Very nice experience at Radisson  blu plaza delhi  airport  such a amazing hospitality  with kindness  and politeness , loved the food it was delicious  and masala  tea was very good , would  like thank to Ms shivangi she was very  polite  .

Really enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the room.

Wonderful hotel I totally recommend everyone to visit this hotel for once , staff are very generous and kind towards the guest , the buffet spread has a great variety especially thanks to shivangi she is very nice and kind .

Right from the kebabs to breads each and every course was offered with pure indian hospitality which is rare for an indian hotel.

A widespread breakfast buffet was served and tasted good.

Also, there was wait time in the breakfast as well.

Staff doesn't aware of restaurant timings on call they said 12:30 TO 15;30 

but their person in the airport used his phone to resolve it.

While I was on call, my wine glass was never empty!

I was also promised a call back and an email where the case could be pursued.

Busy lobby busy breakfast busy checkin process busy counter busy service late check in done nothing was on time no services done at the first call.

I had requested a wake up call at 4 in the morning,

but the dinning turned into a nightmare for me because of the unhygienic floors,
When i asked my concern to Mr Rakesh Kumar who is the restaurant manager he asked me after the dinner we will call to the press control to check why this thing happened i mean if i have to sit with cockroaches in 5 star hotels why don’t i go to any dhaba where i pay a very minimum amount and i atleast feel not embarrassed infront of my friend.

Also, the keys are not working and my room was last so it really annoying to come to the front desk all the time due to the corridor phone was not working.

location is also nice , staff is nice and cooperative, only thing is door sometimes does not open with the key provided they should atleast keep a phone on Every floor as if the key does not work we have to go to the reception only

The boardroom had poor lighting and no video conferencing facility.

Honestly, this apology came in after I called and shared about me being a corporate traveller and I would strike off their name from our list of preferred hotels to stay for my organisation due to this bad experience .Sadly, there was no gesture from the hotel or management to make up for the poor experience, which makes me wonder if I should stay with them again.

The service in the bar was extremly poor and slow.

this is a poor hotel in an undesirable neighbourhood.

The room had a very bad smell (no ventilation in bathroom) , the welcoming in the reception was very poor.

The stay is bad and the facility is extremely poor .

This technology is also completely outdated or of poor quality.

I had included breakfast which was great.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay.

The staff in the breakfast area is very efficient.

A special call out to the chef for the delicious food.

The buffet breakfast was full of delicious food from many countries.

Breakfast at Tamara is really good in terms of variety and taste.

Breakfast in the mornings was good they cooked my husband what he wanted so he didn’t have to risk cross contamination getting food off the buffet.

My experience with the hotel has been the following- 
1) Excellent spread for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

For breakfast they have some good varieties to offer.

Over all program was excellent , managed very well , our chef made nice delicious dishes ( Mr Bhatt) he was so cooperative and a lovely human being ,everyone was happy with the food and menu.

another incident is as below
For example at my departure, I do not want to use my credit card to make payment and want to do netbanking transfer,

But in fact, it happened to be a sales transaction.

Entering the gates is like gaining access to Fort Knox and key cards are required for the lifts.

The next morning access to the 19th floor did not work with the key card and I reported at the front desk.

Even that was not enough as I had left my credit card behind in the restaurant and ishan them ran to our room to make sure we had it back before we went to bed.

I as still waiting for the credit back into my card -today is 8th day!

By mistake I had left my OCI card at immigration at Delhi Airport.

Unfortunately, nothing was done to recognize our special occasion, except for an extra charge for early check in.

Even when we checked out total confusion on what room was being charged to what person and incorrect room charges.

Guess for the Tariff they charge, Opting for Taj or ITC shouldn't be a bad idea, unless they make it more luxurious.

Even the billing was wrongly done and we had to point out that we were doubly charged.

Just 2hrs of early checkin and late checkout we were charged half day room charge both the times.

He said I will hv to come to reception for bill payment when I requested multiple time only then they got card machine at banquets for bill payment.

Having returned home and now received my credit card bill I now find that the hotel charged our bills in sterling, contrary to my instructions.

With the concierge overcharge and do not use their metres.then to top it all the front desk deliberately make mistakes to overcharge you credit card.please check every payment as it seems the corrupt practises are from top to bottom and upper mangers are part of the schemes.

I had specifically asked to be charged in INR

Everything about this hotel is 5 Star except the prices of extras, such as Mini Bar items which are VERY expensive and the bottle of Perrier Water I requested at breakfast which cost £8 GBP (850 Rupees).

Had to pay 500 rupees to business centre, asked front desk to collect, rather than collecting was asked to go on first floor and give.

There is a surd trainer called Dalvinder (I think) he was the worst and he kept telling me anything more than 30 min is deemed to be personal training and costs money.

I have paid in the net banking transfer with Taj and Marriot without any issue.

however was breakfast in the main restaurant, I had paid for breakfast for the entire duration of the stay, I went the first morning was seated and then totally ignored for 20 minutes until I complained - other customers arriving after me were attended to, even when i complained the waiters were still arguing between themselves as to who would serve me.

Restaurants tend to be overpriced, and the food is usually stale.

but the prices were way overpriced even for New York, Los Angeles or Miami.

Cons
Paying a high rate, small touches would have been appreciated, like a nightime turndown service and pillow menu.

but they said you need to pay a deposit to use it.

Similarly a male staff called me after I had checked out to say that I have to pay for lunch and dinner

If I have to say something: the prices at “Sorrento” were on the high side,

At all 3 venues that I went to I found it to be over priced, bland and of a quality that you would not expect from a Shangri-La product.

Also, they don't give bottled water at breakfast and I paid $5 for a bottle.

I’ve been to each and every property in Delhi NCR so I can easily rate my experience here being the worst among them.

Also asked to check if we were given the booked (and payed) rooms; there was no mini bar, basic and none premium toiletries, regular bed (not the comfort I was used to, we had to step into a bath tub to shower (while on your website you promote the room with seperate rain shower and seperate bath) , low level floor without view and more. .

TIP: take higher floor rooms for good view
Do not book airport transfer from the hotel as rate is about Rs3800+  one way ,whereas airport prepaid taxi /uber is about Rs600+

but then they are way more expensive too.

Mister Chai's in the lobby was glacially slow and I finally left after 45 minutes of no food, and inattentive service.

The "needs work" section:

- Unfortunately, service at Grappa (the bar + Italian restaurant) is very slow.

Another meal was slow coming and clearly had been left and not sent out, or had only been partly cooked - so that weht back, of course.

Service is slow motion with a snail : 

front desk staff stand behind huge glass cubicles which seem sound proof- can’t hear them …

The breakfast service slow and invisible with confusion on who is doing what.

The only issue for me was the slow room service , only reason I gave it 4 star rating.

We found our room AC to be very slow and needed all day to cool down; thankfully it stays on when you leave the room.

however coffee at breakfast was too slow to come out.

You never want to end up in a queue or a long check in procedures with slow hands assisting you,that too specially after an hours of traveling.

The service might be a little slow though.

but far too slow when someone is tired after a long overseas journey.

but cost to facility don't match.I think it's costly.Lifts need improvement and internet is also slow.

however service for tea and coffee very slow.

Talking about food it was delicious so the overall experience was great!!!! !

Then in room service just had khichdi, pasta and sandwiches.imagine getting sandwich and fries for dinner for which one has paid huge amount as buffet dinner.

The check in was smooth and the food was delicious.

we stayed a further 3 days and saw no change  Had the normal omelette station
The hotel is in aerocity which a food park with restaurants and fast food outlets

The hotel had excellent ambience, comfortable rooms with all essential accessories, courteous and caring staff and delicious food! !

Centrally located breakfast had a variety of choices.. Room rate was reasonable experience was of a five star hotel.

I also enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel restaurant.

Again, neat clean rooms / bathrooms and good breakfast is what LT delivers.

The breakfast was great, the kitchen staff again was really kind.

We had a delicious buffet breakfast, included in the room cost, which had EVERYTHING a person could ask for.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of Indian and continental food, and the restaurant service is excellent.

Dear Lemon tree management.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast Overall  wonderful experience, thanks to Raspal and rajat housekeeping,  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

The stay was comfortable and food was tasty and delicious and room cleaning was done properly.

The delicious food is served with gratitude and patience.

Room was very clean staff was very helpful 
Liked the Food as well, Breakfast was very nice

View from the window was beautiful

Especially, Himanshu from Housekeeping

The over all stay was osm with taste and yummy breakfast and night dinner.

but once I checked out they conveniently provided two breakfast boxes knowing that they have been charging for four persons all thru night.

Another thing that bothered us was that every single day our magnetic card got inactivated.

The main problem about this hotel is that the room access cards get deactivated frequently and this happened with majority of our group members.

On the check out day morning my phone charge was very very low and my charger was not working.

though the rooms are in need of an upgrade. We were overcharged a bar bill (3 bills for 3 people with 3 lots of tax!)

I was not allowed to check in because I showed pan card.

Of course they give me early check in of 90 minutes and when informed him I hope you would not mind putting me this review on trip advisor at that time he told me we gave you early check in without any extra charge.

After a good 15 minutes of debate I finally asked to speak to her manager or the GM and then she spoke to someone on the phone and agreed to check us in without extra charge

they charged 810 rupees for the 3 km or less distance

uncomfortable bedding, hope less service, they even  charge for cutlery provided in room, charge 440.00 for 1.plate of onion, all staff are very rude from high to low.

But unfortunately while checking out they charged me 1600 Rs for airport to and fro.

Just dinner, not the other meals, not the room, not even the taxi charge.

Had to cancel my bookings for two rooms as I cannot fly to India due to Visa restrictions for UK citizens by the Indian government.

When checking out they made the charge in Euros without asking anything (they get 4.5% markup ding this).

but everytime I need to get my invoice changed.

They said they would send somebody up to the room to collect the cash or credit card details.

but still insisted me, so I decided to make alibis after half an hour of trying to convince him to leave..

Then finally I have come to my last day and when I ask for my Airport transfer, they said, it is subject fro additional charges! Goodness!!

My experience at lemon tree was average, the rooms were quite old & small & the services are really slow & limited options in food so probably I wouldn't recommend this place however the house keeping staff were really nice especially anju gautam & rajnath

The rooms are small compared to other hotels in the area

Rooms are quite small, expectating a bathtub, which was not there.

The rooms are small, if you're carrying a lot of luggage, you might find it difficult to manouver in the room.

Now the negatives - Rooms are very very small, mattresses are uncomfortable and you don't get good sleep.

but we were disappointed by the room which was small and dated.

All the amenities in the room have been argentometrically designed to accommodate maximum unitalities in given limited space (the room was small).

The only thing that mattered us was that the room was quite small.

Although the rooms were little small being a business hotel.

The rooms are quite small and we had to put an extra bed which made it smaller.

Great food service with an amazing buffet service.

I was Stayed for 3 Days, and my experience was very good in terms of room & Room service provided by Redfox & Breakfast was very nice. .

and you can request items to your table like hot tea/coffee or omlettes.

Meals served were delicious especially the breakfast of idly, dosa and vada. Yummy!

Food quality was good & breakfast had multiple options.

Breakfast was also good with lot of options available in the menu Great service by chotu Khan as he was helpful for any assistance needed!

The stay was very nice I had dinner in buffet and it was very tasty.

but they are prepared extremely well and indeed very delicious in all aspects.

Buffet menu is always different and so is the breakfast.

the service was all good and food was very delicious and  specially kajol mam very kind and if we have any queries she is always help us .

The services at Red Fox Hotel have been fabulous right from the entry, welcomed by the Security personnels, then warmly and courteously dealt by the front office, the neat clean & hygienic rooms and the healthy food and everything has been above and beyond all expectations.

The foods are very delicious and fresh and tasty.

Hotel have good food quality with best class chef who makes yummy or tasty class food !

They even incorporated the dishes suggested by us in their menu for lunch and breakfast.

After the strong smell of cleaner/freshener had disappeared, the smell of cigarettes kept oozing into the room.

If you are a person sensitive to cigarette smoke, then this hotel is not for you.

Just one request to the people, opting to stay in Redfox, even I am a smoker,

Positives - near airport, clean and modern look, food is tasty

parking basement stinks and there is no lift to come back to lobby from the parking

Special mention - secretively they apply service charge for food order to the room.

They have a vending machine for snacks and cigarette.

Rooms smells of cigarettes and the hallway stinks.

The shower had black mold everywhere, there was rust all over the appliances, the sheets had old stains on them.

Secondly, corridors and room were stinking badly.

however it was just way too noisy, the room had a very strange odor to it and the bathroom could use some work.
