Negative experiences: there were ants in our kitchen and very loud vantilator in the bathroom which we could not turn off and it was very loud espcially at night.

Cabin style, quarter circle showers, not big enough to even turn around in freely, without bumping your elbows and struggling to comfortably wash yourself.

Our small room didn't have a tub, just a cruise ship style shower in a smallish bathroom.

we stayed there for two nights, the next mornig there was no warm water in the shower.

Thereagain, paying your money for the suite at nearly the rack price and watching the bustours guests enjoying their cheap halfboard vacations at a sixth of your B&B price per day is slightly unnerving.

Positive points: accommodation was fine, the food was great especially dinner (we had breakfast and dinner), it was close to the beach.

Beach near the hotel is suitable for young and couples - nice br with great drinks

The location is close to the beach ( not sure you can call it a beach, as the shore is all concreted),

However, our room was incredible, as was the buffet so we ended up spending the night with some drinks on the balcony overlooking the water.

but red wine is simply vinagar, soft drinks are water with some taste.

Very loud to say the least and wedding guests were running around on our floor, making it impossible to sleep.

I was there as part of a press trip and had only planned to sleep and shower there.

but it was in February where even nature seems to sleep.

It is first class, Personnel is excellent and kind.

We had a really wonderful time at the hotel, the personnel were kind, the food at the buffet was delicious.

The staff at the reception desk is very unhelpful .

But besides that very nice well kept grounds and very nice staff.

Just a tip: if you are coming during summer bring a cooling fan since there is no air conditioning (hopefully there will be next year).

One very big let down was the lack of air con.

Taking the elevator was also torture in the heat conditions without any ventilation and lasting too long!

So another night without air conditioning,

We did not feel tha lack of air conditioning at all.

With the summer heat and no AC, it was not fun to spend 3 days in this place.

However, its only a 20 mins walk along the beautiful beach road.

About 5 minute from private hotel beach ( deck chairs and parasol are aditionaly charged if you need it+ Access to the beach via cca 30 stairs).

The hotel is on the beach with quite few steps away which was not a problem.

After a long drive to Crikvenica and a tiring day on the beach and walking everywhere, we were exhausted and would have loved a good nights sleep,

Magnificent view during the day, nothing notable in the evening, there is not much to see at night.

I cannot describe the  wonderful view of the sea and island Krk,especially when I have stayed on the 6.th floor.

The terrace is so big and the view from it is super for having morning coffe.

Greatest thing about this hotel is amazing sea view from your balcony.

Staff is very kind and supportive, the beach is just 50 ft from your room, reserved for the hotel guests, sea is clear and sunset on Krk island enchanting, to be fully enjoyed from your room balcony.

Reasonable sized room and bathroom, shower only and balcony overlooking the sea, great view.

Hotel is situated very close to the beach which was never too crowded.

The worst part is that they do not know how to cook regular coffee.

It was our first visit to Malinska and Blue Waves Resort and only 7 days were enough to fall in love with this place :)
Thanks to the professional stuff, great and tasteful food - to be honest it was like a mom's cuisine (and more than friendly chefs - Amir and colleagues) we spent an amazing time here and will be back as soon as possible!

Hotel staff was friendly and polite, simpy great hotel for family vacation.

My wife and me enjoyed the possible walkings to the left and right side always cose to the water front with amazing views over the landscape. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and polite, always of helping and sometimes of surprising manner - good surprises we appreciated very much ;-)

We had a nice family vacation here overall, with only the following two major reasons for deducting one star each:

Price - we paid 189 eur per night and this place,

The moment you checked in it really feels your holiday has been set in motion.

There are 2 pool areas with very comfortable beds and lots of parasols and there is a beach area.

The rooms where dirty, there was mould in the corridors, and our view was of a 20-cm children's pool.

Smoking - the hotel claims to be non-smoking

The hotel is a huge maze of corridors and gangways some are badly lit others dity and smelly.

Sausages are definitely the worst trash of "meat" with lot of garlic to mask the taste.

but a few meters up the hill there is a huge parking, it might not be really good marked that you can park, but later once you check-in hotel reception explains to you that you can use it for free.

Daily service on the room and good cleaning, it was really a relaxed week.

The place is gorgeous and really clean and not to mention the staff is extreamly polite.

Beach in front of the hotel with lots of activitiea for kids, excellent food and amazing staff. Kids were especially happy with many swimming pools and one which was mainly for kids with all relevant safety standards (grass around the pool, no edges, kids park etc.)

On the reception desk there were queues since the check-in procedure was somewhat slower than usually.

Nice and modern room, beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, delicious food, very good wellness and kind staff.

The hotel is located in various buildings and is physically separated from the reception and wellness.

Its a family hotel with a beach full of sea urchins (Seeigel) and that says it all.

It is a modern hotel set in a number of blocks leading down to the sea about 35 minute walk from Malinska.

A big room wit sea-side view was just a bonua on the top of everything.

The local village has lots of bars and restaurants to pick from and is only a few steps away.

It is between Selce and Crikvenica and handy place for both resorts and close to some good restaurants and bars.

The property is right in front of the sea, on the coast line and the beach, I mean literally!
