I could do with a bit more lighting in the living area, and the bathroom door is a slide over that doesn’t exactly close and lock all the way,

The bath room wasn't cleaned, there was hair ( hopefully human ) all over the floor.

however the rooms and amenities are not worth the price.

The bride and maid of honor had to go to the front desk six times to get a mirror.

Hearing guest above expectorating in bathroom.

However, when I got to the room, it was nothing as he said; there was a used washcloth in the sink, and the view was a side view with a glimpse of NYC, upon checking the app, I found that not only the NYC room type has a better view, it also has a larger space.

Terrible place supper old furniture and old smell, very bad rooms and ripped linen as well as a dirty bathroom no clean surfaces to be found….

Faucet in bathroom was leaking whole night.

The clocks were behind and no toiletries like a shower cap in the bathroom.

The bath tub water was draining very slowly.

Totally disappointed and over charged - cannot call to rectify - no one answers - bathroom was horrible - clogged sink and too much water in the toilet - can't explain that on line.

Was there for a wedding, most people could not check in until 6pm (was set to 4pm), didn't give gift basket until we asked, toilet was broken, room and hotel didn't feel very clean.

Inadequate number of bath and hand towels in the room, microwave oven cost us an additional $10 during the stay as the rooms don't come with one.

No customer service or any time of services and or amenities to highlight.

We stayed for three days, the room is kind older, carpet is not that nice, the shower faucet almost falling off.

Plastic and paper cups and thin rough feeling bath towels felt like a budget hotel and for $375 a night were disappointing.

I was in a meeting in one of the conference rooms and liked the venue.

The meeting rooms were easily accessible.

The conference was enhanced by the meeting rooms, meals, and guest rooms.

Excellent rooms with view and lots of meeting rooms and convention centre, this is ideal place to be.

The meeting rooms and accommodations were excellent.

And the meeting rooms are mostly contained on the 3rd floor.

The conference rooms accommodate a large amount of people.

Love the view and proximity to the ferry and the Path train.

There is a river front walk to run and Starbucks nearby and a brand new playground 🛝 next to the hotel (on other side of PATH station).

This hotel is located on Hudson River shore next to Path station, just one stop away from World Trade Center.

The proximity to the Exchange Place Path train station is a game-changer for anyone looking to explore Manhattan with ease.

It is just one quick stop on PATH from lower Manhattan with connections to many subway lines.

One stop on the PATH Train from the Oculus World Trade Center and you are in a different world away from the frenzy of NYC

Located next to the PATH train, it was an easy commute into the city.

There is also a great playground just outside next to the PATH train entrance.

The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located right next to the Path train station and parking garage.

The hotel is next door to a PATH station and an easy walk to the ferry.

Beautiful cityscapes of NYC and various transport options to choose for a visit if have time (ferries, Path train, taxis and rideshare services) or to get back to the airport.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and PATH station into NY right nextdoor, which got you into Manhattan quickly.

Very convenient to exchange place path station and commute to NYC.

2) Easy access to the Path train to get to NYC.

The hotel is in an ideal location - steps from the Path station with beautiful views of the city and a short walk to exceptional restaurants.

The Path terminal is across the street and makes it easy to get to Manhattan.

The hotel does offer a great view in the lobby and a convenient location right next to the PATH station,

Larger rooms and more reasonable rates than Manhattan, PATH Train and ferry right next door, and very clean and safe.

I was told when I made the reservation I can get the lower rate if there is one available.

First, the rate was almost $500 a night because the NYC marathon was happening.

Third party parking pre paid so be prepared.

Upon arrival we were quite disappointed, especially for the price they are charging.

Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive, over $40/person

Parking should be included in the price that is charged.

Considering the nightly rate I checked in was around 500 before tax, and with a globalist status I would be greeted with hospitality; the front desk Johnathan was more careless and gave me a bit of an attitude.

but twice, that we got the military rate (like we should not get a nice room if because of the military/veteran rate).

This is unacceptable for any room, including a high priced suite.

I choose hyatt since it is a premium brand and I was expecting premium services.

For the price you pay to not have an anyone greet you or even help with bags is disappointing.

I did not try to use the ferry that cost $7.00 for each way and the Path train cost $2.75 each way.

I wish I could have put the fee on my room.

The lobby furniture is tired, filthy and worn out.

This is the picture of the bedding - full of mold, our young kids woke up with a coughing spree .. the carpets are filthy and the wallpapers are peeling off !

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and some of the couch cushions were stained.

The room smelled like smoke, the bathtub was dirty, the water was extremely hot, took at least 20mins to get warm/ room temperature, the sheets smelled Like dirty laundry!

There were holes in the couch and a persistent lingering perfume and chemical smell.

Terrible smell and rooms are completely different from the pictures.

But, overall, the hotel seemed a bit worn down:  blinds didn't work in the bedroom; bedside lamp was broken; cigarette burn in the couch in the living area.

Dated room with musty odor and broken toilet handle (which I fixed myself)  Bare minimum of towels and no shampoo until I requested.

However our hotel room was dirty, old, and smelled of body odor.

I regretted it as the washrooms were smelly, carpets were dirty and the upholstery pf the sofa was so old and smelly.

but the filth in the room was worse than the original room.

but I travel with Clorox wipes/Lysol so I was not alarmed.

I loved the views from the hotel of the lower Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River, the Verrazano Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and other landmarks.

Our room had a view of the statue of liberty.

The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

Not too far from the Liberty Park for a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

I felt wonderful I can see the Statue of Liberty.

(Which is a lovely size - abt 800 sq ft.) The window seat makes for hours of incomparable viewing: a bazillion boats, ships, jet skiers, walkers, runners, families, wedding photo shoots - the gamut, on the plaza & pier along the side and even views of the Statue of Liberty!

The third floor lounge is a great place to see both the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

It was amazing to see the Statue of Liberty from the lobby and restaurant, watching the ferry boats and wild life. gorgeous.

Fantastic service and a really great view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.

The hotel is in one of the most stunning locations in the world, I think, with an amazing view of of the Hudson, the west side of Manhattan, out to the harbor all the way to the Statue of Liberty in the distance.

When we got to our room we were met with an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan!

The view of the Statue of Liberty, the city skyline and the river is fantastic.

It has rooms with great views, whether of the Manhattan skyline or the sun rising/setting over the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty in the distance.

Spacious rooms, incredible floor to ceiling glass offering spectacular views of NYC and the Statue of Liberty.

You are also very close to the Statue of Liberty.

Food options near by are very good and the staff was great, the view of the skyline and the statue of liberty were unexpectedly good.

Nice location and nice view on Hudson river and world trade center, train station is just 20 meters away, convenient to ride to New York.

It's 2 min away from the path (1 stop from World Trade Center), 5 min away from several ferry lines to Manhattan.

Right next door to the 24 hour PATH train, one stop to the World Trade Center.

It is a 2 min walk to the PATH that takes you directly to the World Trade Center.

Especially makes sense if you doing business around World Trade Center or flying in/out of Newark.

One stop on the train places you right at the World Trade Center.

We had freak summer weather in November and it made it possible to hold the wedding outdoors with the World Trade Center as the backdrop.

but this train only takes you direct to World Trade Center.

The PATH (subway) was located directly next to it, so walking out of the hotel and taking the subway to the World Trade Center was very convenient.

The PATH train made the trip under the Hudson River in less than 5 minutes between the Exchange Place (next to Hyatt Regency hotel) and World Trade Center (one stop away).

The PATH is right next to the hotel for easy access into the city to The World Trade Center.

Unbelievably easy (less than a block) to get to the subway stop that takes you directly to the World Trade Center.

$2.75 and 5 minutes to the World Trade Center!

Adjacent to the Exchange Place PATH Station, it's one stop away from the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan.

It is only one stop away from the World Trade Center, where you can also transfer to many of the trains heading into downtown and uptown Manhattan.

You can't beat this hotel for location, right next to the PATH station that will whisk you to the World Trade Center in 4 minutes with connections to several sub way lines.

The Hotel is located at the exit of the PATH subway, on the Hudson River, it is in front of the World Trade Center and all the skyscrapers that are on the River.

We had a spacious King City View on our recent 9/12/21 - 9/14/21 stay.

I booked a City View King Sized room for my Wife's birthday on Friday 11-6-2020;  checked in before 4pm for one day as she wanted a hotel getaway from NYC with a nice panoramic view and close to the Harbor.

Fantastic views of the city and the ferry is conveniently situated close to the hotel.

Very comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the city.

Room was large and clean and had a view across to the city, club lounge

It really is a good location with great city views, and probably one of the more affordable and convenient accommodations in that area.

It did have comfortable beds and a nice city view.

Overall, this is a decent place as you can get the best NYC city view including watching July 4th fireworks show and avoid the noise as it is across the river of Manhattan.

Room was spacious, with a great view of the city - the kind of setting that calls for breakfast in bed!

Overall everything was pretty good the views of the city skyline are like a picture postcard and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I got this reservation early and got a beautiful city view.

Staying in Weehawken is a nice break from the City and the views are magnificent.

Great Value compared to similar hotels on Manhattan and the City views across the river were awesome!

The city views were wonderful, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We booked 4 City View rooms and one Executive Suite City View with a conference table to use for our meeting.

Pros: pet friendly, nice rooms, good coffee in room, beautiful city views.

To save money, and get a fantastic view of the city, I chose this hotel.

At the end we were charged an extra $200 approx for 'incidentals' which were not shown on the receipt/booking confirmation

Apparently the Sheraton charges $50 to your credit card at time of check in.

I was charged after telling me I had NO reservations under my name.

They had $4 water bottles in the room and charged $25 to park in an empty uncovered lot.

even though they'd always waived the parking charge in the past, I called to speak with a manager.

Even as a member of Marriot BonVoy club they would not put my points on my card because it was booked through Booking.com and not direct!

This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in where guests are charged to use the wifi.

They freely add whatever they like to your debit or credit card!

Here's what I noticed:

No usb charging near bed, just an old lamp with an old socket (two,) 

The refrigerator was a tiny college dorm style type and was on the floor for some reason and was unplugged and smelled king of bad. There was a stain on the couch which was red (I HOPE it was wine.)

There is a $25 charge for parking if you come by car.

but since you just checked me in and took my credit card info, maybe you can figure it out while you are getting me a room where I won't have  a roommate."

Arrived around 4:00 am and found out they charge for parking $25.00.

I think that they pay about $120 per room and it’s not even worth that so to pay the two or $300 that they charge individuals is a big mistake.

The breakfast was horrible for the amount being charged.

Our only major complaint is that, neither on check-in nor via announcement in our room, were we made aware of a Green program wherein you can choose to forego maid service on one or more days and receive, in exchange, credit on your bill.

Parking is available for $25 a day, a far cry from the excessive $60 a day and plus parking in NYC if you find a parking spot at all.The hotel charges for WI-FI, a very unpopular practice with the guests (Suggestion: zero   negotiate this charge before reserving the room).

My parents CC was charged for the room, because someone at the Front Desk demanded that they would not be given a room unless they supplied a credit card and ID.

Swipe your key card and choose your floor — no movement.

We were charged a deposit equal to one night, one week before our check in because the hotel was sold out the night of our check in.

They charged for amenities other hotel have, charge for wifi, for parking, room was tiny for a king suite.

We had a nice view of Lincoln Harbor and the ferry boats and could see lower Manhattan from an angle.

Excellent views of lower Manhattan from the hotel.

I had a "partial view room" which had a fantastic view to lower Manhattan.

Very modern, nice amenities and fantastic view of lower Manhattan!

Some rooms have fantastic views of the Hudson and Midtown and Lower Manhattan.

Once on the other side it was about a 20 minute walk to Times Square or you can catch a free connecting bus down to lower Manhattan.

We loved the "partial" view from our room - lower Manhattan!

Having stayed in a King room with a partial city view (of lower Manhattan) on the 7th floor, I will say the room was comfortable and spacious,

I suggest going south (right), which gives you nice views of lower manhattan the whole way.

Our room was a nice size and while we didn't specify a city view, we ended up having a view of One Trade Center and Lower Manhattan.

We had a big, clean room with a view of the lower Manhattan skyline.

And from the buses, you can just about walk to any location from mid-town to lower Manhattan.

If you have some time, check out Hoboken and then take the New Jersey light rail to Liberty State park, here you have great views of Lower Manhattan and can catch the ferry to Liberty and Ellis Island.

The best part of New York is just being in the middle of the action on the streets, Time Square, Lower Manhattan, the food, shopping, night entertainment to suit everyone, different neighborhoods and constant diverse crowd.

Very typical they got big enough conference rooms to fit 100 people easily.

Restaurant, meeting rooms, and service was all excellent.

For business travell comfort of in room free wifi is must when you come to room after meetings

There was no fridge and we had to call reception to get enough towels and water for the three of us.

No explanation how the lamp, telephone, heating system or automatic airco works on a paper dear manager.

In fact, the reservations line told me "We're busy -- can you call back later," and after sending an email to the hotel manager, they didn't even respect me enough to send a response.

I don’t care that they are not offering it, don’t have a piece of paper in the room saying you do, and answer the guest services phone.

i will be calling HR about this because this is unprofessional and very poor hospitality from this hotel.

She said she would call the cops on me if I don't leave.

My husband emailed the front desk again to complain that it took 3 calls and 2 emails to correct the issue.

General MGR is never available and two employees by the name of
Tatiana and Carmen are tasteless, poor customer service skills, never answer the phones, hang up on customers to avoid helping them
With any issues and concerns.

I informed the person behind the desk that no one notified me and that I’ve made the reservation over the phone while I was driving on my way there and he didn’t care so I ended up canceling one night.

but was told that there were no more King rooms with a view available, and they'd call if a room became available.

And I specifically made sure anything happens they should call me, so they just forgot 10min after? 2.

I was notified via email at 2am, followed by a phone call the following AM.

Front desk is not the friendliest from the first phone call today up to check in.

These did NOT work either, of course i am furious and call him back on the hotel phone by the elevators to explain: he abuptly hangs up the phone without saying what he’s going to do( a second display of poor manners).

⚫One of the elevators was broken
⚫ALL gym equipment (both cardio & resistance equipment) broken & not functioning correctly or safely
⚫Bathroom sink in room was blocked & not draining
⚫Carpets in bedroom filthy & rooms are generally not cleaned to a high standard
⚫Swimming pool tiny & dirty
⚫Cordless phone in room did not work
⚫USB ports in room by desk did not work (no power)
⚫Constant noise from construction right next door to this hotel
⚫Drinks vending machine broken on my floor, took my money

When I tried calling the hotel operator from the room phone or from the outside, the phone would just ring and ring — sometimes for what seemed like 50-75 rings or more — which is totally unacceptable especially in the event of an emergency.

I usually just tether on my cell phone when hotels require you to pay for wifi as tethering often costs less than $10 a day for wifi. Negatives?

Room service never turned up: restaurant never answer phone.

No free wifi, you could pay $10 a night for wifi in the room, it was cheaper for me to just turn on my roaming data on my phone and pay £5 a day for all usage of my phone whilst in the US.

Okay I own a buisness and if you use and of these venders or use groupon you get a lot less then listed so I don't like using so I call to give you your full cut just give me the discount not that hard.
