I was told access to their rooms had no stair case challenge.

We stayed at La Roca on April 9, 2009. We stayed in the self-contained thatched cottage out the back which you get to via a little path at the side of the property (try not to tackle the path with too wide a suitcase.)

The La Roca Guest House is a real gem - beautiful grounds, safe, spacious rooms, clean accommodations and first class service.

The hotel internet is very slow and barely got a connection, so don't count on it.

Cannot fault it, apart from internet went a bit slow at times,

but our breakfast was very slow to arrive.

Internet acess must be improved because is very slow and unstable.

In addition to this, the drainage was stuck another and the water was not running properly.

Both mornings that we spend on the guest house, at 5AM started the sewer bad smell.

I have enjoyed staying in the hotel room 442 and the food received from the hotel especially the breakfast was so amazing I am really happy and would recommend to come again and stay for some other time and enjoy being there

I heard people complaining about StayEasy Emnotweni, since i started sleeping there I have never experienced such bad behaviour.they will welcome you with warm hands.the rooms are perfect and they breakfast is very good.you will check in and check out fast.

The stay was excellent, clean room, welcoming staff, nice breakfast, nice shower.

The one recommendation would be the use of the kitchen area away from the reception - so instead of having it right next to the telephones move it to the back of the breakfast area.

we also like to have fruits in the morning a banana or apple will do.

This was very poor from the moment you enter the premises, there is no parking, the staff have a forced smile on their faces, the corridors and common areas are full of dirt, old carpet and beds.

Request for service from reception is generally y poor, you have to remind people what you requested.

The partnership with the restaurant in the casino really inconvenience customers due to the poor service delivery and lack of urgency as well delivering wrong orders every time you order

but when you enter you see that it's a very poor hotel.The rooms are old , dark, small and very close to each other.

My stay at StayEasy Emnotweni was excellent, there service was professional and also staff was excellent on their work.The room was clean and my check in and check out process was a smooth process thanks to the friendly staff.

However, TV channels are not so exciting.

The TV, doesnt allow to plugin my flash to see a movie we are in 2019, must have.

You should improve the grid of television channels.

I'm one of those guests who requested channel 161 to be installed and it was installed.

Wish they could add some more news channels ( BBC, CNN etc).

I just hope they include Mzansi Magic channel 161 on dstv, I only feel it's an outstanding channel missing

Perhaps more TV channels would be important.

please upgrade the rooms a little I especially the air conditioners they are so noisy also abit more DSTV channels would be nice  and please please im asking with tears in my eyes paying R25 for a 340ml can of coke that is a rip-off

TV channels are few could add other better and take out some.

The only thing is necessary to update, is the tv channels, more super sport, more news channel´s, movie channels, more kid´s channels.

Could do with radio's in the rooms and a change in the TV programmes that are available.

It does not provide luxury accommodation (open storage space for your clothes, small TV, just-big-enough room),

Having stayed before in this hotel I found the quality has gone down, the TV set available in the room vwey small.

Only thing is that the room TV is tiny, really tiny, smaller than the average large computer screen.

TV is very small for the standard of this Hotel.
