I have enjoyed staying in the hotel room 442 and the food received from the hotel especially the breakfast was so amazing I am really happy and would recommend to come again and stay for some other time and enjoy being there

No fried eggs, no beans, no bacon, no fruits, no mushrooms, etc.

I heard people complaining about StayEasy Emnotweni, since i started sleeping there I have never experienced such bad behaviour.they will welcome you with warm hands.the rooms are perfect and they breakfast is very good.you will check in and check out fast.

The stay was excellent, clean room, welcoming staff, nice breakfast, nice shower.

The one recommendation would be the use of the kitchen area away from the reception - so instead of having it right next to the telephones move it to the back of the breakfast area.

we also like to have fruits in the morning a banana or apple will do.

The breakfast is warm and delicous as well as the rooms are cleans and neat.

But this tsogo sun service was poor.. Employees were unfriendly.. Had to take our own luggage up.. Room was cramp..wont be staying again..

This was very poor from the moment you enter the premises, there is no parking, the staff have a forced smile on their faces, the corridors and common areas are full of dirt, old carpet and beds.

Request for service from reception is generally y poor, you have to remind people what you requested.

The partnership with the restaurant in the casino really inconvenience customers due to the poor service delivery and lack of urgency as well delivering wrong orders every time you order

but when you enter you see that it's a very poor hotel.The rooms are old , dark, small and very close to each other.

Did not meet my expectations, the service was poor the employees were not friendly or seem to not have an idea on how to interprete my voucher to me.

Breakfast is  very poor and with a variety of cereals, 2 cold meat and 2 cheese choices and some nasty looking boiled eggs in tomato.

The service  standard is  good  and the best  compared to where I travelled .staff attitude  is  always excellent  .I always  encourage  my family  and friends  to book this hotel when travelling  to Mbombela.Keep it up.

However, TV channels are not so exciting.

The TV, doesnt allow to plugin my flash to see a movie we are in 2019, must have.

You should improve the grid of television channels.

I'm one of those guests who requested channel 161 to be installed and it was installed.

Wish they could add some more news channels ( BBC, CNN etc).

I just hope they include Mzansi Magic channel 161 on dstv, I only feel it's an outstanding channel missing

Perhaps more TV channels would be important.

please upgrade the rooms a little I especially the air conditioners they are so noisy also abit more DSTV channels would be nice  and please please im asking with tears in my eyes paying R25 for a 340ml can of coke that is a rip-off

TV channels are few could add other better and take out some.

The only thing is necessary to update, is the tv channels, more super sport, more news channel´s, movie channels, more kid´s channels.

In room  I want more channel for kids and sports and news

Could do with radio's in the rooms and a change in the TV programmes that are available.

It does not provide luxury accommodation (open storage space for your clothes, small TV, just-big-enough room),

Having stayed before in this hotel I found the quality has gone down, the TV set available in the room vwey small.

Only thing is that the room TV is tiny, really tiny, smaller than the average large computer screen.

TV is very small for the standard of this Hotel.

however the rooms smelt of cigarettes and the TV was very small.

TV Screens are too small, i think its's a 15'/17', it's it's impossible to watch anything on those screens.

World class hotel with beautiful gardens,   ideal for Kruger Park visit combined with urban needs and immediate proximity to top shopping mall, VA gym plus casino entertainment and nature with botanical gardens and Nelspruit waterfall within walking distance .

The Casino and the Mall are Great.The Kruger Park is nice to be just for a day for us.Your Bontanical Garden has a nice walkway for relaxing and some refreshment at the end of the walk

The garden at the back of the hotel is beautiful which makes the breakfast very relaxing.

Food tastes good and your outside pool garden view is breathtakingly beautiful.

A great hotel to stay for holidays with many amenities around it like the botanical gardens at the premises of the Hotel.

The Hotel is very close to the Mall and the Emnotweni Casino, in fact, it is a walking distances from the Hotel.

Fantastic location near the mall so you can easily go watch movies or gambling (if that's your thing), the breakfast was tasty, (and its free).

Rooms are in good condition, lovely outside pool area, close to the mall.

The shuttle service provided to take us to the Innibos venue was poor, we waited nearly an hour before the whole group decided to take our own vehicles.

The breakfast is very very poor and the restaurant is ok.

but found somewhere in Nelspruit the next night as buffet wasn't great, also very poor service in restaurant both in the evening and at breakfast.

but very noisy, The bed was comfortfably with good quality linen.

AC in the room was very noisy and made it impossible to sleep with it ON.

Some guests can be inconsiderate and made a lot of noise outside late at night

Apart from the extremely noisy aircon, very comfortable rooms.

The showers from rooms next to us woke us up, it was very noisy at 05:30 in the morning

The problem was the room air conditions was VERY noisy and dated.

The air condition was making  a lot of noisy  during use it or when other  neighbor rooms  was used it ,  i can not sleep well .

The aircon was too noisy - I've to switch it off during the night, I think more modern aircons can be installed.

the town itself is quiet small with not much to do

The Lady Chef is a master when it comes to food and she does it with pride.

In summary go there to sleep and eat out if you can.

The restaurant worked well for both breakfast and dinner.

Bring vegetarian I called the chef who prepared me a stir fry as it was a traditional South African buffet for dinner.

My booking was confirmed 6 days before my arrival by the travel agent  for Bed, dinner and breakfast at Stay easy , when I arrived there was no room available for me .I was transferred to  Southern & Sun and gave me disabled guest  room.

Service for both dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Staff members are just awesome from Reception, Supervisor, Porter, The gentleman serving water to guest, room service and Laundry.

The hotel once again looked after the runners by providing a buffet carbo-loading dinner the night before the race as well as an early morning on-the-go breakfast the morning of the race.

Conveniently located in Nelspruit; very nice staff in all sections (receptions; room service, restaurant).

Stay here is always great the staff are good food is good rooms are good great all round value would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area - cant go wrong.

All services are the best from reception, room cleaning, breakfast and dinner.

It is a beautiful hotel, with exceptional service and amenities.

We were checked in by the receptionist Nicky who had such an attitude that we felt unwelcome from the minute we stepped in the door.

Hotel staff always helpfull, hotel well kept and highly comfortable, the breakfast here is always nice, always nice to stay in a hotel with such a warm staff compliment, will always use this hotel when in nelspruit.

We checked in around 11pm & the receptionist was very lovely!
