Negative experiences: there were ants in our kitchen and very loud vantilator in the bathroom which we could not turn off and it was very loud espcially at night.

Cabin style, quarter circle showers, not big enough to even turn around in freely, without bumping your elbows and struggling to comfortably wash yourself.

Our small room didn't have a tub, just a cruise ship style shower in a smallish bathroom.

we stayed there for two nights, the next mornig there was no warm water in the shower.

Thereagain, paying your money for the suite at nearly the rack price and watching the bustours guests enjoying their cheap halfboard vacations at a sixth of your B&B price per day is slightly unnerving.

Positive points: accommodation was fine, the food was great especially dinner (we had breakfast and dinner), it was close to the beach.

Malinska is a beautiful village, there are long walking paths along the coast, it is a nice starting point for exploring the island of Krk.

It has invested a lot in the beach and it is really beautiful.

Beach near the hotel is suitable for young and couples - nice br with great drinks

The beach in a few steps away, the food is very tasty.

The location is close to the beach ( not sure you can call it a beach, as the shore is all concreted),

Look for the rooms on the beach side with balcony, there are bigger and cozy (room 124).

It was a great day and a nice ceremony at the beach.

Anyway located just a minute from the beach and 10 minutes from Malinska center.

Beach towells, Deck chairs, sunshade at hotel's Mulino beach are included in the price (book via official hotel page for this advantage).

We visited in September, lovely, clean hotel and well placed for town and beaches.

Beach and the lovely Adriatic Ocean were clean and fit for a "King".

The hotel has its own beach (a minute walk away) with water sport facilities, sun beds, beach bar and a nice restaurant (Mulino - also recommended to visit).

For a small family with children in the range say 5 to 12 an optimal place
there is a sea swimming pool (like what you find on the Gold Coast, OZ) and the children can get life vests and play on the Aqua Gym that is surrounded and protected from the sea.

New addition is right on the beach, like a Lido.

However, our room was incredible, as was the buffet so we ended up spending the night with some drinks on the balcony overlooking the water.

but red wine is simply vinagar, soft drinks are water with some taste.

Food is good both in hotel and in their restaurant Moulin which is 2 minutes away from the hotel.

The staff is so professional and friendly, everything is clean, the food is amazing and We felt spoiled in a good way.

Restaurant looks incredible, very ceremoniously.

Very loud to say the least and wedding guests were running around on our floor, making it impossible to sleep.

I was there as part of a press trip and had only planned to sleep and shower there.

but it was in February where even nature seems to sleep.

Very good hotel with reasonable prices and extremely friendly staff.

It is first class, Personnel is excellent and kind.

The hotel is nice with very friendly staff, location is very good for those, who like nature, walks by the sea.

The staff at the reception desk is very unhelpful .

But besides that very nice well kept grounds and very nice staff.

The Hotel Malin is a largish hotel just uphill from the sea at Malinska, Krk Island.

but rooms are super clean, with nice views.

but you are very very close to the Adriatic  sea fresh water showers and changing place toilet.

Everyone really appreciated the fantastic breakfast and the outdoor deck with the magnificent view of the sea.

Swimming is only possible in the sea and a seawater lagoon.

Great selection of sea food and even better in continental food.

Just a tip: if you are coming during summer bring a cooling fan since there is no air conditioning (hopefully there will be next year).

One very big let down was the lack of air con.

Taking the elevator was also torture in the heat conditions without any ventilation and lasting too long!

So another night without air conditioning,

We did not feel tha lack of air conditioning at all.

With the summer heat and no AC, it was not fun to spend 3 days in this place.

It was advertised that the all inclusive offer includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and some drinks.

Food is good, tasty and enought of choice.

Dinner is very ample and varied - beef, pork, chicken, fish dishes, a few salads, vegetables, fruits, desserts, ice cream(4 kinds), light beer, local white / red wine.

Magnificent view during the day, nothing notable in the evening, there is not much to see at night.

I cannot describe the  wonderful view of the sea and island Krk,especially when I have stayed on the 6.th floor.

There are clean pools or if you prefer beach it is in front of Resort with a path along to the center of Malinska so you can swim, walk or have an early jogging - whatever you find pleasant at your holiday.

Its a family hotel with a beach full of sea urchins (Seeigel) and that says it all.

There was a nice beach just few meters from the hotel where you could see the sunset nicely.

The beach is right in front and there is nice walkway from hotel to  Malinska center .

but we weren't able to drink coffee in the morning (around 8 a.m.).

The worst part is that they do not know how to cook regular coffee.

This hotel was a brilliant pick for our getaway.

We had a nice family vacation here overall, with only the following two major reasons for deducting one star each:

Price - we paid 189 eur per night and this place,

The moment you checked in it really feels your holiday has been set in motion.

Good choice of swimming pools (also heated indoors).

There Are nice outside pools and good wellness.

Hotel pools get big plus from me because of sunbeds.

We had nice time during our stay, hotel has two pools, lagoon is for kids.

There are 2 pool areas with very comfortable beds and lots of parasols and there is a beach area.

Would be great if the indoor pool were larger.

And of course, gazing at the pool directly.

They also have pools (indoor and outdoor as well) for those who prefer it to the sea.

but you will meet smokers at the beach, at the pools and pool bars and also (most irritating) people smoke at their balconies so the smoke gets into your balcony and room.

We were given a wonderful room with an amzing view of the pool and the sea.

It was our first visit to Malinska and Blue Waves Resort and only 7 days were enough to fall in love with this place :)
Thanks to the professional stuff, great and tasteful food - to be honest it was like a mom's cuisine (and more than friendly chefs - Amir and colleagues) we spent an amazing time here and will be back as soon as possible!

but on this resort we found good food all the time!

The breakfast buffet has so many options and I ate well my whole stay not once was I hungry.

Dinner buffet was good, lots of salads and the warm meals were also good.

However the food in the restaurant is just ok - it is edible and varied

Food is self-service, diverse and delicious.

They gave us a coupon for a free snack lunch in the beach bar (terrace bar).

The package was at a very reasonable price and above all we got a coupon for a free lunch (a dish by choice from a la carte menu + drinks included).

Hotel was as described, nice and polite staff, food was great.

The breakfast is good and the dinners too, lots of good quality food
