There are nice touches like coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings, and iced water and iced tea with cookies in the afternoon.

Nice hotel, great staff, comfortable and very clean room (but we had to turn off the air conditioning because of the noise) Pleasant touch of delicious cookies in the lobby upon arrival and freshly brewed coffee in the lobby the next morning.

The lobby offered enough space for us to enjoy a meal in the common area, with complimentary tea, coffee and cookies available.

Wifey also loved the cranberry oatmeal cookies in the lobby every afternoon,

However, everyday there is coffee and tea available in the mornings and cookies with iced tea or iced water with lemon.

I stayed here for the second half of a trip recently and regretted it. Although the staff was very friendly and it had all the typical Hilton lobby add-ons (Water, cookies, snacks, etc.)

However, the hotel has cookies in the evening :).

Water and lemonade and cookies at reception at arrival has been nice hotel complement, as well as free coffee in the morning for all, even if breakfast has not been ordered.

On arrival there was a large holding amount that we had to pay in case we wanted anything charged to the room (for the three of us we had to pay £300) this might be in some small print somewhere,

Yet another property where it is difficult to use the food and beverage credit and bathroom not having a walk in shower the only drawbacks (unless you want a view from your room, which you won't get here).

Now they only give us diamond members $10 credit or points-not both.

Another employee finally came up an hour later and was able to verify that the card numbers weren’t matching because apply pay has a different ending than the actual card.

You can only access the elevator (when it actually works) to the floor that your room is on with your card key.

but my agent denied to give me that my agent told me hotel is ready to give  17 - 22 June 2022 $10 and 30 Jun - 02 Jul 2022 $20 USD and on TOP of that 02 July 2022 USD$ 593 deducted from my Card which is still unbilled and without informing they had deducted.

Should have received $40 in credit for breakfast/food for the 2 nights.

One thing that they did do was forgot to give me credit my last two nights that I was supposed to have as a diamond member.

For instance whether or not there was breakfast, and in my case I was due a $10 shop/restaurant credit

They charged us 10$ a day of the beverage credit usage (new to diamond customers instead of breakfast) because the second guest was „not registrated in room“.

Yes, the other reviews I had read are (somewhat) correct:  the rooms are pretty small and the complimentary breakfast (I am Gold with Hilton so the breakfast was complimentary; I think for non-Gold, non-Diamond Hilton members there is a $5 charge) is limited.

Charged me late check out after granting me my given amenity.

Well this Hilton never informed me I’d be charged $75 for checking out 30 minutes late for oversleeping.

Front desk over charged by 2 nights after check out and receipt was not emailed as promised.

The first night they had a birthday card signed by all the staff, a bottle of Prosecco and a chocolate bar waiting in my room for me!

The driver did not take a credit card as is required by the transportation department and he charged me 75 dollars plus a tip.

This is better than most of the numerous franchised lower-end brands that have sprung up all over Midtown over the last few years, especially in terms of room quality and staff friendliness. However, don't go for the breakfast buffet - not only is it a bizarre system of singing when you come in with a voucher (aka a hotel business card!)

Both the Green and Yellow lines are closed by and Korean-town with plenty of 24 hours restaurants are within two blocks.

Located around many attractions including really good food places (Korea town, Madison sq garden, east river front) , this hotel also offer good value and a friendly staff.

Walking distance to the Empire State building, pharmacies, Korea town and many attractions.

5 min walk to Korea Town for good restaurants, nice cafe is right in front of hotel.

The bona-fide Koreatown is a couple blocks away.

Great location near Korea Town with 33rd Street Subway station just around the corner.

The location was ideal, and I really liked that we bordered Koreatown and had access to delicious food.

The room was cleaned everyday we stayed here, the location is safe and the #6 subway station is just around the corner, very close to Macy's, Empire State, and Korea Town.

Short walk to GCS and a couple blocks from Korean town/Herald Square.

Location wise, it’s right next to a subway station where the #6 line stops and also close to the Empire State Building and Korea Town.

Most of the restaurants in Korean town are 24 hours.

Hotel is between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue, 2 minutes away from Empire State Building, shopping district and Korean town.

Horrible, rooms are tiny absolutely no sitting area except for one chair and desk chair and cant barely walk past the desk chair when at desk.

While the room was small and didn't have a great view, it seemed standard for a hotel in NYC, and we weren't there to spend a lot of time in our hotel and look at the city through a window anyway.

The rooms are very small and cramped with uncomfortable beds.

Our room was small even by NYC standards and worn, with dated, drab decor and a very small (12” deep) dresser with broken drawers.

While yes, the rooms are small (um, what do you expect in Midtown Manhattan?!

If you take the train into town, it's just a quick walk to/from Penn Station and while we didn't partake in breakfast, there are so many great spots nearby, that wasn't an issue.

The location is topnotch because the train is nearby and you can walk north or south quite easily from here.

The subway is just block so away for the 6 train.

Location-wise too, the hotel is in a fantastic place as the 6 train stop is 2 minutes away and there are a lot of food options nearby.

Prime location- close to many great restaurants, theaters, shopping centers, Time Square, Empire State Building, & train stations!

The 6 train subway station is right nearby too.

Location was great beside trains and subways and walking distance to lots of sites.

This hotel has an excellent location when taking the train from Penn station.

I parked in Jersey City beside the PATH station, hopped a train and in a few minutes, I jumped off at 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue, two blocks from this hotel.

Also, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant is on the corner as well as the 6 train subway station.

but comfortable room for a couple/ It was a perfect location for walking to midtown sites or hopping on the subway to get on the 6 trains.

Easy access to the 4, 5, 6 train and a very quiet neighborhood.

The location is excellent for subway service; a train entrance is located about 100 feet from the front door.

The hotel is located directly across from the #6 subway line, which was super convenient for trips all throughout Manhattan.

I have every intention of booking a room at this hotel for our next trip to NYC!

but met our needs for a quick weekend trip.

Although there were a few hiccups with the trip, EVERY person that I encountered or interacted with at Hilton Garden Inn was amazing.

The Midtown Park Ave Hilton Garden Inn ticked all the boxes for my recent business trip.

The HGI NYC Midtown/Park Ave was a great location for the purpose of my work trip and very comfortable.

Have stayed at other hotels with larger rooms and will choose one of those next trip.

A good base to use, and it has a subway 33rd street beside it for trips downtown or the upper east side.

If you want to have fun in the big apple, choose wisely because you never want your trip got ruined by Hilston hotel.

My brother and I were on a leisure trip for our 59th birthday.

I stayed at this property over a weekend in late January 2019, at the end of a business trip.

Half way through our stay and found the hotel one of the best we've stayed in on our many trips to New York.We booked corner room 531,very decent size, clean, warm and comfortable bed , central location, close to all ameneties.

On this trip I did experience a couple of issues which I raised with the manager Jon, and to be honest he handled the whole situation with utmost professionalism and ultimately made me feel like a welcomed guest.

We have stayed here twice now on trips to the city in early December.

First and foremost Krystin Gimpel and the team did a GREAT job helping me surprise my son for his 17th birthday (we flew in from Asheville, NC) .

The hotel is located right behind the WTC site so a bit hard to find and GPS may direct you to the wrong side of the construction down there.

Honestly, I preferred the area when it was still a mammoth construction site and you had to walk  ten blocks out of your way to get one block away.

Dont be put off by the nearby WTC construction sites, the rooms are well insulated and I heard nothing.

My only issue was all of the construction clise to the hotel

but due to construction work right below the window, it was not easy sleeping past 6 AM.

however, there is construction noise on at least two sides of the building which starts around 4:00am.

The aformentioned construction sites would get to work pretty early in the morning,

PROS: price, location, service, view of 9/11 Memorial, overall room layout (superior room with kitchenette), wifi throughout entire hotel without having to enter a password
CONS: construction (prepare for beeping, drilling, and yelling that starts at 6 am), kitchenette = fridge + microwave, awful mattress and pillows (would have been just as comfortable on the floor), thin walls (I got to wake up with the neighbor's crying baby every couple of hours)

Rather noisy, as there is a construction going on right next to the building.

That said, cab/Uber drivers won't find the hotel as it's on a street that's blocked by construction and doesn't seem to be well known.

Many streets are closed for construction.

There were a lot of construction when we were there in May.

The road is blocked off due to construction so you would naturally turn right and miss it.

After a little difficulty locating the property (as it is among the massive and on-going construction zone around the Freedom Tower and you must head the wrong way for a short distance down what appears to be a one-way street to get there), we were very pleased with the service, our rooms and the location.

As expected because of its location, there is some construction activity taking place near the hotel.

Next to the 9/11 memorial and despite the ongoing construction in the area the views are spectacular, esp.

Stayed in room 201, room was small and not like any photos on hotel websites, bathroom door didn't open as it hit the bed, very little room at foot of the bed to walk around, only window was tiny and 7 feet off the ground and was horrible smell when you opened it, air con was bad didn't do much, no bedside light, headboard broken, light above bed broken, really crap room and hotel is so overpriced.

I did not find the room to be too small, which surprised me for NY.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the rooms are small.

Amenities surpass all expectations from free snacks to refreshments throughout the day.

They have snacks when you come back for the day.

The complimentary snack bar and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch .

Service was great - loved the happy hour from 5 - 6 and snacks available in the lobby all day.

The room was clean, the snacks and 5 o'clock wine hour are amazing.

but there is a free coffee machine in reception with fruit available breakfast and snacks at lunch with is a fantastic idea given the costs in USA and our poor exchange rate,

They also provide wine at 5pm in the lobby snack bar every day, we did not taste it

The room is nicely appointed, a good size, comes with nice toiletries, a yoga mat, comfy bed, bottled water in the hall, free snacks all day (Reese’s pieces, wasabi peas, sunflower seeds, fruit, drinks) and free wine 5-6pm.

Loved the complimentary soft drinks, snacks and wine happy hour.

The wine and snacks each day were a very nice added bonus.

For our trip we needed a downtown location for 4 nights and this hotel part of the City Quarters chain did not disappoint, it’s location is opposite one WTC and close to a number of subway stops, restaurants, a convenience store and the Oculus shopping mall.

This hotel is within walking distance to ground zero, 9/11 Memorial and the Oculus.

Great location near One World Trade the Oculus and Canal street.

And of course WTC, Westfield and the Oculus.

Hotel is right across from the 9/11 Memorial and two minute walk from the Oculus in which you can catch several trains to go uptown.

The hotel is within walking distance to the 911 memorial, the Oculus, Battery park, the world center, the mall and subways.

This hotel is right next to the ground zero monument and is only a short walk from the Oculus with easy subway access.

The room had views of the Hudson river, World financial centers, Freedom Tower, 2, 3, 4WTC, liberty park, 9/11 memorial, and the oculus.

And right next door to the Ground Zero monument and the Oculus.

The hotel is located near the Oculus , 9/11 Memorial fountains and walking distance to Battery Park.

You are steps from lots of things in Tribeca and near to the Oculus which has subway options, eateries and shoppes within its structure.

Main attractions nearby are the Wall Street, Battery Park, the Oculus, the Brooklyn Bridge, shopping (Century 21 mall?

It was the most favorite part of my trip!

I had an impromptu New York City trip when my flights got cancelled and I couldn’t get back home for 3 days.

We loved quieter area, Eataly restaurant right opposite building, easy walking to Brooklyn bridge, Battery park, Wall Street.. 
We already booked this hotel again for our June trip.

We're back from our trip now and World Center Hotel is fighting us on the refund.

The staff at this hotel have done everything possible to make my parents trip to New York the best it could be.

We stayed here for several nights as part of a family trip to NYC.

One of our daughters was running in the NYC Marathon.It was my first visit to NYC.We wanted to stay in the Financial District for the first leg of trip.

This was a business trip and the location was great for the financial district.

Look forward to staying here again on our next trip to NYC!

NY’ers stayed three days for a “tourist in our own town” trip and highly recommend this hotel which is across the street from WTC.

If you are planning a trip to lower Manhattan with EASY access to anywhere in the area, you CAN'T go wrong with World Center Hotel/Club Quarters.

My husband and  have stayed here the last 3 trips to NYC and we continue to return because the rooms are clean the staff is wonderful especially Stephanie and the location is perfect.

She made sure that my return trip in August with my ten year old son (for his birthday) will be more than memorable as she reserved the perfect room for us!

I stayed 4 nights on a business trip and was very satisfied.

If you have a room with a view it is spectacular and everyone should make the trip to the 20th floor to see the view from the restaurant.

Hotel overlooks part of the World Trade Center site and is about a 5-minute walk to the subway.

We had a room with an amazing view down on the World Trade Center Memorial.

Phenomenal outdoor terrace on 20th floor with breathtaking views of World Trade Center and Hudson river.

I booked a suite on the 10th floor and we had a beautiful view of the World Trade Center & the 9/11 memorial.

I paid to stay here because my husband wanted to see the World Trade Center area.

The best part was the incredible view of the world trade center right across the street!

The triple Room with view to World Trade Center Memorial was very nice and very quite.

The hotel was clean and VERY close to all the World Trade Center attractions.

Spotless and in a great location--beautiful views of World Trade Center Memorial and short walk to subway stations.

• Location: Conveniently located around the corner of Oculus subway station (and bunch of others)
• Tourist attractions close by: Next to liberty park, 9/11 memorial, one World Trade Center, 5 mins walk from battery park, 10 mins away from ferries to staten island (free) and Ellis island/statue of liberty (with fee), 15 mins away from Wall St. and Bowling Green
• Shopping: century 21 is around the corner and plenty of shops for souvenirs are located around too.

It is located close to World trade center.

We were a group of 5 with two rooms, one room on 10th floor which looked right on to the 9/11 Memorial which was surreal and the other room on 16th floor which had another great view onto the World Trade Center, rooms were spotless, facilities great ie Gym and roof terrace.

The hotel is very close to the World Trade Center.

The 20th fllor terrace is perfect for an evening cocktail and the view of one world trade center is fabulous! !

It was five minutes from the awesome World Trade Center Memorial Museum (set aside at least 4 hours) and the new Oculus transportation hub and two malls - Westfield and Brookfield.
