My stay at Four Seasons Downtown was wonderful !

Two big, comfy beds, nice views of downtown, spacious and spotlessly clean bathroom - clearly prepared by someone who cared about giving a good service.

Dripping of my daughter to Pace University and wanted to make sure that we are close to her dorms and found the Four Seasons Hotel Downtown was the most convenient.

The hotel is well situated if you want to be down town.

They are invested in marking your time there a good one
Obviously the location is incredible and close to all downtown landmarks

Our experience this weekend at the Four Seasons NYC Downtown is precisely the reason we will continue to stay at Four Seasons worldwide.

The hotel is well situated int the downtown area, with a spacious room.

This particular one is in our backyard, and we simply wanted a luxurious background to our young daughter’s rainy-day birthday: an indoor picnic, a swim in the pool, a walk around downtown with umbrellas.

We do regular “staycations” in NYC and typically stay at Crosby Street Hotel, The Pierre, The Ritz Carlton Central Park (pre-pandemic) and The Surrey (pre-pandemic), FS downtown may be my new favorite!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown New York for five nights over New Year and had a wonderful stay.

Location is quiet downtown, close to subway, World Trade Centers, 911 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge.

From the moment you walk in this FS downtown you feel welcomed and at ease.

Everything at Four Seasons Downtown is above and beyond the expectations.

The location is fantastic - a short walk from WTC and the subway, meaning the whole of Manhattan is in easy reach.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the subway and in walking distance of lots of key sights.

Work desk was of a good size and afforded easy access to power outlets.

The location was excellent, with easy reach of many subway lines.

After staying 2 nights in crazy Times 
Square was refreshing to arrive at Four Seasons Downtown walking distance from the 9/11 memorial and Westfield shopping centre, still within easy access to Times Square by the Metro station across the road.

Easy access to financial district, Tribeca and other lower Manhattan locations.

All most popular places of New York are at easy reach

The location is great for sightseeing and easy to access the subway.

Nice restaurant and easy access to transport links.

World Trade Center was basically across the street, very easy access to subway system.

If you are staying in the financial district I would recommend this place vs. others I have tried in the area – the extra money is worth a relaxing night’s sleep.

The downtown location of the Four Seasons right by the Financial District in Tribeca was perfect!

Superb location by the 9/11 memorial, always have loved this location so close to the Financial District, Battery Park and Brooklyn Bridge (and not as busy as staying close to Broadway / Times Square).

but it is a fantastic option if you need to be in the Financial District.

The location was perfect for a short business trip in the financial district.

The Four Seasons is only two blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge, right next to the World Trade center and Oculus, a couple of blocks from the historic Financial District, a short walk to Tribeca and SOHO, Battery and Wagner Parks.

The location is only ideal if you plan to have most of your activities in downtown (Financial District, 9/11 museum, Battery Park, etc).

It is just a few blocks the Financial district, ferry ,subway hub, and 911 memorial.

Within walking distance of Freedom tower, Westfield World Trade Center, and the 911 Memorial, the Four Seasons is a beautiful property right in the heart of the financial district.

The hotel is well situated close to the Financial District.

The spa with its 75 yd lap pool will make you forget that you are in the middle of the Financial District.

Even if in the center of New York financial district in the hotel you can rest and relax.

The hotel is new and located in very good location in downtown area close to everything include One world, Westfield shopping centre, soho, financial district etc.

Obviously, this is a terrific location for business visitors who have work in the financial district.

The financial district is my favorite area because it is clean, quieter and beautiful.

This hotel is in the heart of the financial district and is in easy walking distance to great shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is located in the Financial District, by World Trade Center memorial and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Location was awesome given it is walking distance to the WTC, Occulus and the financial district.

The hotel is right in the financial district, new City Hall Plaza and the World Trade Center site, and about 10 minutes wall from Wall Street.

Small things, like housekeeping tidying up phone charging cables and showing us how to stream our phones through the TV made the stay more memorable.

And pretty much everything was, especially the custom lettuce and olive salad with salmon that room service delivered to me when I arrived to get on video calls in my room, desperately hungry.

I would like to warn you that if you leave a small item behind like a airpod or similar it will never be found and the hotel management will call the guest a liar than admit their mistake.

Also if the do not disturb is on all day, ring the phone!

I used the phone in the elevator lobby to get a staff to come to my room to open my door for me.

but every day we had a glass missing or a coffee cup missing and we had to call for one every time!

She was mortified and called me and whilst on an aeroplane I had to call the hotel and sort out what should never have been an issue.

What made me not experience that Four Seasons touch was that the doormen in the front of the hotel were playing with their phones and didn’t even open the door for some people.

During my stay, my calls to the front desk sometimes got transferred to the operator because the front desk was too busy.

No one ever did so I had to call the next morning.

but a few suggestion for improvement is that the check in desk is a bit cold and that the concierge service should be more dedicated to particular individuals and not to anyone that answers the phone as you could tell that they were not all experts in this.

For breakfast I decided to order food from a nearby diner over GrubHub, and while I was waiting for the delivery call to come downstairs to pick up my food, the concierge brought it to my room!

She said she was going to follow up on the situation and call in 15 min and again no call back.

Had to call to get things fixed - eg. lights in the bathroom, ipad wasnt working, phone not working, nespresso not even plugged in, no turn down service, hair on the towels - if you come across an employee named Laura she is very rude & condescending (where do they hire these ppl??)

Second, some kind of emergency alarm rang repeatedly, all night long.

Our room keys did not work, the service bar was not stocked and the phone in the room did not work.

but the product simply does not match the price here.

At $1,500 per night it is a total rip off.

It's the little things that make it first-rate and also very expensive.

however they refused to pay for courier charges to Houston after i spent over $3000 for two nights at their establishment, lost my airpods and also called a liar.

The only thing this four seasons is the same as others i visited, is a cost.

Lacked follow up and just not the type of experience you expect from the premium you are paying.

I probably wouldn't stay here if my sole purpose was to see Broadway shows or see museums because that is all too far away and would cost a lot in taxis and ubers.

You can go to a less expensive hotel eat at a 4star restaurant and see a Broadway show for less than it costs to spend one night at this hotel.

But what else would you expect as this is New York and space is expensive.

Staff is waiting to serve, which makes the high price a little less painful.

Service  is VERY expensive with many add on costs added to already expensive food.

If it hadn't been my business paying the bill I wouldn't have stayed here as it is eye wateringly expensive.

Disappointing; four seasons just not doing a great job anymore for the price charged.

Not sure what type of breakfast costs $230

they go the extra step - have amazing people working there - top restaurant bar area - great location - just top shelf - no other guests with this status or that status - if you there - u paying for it yourself - special nyc hotel - worth the splurge

Room service was speedy and very good, with very good attention to detail.

Relaxing bar downstairs with a variety of cocktails.

One of my favorite combinations was the White Corn Salad and the Seafood Risotto.

They have a steak restaurant by Wolfgang Puck called Cut where they serve all 3 meals.

The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from all the good restaurants and shopping roads which is an added bonus!

Not to mention a 5 star gym, glamorous marble clad pool and delicious room service.

Room service was spot on and delicious (but why do you serve the cheese board with gluten free crackers that taste like cardboard)?

Room service was awesome and delicious and most of all the service from every employee was amazing!!

Spa team was on point, especially Nyla (lead therapist) & Monique (spa desk) 
Cut, food was so delicious, service was top notch.

I would like to recommend this hotel for its very high standards and great rooms, restaurant, spa and gym.

Can't wait for the opportunity to come back especially since the hotel was steps away from the Oculus and some fantastic restaurants like Brooklyn Chop House, Buddha Bar and Eataly.

The menu was out of this world and the food was tasty and we had a wide variety of choices

The room was spacious and the room service was simply amazing.

Room service was stellar (and the team really went above and beyond).

The room service was very good and the door man was very help with the luggage and directions.

The stay was wonderful: an upgraded quiet room, toys for my son, and chocolates brought to our room on Christmas Eve.

Our room on the 18th floor was fantastic, subdued luxury and it was quietly curated for simple NYC style.

My room was an epitome of elegance and comfort.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more- the rooms are modern and the bathrooms luxurious.

The room we stayed in was spacious, which is surprising for NY.

Since we booked through Amex Platinum Fine Hotels and Resorts, we were upgraded to a Hudson Room on a high floor and the room was totally beautiful and comfortable.

Nice hotel, very nice rooms, good quality of rooms, very quiet untipical for New York.

The room was endowed with modern furnishings and a bevy of high-tech room appliances.

Four Seasons is expected to present a spectacular Hotel, Hotel room, lobby, bar and amenities.

Once in the room, everything was fantastic.

We checked out the next day, not before we 
enjoyed their magnificent spa, which is, in our mind, the only good amenity of this hotel.

Comfortable room, superb bathroom appointments and the steam and pool to relax.

The rooms are really spacious, stylish and luxurious and the spa facilities were great (although I would have loved a Jacuzzi!).

Special thanks to Katora and the spa manager, both very friendly and very eager to help.

They also have a nice spa which is the perfect place to relax after a 10 hours flight.

I even went to the hotel spa for a gel manicure and pedicure.

We love the spa and the pool and Leon and the team!

I feel warmly welcomed always and her pedicures are ever lasting.

I caught a flu and was frequent at the spa because of the steam room.

Once again thank you dearly to the staff and Jessica.

The staff was attentive, professional, and displayed a genuine desire to cater to every need.

The staff are friendly and accommodating and the handy hotel app makes it easy to communicate with them.

Clean, friendly staff, and topnoch service.

It has excellent service, in a wonderful location and had amazing staff -   especially the bellman  Duran!!!

We used the app to communicate with housekeeping and front desk and the service was prompt and courteous.

He listens to his team, and you can tell they have great mutual respect for each other.

but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean.

The Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff were warm, very approachable and helpful.

The staff is very friendly yet professional.

Melissa, Orlando, Danny and especially Jessica - all staff were polite, professional, attentive, warm and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was special.

The concierge was prompt and attentive at changing our brunch reservation for a later time.

Overall, the hotel's service was professional and spot-on.

The doormen were always there to greet us with a smile and make sure we could find what we wanted in the city.

Location walkable to World Trade Center area as well as to multiple subway lines.

This hotel is located very close to World Trade Center monument and a lot of great shopping places.

The Four Seasons near the World Trade Center is first class all the way around.

The location is fantastic for touristing from - you're a stone's throw away from the World Trade Center memorial and plenty of subway stops and cafes close by.

In term of its location, it’s conveniently located next to some key landmarks such as the World Trade Center and 9/11 memorial and is within walking distance to the Wall Street.

The hotel is conveniently located near the World Trade Center and Wall Street m, so fairly ideal for tourists and business travelers.

Stayed one night in August on business and the hotel was well situated, located just minutes away from the World Trade Center and Brookfield Place.

And if are coming from DC or Philly or other points south, I recommend getting off Amtrak at Newark and switching to the Path train to the World Trade Center (super easy to do and the trains run constantly) then get off at the World Trade Center, walk through the beautiful gleaming new Path station and you are a short block from the Four Seasons.

The room had a beautiful view towards the new world trade center oculus and you can see a peak of the river as well.

AMAZING room size value in NYC close to downtown treasures, Battery Park & ferries, Wall St, World Trade Center site, multiple subway lines.

Located just a few steps from the World Trade Center transit stop; easily accessible.

This hotel is right downtown, about 10 minutes walk from Wall Street and only a couple blocks from both City Hall Plaza and the World Trade Center site.

Very easy walking distance to the World Trade Center including shopping, food and importantly the 9/11 museum.

And it's an easy walk to World Trade Center.

Wow, so close to World Trade Center, I felt like I was in the perfect location.

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (one block away from World Trade Center memorial).

The Conrad Hilton downtown is in a great location.

I read a lot of reviews for both the downtown and midtown NY Hilton Conrad.

Good choice for families looking for an upscale property downtown!

The hotel is convenient for downtown, financial district, etc.

The Conrad downtown is adjacent to the 911 memorial and many new downtown amenities, shopping, and restaurants.

I am really glad I chose the Conrad Downtown.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

It's downtown so not all the horns and sounds yet close to shopping, the Memorial, Battary Park and Wall Street great restaurants and bars, as well as the river.

I thoroughly enjoyed my seven day, six night stay at the Conrad Hilton Downtown!

I have stayed in several hotels in NYC, including The Plaza, Millennium, and Hilton Midtown and I absolutely LOVED The Conrad downtown.

Quick walk to Brookfield Place mall, Battery Park, Wholefoods and easy access to ferries.

Great location in cold weather because there is easy access to indoor shopping malls and transportation.

The location is great with easy access to bikes right out front, the WTC and subway are a 5 mins walk.

It is an easy access to the river side for a walk.

10 min subway ride to Midtown, easy access to subway.

The hotel is in easy reach of the lower Manhattan sights and great as a base for our family break.

Easy access to New York State ferry system.

It had easy access to the subway and was a quick 15 minute train ride to the Broadway shows.

Easy to access the subway from Brookfield Place (just a short walk across the street).

The room sizes are generous which is rare in Manhattan, and you'll have easy access to great shopping and you're right under One World Trade.

Easy access to the mall next door from the hotel.

With everything within easy reach and public transport handy it is the perfect location to visit New York.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the subway.

There is easy access to the buses, subways, and ferries.

Recommend this place as it was within easy access (just through Brookfield Place) to the World Trade Centre Memorial Site.

Easy access to the trains and great for walks along the river.

Really liked the placement and easy accessibility of the safe in a drawer to store valuables. The gentleman who escorted us to our room with luggage at check in (Hu?)

We loved the property and its location outside of the hustle and bustle of midtown NYC.
