Me and my fiancee booked for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend, and the elevator is filled with weed smell, we went upstairs to our 1 queen bed room.

The elevators are incredibly slow and staff take them – not the freight elevator.

This episode was painful as there was an excessively long wait for the lift and whilst I received an explanation for the mistakes and a half hearted apology they could have done a lot better.

The hotel was located across the street from Radio City Music Hall and about a 2 minute walk to the ROCKERFELLER CENTER where they also have a subway station to get around town and alot of shops, restaurants, and the famous ice skating rink.

The showers and linen were clean.The ice machine did not work and I was told to go to another floor to use it.

Also, the rooms are not clean, the sink didn’t drain at all, water leaked below the sink in the main room and we got the feeling that simply nobody cares for the hotel at all!
