Breakfast - lots of choice and good quality.

The food is excellent, the chef making eggs at breakfast was particularly attentive and happy to make eggs for our baby who was weaning.

You feel particularly good at the end of the season and at the right breakfast time!

I can't go anywhere as so happy with breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

Its staff are amazing from khun banana and khun jane at vip bar to khun bank at beach bar restaurant the service is the best in thailand,

We bought reception staff ice cram cake from swensons as they are fantastic caring and genuinely nice people , Even the parrot Rocky greets you at check in and he is amazing too

There are 3 main restaurants to eat at plus the breakfast area.

The pool is good, the food, especially breakfast is very good.

Very poor leadership is in place at this establishment.

Sadlly  not wiling to pay 5,100 baht and recieve such poor standard especially as Mr. Henieke himself joined a promotion to say that Anantara was ready to welcome back guests.

Very limited selection, very few warm options apart egg-based options (no curries etc), not much fruit available, very poor selection of salads or antipasti, no smoothies or freshly pressed juice.

Staff unnecessarily told us of why the problem arose (poor communication & handling between third party & marketing/management) -

Service was poor once they obtained info on us not wanting to pay the high prices to dine or drink in the hotel.

Food was poor, cold pizza and pasta and a price of 300 Bart would be too much.

My only slight complaint is that the lighting in the rooms is poor, so again it’s great for a romantic evening in bed,

We did eat at the Rim Ram Thai restaurant one evening, which was very poor quality and quantity was a complete joke.

If it comes all the way from the main kitchen - it's cold and poor quality.

but it was a big deception, our waiter said it's not possible to have a table we requested before and for him it's the same to be on the back as well, service is very poor for a 5 star resort.

Stronger  light would be  appreciated in the bathroom .All Kind of food in the restaurants is fresh and  taste great.Wifi connection is poor.

There is also this guy who brings his horse and just stand in the middle of the beach that is about 20 meters long, so you can not avoid being around poor animal and poop that it produces.

This happened right before our eyes and when the poor staff noticed we saw what he was doing, he sheepishly walked away.

On my birthday (today), the breakfast team surprised me with a cake.

I was very impressed with the food and service very nice with Khun Atom Manager Restaurant at Amber Restaurant, especially breakfast.

Hotel grounds spacious and very good spread for breakfast.

The breakfast was over the top amazing and the staff at the pools were very attentive.

The best of all is the variety of breakfast.

The food is incredible with a wide variety of food from the great breakfast buffet, BBQ, Thai traditional food, and a bakery.

A relatively quiet part of Thailand, the Marriott is centrally located, has lovely pools, amazingly helpful staff, a buffet the equal of any we've ever been to and at least 3 great places to have a drink.

The food in restaurants is very tasty and delicious.

We very much enjoyed our stay in great condition room with great facilities, also with our delicious dinner at Big Fish restaurant.

Always look forward to the breakfast as a really great buffet.

Breakfast was amazing - so many options, you cannot fault it.

The breakfast and dinner are so good with seafood and nice bbq.

- Supportive management to aggressive verbal violation- I was rudely scolded by the rude guest that accused me about jumping the queue for EV charging without evidence and I left my car with the staffs.

If you are not embarrassed by the crowds of locals with children filling the hotel by almost 90-100 percent on weekends, queues for breakfast, noise and din, lack of loyalty to status guests AND lack of hospitality to holders of Russian passports, then you might even like it.

(Usually need to queue and wait for awhile after 9am,

For us it was hard to understand why they gave such a lousy room for the first night…
What I do not appreciate neither is an eye-rolling chef when you do not follow his advise… that happened in the restaurant Amber where you have to queue for breakfast in the mornings because there is obviously not enough staff to clean and prepare the tables…
There is no ice water at the pool-side.

Famous hotel so be prepared for a long queue for checking in and out.

The staff with clipboard managing the queue, merely adds names to the bottom of the list (in my case I was #7 or 8 in queue).

A queue of over 25 people sat outside waiting to get in to eat.

There was no social distancing at all and we have been waiting to be seated for hours ( arriving at 8.30am).

however there are quite a number of queue.

Long queue for checkin, checkout and breakfast.

Waiting in the queue for breakfast due to social distancing was not as an issue - as the breakfast buffet was out of this world!

The only slight downside is the queue for breakfast, we were OK as we got there at 7am

As the number of tables have been reduced, we still see guests queuing for breakfast at 11 AM.

This hotel should note that it is for family with children only and should expect to queue for one hour for breakfast if you want to eat at 8:00 am, terrible!

Buffet breakfast is served in two locations, unfortunately capacity is not adequate so during the weekend the guests queued at the entrance for almost half an hour.

-  Long queues to get a table for breakfast.

but seats are not enough since many guests need to queue up for breakfast.

On the other hand, for a breakfast buffet room , there is a lot of people and a long queue to wait.

One of the 3 rooms wasn’t ready at 3 pm and by 4 pm I noticed it was still waiting to be serviced (adjoining room).

but it was busier so there usually was some queuing for tables.

The breakfast buffet is a full buffet with international variety of foods.

The choice of the breakfast buffet was very extensive and of a very high quality.

The Market restaurant was very good, including a wonderful buffet. The Market team was the best, especially "Jinda."

My personal trip is completed by your service, Thank you so much khun kim (F/O) for the help check in and get information about benefit, and Thank you for khun Lalita,Khun Rungnapa and khun phung The market Restaurant for Assist me from early dinner until this morning breakfast.

The dining outlets served delicious Thai cuisines and their Chinese restaurant had a fantastic view and foods was great too.

Breakfast was something we won’t forget and we also received a tasty welcome drink of lemon ice tea.

The Exec lounge was great, you can get your Continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and then happy hour (5-7) all the staff here were spot on and went out of their way to make it a perfect environment.

Breakfast was a bustling affair with a rich selection of choices.

In the buffet, most of the available dishes are made with pork or pork fat (not halal) and it is not suitable for all tourists in particular Muslims!

Second morning breakfast, a different person provided better service and attention.

3 The breakfast: felt like a busy bus station at first

This also got me access to the executive lounge where I had a free breakfast plus happy hour appetizers and drinks.

Lunch at White Lotus, chinese restaurant on 17th floor with sea view and the food is very delicious.

The breakfast restaurant was always busy with the food run out from time to time.

Meaw a staff who is always ready to help with pleasure and breakfast are great!! !

Unless you prefer an asien breakfast the selection is rather poor and when things run out it can take days to be refilled.

Needless to say, Hilton Hua Hin was far overpriced for the poor service and outdated room.

I find this an evidence for poor management and care for customers.

Everything feels very money saving- lack of toiletries in the rooms, a poor breakfast buffet with lack of choice and cheap options.

The shower is very poor for a quality hotel and the look and feel of the room is very dated.

It’s a shame that I have to write a poor review for a premises that I have been revisiting.

I’m disappointed with poor service-minded front staff (which I dealt with a number of them) who were unhelpful and neglecting.

and make the hotel more like poor impression of a localised version of Hilton.

but the feed was very poor quality, definitely not HD.

but this stay has made up for the poor ones.

but hearing all day and night gets very irritating.

but why make the hallways look like a hospital/clinic; the hallways are also very, very noisy thanks to the materials chosen.

It was luxury to hear the sound of the waves & witness the sunrise.

but no noise from neighbors on either wall.

Took a while for us to realise where the sound was coming from and more time to work out how to turn it down or off.

Rooms old, air con noisy and internet very bad.

however, I ran into a few issues too many (with room extension/lounge access, loud noise/poor soundproofing from neighbours).

This made both areas very noisy and not at all relaxing, which was really disappointing.

breakfast was crazy food all over the floor noise clearing of tables, someone clearing tables with three in heels clear old lady from office helping our is this really helping????

If you are looking for quiet and romance it may depend on your timing.

Other then wondering when I will hear a snap followed by the sirens of ambulance, I just sat there along with a few guests, absorbing the mellow orange of the rising sun.

It was like the water pressure was too low for the cold or hot water to properly mix to a constant degree of warm water.

Unfortunately during my stay there was a noise problem from guests next doors have been drinking all night.

Sadly the new room was not the end of the noise.

and now during the reno it’s well managed and no noise issues.

The room we stayed in was dated and needed maintenance- the power outlet had come off the wall and we could hear the toilet flush and shower in the next room.

It's a total relaxing town not alot of noise music etc.

Staff were sensational, food was delicious and facilities were fantastic.

Mondays at Hagi for the Japanese buffet is excellent with Wagu beef and the best Sashimi I have ever tasted.

We breakfasted most mornings at the main restaurant the service was slick and the lovely lady always remembered the fresh mangoes and English breakfast tea with extra tea bags.

We would like to point out three things: the friendliness from the amazing staff, the delicious food and drinks and the wonderful garden.

but it also has the best breakfast buffet I've ever had.

This was again evident at numerous breakfast times which provided a sense of being under valued.

The breakfast is amazing, you have a huge amount of different types of food to choose from.

Myself experiencing C. the second time - no changes since 2016. very friendly staf, good breakfast, food @ Coast, especially Hagi!

The breakfast itself was superb, as were the other restaurants on the site.

Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice and we ate at the Thai ( excellent) and the Beach bar/ restaurant ( called Coast ) which was also good - particularly at lunch times.

At the breakfast everybody can find a great selection: Western, Thai, Chinese … This was so delicious!

but unfortunately their efforts stand in the shade of the many poor performers trying their best but lacking supervision this unfortunately becomes very clear at the breakfast restaurants every morning where a few staff are trying their very best to get it to work but with a supervisor around things would feel so much relaxed.

The food is not top and the breakfast has a lot of minuses: not much healthy food, poor fruits, a lot of sweet food.

Their TV channel selection is rather poor with respect to English-language channels.

we spent 3 nights in this hotel having made a mistake of booking a poor hotel 2 miles away.

Unfortunately my poor planning had us arriving from Bangkok on a bank holiday weekend and the traffic was bad.

In our room the king size bed was just a few smaller beds pushed together, very poor for a hotel of this price and quality.

We found drinks to be a little expensive, partly caused by the poor exchange rate at the moment

but selling your top rooms at full price with on going building works and then lying about the length of time it will be on going is very poor.

It's a lottery, you can get a good or poor villa.

(Similar thing already happened with another Centara in Chiang Mai awarding points for business) Shocking customer loyalty and very poor management.

Our first impression wasn't too good, as the reception staff did not show us around the hotel (a big area) leaving us to figure out where we should go before our room was ready.Their English was quite poor and difficult to understand.

Slight let down on the club, this seemed to be under staffed at times and when there were staff other than the assistant manager the service was poor.

The smell of the frangipani trees wafted up toward our room daily creating a spa like atmosphere.

When we went to see it the smell was awful.

the four-poster outdoor cabana was full of water and had to be cleaned on arrival as it was mouldy.

The smell in the rooms only disappears after a few days when housekeeping has helped out.

I am cigar smoker and gentlemen smoking cigars are hardly tolerated in front of the Elephant bar while sleeveless shirt and flip flops seem to be ok.

I did not like the room so much, bit outdated with lots of dark wood with strong smell of wood polish

The aircon is too loud to sleep.

Nobody is nice, horrible service, the room smelled like trash and the food was HORRIBLE!

Second reason not five star is that they do not have dedicated wings for none smokers.

Ham: ultra low quality, shining and even somewhat wet certainly because of chemicals.

We had a few problems during our visit, starting with a damp room

Not only were we given a horribly musty room with the wrong configuration, the front desk supervisor showing us our room( Fae) suggested she was giving us an upgrade, when in fact, it was the same category we had booked.

No skewer, no napkin just handed over dripping staff fingers to guests hands. Disgusting!

however thankfully only had for one day didn’t feel it was worth the money you got bed turn down with scent on your pillow, a la Carte breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and pre dinner canopies with 30% discount on drinks.

however every night in the night in our room I got woken up by the smell of sewerage.

Both were delicious and very reasonably priced.

Everything is very good at this resort, good food, breakfast has a decent variety of choices, comfortable rooms, tentative staff.

The breakfast was very yummy and has a variety of options!

Breakfast, dinner at Parca by the beach (one of the hotel restaurants), room service (especially love the idea they have a late night menu till 1.30am.

Breakfast was great with full of varieties.

but the Standard in our view much better value for money.The breakfast at the Standard was great all the staff are extremely helpful and their English is very good.

The food at the beach front venue super delicious.

The restaurants in hotel are very good and the food tastes so delicious.

My walk to breakfast is some I will always remember.
