The rooms had a great aesthetic, not a cookie cutter hotel room which I appreciate!

but the rooms are very clean and the atmosphere in the public space was warm, welcoming and we never entered or exited the building without a staff member greeting us.

Big shout out to crew member "Jessica" who with very little notice decorated the hotel room for my daughter's birthday.

On arrival, our room was decorated with ballons and cute birthday messages, and complimentary hotel treats.

If I were to describe this hotel in two words it would be modern and efficient.

but efficient- clean, well stocked with a modern vibe- comfy beds, soft towels.

but clean and modern, the shower is great (perfect temperature and high pressure),  the coffee shop nextdoors is cozy and nice (they cooperate with Moxy for breadfast)

The hotel itself is modern, fun, & full of bars, restaurants, lounges, & a gorgeous rooftop bar.

The bathrooms are impeccable and modern; there are four elevators and they are very quick, spacious and modern, and the entire hotel has a vibrant nightlife energy.

There is a way to be a funky, modern hotel, that’s practical and clean.

The modern room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location in Times Square was perfect for exploring the city.

Small issue was the loud music that played late into the night

but they blast the music so loud that you can't have any meetings or focus on any work.

People said the rooms were too small and the nightclub was too loud.

The roof top bar is not a place to have a conversation, music is at a level of a nightclub

The only real down side was the noise from the roof top bar on Saturday it - it was very loud up until 4am.

Since this wasn't explained to me at check-it (or I missed it during the hurried explanation with a line of people waiting and very loud music thumping away), I wound up having to pay for a meal at the overpriced Legasea.

However it is open till 4 am and  is very loud.

If you want a quieter sleep, go above the 3rd floor, as the 2nd floor is a party until late on any given night

Also, had a bartender (Cody, I believe) that hosted me several times while working from their various bars in between meetings.

We should really have requested  rooms on a lower floor as the noise from the rooftop bar was loud and constant until 3-4am.

The air-con which other people we spoke to were moaning about is a joke, it’s incredibly loud and despite turning it off would still start up every half an hour during the night banging away and would literally wake you up with a start!

We were kept awake on Friday and Saturday night by very loud music which we think was coming from the roof terrace bar.

Be aware that it can be very noisy, mainly due to the rooftop music very loud and playing late in the night.

This area of New York is loud, so if you arent used to the noise, the hotel should be able to supply you with some earplugs.

On the 14th floor, it was so loud we switched to a room on the 9th floor, where we could still hear the bar.

but care should be taken not to put style before function - on checking in, reception resembled a night club and the music was so loud, it was impossible to hear what the receptionist was saying to us!

There was music playing fairly loud, certainly loud enough to make communicating with the front of house staff a challenge and they seemed to find it difficult to hear what we were saying too.

Even without these issues, I would not recommend the hotel as it there is no storage in the rooms, nowhere to really do work if you are there on business, the beds are against the wall which is an issue if you have a partner, the elevators take forever, and the hotel is so incredibly loud.

The noise from the traffic outside was awful.

Noisy air con unit inches from your head.

We were originally put on the 16th floor and arrived on a Friday at 9pm and Oh My Goodness I have never heard noise like it in my life!!

The windows are not soundproof and I heard all the road noise during the night which made sleeping tricky.

The rooftop bar plays music until at least midnight, which we could hear in our room several floors below, even after we moved from the 12th to the 10th.

the noise of the ac gets annoying.Our room was small.

but i took it anyway knowing Manhattan is generally noisy.

Having said this we never heard any noise from the bar.

Every experience with the front desk was the same - noisy, crowded and confusing.

As a former resident of NY and a lifelong traveler to NY, I understand that hotels in the City are faced with loud noise, unbearable rooms, and oftentimes rude service.

It could be noisy so make sure you have your ear plugs with you.

The room was incredibly cozy, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.

even though it's right in the heart of everything, my room remained quiet and peaceful and I never had trouble falling or staying asleep at night.

Lounge area was very relaxing to hang out with friends and rooftop brunch was amazing.

was comfortable, relaxing, and cozy with the miss-match seats and coffee tables.

The entire vibe of the hotel screams fun and relaxation.

The Hotel (and rooms) are VERY clean, efficient, and has outstanding features like relaxing 2nd floor common area with bar and lounge, energized Rooftop bar (just right for younger crowd) .

Everything is clean and modern, good atmosphere, fast elevators, nice lounge area for relaxation, great interiors, good music. Minus for repeatable breakfast (same food every day, no vegetables) and too much plastic (Moxy - offer your guests glasses and reusable cups!)

The 2nd floor lounge area is relaxing and comfortable with excellent food choices.

This was one of the best features of the room and very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking around New York City.

The relaxed and dark lobby with staff in an equally relaxed uniform makes you feel at ease and requires a lot less pretence than a standard hotel.

We had so much fun hanging out on the second floor, relaxing and playing games.

The rooftop bar -- called Magic Time -- was relaxing and enjoyable.

As long as the rates stay reasonable and service level remain high, I recommend it to the seasoned traveler who wants the basics done right: rest, relaxation, and a solid base from which to ramble.

We were on the 6th floor and it was very peaceful and quiet.

Although the hotel has several dining options ; we thoroughly enjoyed an incredibly relaxing time both evenings lounging in the mezzanine.

The Magic Hour Rooftop Bar was great and has spectacular views over the Empire State Building and the city itself, we also enjoyed the bar and grill restaurant and sports bar at the hotel.

In general, all the staff were great, including the woman who was delivering champagne to a room. I asked her, "will i feel stupid going to the rooftop bar alone?"

There’s a rooftop bar that looks amazing and I look forward to checking it out when we come back.

I love this hotel, I had such an amazing NYC experience between the rooftop bar the amazing sea food at Legasea and the second floor lounge.

The bars are great and the roof top bar is even better.

With a great restaurant, beautiful rooftop bar, and quick walk to Times Square you are going to love it.

The bar is lovely and the rooftop bar is nice and great for photo ops.

Aside from the great restaurant downstairs and the trendy rooftop bar, service was beyond expectations.

I came here for my birthday and my check in alone made my whole experience worth it at the standard.

Thank you to Mandy for her efforts to make this birthday gift an extra special.

Wife birthday they up grade the room when we got there early check in view from room was fantastic.

She also sent a complimentary Rose to my room for my birthday !
