Club lounge is gorgeous and chefs are amazing.

I checked in late this morning into a corner, quiet, beautiful room, went down to the club lounge and must say that this one is by far the best club lounge in the Ritz chain.

She was more than professional, provided all the details about the property, and helped us solve an access issue to the Club Lounge.

Just love this place, Club Lounge is my favourite amazing food, opulent, Lazar makes this place in my opinion, just a good all round New Yorker who makes such an effort with everyone making it a fun experience.

The club lounge was by far my best lounge experience ever.

The Club Lounge on the second floor is fantastic.

but looked into the club lounge and determined to use the club level certificate on our next visit as the lounge looked comfortable and well stocked.

The club lounge is well stocked and worth every penny.

The club lounge had a beautiful view & the service was also amazing.

Most importantly some problems we had with the service at the recently renovated Club Lounge were very effectively addressed by Winfred Van Workum, the GM of the hotel.

I've been to many many Ritz Club lounges throughout the USA and overseas and everyone I've been to has offered 2 or more hot items.

Even upgraded us to access to the club lounge for the weekend ( which if you stay here is a must) .

The club lounge is fantastic with great food and whatever you want to drink all there.

In mid-May 2018, we will begin our re-imagination of our Club Lounge, La Prairie Spa, and lobby lounge. The exciting transformation is slated to be completed by September 1, 2018."

Found the location to be spot on, and enjoyed a few days at the club lounge.

Security initially could not do enough and we were given access to Club Lounge as we needed to hang around the hotel more than we wanted to to help with investing the incident.

From the bell service securing the curtesy car, to the club lounge making gluten free dishes for my wife.

For the price it is charging, we can find much better hotels else.

but we didnt get the initial interaction we expected for what we paid.

Make sure you really want to pay for the view because most people are out of the hotel except to sleep.

Drink prices in the lobby bar were a little outrageous.

The price of basic food for room service and breakfast is bordering on robbery.

Very expensive with no included amenities.

I am sorry to say that our stay at the Ritz Carlton was not worth what we paid for it.

but unless I wanted to pay an additional $420 a night for concierge level (that is on top of the $1000 per night price tag) I was not the guest this Ritz catered too.

This hotel in particular has a terrible price to value proposition.

The restaurant bar area is a complete rip off—how can you charge circa$40 for a croque monsieur—its 3 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham and melted cheese—how in gods name can you charge that?!!

Shocking food and even worst service topped off with simply crazy pricing--AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! !

I  say don’t waste your money on this very expensive hotel.

Extremely overpriced ($1K/night), unfriendly waiters and staff (I invited my best friend from childhood into the sole common area of the hotel and because he had a Sweetgreen salad, we were asked to leave and not allowed to eat).

It would cost something to them… Dare you ask for something!

The food and drinks was just okay on the extremely overpriced restaurant.

but the prices in America now are eye watering.

Only issue is when doorman tried to get us an expensive car as opposed to a taxi ir suggesting a. Uber.

Not for the prices, the service and the general sloppy feel.

However, we were disappointed with the overall experience considering the price point, especially as compared to other 5 star hotels in NYC.

The staff provided consistent, high quality service.

excellent in all categories of service and quality.

The quality of service, is the very best.

The hotel and service was everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton.

I can honestly say there is nothing we could have complained about during our afternoon there, it is a beautiful hotel, the service and standards were extremely high and we were very much looked after.

As always the Ritz Carlton met the level of service and quality they are known for.

although the Central Park South location sets the standard for service, quality, location and amenities.

but you couldn't fault the service and quality.

The hotel ambience, rooms,and service was everything you would expect from a ritz Carlton hotel.

12th floor very quiet, excellent service as you would expect. perfect.

In the four years that my soon to be wife and I have been together and frequenting NYC, we have never had the quality of service, the quality of accommodations and the quality of overall experience as we just did at The Ritz Carlton Central Park.

Service was right on par with The Ritz-Carlton.

We thought, let's stay at the 70k point a night place, because honestly, I have had romanced views of this property since I was young, the location can't be beat, and you chose a brand location because you expect to get the same service at every location.

We found service to be what you expect , outstanding!

For the steep prices of the Ritz Carlton, the service would be acceptable at a low tier marriott, not when you're paying a thousand dollars a night.

The level of service is exactly what you would expect from a Ritz.

The 2 stars are for the staff in the restaurant and concierge who were kind and friendly!

In fact, I believe he would be  one to guide the rest of the front office and restaurant  staff in how to offer outstanding service and sincere service excellence.

On the upside, the concierge, doormen and room service was fabulous.

The lobby bar is really nice with a good staff, the room service staff is efficient and friendly and the same can be said for the housekeeping staff.

Check-in, concierge, and room service were all very kind.

We even got last minute reservations to amazing restaurants via the concierge.

The room service gentleman was so accommodating to our needs as was the Spa staff.

Despite us being locals the concierge provided several personalized dining recommendations, didn’t feel off the shelf or tourist-trappy.

The rooms are very nice, a lot of marble in the bathrooms, great bedding, room service and the staff is very pleasant.

The bellmen are prompt, helpful, and friendly; the front desk staff is totally professional and always anticipates my needs; the concierges are first-class; the Club Lounge personnel provide the utmost in service; the La Prairie spa front desk staff and providers are all outstanding; the in-room dining folks (and selections) exceed my experiences at all other hotels; the housekeeping staff is top-notch (twice daily); and the managers who are often circulating in the public areas are not only perceptive

He was able to get us a reservation at a popular Italian restaurant and he found a very special and rare kind of whiskey we were looking for to celebrate a 60th birthday in our party.

We have enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar and have appreciated the help of the Concierge for dinner suggestions.

Lobby staff and food were so nice and a wonderful part of our trip..  

Good and bad.. certainly not our favorite and certainly not terrible..

The club level has amazing food and staff.

We saw the fireworks above Central Park from our room at midnight on New Year’s Eve, and room service was kind enough to prepare our can of black eyed peas!

There were just too many positive things to list and all these great things involved various staff (bellman, housekeeping, room service, concierge, restaurant staff, spa, gym, etc.).

From bell/door staff like Kermit to Cassity in Guest Services, and all the others we come in contact with at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and concierge, there seems to be a commitment to being "the" best.

Even the spa department took part in celebrating her birthday.

The property has an on-site restaurant (Auden Bistro and Bar), afternoon tea (in the Star Lounge), a La Prairie Spa, fitness center, and small sundry shop, in addition to club level accommodations that enjoy a separate private lounge.

LaPrairie spa re-opened after completing a beautiful remodel and has several services to choose from.

Had a facial at the Spa and it was wonderful!

While we were there it was freezing cold, so we spent an entire day in the room and the spa (very nice,

the good side was the proximity to the metro and the lower Manhattan areas including the wall street and 911 areas.

I was in the city to meet friends in Brooklyn, Lower Manhattan and the location was perfect.

The Four Seasons Downtown NY is an exquisite hotel property that puts you in close proximity to all that is new and exciting in lower Manhattan.

The rooms were incredibly spacious for lower Manhattan and the furnishings were really comfortable and stylish.

In early November I had the pleasure to stay in the new Four Seasons in lower Manhattan.

Easy access to financial district, Tribeca and other lower Manhattan locations.

The Four Seasons Downtown hotel is a very stylish hotel in an excellent lower Manhattan location.

It is in the heart of Lower Manhattan just a couple of blocks from WTC.

Small things, like housekeeping tidying up phone charging cables and showing us how to stream our phones through the TV made the stay more memorable.

And pretty much everything was, especially the custom lettuce and olive salad with salmon that room service delivered to me when I arrived to get on video calls in my room, desperately hungry.

I would like to warn you that if you leave a small item behind like a airpod or similar it will never be found and the hotel management will call the guest a liar than admit their mistake.

Also if the do not disturb is on all day, ring the phone!

I used the phone in the elevator lobby to get a staff to come to my room to open my door for me.

but every day we had a glass missing or a coffee cup missing and we had to call for one every time!

She was mortified and called me and whilst on an aeroplane I had to call the hotel and sort out what should never have been an issue.

What made me not experience that Four Seasons touch was that the doormen in the front of the hotel were playing with their phones and didn’t even open the door for some people.

During my stay, my calls to the front desk sometimes got transferred to the operator because the front desk was too busy.

No one ever did so I had to call the next morning.

but a few suggestion for improvement is that the check in desk is a bit cold and that the concierge service should be more dedicated to particular individuals and not to anyone that answers the phone as you could tell that they were not all experts in this.

For breakfast I decided to order food from a nearby diner over GrubHub, and while I was waiting for the delivery call to come downstairs to pick up my food, the concierge brought it to my room!

She said she was going to follow up on the situation and call in 15 min and again no call back.

Had to call to get things fixed - eg. lights in the bathroom, ipad wasnt working, phone not working, nespresso not even plugged in, no turn down service, hair on the towels - if you come across an employee named Laura she is very rude & condescending (where do they hire these ppl??)

Second, some kind of emergency alarm rang repeatedly, all night long.

Our room keys did not work, the service bar was not stocked and the phone in the room did not work.

but the product simply does not match the price here.

At $1,500 per night it is a total rip off.

It's the little things that make it first-rate and also very expensive.

however they refused to pay for courier charges to Houston after i spent over $3000 for two nights at their establishment, lost my airpods and also called a liar.

The only thing this four seasons is the same as others i visited, is a cost.

Lacked follow up and just not the type of experience you expect from the premium you are paying.

I probably wouldn't stay here if my sole purpose was to see Broadway shows or see museums because that is all too far away and would cost a lot in taxis and ubers.

You can go to a less expensive hotel eat at a 4star restaurant and see a Broadway show for less than it costs to spend one night at this hotel.

But what else would you expect as this is New York and space is expensive.

Staff is waiting to serve, which makes the high price a little less painful.

Service  is VERY expensive with many add on costs added to already expensive food.

If it hadn't been my business paying the bill I wouldn't have stayed here as it is eye wateringly expensive.

Disappointing; four seasons just not doing a great job anymore for the price charged.

All the service you expect from housekeeping was on point.

Quality of service is always in the details and this hotel definitely resembles this.

Service is what you come to expect at a FS - staff remembers your name and goes out of their way to ensure your comfort.

And the spa staff (particuarly at the front desk) are great: that’s where we experienced the Four Seasons standard of service that we’re used to.

Their pool and fitness area with spa was clean, kind staff, and very relaxing.

We checked out the next day, not before we 
enjoyed their magnificent spa, which is, in our mind, the only good amenity of this hotel.

Comfortable room, superb bathroom appointments and the steam and pool to relax.

The rooms are really spacious, stylish and luxurious and the spa facilities were great (although I would have loved a Jacuzzi!).

Special thanks to Katora and the spa manager, both very friendly and very eager to help.

They also have a nice spa which is the perfect place to relax after a 10 hours flight.

I even went to the hotel spa for a gel manicure and pedicure.

We love the spa and the pool and Leon and the team!

I feel warmly welcomed always and her pedicures are ever lasting.

I caught a flu and was frequent at the spa because of the steam room.

Location walkable to World Trade Center area as well as to multiple subway lines.

This hotel is located very close to World Trade Center monument and a lot of great shopping places.

The Four Seasons near the World Trade Center is first class all the way around.

The location is fantastic for touristing from - you're a stone's throw away from the World Trade Center memorial and plenty of subway stops and cafes close by.

In term of its location, it’s conveniently located next to some key landmarks such as the World Trade Center and 9/11 memorial and is within walking distance to the Wall Street.

The hotel is conveniently located near the World Trade Center and Wall Street m, so fairly ideal for tourists and business travelers.

Stayed one night in August on business and the hotel was well situated, located just minutes away from the World Trade Center and Brookfield Place.

The Four Seasons is only two blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge, right next to the World Trade center and Oculus, a couple of blocks from the historic Financial District, a short walk to Tribeca and SOHO, Battery and Wagner Parks.

And if are coming from DC or Philly or other points south, I recommend getting off Amtrak at Newark and switching to the Path train to the World Trade Center (super easy to do and the trains run constantly) then get off at the World Trade Center, walk through the beautiful gleaming new Path station and you are a short block from the Four Seasons.

The room had a beautiful view towards the new world trade center oculus and you can see a peak of the river as well.

AMAZING room size value in NYC close to downtown treasures, Battery Park & ferries, Wall St, World Trade Center site, multiple subway lines.

Located just a few steps from the World Trade Center transit stop; easily accessible.

Within walking distance of Freedom tower, Westfield World Trade Center, and the 911 Memorial, the Four Seasons is a beautiful property right in the heart of the financial district.

This hotel is right downtown, about 10 minutes walk from Wall Street and only a couple blocks from both City Hall Plaza and the World Trade Center site.

Very easy walking distance to the World Trade Center including shopping, food and importantly the 9/11 museum.

And it's an easy walk to World Trade Center.

Wow, so close to World Trade Center, I felt like I was in the perfect location.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (one block away from World Trade Center memorial).

This new Four Seasons has a great location close to the World Trade Center and the financial markets downtown.

The room was beautiful and our view of Central Park was breathtaking.

Located 5-10 mintue walk through beautiful central park to reach fifth avenue.

friendliness, the convenient location surrounded by shops, the stunning Central Park views, and lushly comfortable experience.

The service is excellent, the restaurant is amazing and the location is outstanding just in the heart of Central Park.

And of course that location at 1 Central Park where you want to be.

Walk to AOL Time Warner and it's shops, 100 feet from Central Park, and really just tucked away in the corner of Columbus Circle.

Room was exceptionally clean and the view of Central Park and Columbus circle.

The servis was perfect and also the location,  spacious room with the view of the Central Park.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite overlooking Central Park for a business event.

Well, the both of them talked in front of me and reassigned my room to a corner view (see amazing photos) with Central Park direct views and direct view of Columbus circle!

Our view out over Central Park was amazing and beautiful.

The room had fabulous views of Central Park and the NY skyline.

Close to everything to walk- central park, midtown, Broadway- yet quiet compared to other Manhattan hotels.

Trump Central Park is definitely one of the best alternative in town!

If you are looking for a hotel in the Central Park area and you want something special, choose the Trump International Hotel.

Everything was perfect at The Trump Hotel, the location right across from Central Park, the staff were top notch!

The Full Kitchen was suitable for a "Barbie" set.
