From Steven the GM to Sara the Front desk manager to executives like Kerry who manages the club lounge to all my friends on the club floor as well as the rest of the familiar faces and friends that I have gained have not only met my expectations

Club lounge Susie, Creamer, Alisa, Bella, Rohit, thanks for my mornning Special Juice and eggs, Thanks to lobby and concierges team Joy, Rose, Vicky, Sky, Carter and Warrior.

But the staff in the club lounge sets it apart.

If you get the opportunity to go to the club lounge you will be looked after by Susie, Creamer, Alisa, Bella and Rohit and they do a fantastic job.

I do like the rooms and when ever you have the chance to stay here , don’t miss the Club Lounge.

One of the best club lounges in China, personalized service from the ladies of the club lounge.

Club lounge is a good place to start and end your day with decent food choices and beverages.

If needed the club lounge is a great place for business meetings.

I stayed in the club lounge area and well worth the price increase.

The evening set up at the Club Lounge is excellent.

As a repeating customer we where upgraded to an executive style suit and allowed to use the Sheraton club lounge.

Especially the club lounge,  every time when I went to club lounge , the staff there made me like in my home, they knew what I like to eat and drink, they always provide the most fast and considerate service.

We particularly like the team at the club lounge especially Mary who will take time off to ask about our stay .

The air condition in room seems not response quickly, so I felt really hot in the room and get cold in the next morning.

Only downfall is the breakfast still needs to be brought up-to international standard 
I was mostly cold ice cold

The bacon was rock hard, all of the hot food not fresh and was stone cold!

I then ordered coffee it was stone cold, I asked for a hot coffee this was also cold, it appeared they where poring the coffee in advance and leaving it on the counter waiting for someone to ask for coffee.

I only chose the meat from the refrigerated area (just sliced and cold).

My colleague and I made up 50% of the diners and the place was cold and uninviting.

rooms are always cold (which is hard to find in China) and clean.

Thanks to the very cold weather, the rooms were cold on arrival - and note that putting the fan on 3 turns it off, fan on 1 is the top setting - watch out!

Alicia, in the executive lounge, is also a cause of great excitement for my sons.

I use the Executive Lounge based on status and they really go over and above to make your visit a good one.

The Executive Lounge on the top floor is run by a very warm and professional team and I was not missing anything there.

I have no doubt that this is the best executive lounge of any hotel that I have stayed.

I am so surprised and satisfied on the service and supplies in the Sheraton Ningbo hotel executive lounge.

This credit has to go to Susie, the manager at the executive lounge, who has led and developed a very smart team.

One thing I found odd was not having the ability to make your own cocktails in the evening, which is standard in most executive lounges,

The executive lounge exclusively for business travelers had a wonderful breakfast with asian and western choices.

The executive lounge on the 30th floor is outstanding.

I recommend upgrading your room so you have access to the executive lounge - the extra service (check in/check out) is nice and the food and view (if you get a clear day) are definitely worth it..  on  a final note - in the past the Sheraton offered free bus service between their Shanghai and Ningbo hotels provided you stay a night in each hotel.. not sure if this service is still offered

so let’s  start with the positive part , the check in staff and the lady who helped me to the breakfast table were  so friendly and nice so really helpful .

For a business travelers, a good executive lounge is very helpful to ease the daily living.

The Lounge staff are exceptionally amazing.

From check in thru checkout; from concierge, to bellhops, to front desk,  to lounge staff, to chambermaids,  all friendly, helpful, cooperative, attentive,  to guests needs in all areas.

It is a fantastic hotel and wonderful staff, particularly the Club Lounge folks who always make me feel at home when I am in Ningbo!

As well the executive lounge staff at the hotel were outstanding.

I’ve just finished half month travel from Hawaii, compared with the poor service in Hawaii SPG hotel, Ningbo Sheraton is like paradise, warm greetings as always, make you feel great every mins, when you step inside the hotel, the doorman of concierge desk, the reception girl & boy, the club lounge ladys, the house keeper, everyone is just perfect, friendly, they make me feel like back home, frogot the jet lag .

Lounge staff were helpful in arranging for train ticket and offering car service to train station.

let me first say that this hotel is a little bit outdated.

aside of this the rooms need refurbishments.

While the Sheraton Ningbo is in much need of a remodel, the staff go over and beyond to make up for the property's short comings and wear.

but the location, and the lack of updates continues to work against it.

The toilets has some outdated equipment and upgrading these will add a huge value.

Unfortunately, it's showing the signs of years of wear and tear and in need of some redecoration and refurbishment.

That the Sheraton (or whoever makes such decisions) believes it totally unnecessary to ever make renovations or at least the occasional decoration / restaurant / menu upgrade is astounding an suggests that the clientele rarely stay there more than two nights in a row and so don't have time to notice how lousy this place has gotten.

although they are undergoing some minor constructions which didn't bother us even a bit.

But that’s it , I was really disappointed in this hotel the lobby is not really a nice welcoming area , there was a strange smell in the corridor to my room and the view from the window of my Deluxe  executive room was awful .

Only down side  (for me) is that they do allow smoking.

This hotel is old -  the hallway has food odor and carpet is very old.

Oh, and don't even bother with smoking or nonsmoking preferences outside your bedroom.

Not sure if the smell was just from the room itself

I had a non smoking room and it had a slight smell.

The huge lobby does get smelly and quite cold in winter, as I think the fumes from outside get in, making the breakfast/buffet dinner area not only cold,

If you want a non smoking room you need to specify this.

Kind staffs and detail service makes me stay Sheraton Ningbo whenever I visit Ningbo.

Since their loss of the wonderful Bella  (who has changed career), their other excellent staff have stepped up and ensured excellent stays for us.

The ladies of the reception Sherry Liu, Trace pan are quite enthusiasm for us when we were checking in the Sheraton in NingBo, both of them gave us quite detail explanation for how to deal with club members issues.

The staff is always kind and supportive for any request and support I need.

Warming team, smile always and considerate kindness make my stays comfortable  and easy like home.

I arrived in that hotel on a different Friday，lived in 2317，a belle named Hannah in concierge office greeted my family，she helped us with our luggage，walked us upstairs，talked to us warmly，she did a very good job.

And, as I notice in some other reviews, Bella at Reception always makes our stay excellent.

The service team of the hotle is very enthusiasm and professional.

I was impressed by excellent service provide by front desk manager Mrs.Rose, very kind & professional to take care of our requirements during our stay.

his knowledgeable introduction makes me finally to extend my scheduled one night stay to three days.

The hotel is very good , clean & the staff is very polite & very cooperative.

Room temperature is very warm and heater is not adjustable even the city temperature gone up to 25c+.

but I assumed it was centrally controlled, luckily there was some AC coming out so I had to sit by the desk to cool down a bit. 3.

The Club InterContinental Staff Member turned temporarily-assigned Front Desk Member Cathy Liu immediately recognized and welcomed us back of the hotel.

He also confirmed about our access to the temporary Club Lounge.

The food in the club lounge is quite OK, and the girls working there are making great efforts to satisfy the guests.

Buffet Breakfast was fantastic and for a quick bite at night the Hotel Restaurant made a great Club Sandwich and Soup

The club lounge is a great escape and Daisy made our stay her concern and attention.

This hotel is a solid establishment which offers one of your best options for service and facilities in a second tier city like Ningbo, 

As a Platinum Ambassador, I was offered an upgrade to a Club suite upon check in - a treat over a busy holiday weekend.

OK, I’ve judged the place by the Club Lounge.

When I checked in I received access to their Club Lounge.

We have stayed at many IHG hotels throughout China and this was the best stay ever at an amazingly low price for club lounge.

Unfortunately the Club Lounge was closed due to the events of the virus and construction.

I told Laura that there will be a possible need for an early check-in due to rain.

Myself, my mother and father booked the One Bedroom Executive Suite with a River View.

The Suite consists of two Executive Rooms.

Executive lounge was very good food and excellent staff member Amanda .

That is in addition many of the great, attentive and friendly Elements breakfast serving staff members.

There are functional TVs and ergonomic friendly desks.

All the staff there are friendly and sweet.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

the staffs are equiped with good english and very friendly, hence it's very convenience to stay

Staff was friendly and very helpful (left a jacket behind and the Concierge did everything to help me get back)

downsides:
It is hard to get something to drink/eat at a late hour.

Hotel is well catered for, staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you, great variety available for breakfast.

Although staff is very friendly, most of them don’t speak good English which gets everything more complicated for a foreigner.

The service & training in staff is very professional and friendly.

Arrived late in the evening and went to check in which was pretty much straight forward, staff spoke good English and when one staff saw me waving a piece of paper around as it was HOT inside, they asked me if I felt hot and they were wearing suits :) Nice friendly bunch at check in.

Staff spoke really good English, were friendly and very solicitous without being overbearing or obsequious.

Those staff members include Lucy Bi, Annie Chen, Ryan Liao and Allen Bao.

That’s what I like about all staff members, humbleness.

Assisting her at the Front Desk was Veegee Li and Manager Charley Zhang.

Mr. Zhang was professional and proficient in English.

On several occasions needed things to be organised by the concierge service and they could not have been more helpful.

Even though he often starts his days extremely early, he was always happy to see me and greeted me as not a guest

Rooms were to a very high standard and the staff in this hotel couldn’t do enough to help and support.

Since language is a barrier the staff ensured the taxi person unspderstood where we wanted to visit.

As an Intercontinental Ambassador Spire Elite member I was upgraded to a suite.

One hostess in particular by the name of Moon was so nice and hospitable that I wanted to mention her name.

everyting is 5stars,clean &nice room,the comfortable bedding,easy   check in&out, nice breakfast and indoor pool.beateful surrounding,being quiet all daytime .the reception and  concierge staff are always helpful and efficient,thanks to Jackman.Lam and Andy.we have  a lot of happy time in Intercontinental Ningbo.looking forward to come back again~

BTW, I stayed at Block A (main building), not sure what Block B of the hotel is.

View not great as there is a lot of building work happening outside currently.

Taken into account that this part of the hotel is not a high rise building and the rooms are the most expensive ones, I had difficulties to understand that the windows are totally filthy with dust.

but thought it was a pretty normal better end hotel - there was nothing special about the location, building or services.

There are two buildings and several lifts.

They even delivered us milk and chinese dessert for supper.

Try the lotus Chinese Restaurant and suspend your Western sensibilities for the evening.

Breakfast was the normal buffet style with a choice of western or Chinese cuisine and was more than adequate for one's needs.

One bonus is that it's opposite a Din Tai Fong (great, clean Chinese food & amazing dumplings).

Breakfast icludes European food as well as Chinese.

Breakfast was superb, All what you could wish for, The Chinese restaurant was excellent and also The 
bar and The swimmingpool were very nice to visit.

Never been treated like Wyndham treated, welcoming with hot towel n tea handed, quick check in processed, another welcome greeted by our floor mate, showed to your room, and then the floor nannie came to attended at your services, night tonic was arranged to serve!

I have never had such wonderful service from a Motel before.Hot towel and a cup of tea on arrival,someone waiting outside your room to help you settle you in.The breakfast was wonderful.Western as well as Chinese food on offer.Bar service was great.

Coffee machine in reception, great bakery with very low prices.

However I was very pleased that they provide warm milk to my room before bed time.

-location: quite central, good.. also airport can be reached within 20 minutes (without big traffic)
-service: One example can show the huge discrepancies within the service: The guy at the lobby was quite friendly when wellcoming us while the lady beneath him looked bored all the time.

I would like to thank Wyndham Grand Royal Plaza staff "Olivia Halim" "Sunny" "Ella" for making my stay an unforgettable experience.

All of this with a language barrier.The staff bent over backwoods to help us.

For this kind of service to happen, the hotel must have a first class and very active manager. The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast (included in our case) very rich (!)

The staff are the nicest bunch you will find i any hotel.

The hotel itself in the most part was excellent, the pavilion lounge and staff were particularly good as was the breakfast buffet, never seen so much choice.

They had a wonderful stay at your hotel and I want to express my sincere gratitude to all your staffs especially Ms. Margaret Yin, who helped them from beginning to the end.

The check-in was handled in a very professional manner and the staff spoke excellent English.
