain a constant stream of water, all day long (I estimated 1 gallon per minute being wasted) - we reported it and the lady at the front desk said it was normal.

The restroom is very small and we were unable to close the door because the toilet was too close to the door.

Behind the bathroom door was filthy, as well as around the and back of the toilet.

The bathroom is miniature and it’s hard to close the door because it’s so close to the toilet.

We checked in at about 5 pm.The room,including the bath,was about 30' by 12' or so-pretty big by most standards.It had a small refrigerator and a microwave.Each room on the main floor of the north building has a small patio with a metal table and four chairs.

I've never seen a smaller, more crowded bathroom.

There was dirt accumulated in the bathroom between the floor tile and the baseboard.

I'm tired of overnight stays at places where the carpet is dirty and the amenities are at cost-cutting mode.

but the other one was behind the bathroom.

The only small drawbacks were the lack of any type of place in the bathroom to put anything down, a vanity counter would be very helpful, and a towel rack.

is there needs to be a towel rack in bathroom or a couple of hooks just for an extra towel. .

If the utility value ratio of the room is important, and the amenities of your accomodation matter, you'd probably be happier somewhere else.

but guess what we order fajita plate and the guy give us a brisket plate yes brisket i went back and he said its fajita and the smeell of brisket was so bad that he end up giving me my money back.and no apoloy for try to fool me the guy on the shuttle service very kind and awesome service he should be on front desk instead i am very dissaopinted on this hotel bathroom was totally small shower for 1 person place look dirty and many other guessts were having lots of clomplaints of many other things.

The walls have terrible smoke stains, the carpet is filthy, the shower is moldy, every corner was completely dirty.

Just saying if you agree with deal the guest asked about you should honor that deal.

They were very welcoming of our 3 dogs and what we liked was that instead of charging extra for each dog, (which can quickly add up), they requested a deposit ($50 per dog) which was reimbursed before we left early the next morning.

She asked me for my id as soon as she saw on my id that I was from Laredo she seemed  upset.

I saw a person and asked "Quinn", "how do you like your room?

We called ahead and asked for room rates for a single bed, 2 people.

Note.. people with breathing problems might want to request the main building because you have to walk through the rain forest to get to your room and it is extreemly hot and humid.

We asked to move again and received a smoking room (not my preference).

In my case I asked for 2 milks which I received . Two minutes later I asked for 1 more milk and the mexican man said "Didn't I just give you two?"

Even when we asked for extra towels, we always received them in a timely manner.

We asked for another room, ended up in the courtyard in front of the pool/playground.

Room was the cleanest we saw on a long road trip, loved that much of it was tile and not carpet.

The room had a very stale smell and the AC did not work properly, so sadly it was humid.

Over the years, there has never been a bad smell at all, and I am allergic against some seeds etc, and NEVER had problems here, well done ! - Inside of this "jungle"with a nice waterfall there are several paths which led to different whirlpools, unfortunately they are not always "active"( But as said, the whirlpool in the pool-area always is, so no problem here ! )

but instead, its a filthy, worn-out excuse of a motel.

We stayed there with another couple who found a cockroach in their tub,  disgusting.

Bathroom sink was clogged, we tried unclogging and a bunch of mildew cane out.

I had to straighten my hair by the table that’s was in there with no mirror.

The room facilities in general are old, the door handles are damaged, the bathroom tub is very stained, we didn't want to bathe there.

The hinges on the bathroom door were so rusted and corroded that it was impossible to shut it all the way.

There is black mold under the sink and shower, this caused me to have allergies my entire stay.

I didn't like the beds, and the bathroom was a bit messy.

Bugs in the room, no water in the bathroom sink, you can tell the room was not vacuum or sweep, a medium size hole on the wall that was just covered with something

Needs remodeling or at least maintenance bathroom was a disaster, carpet torn, floors could be cleaned more often or better, the location is great, didn’t have breakfast

The water was getting intensely hot whole trying to rinse off soap and Iade the front desk know.

Had to leave because the bathroom was unclean not to mention they canceled our first reservation without a call.

The mirror was broken n the restroom door was hard to close.

Took my first shower there trying not to get water all over the bathroom floor.

The room was not completely clean and some deficiencies and bad maintenance in the WC with some parts of the floor removed and not repaired.

The bathroom baseboards in some places are metal, rusted metal.

Our tub didn't drain, the sink faucet was coming off,  the ceiling paint was peeling and thw air conditioner didn't work very well.

The pool was closed, the room and bathroom were dirty without having a sheet stained with excrement, we asked them to line up the room for us and they told us that due to new policies they only did it every three days, we had to reuse the same towels for two days and Obviously for the price we paid we expected better attention

The bathroom was gross there were stains on the walls.

For starters , there was not water pressure from the shower head.. there was also no hot water.

it’s better than you can expect, the room was clean , I just had a problem with a TV control remote and the staff was so kind to help us out, the pool was awesome, the breakfast is good

Rooms are clean and there are plenty of channels to watch.

The rooms are always clean, the breakfast is always filling and the management is always friendly and helpful with what ever my needs are!

My room was very clean and I requested a room close to the office since I was traveling by myself got room 103.
