I could do with a bit more lighting in the living area, and the bathroom door is a slide over that doesn’t exactly close and lock all the way,

The bath room wasn't cleaned, there was hair ( hopefully human ) all over the floor.

however the rooms and amenities are not worth the price.

The bride and maid of honor had to go to the front desk six times to get a mirror.

However, when I got to the room, it was nothing as he said; there was a used washcloth in the sink, and the view was a side view with a glimpse of NYC, upon checking the app, I found that not only the NYC room type has a better view, it also has a larger space.

Terrible place supper old furniture and old smell, very bad rooms and ripped linen as well as a dirty bathroom no clean surfaces to be found….

Faucet in bathroom was leaking whole night.

The clocks were behind and no toiletries like a shower cap in the bathroom.

The bath tub water was draining very slowly.

Totally disappointed and over charged - cannot call to rectify - no one answers - bathroom was horrible - clogged sink and too much water in the toilet - can't explain that on line.

Was there for a wedding, most people could not check in until 6pm (was set to 4pm), didn't give gift basket until we asked, toilet was broken, room and hotel didn't feel very clean.

Inadequate number of bath and hand towels in the room, microwave oven cost us an additional $10 during the stay as the rooms don't come with one.

No customer service or any time of services and or amenities to highlight.

We stayed for three days, the room is kind older, carpet is not that nice, the shower faucet almost falling off.

Plastic and paper cups and thin rough feeling bath towels felt like a budget hotel and for $375 a night were disappointing.

I was in a meeting in one of the conference rooms and liked the venue.

The meeting rooms were easily accessible.

The conference was enhanced by the meeting rooms, meals, and guest rooms.

Excellent rooms with view and lots of meeting rooms and convention centre, this is ideal place to be.

And the meeting rooms are mostly contained on the 3rd floor.

The conference rooms accommodate a large amount of people.

Love the view and proximity to the ferry and the Path train.

There is a river front walk to run and Starbucks nearby and a brand new playground 🛝 next to the hotel (on other side of PATH station).

This hotel is located on Hudson River shore next to Path station, just one stop away from World Trade Center.

The proximity to the Exchange Place Path train station is a game-changer for anyone looking to explore Manhattan with ease.

It is just one quick stop on PATH from lower Manhattan with connections to many subway lines.

One stop on the PATH Train from the Oculus World Trade Center and you are in a different world away from the frenzy of NYC

Located next to the PATH train, it was an easy commute into the city.

There is also a great playground just outside next to the PATH train entrance.

The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located right next to the Path train station and parking garage.

The hotel is next door to a PATH station and an easy walk to the ferry.

Beautiful cityscapes of NYC and various transport options to choose for a visit if have time (ferries, Path train, taxis and rideshare services) or to get back to the airport.

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and PATH station into NY right nextdoor, which got you into Manhattan quickly.

Very convenient to exchange place path station and commute to NYC.

2) Easy access to the Path train to get to NYC.

The hotel is in an ideal location - steps from the Path station with beautiful views of the city and a short walk to exceptional restaurants.

The Path terminal is across the street and makes it easy to get to Manhattan.

The hotel does offer a great view in the lobby and a convenient location right next to the PATH station,

Larger rooms and more reasonable rates than Manhattan, PATH Train and ferry right next door, and very clean and safe.

I was told when I made the reservation I can get the lower rate if there is one available.

First, the rate was almost $500 a night because the NYC marathon was happening.

Third party parking pre paid so be prepared.

Upon arrival we were quite disappointed, especially for the price they are charging.

Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive, over $40/person

Parking should be included in the price that is charged.

Considering the nightly rate I checked in was around 500 before tax, and with a globalist status I would be greeted with hospitality; the front desk Johnathan was more careless and gave me a bit of an attitude.

but twice, that we got the military rate (like we should not get a nice room if because of the military/veteran rate).

This is unacceptable for any room, including a high priced suite.

I choose hyatt since it is a premium brand and I was expecting premium services.

For the price you pay to not have an anyone greet you or even help with bags is disappointing.

I did not try to use the ferry that cost $7.00 for each way and the Path train cost $2.75 each way.

I wish I could have put the fee on my room.

The lobby furniture is tired, filthy and worn out.

This is the picture of the bedding - full of mold, our young kids woke up with a coughing spree .. the carpets are filthy and the wallpapers are peeling off !

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and some of the couch cushions were stained.

The room smelled like smoke, the bathtub was dirty, the water was extremely hot, took at least 20mins to get warm/ room temperature, the sheets smelled Like dirty laundry!

There were holes in the couch and a persistent lingering perfume and chemical smell.

Terrible smell and rooms are completely different from the pictures.

But, overall, the hotel seemed a bit worn down:  blinds didn't work in the bedroom; bedside lamp was broken; cigarette burn in the couch in the living area.

Dated room with musty odor and broken toilet handle (which I fixed myself)  Bare minimum of towels and no shampoo until I requested.

However our hotel room was dirty, old, and smelled of body odor.

I regretted it as the washrooms were smelly, carpets were dirty and the upholstery pf the sofa was so old and smelly.

but the filth in the room was worse than the original room.

but I travel with Clorox wipes/Lysol so I was not alarmed.

I loved the views from the hotel of the lower Manhattan skyline, the Hudson River, the Verrazano Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and other landmarks.

Our room had a view of the statue of liberty.

The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

Not too far from the Liberty Park for a ferry to the Statue of Liberty.

I felt wonderful I can see the Statue of Liberty.

(Which is a lovely size - abt 800 sq ft.) The window seat makes for hours of incomparable viewing: a bazillion boats, ships, jet skiers, walkers, runners, families, wedding photo shoots - the gamut, on the plaza & pier along the side and even views of the Statue of Liberty!

The third floor lounge is a great place to see both the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty.

It was amazing to see the Statue of Liberty from the lobby and restaurant, watching the ferry boats and wild life. gorgeous.

The hotel is in one of the most stunning locations in the world, I think, with an amazing view of of the Hudson, the west side of Manhattan, out to the harbor all the way to the Statue of Liberty in the distance.

When we got to our room we were met with an amazing view of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan!

The view of the Statue of Liberty, the city skyline and the river is fantastic.

It has rooms with great views, whether of the Manhattan skyline or the sun rising/setting over the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty in the distance.

Spacious rooms, incredible floor to ceiling glass offering spectacular views of NYC and the Statue of Liberty.

You are also very close to the Statue of Liberty.

Food options near by are very good and the staff was great, the view of the skyline and the statue of liberty were unexpectedly good.

Nice location and nice view on Hudson river and world trade center, train station is just 20 meters away, convenient to ride to New York.

It's 2 min away from the path (1 stop from World Trade Center), 5 min away from several ferry lines to Manhattan.

Right next door to the 24 hour PATH train, one stop to the World Trade Center.

It is a 2 min walk to the PATH that takes you directly to the World Trade Center.

Especially makes sense if you doing business around World Trade Center or flying in/out of Newark.

One stop on the train places you right at the World Trade Center.

We had freak summer weather in November and it made it possible to hold the wedding outdoors with the World Trade Center as the backdrop.

but this train only takes you direct to World Trade Center.

The PATH (subway) was located directly next to it, so walking out of the hotel and taking the subway to the World Trade Center was very convenient.

The PATH train made the trip under the Hudson River in less than 5 minutes between the Exchange Place (next to Hyatt Regency hotel) and World Trade Center (one stop away).

The PATH is right next to the hotel for easy access into the city to The World Trade Center.

Unbelievably easy (less than a block) to get to the subway stop that takes you directly to the World Trade Center.

$2.75 and 5 minutes to the World Trade Center!

Adjacent to the Exchange Place PATH Station, it's one stop away from the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan.

It is only one stop away from the World Trade Center, where you can also transfer to many of the trains heading into downtown and uptown Manhattan.

You can't beat this hotel for location, right next to the PATH station that will whisk you to the World Trade Center in 4 minutes with connections to several sub way lines.

The Hotel is located at the exit of the PATH subway, on the Hudson River, it is in front of the World Trade Center and all the skyscrapers that are on the River.

A fantastic weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday.

I took a trip to the city for my birthday with 12 friends, i picked this hotel because it was central to activities we had planned

but a simple "Happy Birthday" would have been nice.

but no microwaves :( I also let reception know we were staying during my husband’s birthday (they could also see this on his IHG profile) and they said they would have something nice in the room upon arrival.

Megan (the concierge) has even decorated the room as a surprise for my husband birthday.

To a guy who has to have skimmed milk here in the U.K., it tasted like Christmas, birthday, and New Year rolled into one.

As it was my birthday, my partner emailed the hotel and negotiated a corner room with a great view of the Empire State Building.

It was my wife's birthday while we were there and they surpriced us with cake and fizz.

Front desk were friendly and helped celebrate a special birthday.

Victoria, one of the managers, was so warm and personable, and made certain that we were taken care of, she recommended a few places to see, she went through the hotel’s amenities, and upon hearing that it was our daughter’s birthday, she sent up a treat for her.

He noted it was my father's 88th birthday and sent up cupcakes and vodka with a warm card.

We have booked the hotel for an 8 night stay to celebrate my husbands birthday.

We stayed in room 1702 on a chilly January night for my wife's birthday.

I booked a suite at the KImpton Hotel Eventi to celebrate my niece's 25th birthday.

Planned a stay for my wife’s birthday and a Springsteen visit.

We stayed here on a girlie trip to NY and from the minute we arrived with Allan and Brian singing happy birthday whilst hula hooping, to the day of departure nothing was too much.

We will have to continue the birthday celebration today with a brunch in the room!

It was for my birthday and we arrived to a bottle of champagne in our room and some lovely cupcakes.

It was my wife’s 30th birthday and our anniversary so I called ahead and talked to Christina at the front desk.

I even got an upgraded room for my birthday :) The lady that checked me in, Vanessa (I’m pretty sure I remembered her name correctly) remembered who I was throughout my stay.

About a month after, as I reviewed my credit card billing, Eventi Kimpton Hotel charged a $1328.13.

They charged and extra $20 for booster seats.

Extra charge for breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, movies which is the only thing I found negative as we had to pay extra for absolutely everything.

Ah wells 🤡

But they charged my anyways for the movie after assuring that it will be noted in my folio and that all is good when I checked out in person.

Not sure how the hotel can be billed as luxury - certainly not a great value for the price.

Since we booked directly with Kimpton, I would have expected the "estimated charges" would have been closer than they were (around $75).

but it does not give a feeling of a service-oriented hotel and to make matters worse, guests are charged a 20 USD amenity fee which is supposed to include business services so one more reason to feel their refusal was a bit awkward.

They asked for another swipe of a credit card and then presented a new key.

I thought I’d charge my phone  while having a glass of wine.

My only complaint. And it's not a major issue, is that upon checking out, they charged us a $20 per day "resort fee."

I had spent half an hour in the rain looking for the misplaced card.

At the end of the month, there appeared on my credit card statement an entirely unsolicited refund of every penny we had spent on our stay.

Management needs to offer more than $50 credit when a guest gets as inconvenienced as I was- I spent the remainder of my stay afraid to use any water for brushing teeth or drinking.

However, I wonder how many guests would not bother to call, or would think that the charge was legitimate.

but then we were charged $22, obviously a "golden chicken" laid these eggs.

If you get a coffee from the bar you are charged for it!

On the way back we had a delicious late-night dinner in Koreatown.

Perfect location, short walking distance to Metro, Path train and tons of restaurants, bars, Korean town, Hudson Yards, and of course tons of shops, the largest Macy's and Times Square.

Within walking distance of Bryant park, the high-line, Koreatown, Empire state building and the village.

First off, the Kimpton Eventi is not in Chelsea, it is in Korea Town.

This hotel is near Korea Town a good location to be very south in hip Tribeca or more north shopping at Saks within 15 mins taxi .

Great location, easily accessible to train stations and Korean Town.

It is also smack in the middle of KOREA TOWN, for shopping and dining too.

Korea town is around the corner with lots of great asian cuisine options.

Tip: Go to Korea Town (1 block over) for dinner - good value and great variety.

The room was a decent size by Manhattan standards and had a super luxurious, large shower with rain head + strong hand-held sprays.

Our room was clean with amazing artwork and a huge bathroom and floor to ceiling windows.

The bathroom is very large with lots of counter space and a huge walk-in shower.

The shower was a big walk in job and even I managed to put away my heavy rock persona and showered every day.

As for the rooms, the white marble bathrooms are huge which is very rare in NYC - plenty of space to place cosmetics, hairspray etc.

Both rooms had a great set up, with large bathrooms with lots of room to put things, lots of light and great views.

Our standard king room was larger than expected with a very large bathroom.

The Premier suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, a huge bathroom and two large TV's.

Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious considering it is New York.

The suite, with floor to ceiling windows, a living room, giant bedroom, and giant bathroom was huge.

The bathrooms are large and very beautiful!

The bathroom was huge and had a big tub/shower.

From the hotel style, location, food and beverage, hotel room size and conference room set-up and AV support.

I couldn’t get my room cleaned the next day since I had a meeting to take in my room.

The conference rooms are nice for small groups.

There is a terrific conference room for meetings, and the 3rd floor is perfect for quiet conversations.

The Eventi has a floor of meeting rooms which are beautiful.

The meeting rooms for our group were attractive, with very good food and beverage service.

No room key card was required to use the elevators, which was a security concern.

I used the $35  daily credit towards snacks and drinks daily from the store onsite.

And also maybe not charge me randomly for no reason.

Rude worker told us to just post key in the card drop as we wouldn’t be seen to and that our bill would be emailed to us.

$18 credit offered - didn’t even cover the cost of 1 drink, which when you’re paying nearly $500 for a room is disappointing.

I had the FULL charge applied to my credit card today!

but be aware of the daily tax $35 and you have to leave a credit card which they hold $400 for accidentals.

We had a problem with the destination fee, it clearly stated on our booking it was prepaid, yet at check out we were charged for it.
