The hotel staff is very polite, friendly and take cares of you like your family.

Staff was quite friendly as well, Mukesh Kumar and Neha from housekeeping went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

While the ambience was quite good, a special call out to the staff, they are really friendly,  courteous and professional.

Hotel room was to small ..so instead of 2 days we decided to change the hotel after 1st night

Worst hotel room is too small price of the room 6k n food is too expensive one Pepsi is 190 2 pcs of gulab jamun is rs200 steamed rice is 350 very bad there is no balcony also if we go to lift we should access the card

However, for the tariff this hotel charges, I will not complain for the small room and bathroom size.

The room that was given to us was too small and tiny.

After the strong smell of cleaner/freshener had disappeared, the smell of cigarettes kept oozing into the room.

If you are a person sensitive to cigarette smoke, then this hotel is not for you.

Positives - near airport, clean and modern look, food is tasty

parking basement stinks and there is no lift to come back to lobby from the parking

Special mention - secretively they apply service charge for food order to the room.

They have a vending machine for snacks and cigarette.

Rooms smells of cigarettes and the hallway stinks.

The shower had black mold everywhere, there was rust all over the appliances, the sheets had old stains on them.

Secondly, corridors and room were stinking badly.

however it was just way too noisy, the room had a very strange odor to it and the bathroom could use some work.

I second a comment from earlier that "smoking rooms" should either be on an entirely different floor or removed altogether.

We had to wait in order to get our room, and unfortunately, the smell of both smoke in the room and air quality in both the room and corridors was quite poor (much better in the restaurant/lobby though).

The smell of excess floor washing liquid is everywhere too.

The presentation was not that great either with most of the green veges appeared stale.

Atleast in my 3 times stay, Once they provided a smoking room, so I have to ask them to change it after reaching the hotel,

Rooms are small & the one in which i was staying was stinking badly.

Everything was upto the mark, Services was so prompt nd quick.All the staffs were so helpful especially  housekeeping staff & food & beverage staffs.I enjoyed my stay.

I want to call out Garima who is the Front desk associate who was very helpful and responsive.

My entire family loved the Lalit Hotel services , very friendly hotel and staff

The rooms were very spacious, my only slightly negative comment would be, that it is little run down and probably due some update.

The place needs desperate maintenance & renovations.

but most of the PCs and printers are outdated and do not function well.

The only draw back was for a five star, the rooms are a bit outdated and the amenities are not all there, like the lack of conditioner and other small amenities that I would expect at a five star.

The only thing hotel needs to improve is the conditions of their room,they are in bad state and need urgent attention as per the standards.

Rooms smelt of cigarettes corridors mould, battered toilet cabinets, damaged shower and everywhere run down in dire need of refurbishment.

Just a recommendation if you guys could do a little renovation of the rooms since it looks outdated now

However the rooms show their age, have not been renovated in decades and are a bit grimy in the corners.

but I feel as it’s somewhat old, it requires some renovations and taps and showers need replacement.

The rooms were so outdated and poorly cleaned.

The whole area needs a complete update,  to us the hotel felt more like a 2 star.

It is old, filthy, has not been renovated in decades.

Furthermore, refer to my pictures for your reference; the room was in terrible maintenance and cleaning conditions, not even up to 3 star hotel.

Many spotty areas - first room we got was a bit outdated, old armatures, sticky floor.

The beds were stained,mould,paint peeling off taps in poor condition.

Breakfast queues remind one of free langar and manager of area was rude and arrogant.

I had a rather unpleasant experience while checking in at the hotel due to the rude behavior of the receptionist, Shivangi.

We managed the taxi on our own , we managed to go to the hospital on our own and the staff was very rude , and they were only worried about the  3000 rs for the concierge/taxi. 3.

The receptionist was pretty rude when we checked in (to us as well as a poor old man).

The front desk was rude and under trained.

But to my surprise hotel staff, Ms. Priya at reception was extremely rude, and mannerless and behaved very unprofessionally with me which leads to my extreme disappointment.

but I've felt bad as well there was some problem in system because of that some guest was really rude to them but still they were smiling and letting them shout .. seriously everyone deserves respect.

but sadly whilst both parts of the family are paying customers, when my Indian nephew asked they said no not available and dismissed him yet when I asked in English they were more than willing to help - how insulting to your own country citizens and very rude.

The girl at the reception was rude and  was irritated as we wanted ti check.

Despite booking the girl on front desk on 24 th night was slow and erred in blocking two credit cards and gave two single occupancy rooms contrary to booking , the family was divided in two floors (2522;2528;2606&2614 rooms) for four days -24th Dec. onwards.

The systems are also so slow that checking in took us 30 mins which is unacceptable for a 5 star.

but the drain was slow and overflowed onto the floor.

Check in was slow and they messed up our rooms with the extra beds,

Though the reservation process was a bit slow , the warm welcome at the lalit was so refreshing.

Internet was unreasonably slow and annoying for making the initial connection.

but it was almost too busy as the service was very slow or not at all.

The reception staff are generally not very good and VERY slow.

There’s been many more examples over the days of my stay, so as such, I spoke with manager on duty about our experience.

Nikhat's professionalism and welcoming demeanor created a positive first impression for our entire group.

Front desk attendant- Kalyani service was humble regal and remarkable.

but once I checked out they conveniently provided two breakfast boxes knowing that they have been charging for four persons all thru night.

Another thing that bothered us was that every single day our magnetic card got inactivated.

The main problem about this hotel is that the room access cards get deactivated frequently and this happened with majority of our group members.

On the check out day morning my phone charge was very very low and my charger was not working.

though the rooms are in need of an upgrade. We were overcharged a bar bill (3 bills for 3 people with 3 lots of tax!)

I was not allowed to check in because I showed pan card.

Of course they give me early check in of 90 minutes and when informed him I hope you would not mind putting me this review on trip advisor at that time he told me we gave you early check in without any extra charge.

After a good 15 minutes of debate I finally asked to speak to her manager or the GM and then she spoke to someone on the phone and agreed to check us in without extra charge

they charged 810 rupees for the 3 km or less distance

uncomfortable bedding, hope less service, they even  charge for cutlery provided in room, charge 440.00 for 1.plate of onion, all staff are very rude from high to low.

But unfortunately while checking out they charged me 1600 Rs for airport to and fro.

Just dinner, not the other meals, not the room, not even the taxi charge.

Had to cancel my bookings for two rooms as I cannot fly to India due to Visa restrictions for UK citizens by the Indian government.

When checking out they made the charge in Euros without asking anything (they get 4.5% markup ding this).

but everytime I need to get my invoice changed.

They said they would send somebody up to the room to collect the cash or credit card details.

but still insisted me, so I decided to make alibis after half an hour of trying to convince him to leave..

Then finally I have come to my last day and when I ask for my Airport transfer, they said, it is subject fro additional charges! Goodness!!

The service is nice, especially Surendra from Housekeeping is very friendly and very helpful, thank you so much,i really appreciate ur work.

My experience at lemon tree was average, the rooms were quite old & small & the services are really slow & limited options in food so probably I wouldn't recommend this place however the house keeping staff were really nice especially anju gautam & rajnath

Rooms are quite small, expectating a bathtub, which was not there.

The rooms are small, if you're carrying a lot of luggage, you might find it difficult to manouver in the room.

Now the negatives - Rooms are very very small, mattresses are uncomfortable and you don't get good sleep.

but we were disappointed by the room which was small and dated.

All the amenities in the room have been argentometrically designed to accommodate maximum unitalities in given limited space (the room was small).

The only thing that mattered us was that the room was quite small.

Although the rooms were little small being a business hotel.

The rooms are quite small and we had to put an extra bed which made it smaller.

The staff at the reception were also very kind.

Osama inspite of DND sign knocks on the door and shouts and ask what time I will check  out  As a gold member I have late check out facility and no one is aware of all this .

It started at the door of the hotel, one of the doormen was extremely rude and disrespectful, shouting at us in order to put our luggage in the scanner (which we have never refused).

That said, the A/C in my room was broken (and the staff indifferent to this), the en-suite bathroom has, like, six doors that all bang against one another, the lighting in the room has a strange yellow cast, and the restaurant staff actively avoids seated tables.

My door key got inactive as by mistake had kept it with my mobile.

If I talk about my room, I noticed that locker which was provided in the room was very dirty, hinges of glass panel in bathroom was rusted, bathroom doors were dirty and paint was chipping off, Air conditioning was not good.

The man in the door only took two of them, and we had to carry the other two  to the hotel entrance (not what you would expect for a 5-star hotel).

He then stood over me watching me write a review (I have since edited) all whilst the door is closed and he is in the room.

The moment we walked in the door nothing was a problem if requested.

The room was completely carpeted and once the door of the room is shut, there is a total eerie silence.

but neither did it have a lockable door nor would that door stay fully shut.

Further to this- Sliding door glass in the room was broken, carpets could be more clean.

Always friendly , professional and taught me how to use the machines.

He was attentive and was able to help me with my garment all while maintaining a professional attitude and friendly smile.
