I love the roof top restaurant and bar, my favourite spot for sure, the gym was very nice, lots of equipments available.

This is one of the cleanest and most luxurious gyms I have ever been to in Vietnam.

I could not recommend this hotel enough with the clean facilities and proximity to the beach which were major pluses, the infinity pool facing the beach was just the cherry on top!

Sheraton in nha trang is a very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were clean and nice and the pool was also very nice.

but it was still wonderful to have a room ready at 10am as we had 2 kids travelling with us so they could take more time to rest before lunch and explore the hotel facilities.

Third, the facilities including the large swimming pool, well equipped gym and sauna which must try!

The swimming pool was a big hit with my son.

Incredibly poor stay at Sheraton Nha Trang.

After staying on Vinpearl island and leaving early due to it being very poor (the hotel, not the island itself), we decided to check in to the Sheraton to salvage what was left of our holiday and to our delight the hotel was everything we had hoped we were gonna get at Vinpearl.

Overall, staff lacks professionalism, very poor management from rooms to restaurant ( have to tell housekeeping everyday to give us extra towels for example, things that should be noted from the first day, dirty glass and plates still left behind after room was cleaned).

But overall my experience was poor, it was unfortunate the GM was not there to make things right.

The trouble is that Ever Blue offers poor service at eye-watering prices, unknown in other holiday destinations in Vietnam.

The weather was poor and so we didn't get to see much of Nha Trang,

The rooms were very disappointing, very dated, small and musty.

I was disappointed a lot because of the smell of cigarettes in the room that was first introduced.

When we arrived the room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, the floor was filthy and there was stains all over the place.

Both mine and a colleague’s room stank badly of humidity.

Massages staff unfriendly, me friend had skin burns.

I was then escorted back downstairs to the counter to be told that a mistake was made in putting me in that room because they needed to investigate a smell in there.

Our room often had a slightly musty smell?

The hotel is at a very prime, convenient location that is completely safe to walk around at night.

I was able to walk right outside and begin a morning run along the beach.

Well located in Nha Trang and short walk to the beach.

To Vincom plaza1, it takes around 7 minutes by walk.

Our room was amazing on the 15th floor with a walk in shower and spa , separate living area and walk in closet.

It is also a short walk from the bus stop you could take from the airport (we took a Grab on the way home).

Upon check-in we were walked to the club lounge area where benefits and details were taken care of.

There are many restaurants along the main road - walk a bit more to the explore and you won’t be disappointed .

After travelling around Vietnam for 9 days in and out of boats, tour buses, mopeds and walking.

We dinned twice at Lanterns, about a 20 min walk away or a 3 min taxi ride.

Po Nagar towers, Long Son Pagoda and the Cathedral were all within walking distance as I like to walk.

Beach in Nha Trang is  long, a wonderful place to walk.

If you walk in either direction down the beach there were plenty of restaurants.

but they are local Viet food I guess only local people know the food, learning some new stuffs every morning you walked in there. Beside the food I think one of their managers randomly come to the breakfast place to meet and greet with (some of?)

The location is fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, with their private part of the beach obviously across the street.

The staff at check in were great, the restaurant staff fabulous and we really appreciated the concierge walking across the road to the beach.

but they do have the option of beds across the road on the beach.

the beach across the street, Sailing Club is across the street and 3 blocks to the right, the mall is 3-4 blocks to the right, Large Night Bazaar is 3-blocks to the left, and unlimited local cuisine, spas, massages, convenient stores and practically everything else is within two blocks behind the hotel.

but with the beach across the road, no issue.

The beach is across the street, the local shops and places to eat everywhere around you, transportation everywhere, perfect place to stay!

The beach was just across the road  and the beach-side service was good too.

We also indulged in the spa treatments which just topped off our 4 days in Na Trang , I really recommend this Hotel if staying in Na trang it’s directly across the road from the beach and in such a central location to shops and restaurants, the room was very spacious ,well maintained and super clean with a basket of fruit and the little extra touches it made our stay very special

Just Recently spent four great nights here at Novotel, had a great time as this property is located beachfront on a fantastic oceanfront beach.

but the pool area looks okay although not big enough to do laps but the sea / beach was just a mere stone's throw away, anyways.

As a Platinum Accor member I was upgraded to a lovely suite with terrific beach views and a courtesy airport shuttle.

Rooms have a balcony and ours had a lovely view of the beach.

From the warm  greeting at reception, to the spaciious room with a balcony view over the beach,  relaxing spa, bountiful breakfast, extra-helpful concierge, well - what else is there to say.

Room was well prepared with an amazing view of the beach.

After an impressing welcome we are now enjoying a room on the 9th floor with view on the beach and part of the city.

The hotel is in a good location, facing the beach and sea.

We stayed for 3 nights( wish we had more time) We has a room with a beautiful view of the beach, it was just lovely sitting in the balcony watching everyone doing their morning exercises.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

• because of the street, the balcony can get pretty noisy with traffic.

however, should we return, I doubt we’ll select the Novotel, the beach was just far too cramped and noisy, we’d probably select one of the hotel’s competitors,  Intercontinental, Sheraton, (further up the beach, and much more quieter) 
It’s a shame the beach environment directly opposite the hotel; let the brand name Novotel down that said, it’s a “public” beach, thus, cramped and very noisy.

but it’s not the hotel, Nha Trang is a very noisy city these days.

Both went above and beyond to help when one of our bags did not arrive on the plane.

Only one thing have to mention that the building construction near the hotel is quite noisy especially in the morning.

During the first night we had some problems with noise coming form outside, some festival preparations, which wasn't any responsibility of the hotel, and quickly its front office manager and its GM Mr Remi Faubel apologised us and offered us an upgrade of the room.

but enough to train on the vacation
-Pool - not a sunny side, so as a result - not very warm water, but no people inside :)
-Beach - right in front of the hotel, couple of times even staff member helped to cross the street to get there)) the traffic is crazy in Vietnam.

but we did have breakfast here and as per normal there is a vast choice that would suit most
My only complaint, you could hear the guest next door and some of the traffic noise, that aside a very comfortable stay.

It's a noisy hotel due to guests,  children running up and down corridors from about 6am,  doors slamming,  parents shrieking at each other in halls.

During a full body massage, the staff were listening to music in their headphones which I could hear and were on their phones.

You should be aware that the walk to the beach involves crossing a VERY busy road and you have to get used to walking out into the traffic, which then goes around you

but it's always in the shade & the noise from the road & the building sites on either side makes it almost unusable.

When u open the door its back to reality extrem traffic 24 hours and noise from construction.

TIP: try to get a room on a high floor as the streets are noisy.

but still could hear the traffic well more than I need to.

Once I arrived in Singapore I realised I left my expensive Bose noise cancelling headphone in my room.

The pool is very small with only 6 or 8 day beds so get in early

but is more like a business hotel,  tiny pool which was chaos when tribes of kids descended on it,  expect kids to have fun,  but also expect some consideration and parental control.

(2) The pool area was a big disappointment  - a tiny little pool, a few chairs, no service to speak of, nobody came to put towels or to help us, not to mention there is next to no space.

Swimming pool is tiny, bleak and an after thought.

The pool is small for the size of the hotel and on the occasion we did go to use it there was no space available and it was full of children with their inflatables so we didn't bother.

The gym has very high class equipment and weights that is sure to please any gym enthusiast and sauna also a spa for luxurious treatments

but regardless of where I stay i will always use the spa at Novotel.

There is a lovely cool pool to relax and a spa.

There is a well equipped gym, an open air pool and a spa.
