With me was the price of Andalusia and we wanted some filets and wine,

Receptionists were not friendly, wellness was too far from the room, cold in the hallway, ridiculous prices for the drinks, WiFi was only at lobby, €5 for 12 hours.

If you wanted a cappuccino or latte you would need to pay for it and for an omelette it would be the same case.

Breakfast rather basic as for 4* hotel, limited selection of vegetables, capucino to be paid extra, just scrumble egs available.

Pricing is just slightly higher than that of hotels in town

but in the lobby there is computer with internet 2 euro /hour,  to check email - it is enough to pay 20 eurocents in to machine.

but is functional, only strange thing is that the water from the shower spreads too much, a threshold would be good here.

Personally I missed having a cheeseboard every night, which seems to be on offer in most of the Austrian hotels we stay at and also the lack of tap water on the table in the evening (available for breakfast

we waited almost 1 hour for hot water in bath.

No WiFi in the room, and the WiFi in the lobby has VERY limited capacity.

but the signal and speed is very very bad.

Wi fi is very slow and extra chargeable in rooms.

I wouldn't normally mention WiFi as its not something Im usually bothered about

I have to say this place is far more cost effective than Seefeld also; cheaper lift passes, ski hire and hotels with better skiing.. Seefeld is better for the shopping non skiing partner.

At least my son is not fan of potatoes in any style.

Minor things we didn't like:
- no hot food for breakfast (scrambled eggs or sausages) pre-prepared, you need to ask the waiter to prepare it, which takes time
- difficult to get dinner, if you have not booked it - the restaurant personnel did not spek English
- weird central heating of the room - only fllor heating in the bathroom, so difficult to manage the temperature in the room

My only complaint about the hotel was the noise from the bar across the street from our room and from the street (its on a very busy road).

We had 5 days staying in the Donnerhof: good room, fantastic views, great food (we had half-board) and friendly staff.

It is pleasant hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and a very friendly and efficient owner/manager.

Location is good, bus runs all day right on the doorstep with a kit shop a few steps away, and with our hotel discount it was great on the pocket. Owner couldnt have been more friendly and was more than happy to give us an extra room (free of charge!!)

We checked in to hotel Lizumerhof after a bit of research.

The owner has three small dogs which immediately attacked, nipping and biting, our dog in reception on arrival.

But best of all - friendly atmosphere between all guests and staff.

but it really is the staff that make this hotel, they are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay.

Combined with the great sauna facilities, excellent breakfast and dinner we had a great few days to start the winter, with many thanks to the owners and their friendly staff.

I think the staff like you to be at the table by 7pm for dinner as a specific menu is drawn up each day by the chef featuring four courses.

The owners are very nice and are always on hand to help with any requests.

The transfer was 25 minutes which allowed more time on the slopes on our leaving day.

Well what a sham of a place staff no interest in rooms when wrong very small shower only big enough for a child not a full grown man ask for a few small bits in room and everything Is tomorrow would say stay well clear of this place or make very strict requirements before arriving as really don't care

If we had been told of the party when we arrived we would not have accepted the change of room.

We arrived destroyed and complete wrecks and left completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Visited this hotel in February looking forward to a relaxing break.On arrival in the  morning we were told our room was not ready would have to wait 3-4hrs.We had to walk around the village which became very boring.we have been coming to Austria for over20 years and this is the only hotel we have felt like we were not welcome,we certainly would not recommend.

but Crystal do not operate in Fulpmes but the Hotel sorted out everything including lift tickets on the night of our arrival.

Unsympathetic reception staff: our plane was delayed, arrived at 9pm,instead of 5pm;  the receptionist said that there were no food for us !! Only after vehemently protesting about their careless attitude, a cold appetiser was brought by the chef (they were still serving HOT meals to customers in the restaurant area !)

Having been somewhat dazzled by the sumptous-looking bedroom pictures on the hotel's website, I paid a hefty supplement for a superior room with bath and shower and separate WC, only to find on arrival that we were allocated a room that in no way resembled the website photo for the corresponding room type, and did not contain a bath nor a separate toilet.

The owners especially their daughter are rude, ignorent, bad mannered, customer service is non existent, when you book the main hotel if your not German then they put you in the run down hotel which they own next door.

but they dropped us in an other building next door.

With the balcony door open it was loud enough to disturb sleep.

There is no form of cooling in the hotel and it was often very hot and stuffy in both the room and public rooms, we kept the room patio door and window open the whole time,

The workers in the restaurant are All very friendly.

When we first arrived it was instantly snowing peter was that to pick us up and it was a very wick transfer from Innsbruck airport and we were welcomed by friendly staff.

This hotel is a modern comfortable hotel in city of insbruck which is at par with cities /town of Switzerland.The city is not as crowded as other European cities.The people are friendly and you have an excellent infrastructure

stinking carpet, non working electric plugs, need to lock the rooms from inside using your room keys, no soaps in the bathroom, erratic wi-fi etc.

Showers don't have shower curtains, carpets are ripped up, room smell like rot and mildew, and the furniture must've been from the 50s.

The room isn't clean and is full of mold.

The staff speaks multiple languages, including English.

Also the receptionist might be a nice person and could be very welcoming, if she was actually at reception and not outside smoking.

We in a group of about forty persons had a over night stay in this hotel.Located in a magnificient location having beautiful scenery all around.I loved to stay in this hotel Food was good  & staff hospitable.Try to spend two to three night in this hotel

Meadows and pastures where herds of cows graze and the tinkling of their bells give a serene feel.

Any other real 3-star hotels would have apologized and exchanged it for a brand new towel, no questions asked.

The beds were quite literally falling apart (two of the only remaining wooden slats were duct-taped on), the TV looked as if it was from the 1960s, and the bathroom was unventilated and stained, with a shower head hooked precariously onto the wall.

Some rooms had the showers taped on by the wall and were seen to have mould around the cap.

Pls carry earplugs with you and only talk in whispers as the walls are made of some kind of material that we could hear every word spoken in our neighboring rooms.
