Card damage deposits not being removed in a timely manner is not a concern for us.

but check in staff processed my credit card to pay in pounds sterling without asking me.

Charges for airport shuttle were also excessive - much easier and cheaper to get an Uber

Mohit Gupta was not helpful and instead of appeasing or understanding that this a weird and unexpected charge for guests coming from outside of India, he implied in an indifferent manner that the extra charge shouldn’t be a big deal for us and that this is how things are in India.

Then they issued an invoice for 12500.  .

but nobody will tell you this and when you order drinks, they will simply charge you for it which is disgusting

Staff are friendly enough, a few of them wait and linger for tips even if you do not feel like giving them a tip they just stand there.

No additional charges on water bottles and a smooth checkout process.

but at the check out the amount in invoice was shown not as property tax but as room service charge which I haven't used.

It was surprising even after paying business room charges especially during COVID times to get better hygiene the wall behind the bed got fungus.

Please don't accept international cards in the first place while trying to lure visitors, if you can't honour them when present.

Also, the agent was rude and insisted on charging my card, not just holding it for security.

however, I noticed they levied a service charge on the room rent apart from the regular government charges.

but don't believe on there tarrif card, they can charge anything.

The boardroom had poor lighting and no video conferencing facility.

Honestly, this apology came in after I called and shared about me being a corporate traveller and I would strike off their name from our list of preferred hotels to stay for my organisation due to this bad experience .Sadly, there was no gesture from the hotel or management to make up for the poor experience, which makes me wonder if I should stay with them again.

The service in the bar was extremly poor and slow.

this is a poor hotel in an undesirable neighbourhood.

The room had a very bad smell (no ventilation in bathroom) , the welcoming in the reception was very poor.

Odour was also bad and furniture in poor shape.

Service in the restaurant and reception was slow an unflexible.

One area of improvement could be, the check-in experience it was a bit slow.

The check in process was a bit slow as we had to wait almost half an hour

Both sinks in the room were slow draining and the bath tub also did not drain properly, maintenance had to fix this.

They serve decent hot kababs at the table, albeit at a very slow pace.

Food and utensils are still being put out, drink service is slow.

The buffet was super, very tasteful wit a lot of variety.

Latch handle r falling off doors this is the poor condition , door r so noisy to open and close.

No WiFi during 2 out of 3 days, high humidity in the room, hot and humid in corridors, poor breakfast, more or less watchable channels on TV are paid.

The Internet connectivity is very poor to your devices and general hospitality is mediocre and  requires improvement.

The internet is poor in the rooms though.

But a very bad experience in the bar leads to a poor rating.

Extremely poor service, in many ways, the less said the better.

Food quality is poor, breakfast taste needs improving not much variety to eat.

but the service is poor, during dinner and breakfast the staff is very short no one  bothers to even check if the water is there on the table , Even if we order either they forget or take much time to serve.

However the buffet breakfast has limited options and poor /repetitive items and hence needs creative menu rotation to make it capture the interests of the guests.

First impression on check in was not great  - we arrived late evening and not having stayed at the hotel before had no info from reception for our stay and had to ask questions on breakfast WiFi etc very poor welcome which surprised us being 5 star so prompted feedback being left with the hotel  ( having been in India for 10 days in Jaipur to compare service)

The breakfast was average with poor service and tables not set fully.

but very poor service,we had to wait for 30 min for the tea and at the end just got an apology ,"sorry the tea is over".Really,a 5 start property cant make a cup of tea.

They obliged bit gave me 2 apples and 2 bananas that also of poor quality.

It’s a poor hotel and desperately needs some TLC as it is very outdated.

Complementatry WiFi connection was quite poor though, all other services and the ambient of the hotel were to my expectation.

Overall the staff and food along with hospitality was brilliant.

I'm here from the last few days and I find the hotel environment is so good staff's are humble food were omg sooo tasty and hygienic I would specially thank to chef Mr Vikas pant and Mr Ravi & sunil and trainee jeba for treating me so well in the cafe pride.

The behavior of staff is rude and room service is pathetically slow.

From the time of check in ( they took about 25-30minutes) the front office lady was very slow and made me wait for about 25-30 minutes.

We were tired and late (10pm) at check in so when we finally (very slow service at reception) checked in we were too tired to complain about the very must, steely room we were in.

Internet is a bit slow for business purposes.

The internet, basic internet is slow speed and for business while opening vpn connection to overseas not fast enough.

the restaurante is expensive, bad and slow!

Despite repeated feedback, their service remains slow and inefficient.

It still was too slow to use and at this point my evening was spent neither getting work done nor enjoying myself.

You lost a star because of the arrogance of one of your waiters in the restaurant and the slow response to bringing our bags.

The check in at 3 am was slow and complicated.
