Breakfast and service very good and friendly.

We stayed half board and the selection of food at Breakfast, apres ski and the 5 course evening meal was superb.

The restaurant combines a buffet style with an à la carte option.

the cheesecake tasted a lot of egg rather than cream cheese,

The dinner was delicious with different themes every evening.

We were impressed with staff as they were very friendly and food was just delicious!

but all edible and the staff were very good.

Plusses: very friendly and helpful staff, good kitchen with plenty choice and variety (always 4 or 5 courses, or a buffet), great location very close to the skilift, bus stop to Neustift right at the doorstep, nice wellness facilities with a small pool, whirlpool-with-a-view, 3 sauna's and massage therapist on premises, games room with table tennis and air hockey table.

The food at this Hotel was amazing, the breakfasts a feast.

We got there early in the morning and we were elcomed with a nice breakfast well before the breakfast time.

Very nice buffet for breakfast and also dinner was good and staff very friendly.

All was excellent, great food,big buffet,sauna, pool, disco, bar,etc!

They also had a huge breakfast buffet with everything there which you could want.

With me was the price of Andalusia and we wanted some filets and wine,

Receptionists were not friendly, wellness was too far from the room, cold in the hallway, ridiculous prices for the drinks, WiFi was only at lobby, €5 for 12 hours.

If you wanted a cappuccino or latte you would need to pay for it and for an omelette it would be the same case.

Breakfast rather basic as for 4* hotel, limited selection of vegetables, capucino to be paid extra, just scrumble egs available.

Pricing is just slightly higher than that of hotels in town

but in the lobby there is computer with internet 2 euro /hour,  to check email - it is enough to pay 20 eurocents in to machine.

Seems like paradise, and the only downside I can tell are price (a bit high,

but is functional, only strange thing is that the water from the shower spreads too much, a threshold would be good here.

Personally I missed having a cheeseboard every night, which seems to be on offer in most of the Austrian hotels we stay at and also the lack of tap water on the table in the evening (available for breakfast

we waited almost 1 hour for hot water in bath.

No WiFi in the room, and the WiFi in the lobby has VERY limited capacity.

but the signal and speed is very very bad.

Wi fi is very slow and extra chargeable in rooms.

I wouldn't normally mention WiFi as its not something Im usually bothered about

The breakfast is fine, you will have a selection of breads, cheese, ham, cereal, coffee, teas and juice.

We enjoyed tasty and healthy breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast and dinner have both very little options to choose from.

Rooms were cosy, quilts thick, breakfast was good.

The food was buffet style and very delicious.

The food was good too especially the fish fingers, spring rolls and the swiss rolls.

Also I expected the food to be good, after all the Austrians are renound for their delicious food,

The food is plentiful and you can help yourself to enormous portions!

Restaurant served us good continental menu and has a nice Disco and recreation area attached to it.

Dinner was very good and breakfast was also good.

The buffet breakfast served was very very good.

Was also impressed by the decor & the breakfast rooms.

Had stayed at the Hotel Olympia for 1 day only, the breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were okay & the service was also okay.

but that was nothing new, considering the already-present and hugely off-putting smell of cigarettes in every room.

however, they didn’t seem to have a problem with people smoking weed inside the hotel.

Other visitors we very loud without being told to be quiet and also smoked weed so it stank.

stinking carpet, non working electric plugs, need to lock the rooms from inside using your room keys, no soaps in the bathroom, erratic wi-fi etc.

Showers don't have shower curtains, carpets are ripped up, room smell like rot and mildew, and the furniture must've been from the 50s.

The room isn't clean and is full of mold.

The beds were quite literally falling apart (two of the only remaining wooden slats were duct-taped on), the TV looked as if it was from the 1960s, and the bathroom was unventilated and stained, with a shower head hooked precariously onto the wall.

Some rooms had the showers taped on by the wall and were seen to have mould around the cap.

Pls carry earplugs with you and only talk in whispers as the walls are made of some kind of material that we could hear every word spoken in our neighboring rooms.

The rooms were falling apart, like the bunk 'beds' that had missing planks of wood, allowing you to fall out at night along with the side of them constantly banging against the flimsy wall that allowed you to hear everything in the other rooms, the shower leaked and the door lock constantly jammed.

Only negative comments are that it was quite warm at night - a fan would be a welcome addition - and the bath towels are rather small and thin.

The breakfast was good with fresh bread from the bakery.

Eggs and coffee of choice served at the breakfast.

Both times, we were hosted by lovely young lady that served us at reception and breakfasts.

Furthermore you can have drinks at the bar and the breakfast is sufficient to ski a lot of slopes before having lunch at the piste.

Breakfast was good home made home served (served by the owner herself) overall a very good start of the day.

Fabulous accommodation with spacious rooms, clean and tidy, access to free wifi connection, very good breakfast included with plenty of choice and excellent wellness area with pool, sauna and steam room.

Beautiful, modern room, wooden floor, choice of TV channels (including a Dutch one), a balcony with furniture, excellent breakfast buffet and a terrific Konditorei next door.

Breakfast was great and the couple who ran the hotel were really friendly.

Rich breakfast in buffet style and nice 4-course dinner, located in the heart of the town.

Food was OK, maybe some changes in breakfast or salat bar from time to time would be nice or to check if planned dinner is OK as sometimes you might not eat it.

He arranged our ski passes and the food was delicious and the rooms spacious and well appointed.

Dinner was really delicious: different menus every night, large quantity, served in a nice room.

If you want to use the sauna and other spa facilities please book them before going skiing or other as there could be a warm up time.

I have to say this place is far more cost effective than Seefeld also; cheaper lift passes, ski hire and hotels with better skiing.. Seefeld is better for the shopping non skiing partner.

At least my son is not fan of potatoes in any style.

Minor things we didn't like:
- no hot food for breakfast (scrambled eggs or sausages) pre-prepared, you need to ask the waiter to prepare it, which takes time
- difficult to get dinner, if you have not booked it - the restaurant personnel did not spek English
- weird central heating of the room - only fllor heating in the bathroom, so difficult to manage the temperature in the room

The half board was also excellent as well as the breakfast.

Breakfast was good and we found everything what we needed from the buffet.

Large and clean rooms, nice wellness area, good choice and quality of buffet breakfast & very friendly hotel staff.

It has welness, ski shuttle, garage, restaurant, lounge area and incredible breakfast.

Although no room service nor lunch, the breakfast is great and the dinner service completed with a great salad buffet.

Rooms are very spacious, breakfast and dinner excellent with complimentary shuttle bus to ski resort of Schlich 2000 less than 5 minutes away.

Kids were always entertained (play room available), staff was delightful and food was great (rich breakfast as well as 5-course-dinners).

At breakfast, which is complimentary, our table setting was arranged for us with our name and everything.

Our spacious family room with beautiful valley views had much attention to detail and was very comfortable.The Spa and Kids Area are brilliant and the other areas and features, especially the relaxing lounge and bar with fireplace and the quaint restaurant are all great, too.The food was delicious and creative with the sensational Xmas and New Years Eve 'Gala Dinners' as the highlights.

Offering all you need for skiing and after - spacious rooms, ski room, spa, indoor pool, excellent breakfast and dinner, garage. .

So we do not know how the hotel would be if it was fully booked.

There is only one masseur so if you want treatments my advice would be book before you arrive.

but service was slow and imperfect : no towels next to the pool, cleaning of the rooms only upon request,  very weak Wi-Fi and overall not enough attention for details.

but that was fixed quickly - though after making the sofabed they forgot to leave extra towels.

Well what a sham of a place staff no interest in rooms when wrong very small shower only big enough for a child not a full grown man ask for a few small bits in room and everything Is tomorrow would say stay well clear of this place or make very strict requirements before arriving as really don't care

If we had been told of the party when we arrived we would not have accepted the change of room.

We arrived destroyed and complete wrecks and left completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Visited this hotel in February looking forward to a relaxing break.On arrival in the  morning we were told our room was not ready would have to wait 3-4hrs.We had to walk around the village which became very boring.we have been coming to Austria for over20 years and this is the only hotel we have felt like we were not welcome,we certainly would not recommend.

but Crystal do not operate in Fulpmes but the Hotel sorted out everything including lift tickets on the night of our arrival.

Unsympathetic reception staff: our plane was delayed, arrived at 9pm,instead of 5pm;  the receptionist said that there were no food for us !! Only after vehemently protesting about their careless attitude, a cold appetiser was brought by the chef (they were still serving HOT meals to customers in the restaurant area !)

Having been somewhat dazzled by the sumptous-looking bedroom pictures on the hotel's website, I paid a hefty supplement for a superior room with bath and shower and separate WC, only to find on arrival that we were allocated a room that in no way resembled the website photo for the corresponding room type, and did not contain a bath nor a separate toilet.

Food from breakfast, afternoon tea to dinner was amazing, with plenty of choice for everyone.

We spend three nights in this nice hotel, we enjoy wellness and very good breakfasts and dinners with a really big choise.

Food is good and varied with an exceptional evening salad bar and good morning breakfast selection to suit all tastes.

Breakfast was a buffet with lots of fresh hot & cold food, pastries, breads and cereals.

The salad buffet is fantastic with 30+ items to choose from not including the dressings oils and vinegars.

There is a lot of space in the basement with a lobby hall, and 3 sort of possible locations to have a breakfast / dinner.

Great breakfast buffet (we didn't eat lunch as we were skiing), afternoon tea and superb meals every night.

During our stay, the food could not be faulted, with a buffet breakfast, apres ski snack and 6 course dinner every day.

Food was good, varied and plenty, both at breakfast and dinner.

I've been many times in Austria and we've always had Sunday champagne breakfast.

The main course which you selected a breakfast ( choice of 5, one fish, one veggie, 3 meat).

The restaurant was excellent so much choice  At breakfast you had all continental cheeses, cooked meat ,breads,  fresh fruit, yogurt, and then the english, bacon,ham, scrambled eggs, fried eggs.

The owners especially their daughter are rude, ignorent, bad mannered, customer service is non existent, when you book the main hotel if your not German then they put you in the run down hotel which they own next door.

but they dropped us in an other building next door.

With the balcony door open it was loud enough to disturb sleep.

There is no form of cooling in the hotel and it was often very hot and stuffy in both the room and public rooms, we kept the room patio door and window open the whole time,

The only problem on a few evenings was waiting a bit to long for our meal,

Staff is not friendly and the waiting time for ordering is quite long.

but it was a pain waiting; a RELIEF to get to the end of it ! N.B.

We indulged ourselves into the abundance of amazing breakfast- and dinner-‘FEST’.

The breakfast is great with good choices of warm and cold food.

The restaurant served an excellent breakfast and traditional, well cooked Tyrollean dishes at dinner.

Excellent breakfast buffet; very good evening meals; sensible bar prices.

The five courses (menu in English for us) offered a starter, choice of two soups, a lovely salad buffet with ten to twelve different salad choices/various dressings, choice from three main courses and a choice of two sweets all served by two charming sisters who both spoke English and couldn’t do enough for us.

We actually decided to eat in the hotel every evening as the 4 course meal was very good and we especially enjoyed the salad buffet included.

When I questioned why a wine on the list was not available all week it ended up me being accused acting Iike a child.If anyone has the misfortune to book this hotel you might regret it bitterly.No cancellation policy once you committed yourself you can leave

The sauna seems to apply a strict no clothing policy which may be unusual for some nationalities.

but,dank, cheap ibis like rooms,very noisy.Owner were incredibly rude Always addressed as "you" never by name,as guests were their employees.Food ok.mostly but a few disasters as well.Looks good on line but quite shabby .Wi-fi connection one of the worst.When I mentioned about the wi-fi I am the only one who is complaining!

but not a particularly good view and intermittent WiFi on the third floor.

Perhaps the WIFI might be faster in the hotelroom.

There was no Internet or Wi Fi in the rooms only in public areas, which was a shame.

Wines between €25-40 a bottle or €8 a glass.

Austrian beds for two are typically 2 mattresses, one bed base, which may not suit.

We enjoyed the four course delicious dinner and breakfast.

but adults pre book an evening meal that is presented as delicious as it tastes.

The restraurant and staff were amazing the food was delicious and the service thoughtful.

The room was nice and breakfast was a very nice continental.

Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and the four course Dinner were all excellent with a good choice of dishes.

The staff were lovely, the food was good and plentiful, and the price we paid wad incredible value.

The food at the hotel is very delicious and the pub has that classic character to it.

The breakfast buffet was large & comprehensive.

The hotel is located on the main road through the village, convenient for the bus and there is a car park opposite.Depending on the room there can be road noise during the morning commute times and the automatic church bells give a wake up call.

but we were in the annex across the road from the main hotel which was a bit of a pain when it was snowy--had to put coat & outdoor shoes on to cross the road.The bus stops right outside the hotel & goes up & down the valley so very convenient.

Disappointing about noise of traffic from road and very smokey.

Our room was in the annex on the other side of the road.

The breakfast and lunch buffets were abundant and the dinner menues were delicious.

Restaurant- overall was ok, breakfast and lunch was great and varied,  Dinner was a average as the menu is not changed enough, in 7 days we had maize soup 4 times and the alternative menu stays the same everyday.

The food is fantastic, we had 3/4 board and found that the breakfast, afternoon 'snack' and evening meal were more than enough.

Food is very good, especially the breakfast and the afternoon buffet.

Wonderful place in the middle of a mountain theatre, wonderful facilities for both kids and adults, excellent spa and wellness, large breakfast, very tidy and large rooms, kind personnel.

- The staff faced my gluten and lactose intolerance diligently, everyone knew about what foods I could and could not eat
- They also provide strollers if needed
- In the afternoon there was a rich “breakfast” in the restaurant area plus standard lunch, dinner and morning breakfast; well we ate a lot LOL
- In the Adults’ Spa there always were some treats to eat
- The kids could stay in the nursery for 4 hrs per day, allowing the parents to relax.

Breakfast and Dinner were always in good quality.

The dining experience was really quite fantastic (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

- Food: average and repetitive breakfast with a totally undrinkable “orange” juice; you have a fix menu with two or three options per course every evening.

but not to client spending €10000 plus on a weeks holiday.

but also the fact that paying guests were left aside to impress a large group of bloggers or influencers to ensure online marketing.

it would be great if they could figure out a way to manage them because seeing 3-4 flies flying round your table indoors at breakfast wasn't great.

It would have been nice if there was a little playground near the table, so the kids would stay near the table and the parents could eat without disturbances.

Also for dinner should be more dishes served at the table and less buffet.

It is like home with a nice mom that prepare good breakfast and if you want dinner.

Rooms are huge, good heating, internet was a flash, and breakfast was a feast.

In addition, there is a large salad buffet.

but a very warm reception from Christine and probably one of the largest breakfast choices we had on our travels.

Breakfast is served in a comfortable, light and airy room and it consisted of everything you could wish for in a traditional Austrian breakfast.

I found the owners really friendly, the rooms are lovely and clean and the breakfast is great.

The couch in the sitting area can be converted into a double bed.
