I love this resort, the adult pool is nice, the food is good, and the service is great!

Activities here There are both children's and adults' items.

There are an abundance of swimming pools, one mixed for adults and children, and one for adults only, plus lagoons that wind their way right around the resort.

The adult pool was so relaxing and quiet!

But best of all was the adult pool allowing those unencumbered by children to have a peaceful read, swim & beer.

Also pool areas are nice and clean and we really liked the fact that there is also separated pool area only for adults because we were without kids.

but its also nice for adults (who need a holiday too) to have a little sanctuary where they can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time.

The staff is very attentive and welcoming, the hotel is near the beach and has multiple pools as well for kids and adults.

There are both a family ppol and an adult pool, in addition to the immediate access to the beach (which is soft, clean, and private).

Hotel area is amazing, great services at the adult pool.Quiet and good for relaxing, Khun Yo-yo is an excellent service, always attentive to every single guest who is coming.

The recreational areas were delightful, with attention given to separate children’s and adult swimming pools.

The pool area is huge and got a separate adult pool.

A special mention to Housekeeping of rooms 3205 and 3206, Milk by the adult pool and a lovely lady on the concierge desk who looked after us very well and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thankfully, there was also an adult only pool which was just perfect for us grownups!!

There is an adult pool too which is beautiful with excellent service from the staff setting up your pool beds upon arrival and keeping you hydrated with ice water while you are there.

Sent an request for room suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, what we got was one room with 2 single bed and baby cot.

Our days started at the adult pool for normally around 4 hours the staff at the pool were amazing and always had our Sun beds made up and always ensured we had plenty of ice water given the heat of the days.

There were two pools - family and adult only, which was nice.

I especially enjoyed reading and lounging at the adults only pool.

There are a lot of facilities for children, which is why the hotel also attracts many families with children.

From the moment we checked in, kids were treated to complimentary cotton candy, slushies and ice lollies, All staff would go out of their way to help us which was commendable.

I just check in today in  December 2023, they demand us to pay for additonal payment for my daughter.

The kids club is welcoming and attentive to the children.

My youngest son injured his feet at the pool and Jay from Health and safety team (wearing black polo shirt uniform), he has been excellent provided first aid for my son and he followed up every day to cleaned the wound and changed the bandage  for him.

The kids loved the complimentary popsicles and cotton candy.

The hotel goes well beyond great for handicapped and older guests and also provides a super experience for children.

I come here with my family, have a children, its perfect for all.

There are many swimming and play areas for kids to enjoy

The staff are also wonderful - they remember you and even tracked me down one day to tel me about a kids activity.

The first aid staffs are promply help and be very nice to a little kid with special balloon.

He provide the prompt response and give the useful advice to my my little niece after she got a small incident.

Rojjana offered valuable career advice that she can discuss with her daughter.

My 15 month old daugther loved the free kids club.

There is a lot of outdoor space with various swimming pools that border the ground-floor room terraces.

In the swimming pool area, meet Nong Yo and Nong Off Pool Bar.

The Nong Yo swimming pool area is well maintained.

big swimming pool Clean, staff take good care of you.

The pool feels safe because I know the lifeguards are always keeping a close watch.

The breakfast was over the top amazing and the staff at the pools were very attentive.

The pools are so great with a fantastic lazy river that has little special spots along the way.

The swimming pools are very clean and well attended.

I recommend Nong Yo at swimming pool, he is so nice.

5 pools to choose from, beautiful views of the sea and beach, enough loungers, complimentary ice cream, slushie and various other things, and great hospitality!

First of all I have to praise the staff - from the reception through the restaurants, pool and spa.

- Supportive management to aggressive verbal violation- I was rudely scolded by the rude guest that accused me about jumping the queue for EV charging without evidence and I left my car with the staffs.

If you are not embarrassed by the crowds of locals with children filling the hotel by almost 90-100 percent on weekends, queues for breakfast, noise and din, lack of loyalty to status guests AND lack of hospitality to holders of Russian passports, then you might even like it.

(Usually need to queue and wait for awhile after 9am,

For us it was hard to understand why they gave such a lousy room for the first night…
What I do not appreciate neither is an eye-rolling chef when you do not follow his advise… that happened in the restaurant Amber where you have to queue for breakfast in the mornings because there is obviously not enough staff to clean and prepare the tables…
There is no ice water at the pool-side.

Famous hotel so be prepared for a long queue for checking in and out.

The staff with clipboard managing the queue, merely adds names to the bottom of the list (in my case I was #7 or 8 in queue).

A queue of over 25 people sat outside waiting to get in to eat.

There was no social distancing at all and we have been waiting to be seated for hours ( arriving at 8.30am).

however there are quite a number of queue.

Thing good: 
Room with double Bed so comfortable 

Thing not good:
Long queue for checkin, checkout and breakfast.

Waiting in the queue for breakfast due to social distancing was not as an issue - as the breakfast buffet was out of this world!

The only slight downside is the queue for breakfast, we were OK as we got there at 7am

As the number of tables have been reduced, we still see guests queuing for breakfast at 11 AM.

This hotel should note that it is for family with children only and should expect to queue for one hour for breakfast if you want to eat at 8:00 am, terrible!

Buffet breakfast is served in two locations, unfortunately capacity is not adequate so during the weekend the guests queued at the entrance for almost half an hour.

-  Long queues to get a table for breakfast.

but seats are not enough since many guests need to queue up for breakfast.

On the other hand, for a breakfast buffet room , there is a lot of people and a long queue to wait.

One of the 3 rooms wasn’t ready at 3 pm and by 4 pm I noticed it was still waiting to be serviced (adjoining room).

but it was busier so there usually was some queuing for tables.

Even Nook, our waitress at The Big Fish, was kind to get me an ice pack so I could continue to ice it during my meal.

The Big Fish restaurant has excellent food and the location right at the beach enhances the dining experience.

This is one place where my family really enjoyed relaxing, eating, and taking in the beautiful views.

Various food and there are many options to choose from.

Nice one for one cocktails at the cocktail bar.

The food is incredible with a wide variety of food from the great breakfast buffet, BBQ, Thai traditional food, and a bakery.

I love this place, nice stuff, good food, perfect service.

We stayed in this beautiful resort for a week with my family, and the most special thing about the resort was the staff.

Would like to say personal at marriott that very nice and helpful.Me and my family get the best help ,when we asking for something .We always got the answer.

Breakfast - lots of choice and good quality.

The food is excellent, the chef making eggs at breakfast was particularly attentive and happy to make eggs for our baby who was weaning.

You feel particularly good at the end of the season and at the right breakfast time!

I can't go anywhere as so happy with breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

Its staff are amazing from khun banana and khun jane at vip bar to khun bank at beach bar restaurant the service is the best in thailand,

Made no difference to us as we just loved the wide spread tropical gardens with guests rooms based in comfortable low level cottages.

The gardens in which the hotel is set are beautiful and it gives a real tropical feel.

You can spend days, just investigating the garden.

We stayed 3N in the room with garden view and 2N in the room with Lagoon view.

I took a Deluxe Garden view room which was spacious.

I was booking garden view type so it good bacony bath tub for dinner there are in room dining that tasty pasta served finally i very enjoy for breakfast it many kinda of food thai western japanese etc

The hotel is set in lovely tropical gardens with lots of Thai culture.

I recommend upgrading to a suite room the access to the different pool here makes the difference as it is so quiet and peaceful in comparison to the main pool.

If all you want is sun and to relax by the pool this place is good.

but the pool was so lovely it didn’t matter.

This hotel is good for someone who love natual, there are plenty of plant around the hotel, and the pool is very relax.

This hotel is very nice with a wonderful graden and a great pool area.

Tranquil Ambiance/excellent service/great food/great location, not far from city for those looking to shop or some night action.

although not a relaxing beach the water was still so warm and lovely to walk along.

The hotel complex is marvellously designed to resemble a serene jungle village, with an amazingly beautiful flora of tropical trees and flowers surrounding the stoney pathways and picturesque wooden bridges over lotus marshes connection the various buildings of the compound.

The restaurants and bars worked as it was a relaxing holiday made perfect by the spa experience which is beautifully laid out

but I didn't mind as the hotel itself is peaceful and calm away from the centre of town.

The lagoon pool was still peaceful and relaxing.

Despite being off a six lane highway and amongst urban sprawl the hotel is very relaxing with an enormous and beautifully landscaped pool.
