10/30/2021 - Room service was limited hours and extremely expensive, I pot of coffee and 2 bagels came out to $80.

11/14/2021 - It was a very bad experience choosing the 17th floor, the noise was from the rooftop bar can be very disturbing and won’t let you sleep.

11/08/2021 - The only thing I will flag for this location is if you don't like loud music, avoid the high floors because you can hear the club ( bass from the music) in your room.

11/13/2021 - We visited the Hyatt Centric Times Square this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our experience for the following reasons: The room was clean and well maintained including a modern decor.
