To make matters worse, payment for my food/drink charges whilst there has also been taken twice.

We had a horrible time with front desk during check-in, final billing and with car park security.

The card did not work at first attempt while using the lift and we had to go back to the reception.

but very disappointed with the rate charged as before coming discussion was made for a rate but due cant settlement huge amount on one transaction I had to settle payment weekly this lead me to extra payment that is I was supposed to pay RS 218,000 MONTHLY NOW I HAVE TO PAY ARROUND  RS 470,000 HOPE YOU WILL RECONSIDER THE RATE

So I informed the person on the front desk that if you provide a suite and also charge for it accordingly, the you need to do something better than what is happening.

It’s a category 2 Bonvoy property, The quality of rooms is not great compared to the tariff charged.

Luckily I got a cab from Über who charged me INR 800/- including tax.

Upon arrival I was asked to make full payment on my card for room charges which then required a second payment for extras upon check out.

Possibly the magnetic stripe on card needs to be of  better quality.

but few important suggestions:

There are only too elevators for guest for 14 stories hotel so sometime you will need to wait / common computer for guest in lobby has internet connection but it does not work properly / card system for room is not good and it does not work smoothly (imagine you reach 19 floor after lomg wait and card does not work).. 

Cafe area staff is not very attentive.

To their credit - we did order a lot of stuff and whatever was not delivered with the main order was given to us complimentary.

Debit and credit cards are both accepted modes of payment.

The room attendant should have clear instructions when they have to enter the room which has the card inside and it is clearly known from outside as occupied.

Once again you can avail these services by paying the regular charges, despite being a non-guest at their hotel.

Recently I booked this hotel for one of my guest who was coming from Taiwan for a 2-night stay, the booking was confirmed at a much higher rate for the property with credit card guarantee.

They provided all the facilities that made me feel comfortable.

Staying in Four points by Sheraton in Vashi ,Navi Mumbai..The location of this hotel is really good.The services also really good.The house keeping staff and overall facilities is definitely worth praising..Suraj from House keeping has done really good job by keeping room well maintained during my stay and also always available for help. Facilities are world class from the restaurant, gym to the spa

I’ve been travelling for work and have been frequently using this hotel, the staff are brilliant and all the facilities are very clean and well maintained, lots of our colleagues use this hotel and everyone has always been very happy - especially Akshata and Rohan from the housekeeping team

The fitness centre, the good food and the friendly staff made the stay memorable.

The hotel is well equipped with world class infra and the rooms are spacious giving a perfect example of luxurious staycation.

I went to the Gym every single day and was greeted by the ever helpful and amazingly fit Leo Gonsalves and Alok Yadav who assisted me proactively during the workout.

Other amenities, such as the gym and pool, were a great place to be whenever you wanted to cool down.

I recommend my family and friends to stay here as it has good facilities and location

Support extended for Housekeeping by Suraj and Manisha Ankita at Front desk worth mentioning.Goid bar and restaurant with swimming pool gym.

My stay was superb, special thanks to Mr Nilesh from reservation,front office and house keeping staff.Breakfast was too good with variety of items.Hotel is close to Inorbit mall.Rooms are specious.Gym is also well equipped.

I was traveling with my family and had booked 3 rooms, to my surprise all the 3 rooms was upgraded to a suite and we all had a wonderful time.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that a bookmark had been left by the hotel staff next to the book that I was reading.

Decided to book my stay for the Diwali week of 2021 at Sheraton and loved the room !!!

Prior reservation would b a must as it was full house yesterday and today as well .

I have a very good  experience since I book it, Sameer from reservation was very helpful, as I wanted early check-in which he assured that will be done.

To start with, booking procedure was flawless.

We were booked in a suite and our stay was very welcoming.

Very comfortable stay except for one change of room due to some smell.

The only change is that all rooms are non smoking which was a bit of an issue as earlier there were dedicated smoking rooms.

For our experience, the bath tub might have not been used for sometime I assume so the acrylic covering/skin of the material was peeling off at several places which eventually accumulated in the drainage causing the water to get clogged.

The post bath towels were damp and smelt of oil and the overall therapy area seemed dingy and unclean.

It often smells smoke because the guests don't care.

The ill trained staff ,change of chef means the service have gone down the drain.

Overall a horrible experience f

I booked a smoking room and they gave me non smoking room how their system is working even staff attitude also not good the staff, ambiance everything was bad i will never suggest anyone to stay here
Just waste of money and energy

but was assigned a room on a floor (20th) which I later found out was labeled as a "Smoking" floor.

The rooms have a very distinct smell that isn't the most pleasant.

but older and a faint smell of smoking in a non-smoking room.

And then allotted me into a damp stinky room.

Every room having stinking smell which turn you annoying.

However it is recommended that you plan your visit either on the morning or late evening to avoid the sun burn during the day.

The non-slip bath mat in the bathtub was full of mold and dirt, so I hesitated to step on it.

although there is a smell of mold on the corridor, in the room and when the AC starts.

The bathing soap smells like Rin Supreme.

Excellent service was given by F&B team .such precision response and the stay was very good because ROOM SERVICE is very nice .also housekeeper is take care of my room .

All staff were good specially Nirmala & mr. sachin they made our sons birthday memorable and service & food was very good ambience were good all food were good specially non-vegetarians good specially salad counter were good

Shubham is very good in service and nice guy.

Food options are good and beautiful, staff is very polite and humble.

more laurels in the coming days

Until recently , my guest/stay experience at the property had been rather poor in terms of customer service, hotel upkeep etc.

however must add that the food served was mediocre and at times poor.

Worst hotel , poor management , unprofessional rude manager ( Duty manager ) .

however the hotel customer service was very poor.

Reception staff are a bit sassy and poor listeners to guests needs and answere  back a bit recklessly.

Because of the food poisoning and their handling of it, our overall experience was poor.

the hotel has poor internal communication and so your requests and preferences are not recorded.

Went out looking for a pharmacy and ended up walking thru narrow lanes with poor infrastructure and sanitation.

When I had poor wifi connection they installed a router in my room to boost the speed.

The room I got had a musty smell and it was changed on request.

I had booked the room from booking.com and had not selected non smoking room

The Team of Kinjal, Akash and Ami accommodated my request for transfer to a Smoking Room, something which I had given up completely.

Unfortunately our room on a smoking floor (neither of us smoke) absolutely reeked of cigarettes.

but the room really smelled of cigarette smoke.

- funny damp like smell in the room which disappeared after 2/3 days or maybe my nose got use to it.

Room was a bit of nasty smell when i enter the room..

When I arrived to my room it stank of damp, was not cleaned properly and there were some white gloops of what looked like a wall filler of some sort on the walls.

Room without a chair, staff knocking at the door at 11 in the night and asking why I haven't checked out when I have extended the stay, offering smoking room when I have clearly indicate non-smoking preference, I can go on here

I was hoping that I will be staying here for a long term

This is one place which amazes anytime you visit.They offer a  great spread especially on sundays the spread is lavish and a splendid service anytime you visit.This time it was Aftab who was always there to help with a smile.
