Daily hot breakfast is served from 6-9:30am, along with the usual bagels, fruit, oatmeal, wafflemaker, etc.

I had the free breakfast they offered each day, which helped me have enough energy to strategize how I was going to have a place to stay each night during the Mardi Gras week.

The breakfast change some days and it has a little bit of eve you need.

Competent service and well appointed rooms with an outstanding breakfast makes this place recommended.

but I come to this hotel often because I like it and the location is perfect.

It's located on a busy street and in an industrial area.

The hotel is in a great location, it's by everything.

It is in a good location, far enough away from the traffic and crowds and hefty French Quarter hotel prices.

Location was easy to get to and close to the sites in the area without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

I chose this property because of its location to the French Quarter, less than 15 minutes to get there.

The location is convenient and clean, staff is super friendly!

I also loved that it was very conveniently located right near the interstate.

If you're looking for a great and clean place to stay in the New Orleans area, this is it.

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights on a recent visit to New Orleans.

Would be a good hotel for a pre/post cruise out of New Orleans.

I paid my hard earned money to enjoy my time down here in New Orleans for my birthday and this honestly ruined it.

We really enjoyed our getaway to New Orleans.

For cruising out of the port of New Orleans, you just CAN'T beat it.

It's our 3rd time and if we cruise out of new Orleans we will stay here again.

Pretty good drive to the tourist areas of New Orleans.

The hotel is close to everything and only 10 minutes from New Orleans.

Will stay again if I come back to visit Metairie or New Orleans.

If I am ever in the New Orleans areas again, I will most definitely consider staying in the same hotel again.

It ended up being a wonderful place to stay and we’ll return next time we’re planning on playing in New Orleans.

We (out here in the Pacific Northwest) hear a lot about "Southern Hospitality" -- We experienced this first hand at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in New Orleans.

I had a wonderful stay during my visit to New Orleans.

Calling again,  louder, we heard someone, a woman, barking from within.

Most of the time she is sitting in the breakfast area and talking on her cell phone. I once told her that the coffee was out and her response was a hard, "I know."

Afterexplaining that I received poor information the night before on the phone from the night clerk, I asked

We could also hear our loud neighbors 2 hour phones call through the wall.

When we booked our room over the phone, we had inquired about what time their shuttle to NOLA cruise port leaves the hotel.

When we get airport call hotel they don't have shuttle from airport to hotel.

but booking with hotel for the second stay cost me an extra $30 for the same rooms; also lied about offering cruise port shuttle; (had to call a cab - but that was cheaper than the price quoted by the hotel before they refused to provide shuttle service, so that ended up working out.)

but the minute I said my name the phone hung up.

My only issue was a scam artist calling at 4am trying to get my credit card information along with everyone else in the hotel.

It took a 25 minute phone call to Priceline so they could find me a room and not double charge.

In order to use the shuttle service, you need to call the hotel reception after you arrive the city's airport.

I had to call 2/3 nights I was there and request it be turned off after 9 pm.

I was 75 miles out of the area on the interstate when that same clerk called my cell phone and told me that she needed to charge $76 more dollars to my debit card.

Ended up calling on Friday evening and booking for 2 nights.

We had to call the front desk twice to quiet them down.

There was a blanket in the closet and I think being that we stayed in a double room (2 beds) there should be two blankets, I had to call downstairs for the blanket and after waiting almost two and a half hours no one came.

I tried calling the front desk 3 times and got a busy signal each time.

It also had easy to access plug sockets by the bedside table, useful for your overnight phone charge so you can still sneak a glance at your Facebook during the night, to see if Tracey has uploaded another photo of her dog wearing a sombrero, "like".

Adjacent to I-10, so don't expect to walk to many places, other than Acme Oyster House, which is a fun place with good food and fast service.

The Cafe was excellent, the ladies were very polite and kept smiles on there faces ,I really enjoyed staying their.I enjoyed  talking to Ms.Keisha was very helpful and she is really a nice person.

I took a walk & got some treats to eat in my bedroom.

but fridge in room had old food left in it rest of room was clean.

Also centrally located to multiple restaurants.

It was also very close walking distance to grocery stores and a variety of places to eat.

The pros: It's easily accessible to all roads going to the city; there's both a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's nearby; easy, secure parking.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, friendly staff and the food was good.

He suggested a place to eat that was great.

Blood on sheets, semen or spit down the side of the night stand, mold around bath room and the room had not been mopped Atleast in the past month, used towels to walk on around the room, slept fully clothed

Don't try and sleep here cause it's impossible, people scream outside your room at all hours and you can hear people walking around on the floors above.

The night we arrived, we were exhausted and desperately in need of sleep.

I heard noise all night and did not sleep well.

Since it was so late we sucked it up and slept in the freezing room.

In addition to the lack of hospitality and preparation, the rooms were musty the whole time, housekeeping wasn't there for the last 2 days of my stay, the breakfast was average, and neighboring guests were loud and inconsiderate of other guests sleeping between 2-4 am by loitering in the hallways outside of peoples doors.

The power went out overnight and we woke up without power in our room, which I know the hotel can't do anything about.

My sister had already gone to sleep, so I had to get her out of bed to move next door.

The next morning as we were sleeping late with a do not disturb sign on our door staff was outside talking about their jobs really loud right in front of your please be courteous sign!

I would recommend bringing your own pillows as our king bed only had 4 small throw pillows to sleep on.

Only bad thing I can say about this place is when we asked for a late check-out so we could sleep in before our long drive home, it was granted.

The maids were also very loud in the morning and woke me up.

but there are signs posted all over the property to please be quiet in the hallways, because of our sleeping guests.

Did not feel safe and did not sleep well at all here.

I only gave this hotel 3 stars because we did not get a good night's sleep.

but the air conditioning was noisy and not good for sleeping.

However we woke this morning, we realized the room was too small for our needs.

To the housekeepers your back-and-forth to each other starting at 8 o'clock in the morning to disturb your sleep.

Had a restful nights sleep in the peaceful and comfortable room.

There was a fantastic breakfast spot about one block away and then Robert's grocery is about 4-5 blocks off Elysian.

Every morning they serve great local style,  freshly cooked breakfast.

Tom is an excellent host, very knowledgeable and the breakfast he serves are oh so delicious.

The breakfast Dona made was delicious and warm and just what we needed to hit the streets during Carnivale!

We were there for our first NOLA Mardi Gras and Dana and Cindy helped us so much with figuring out how to participate and where to eat.

Tom was great at providing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, as well as at answering questions from guests.

The large house had plenty of room for us to congregate and share meals in along with the ample courtyard space that was gorgeous.

Being greeted by their pet cat, that was being starved, every time I entered or left my room is inexcusable.

The room was so comfortable and charming.

We had the famous purple and green carriage room.

They were also very accommodating, allowing us to stay in our room later as our plane didn’t leave until evening.

The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is homey

This was the only place on our 10 day road trip which didn’t provide complimentary water, even a single small bottle, which took the shine off a bit.

Just sign up with Tom and Dana at B&W Courtyards for an experience that may be less than a single mile away from Bourbon in physical terms

Bourbon St. is mainly noise and strip joints now - I don' t think we saw a single show there,

We had the Front Carriage room because of the warning that fountains might keep light sleepers awake (in fact they didn’t seem very loud).

Late sleepers should not choose this room.

If you are a light sleeper, you might not want to choose this room.

She was very accommodating and responsive the whole stay.

The host tried to get us in as soon as she could before check in.

Staff corrected the water issue by the next day.

The owners are incredibly accommodating and wonderful to work with with any question or concern you might have.

Extremely clear communication by the owners/managers.

Tom and Dana are great hosts, very helpful and they provide every information you needed.

They even got milk for us when I explained we like to drink tea.

Charming and unique stay with friendly, helpful hosts.

Free  Continental breakfast and icing on the cake is the gated parking included.

Breakfast was also ready promptly at 6:00 AM.

Even the disposable plates at breakfast were special: bamboo in appearance and very sturdy.

This hotel exceeded our expectations: The room was fantastic, the breakfast was the best we ever had as a complimentary breakfast in a hotel, we felt secure at all times, and their private parking made this hotel an incredible option.

The continental breakfast is plentiful, even leaning toward hot if you count the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches provided, along with a microwave.

There is a restaurant on premise and a breakfast place around the corner.

We walked to Magazine street for delicious dinners and around the corner for Wakin Bakin for breakfast.

The breakfast was rudimentary, with individually packed sausage biscuits and muffins.

You won’t have a good breakfast in the morning.

I loved getting my grab-and-go Covid breakfast, heating it up in our room's microwave, and then sitting at the cafe tables out front watching the streetcars go by.

I also stayed her because the location is perfect, on the St. Charles Ave. streetcar line and it has a lovely front veranda to sit and eat breakfast and watch the streetcars go by.

Great location, friendly, responsive staff, excellent breakfast on day one, declining in quality days 2, 3 and 4.

Spotless rooms incredible breakfast each day, even scrumptious bakery goods in the afternoon, and evening.

Had the most delicious cakes almost every day in the afternoon.
