The one real positive was the breakfast and the staff who made the omelettes.

We were disappointed to find that Happy hour and breakfast AND the on site restaurant are only available Monday-Thursday.

Overall, the entire hotel seemed to be very clean and new.

When we first arrived on Thanksgiving day it was great because we had just arrived in town from a very long car drive and were able to check in to our room early and the room was spacious and clean.

As with my visits in the past it was clean with easy check in.

I really like this hotel because it is centrally located and is a clean and beautiful property.

The Embassy suites at Laredo, TX has the best service, cleanest rooms and great location.

I choose to stay at the Embassy Suites in Laredo whenever possible because I can trust them to provide me with a impeccably clean and quiet room in a hotel that’s located in a safe area of the city.

They also have an in hotel restaurant and bar that I can grab a meal whenever the need arises.

The stay also comes with Manager's reception which basically means free mixed drinks, beer, and wine for 2 hours to help unwind or start up.

I was in a room with a handicap accessible shower.

It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are big enough to fit family and friends.

The room took a long time to cool and it was humid throughout the hotel.

The suites are huge, basically like having 2 hotel rooms, and really give the whole family space to spread out.

Only could imagine the mold building on the baseboards.

According to the front desk staff smoking cigarettes is welcome regardless of the no smoking policy.

Small bad odor bad service overall really bad the odor was terrible system was down , had to wait two hours to check in , I was overcharged , they accommodated me a suite because of the situation , and ended up charging me full price smh 🤦‍♂️

Hilton Laredo is an extremely run down, dirty and smelly Facility.

When I walked into the restroom it smelled so bad in there.

Room smelled little I paid little over $2400.00 for 7 days  the place needs Improvement.

7)  One morning woke up with a headache and an aweful smell in the room.

Couch had some sort of burn mark (looks liked cigarette burn).

The room smelled strange and the water got cut off the second day right after we all went swimming and were suppose to shower n head to my sisters wedding and water was shut off for 2hours and we missed the church.

The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the room smelled terrible, the manager just told us to wait for the next day.

There was a musty odor when I first walked in

Room smell like cigarettes could not get a new room had to walk over to Homewood suites to get a nice clean room.

They charged me for smoking fee and o do not even smoke at this time still disputing charges and it had not been resolved .

The smell was so overwhelming and unpleasant that it is the only thing I associate with this hotel.

The service is very good from the front desk to the cleaning people.

The staff does nothing to facilitate a quite or relaxing environment.

Had an overnight stay in Laredo at the La Quinta Inn near the airport.

It is close to the airport, which is very important to me.

Good service, great cleanliness, good internet, parking, great location near the airport and little far from 83 (stores on 83 always are crowded).

The property is located near the airport and major highways and streets to take you all around Laredo.

This is a great location with easy access in and out, close to airport, numerous restaurants in the area,great value forour money andgood rewards program

There are a few great restaurants in the area as well, and the proximity to the airport is convenient.

I was at La Quinta Laredo Airport for business and had a great stay Front desk welcomed with me with a big smile, my room was extra clean, and breakfast was delicious.

A very enjoyable stay with a evening social hour (snacks) and a complimentary breakfast that had plenty of healthy options.

Service is outstanding, rooms are clean and all aspects meet or exceed expectations.

Also that same night the room next door to mine 133 were playing loud music and singing out loud.

Unfortunately, this otherwise very nice hotel suffers from being across the parking lot from a bar that plays loud music with their doors and patio open until 2 am.

Stayed at this location for a wedding and was woken up with loud banging of the walls with workers yelling “ey guey” across the hall.

The only "downside" to this hotel is that the walls are quite thin, and any door slamming or loud TV, laughter or talk is easily heard.

This time I have to say that they were barking and disturbed staff when I had gone out to a party with friends there.

Early in the morning, two doors down a person bangs on the door so loud it was probably heard down to the second floor.

But a little after 1:00 a.m., I was woken by music blasting from the nightclub behind the hotel.

We requested a room change after the first night, and staff was quick to respond (the adjoining room had some rowdy guests).

A few restaurants very close (walking distance) and less than 5 minutes to airport.

but ice maker did Not work on the 2nd  floor I report it was not fix when i left  ,

Only one of the two doors to our room was a standard door, the door to the kitchen area.

Arrived at noon and was offered one room immediately, and within 30 minutes second room was available.

Also the hallway to and from my room had dried grass and mud and it was wet outside.
