I have enjoyed staying in the hotel room 442 and the food received from the hotel especially the breakfast was so amazing I am really happy and would recommend to come again and stay for some other time and enjoy being there

No fried eggs, no beans, no bacon, no fruits, no mushrooms, etc.

I heard people complaining about StayEasy Emnotweni, since i started sleeping there I have never experienced such bad behaviour.they will welcome you with warm hands.the rooms are perfect and they breakfast is very good.you will check in and check out fast.

The stay was excellent, clean room, welcoming staff, nice breakfast, nice shower.

The one recommendation would be the use of the kitchen area away from the reception - so instead of having it right next to the telephones move it to the back of the breakfast area.

we also like to have fruits in the morning a banana or apple will do.

The breakfast is warm and delicous as well as the rooms are cleans and neat.

I liked having been there.the rooms are clean, the hospitality of the workers and the perfect breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Stay Easy Emnotweni and the location of the hotel is advantageous as it's closer to everything relating to entertainment.

But this tsogo sun service was poor.. Employees were unfriendly.. Had to take our own luggage up.. Room was cramp..wont be staying again..

This was very poor from the moment you enter the premises, there is no parking, the staff have a forced smile on their faces, the corridors and common areas are full of dirt, old carpet and beds.

Request for service from reception is generally y poor, you have to remind people what you requested.

The partnership with the restaurant in the casino really inconvenience customers due to the poor service delivery and lack of urgency as well delivering wrong orders every time you order

but when you enter you see that it's a very poor hotel.The rooms are old , dark, small and very close to each other.

Did not meet my expectations, the service was poor the employees were not friendly or seem to not have an idea on how to interprete my voucher to me.

Breakfast is  very poor and with a variety of cereals, 2 cold meat and 2 cheese choices and some nasty looking boiled eggs in tomato.

The service  standard is  good  and the best  compared to where I travelled .staff attitude  is  always excellent  .I always  encourage  my family  and friends  to book this hotel when travelling  to Mbombela.Keep it up.

However, TV channels are not so exciting.

The TV, doesnt allow to plugin my flash to see a movie we are in 2019, must have.

You should improve the grid of television channels.

I'm one of those guests who requested channel 161 to be installed and it was installed.

Wish they could add some more news channels ( BBC, CNN etc).

I just hope they include Mzansi Magic channel 161 on dstv, I only feel it's an outstanding channel missing

please upgrade the rooms a little I especially the air conditioners they are so noisy also abit more DSTV channels would be nice  and please please im asking with tears in my eyes paying R25 for a 340ml can of coke that is a rip-off

TV channels are few could add other better and take out some.

The only thing is necessary to update, is the tv channels, more super sport, more news channel´s, movie channels, more kid´s channels.

In room  I want more channel for kids and sports and news

Could do with radio's in the rooms and a change in the TV programmes that are available.

It does not provide luxury accommodation (open storage space for your clothes, small TV, just-big-enough room),

Having stayed before in this hotel I found the quality has gone down, the TV set available in the room vwey small.

Only thing is that the room TV is tiny, really tiny, smaller than the average large computer screen.

TV is very small for the standard of this Hotel.

however the rooms smelt of cigarettes and the TV was very small.

TV Screens are too small, i think its's a 15'/17', it's it's impossible to watch anything on those screens.

You can hear other guests speaking from the otLher rooms especially during the night when it is time to sleep.

- Also in the bathroom, bath soap should be provided for the guests.

though whilst guests are leaving/ checking out.

but some guests were very noisy until after 11pm

This time there was a burst water pipe which resulted in guests having no water.

Think management shiukd just inform guests about that before making bookings, also the lodge could not assist with hairdryer or iron.

I am sure, many of your guests like me, are staying at your lodge for business purposes and have to be up early in the morning.

Some of the guests was very loud up in to early hours of the mornig.

Guests not allowed to have drinks of their choice at pool area.

Hi, I stopped in Neslpruit after a long day of driving a client meetings and was disappointed with the Lodge.

My first night were disturbed by noisy guests.

I would like to ask if management could provide or install a barfridge in each room to keep cold drinks or water cold for guests.

To my concern it may be an inconvenience in a circumstance that the guest has no airtime to call the reception on his or her mobile phone.

A full sealing bathroom door would be idealBath room mates neededMeal times why not adjust if you notice you have guests on same mission like church meetings. .

Poor as theses things should be checked on a daily basis or prior to a guests arrival or occupancy.

Was also not impressed with the breakfast with eggs that were baked long before the guests arrived.

Also, there is no fridge and microwave in the rooms for the convenience of the guests who will be staying for an extended time.

Rooms carpet smelly, limited towels, no bar soap for guest,no phones in room,the stay was uncomfortable.Guest not shown where the room is on arrival,guest items left in the rooms taken away.Very poor service.

I recommend that they give guests the wifi details when checking in, so that guests don't have to remember to ask for the details.

Management should be more selective when placing guests.

The booking was very easy and the staff responds swiftly. The property is close to all amenities (malls, restaurants, petrol stations, Kruger National Park,  etc.)

The accommodation is very good, the location is perfect in the city center near Ilanga Mall and not far from Mbombela stadium.

Nicely located in Nelspruit with easy accessibility to the malls and garages.

The facility is close to all the main streets and shopping malls which made this easy for us who were not familiar with the area.

Best place to be if you wabt some time away or visiting, the sarrounding areas are eacefull, its next to a filling station, malls and all the restaurants are near, all i can say is it was worth all the money spent and more, its 10 out of 10 from me.

The bedroom given to us was very noisy since it was close to the reception.

but the wi-fi can't handle all the traffic and is super slow and almost non-existent in the evenings but are much better in the early mornings.

we had to confronted them ourselves to stop making so much noise.

we are a couple that stayed in room 40, it was very noisy because of the cars passing by, the AC was making a bad sound, the room smelled like cigars, the WIFI connection was horrible.

There was quite a bit of road noise which impacted sleep quality,

The noise from the road was terrible in the rooms where we stayed and planting some shrubs and tress will help a lot to cut down on the noise.

Can be noisy some time when travelers return form night out in town.

Even when the load shedding kicked in, they had a generator late enough to keep the lights on and more at the hotel.

However, the rooms transmit the slightest sounds like movements of chairs from either the above or the bottom rooms, this makes it difficult to sleep as the sound can disturb your sleeping patterns.

The constant cars and trucks was a bit of a nuisance.

it rained even hours after the rain the water noise was loud.

Also struggled with noise levels both evening and early morning.

Except that I was disturbed when I wanted to sleep due to the meeting that was held in front of my room

The first room offered to us was facing onto a corridor and very dark and potentially noisy - fortunately we were moved to a better room (at an additional sum of R80).

The staff loved the lodge and would gladly want to stay there again on there next trip, they said the staff  is friendly, rooms are clean, and the food is very good.

Nelspruit Lodge is situated in town and is fine for over night stop, the rooms where clean , the beds were comfortable.

It had 24/7 service and rooms were neat and clean.

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were very neat and everything was just in order.

The hospitality was very good and my thanks go especially to the kitchen staff (responsible for billing) and general services (the young man spoke Portuguese).

The service was excellent The place is quiet we were able to test.

Service was on point like always, value for money no questions asked, clean and tidy rooms with quality bedding and linnen always makes us feel at home.

I am a frequent guest at Nelspruit Lodge, the service I always get from the staff and everyone who is working at the Lodge is exceptional, the staff is friendly, the Lodge is located next to R40 main road and easy to access, the atmosphere at the Lodge is welcoming, willing to help staff, good food, quality sleep and secured parking.

The rooms were filthy, roach infested, the bath still had a ring of filth around it, the shower floor was slimy, I really have nothing positive to say about this hotel.

You could smell that the carpets had been washed recently and the walls were also newly painted.

however, the smell for paint was too much as it look recently painted.

The standard rooms are not so good and the smell of wet/dirty mats is pronounced in the walk ways

It was dated and had very smelly carpets & a dirty bathtub, no hairdryer and had to ask at reception to get a very low watt hairdryer.

There were people smoking marijuana openly and the smoke was all the place.

The water was not hot enough and were getting ready to go out for dinner and we had to take an almost cold shower in this cold and when we reported it no one came to check.

- There should at least be a bar fridge in each room with 2 bottled water for the visitors.

The kitchen had no water supply which makes no practical sense.

At least each room should have a fridge as a lot of people have cooldrinks,water,medican they want to keep cold.

The decor was average and bathroom small.I was not provided with water in my room and they dint refill the coffee sachets.

somebody had a room thant when using water makes the plumbing pipes vibrate.

This would allow a better mixing of water without waste.

My room was not cleaned, I used a glass to drink water on Monday upon arrival,  until the day i left, the glass was still not removed/changed.

If it was not for the water pressure in my room which is at the end the rating would have been better.

My room was below average, I struggled to understand how this establishment which is 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ cost more than a 4 ️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ establishment like others in the area, the shower had no head (see pics)the soap dispenser was empty (see pics) and the toilet was running continuously (see pics) the noise of the running water was irritating especially when all you need is a good nights rest.

Thw rooms were clean and very nicwly decorated, the bathrooms clean and modern, stunning views and nice relaxing spots to sit and relax.

Nice and cozy apartment; breakfast absolutely delicious and we always had the special of the day which was amazing; nicely located on a hill overlooking Nelspruit; safe and secure with parking lot; reception at check in was a little unwelcoming

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and amazingly decorated.

A tasteful decorated lapa is also available right next to the poolarea.
